基于红外热像技术的“肠病及肺”的可视化研究

Visualized study on “large intestine disease causing pulmonary disease”based on infrared thermal imaging technology

摘要: 目的 开展肠病及肺的流行病学调查,对比观察溃疡性结肠炎大肠湿热证患者各脏腑的能量分布规律,从生物物理学角度为肺与大肠相表里理论提供新的证据。方法 采用流行病学调查方法开展溃疡性结肠炎的证候学调查,应用医用红外热成像仪及热态自动分析系统,检测并分析健康人和溃疡性结肠炎大肠湿热证患者各脏腑的相对温度。结果 部分溃疡性结肠炎大肠湿热证患者伴有肺系症状,以伴有咳嗽者为最高,占29%;溃疡性结肠炎大肠湿热证患者各脏腑的温度排列规律为肺最高,其次为降结肠、升结肠,而其他脏腑的温度偏低;与正常组相比,溃疡性结肠炎组大肠湿热证降结肠、升结肠的温度均明显增高,同时肺的温度也随之特异性的增高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 肠病及肺的现象在临床是客观存在的,红外热像技术下这种现象普遍存在;肠病及肺在肺与大肠能量分布关系上具有相对的特异性,为“肺与大肠相表里”理论提供了佐证。相表里脏腑之间疾病传变的特点为临床“治未病”和“既病防变”工作提供了一定的思路。

Abstract: Objective To provide new biophysical evidences to support TCM theory of exterior and interior relationship between lung and large intestine by carrying out epidemiological investigations,in which the energy distribution of patients' and healthy persons' internal organs were compared. Methods The relative temperatures of large intestine, small intestine, lung, liver, stomach and kidney of healthy persons(normal group) and ulceative colitis (UC) patients with syndrome of dampness-heat in large intestine (UC patient group) were tested by medical infrared thermal imager and thermal automatic analysis system. Results 26 of 38 UC patients suffered pulmonary symptoms, of which the ratio of cough was the highest (29%). In UC patient group, the relative temperature of lung was highest, followed by those of descending colon and ascending colon. Compared with normal group, the relative temperatures of lung, descending colon and ascending colon in UC patient group were all higher significantly (P<0.01). Conclusion Pulmonary diseases caused by large intestine diseases are common on clinic, which is proved by infrared thermal imaging technology. Relative specificity existed in energy distribution of lung and large intestine, which supports the theory of “exterior and interior relationship between lung and large intestine”, is expected to guide “treating disease before it happens” and “preventing disease from exacerbating” .
