摘要: 对个体状态的“精准”辨识,对药物作用的“精准”认识,以及基于个体状态“精准”地选择药物,是实现“精准医疗”不可或缺的环节。以“精准”的状态描述体系为参照系,可以“精准”地把握药物、方剂对人体的作用,并基于它,实现根据个体状态制定更“精准”的治疗方案。本文详细论述了如何运用人工智能、大数据分析技术,精准地把握药物的作用;并进一步阐述了基于对个体状态的“精准”诊断和对药物性能的“精准”认识,制定个性化的最优治疗方案的思路方法。

Abstract: The “precise” identification of various aspects of the human condition, the “precise” understanding of the function of drugs, and the “precise” selection of medication form the indispensable links to achieve “Precision Medicine” (PM). Based on the “precise” body states description system, the use of drug and prescription and its effects on the human body may be “precisely” comprehended. Therefore, a more “precise” treatment plan can be actualized according to an individual. This paper discusses in detail how to use artificial intelligence and big data analysis techniques to precisely grasp the function of drugs. It also further elaborates that, based on the “precise” diagnosis and the “precise” understanding of the function of drugs, an optimal individualized treatment plan may be devised.
