基于数据挖掘的国医大师颜正华含龙骨处方用药规律研究*

Medication rules of formulas containing Longgu (Os Draconis, Bone Fossil of Big Mammals) by national TCM master-YAN Zhenghua based on data mining*

摘要: 目的 探讨国医大师颜正华教授含龙骨处方用药规律。方法 在收集国医大师颜正华教授含龙骨处方的基础上,基于中医传承辅助系统构建数据库,使用该软件数据分析模块中嵌入的关联规则Apriori算法等数据挖掘方法,分析含龙骨处方中单味药物频次、药物组合频次、关联规则与核心药物组合等。结果 含龙骨处方常用于治疗不寐、眩晕、胃痛等病证,高频次药物包括牡蛎、炒酸枣仁、首乌藤、丹参、赤芍等,高频次药物组合包括“牡蛎,龙骨”“牡蛎,炒酸枣仁”“龙骨,炒酸枣仁”等,支持度≥35%、置信度≥0.98的关联规则包括“龙骨→牡蛎”、“茯苓,龙骨→牡蛎”、“牡蛎,茯苓→龙骨”、“龙骨,炒酸枣仁→牡蛎”等。结论 颜正华教授含龙骨处方所用药物多具有镇静安神活血之效,组方法度清晰严谨。

Abstract: Objective To discuss the medication rules of formulas containing Longgu (Os Draconis, Bone Fossil of Big Mammals) by national TCM master-YAN Zhenghua. Methods On the base of collecting the formulas containing Longgu used by YAN Zhenghua and a database was established based on Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System (TCMISS). Apriori algorithm and other data mining methods were built in the data analysis module in TCMISS, and then the module was used for analyzing frequency of single medicinal, frequency of medicinal combinations, association rules and core medicinal combinations. Results The formulas containing Longgu were commonly used for treating insomnia, vertigo and stomachache. The medicinal with high frequency included Muli (Concha Ostreae, Oyster Shell), fried Suanzaoren (Semen Ziziphi Spinosae, Spine Date Seed), Shouwuteng (Caulis Polygoni Multiflori, fleeceflower stem), Danshen (Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae, Salvia Root) and Chishao (Radix Paeoniae Rubra, Red Peony Root). The medicinal combinations with high frequency included Muli+Longgu, Muli+fried Suanzaoren, and Longu+fried Suanzaoren. The association rules with support degree≥35% and confidence coefficient≥0.98 included Longgu→Muli, Fuling (Poria, Indian Bread, Poria), Longgu→Muli, Muli, Fuling→Longgu, and Longgu, fried Suanzaoren→Muli. Conclusion The medicinal, used by YAN Zhenghua, mostly have the effects of tranquilizing mind and activating blood, and his formula constructing laws are clear and precise.
