摘要: 抑郁症是危害人类健康的重大疾病,但目前发病机制尚不明确。神经元突触结构和功能变化在抑郁症发病中起重要作用。突触微环境是神经元突触所处的内部和外部环境,受炎症、氧化应激、线粒体能量代谢障碍等多种病理因素影响,与抑郁症发生发展相关,可为其机制研究提供新思路。但目前对突触微环境研究较少,未来的研究需更多关注抑郁症与突触微环境的关系,进而提出以突触微环境为靶点的抑郁症治疗新策略。

Abstract: Depression is a major disease that threatens human health, but its pathogenesis is still unclear at present. The structure and functional changes of neuronal synapses play an important role in the pathogenesis of depression. Synaptic microenvironment is the internal and external environment in which neuronal synapses locate. It is affected by various pathological factors such as inflammation, oxidative stress and disorders of mitochondrial energy metabolism. Synaptic microenvironment is related to the development of depression and can provide new ideas for research on depression mechanism. However, there are few studies on synaptic microenvironment currently. Future research needs to pay more attention to the relationship between depression and synaptic microenvironment, and then propose a new strategy for depression treatment targeting the synaptic microenvironment.
