摘要

目的关节镜手术结合术后手法治疗膝关节滑膜皱襞综合征的临床疗效。方法18例病人（18膝）

关节镜下行滑膜皱襞切除术

术后配合膝关节手法治疗及康复训练

比较治疗前后临床疗效。结果18例病人中

关节功能恢复正常者14例

占77.8%;关节肿痛消失

功能略受限者4例

占22.2%;症状无缓解者0例。治疗前后Lysholm膝关节功能评分数据统计P值<0.01。结论关节镜结合手法治疗膝关节滑膜皱襞综合征

是治疗此病的有效方法。

Abstract

Objective To observe the curative effect of arthroscope combined with post-operation manipulations on knee synovial plica syndrome.Method The patients（n=18

18 knees） were treated with synovial plica excised operation by arthroscope and then given manipulations on the knee joint and rehabilitation training after the operation.The curative effects were compared before and after the operation.Result Among 18 cases there were 14（77.8%） with knee function recovered

4（22.2%） with joint pain and swelling disappeared and mild function limitation

and 0 without the symptoms relieved.The statistical data of Lysholm score before and after the treatment showed that P<0.01.Conclusion Arthroscope combined with post-operation manipulations is effective in the treatment of knee synovial plica syndrome.
