Influence of plant growth regulator-Zhuanggenling on content of lobetyolin in crude Dangshen(Radix Codonopsis pilosulae)
Objective To investigate the influence of plant growth regulator-Zhuanggenling on the content of lobetyolin in crude Dangshen(Radix Codonopsis pilosulae)
and explain the effect of Zhuanggenling on the quality of Dangshen.Methods The HPLC procedure was performed on the chromatographic column of ZORBAX Edipse XDB-C18(250 mm×4.60 mm

and the mobile phase was acetonitrile and water solution(28:72
V/V).The flow velocity was 1.0 mL/min

30 ℃ and the detection wavelength
269 nm.Results The content of lobetyolin decreased significantly in Dangshen produced from 7 areas after using Zhuanggenling.Conclusion Zhuanggenling has significant influence on the accumulation of active constituents in Dangshen after SPSS 16.0 statistical analysis
so which should be used carefully in the standardized plantation of Dangshen.
