Immunoregulation Effect of Jiawei Chinese Angelica Blood-Tonifying Decoction on Mouse Irridiated by ̄(60)Co
The immunoregulation effect of Jiawei Chinese Angelica Blood-Tonifying Decoction was studied. The results shown that the decoction had protection or promoting recovery effect in different degree on the immunological functions of mouse irridiated by Co on the whole body for one time. This decoction could obviously increase the hemolysin quantity released by splenic antibody forming cell of the irridiated mouse
the titer of serum hemolysin
the quantity of serum lysozyme and the proportion of ANAE positive lymphocyte. But its effect on the DTH of mouse’s footpad was not obvious.
