目的建立降香中鹰嘴豆芽素A、生松素、麦地卡品、sativanone和柚皮素的含量测定方法。方法采用RP-HPLC法

大连依利特Hypersil ODS C18色谱柱(250 mm-4.6 mm

流动相乙腈-0.05%磷酸水

梯度洗脱

流速:1.0 mL/min

检测波长:290 nm。结果鹰嘴豆芽素A、生松素、麦地卡品、sativanone和柚皮素线性关系良好

平均回收率分别为:100.86%

96.92%

98.70%

100.35%

99.00%;RSD分别为2.65%

2.20%

2.54%

0.95%

3.00%。结论该方法简便、准确、重现性好

可作为降香药材的质量控制方法。

Abstract

Objective To establish a HPLC methods for the quantitative determination of biochanin A

pinocembrin

medicapin

sativanone and naringenin in Lignum Dalbergia odorifera.Methods The procedure was carried out on a chromatographic column of Hypersil ODS C18（250 mm×4.6 mm

5 μm）.The mobile phase was acetonitrile to 0.05 % orthophosphoric acid water at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min in a gradient elution.The detection wavelength was 290 nm.Results The relationships of linear ranges of biochanin A

pinocembrin

medicapin

sativanone

naringenin were good

and the average recoveries were respectively 100.86 %

96.92 %

98.70 %

100.35 % and 99.00 %

and RSDs

respectively 2.65 %

2.20 %

2.54 %

0.95 % and 3.00 %.Conclusion The procedure

which is easy

accurate and has a good repeatability

can be used as a quality control method for Lignum Dalbergia odorifera.
