摘要

中医理论认为，小儿少阳体质影响病邪从化，而“少阳主骨所生病”高度概括了骨病的病机，儿童骨肿瘤在多方面呈现出典型的少阳病机特点。因此，本文基于“少阳主骨”理论，结合少阳为枢、少阳经脉循行、胆气性刚、少阳之气本火标阳等理论，关联对应儿童骨肿瘤在关节、骨髓、软组织高发或起病广泛的现象，解释少阳经影响骨质强度、寒热辨证、骨肿瘤病理类型及转移的相关病理机制，初步阐发了少阳经对于儿童骨肿瘤发病的指导意义。

Abstract

The theory of traditional Chinese medicine believes that children’s

shaoyang

constitution affects the evolution of disease. "

Shaoyang

dominating bone" highly summarizes the pathogenesis of bone disease

and children’s bone tumor presents typical

shaoyang

pathogenesis characteristics in many aspects. Therefore

this paper combined the theory of "

shaoyang

dominating bone" with

shaoyang

as the pivot

shaoyang

meridians circulation

the gallbladder having the nature of stiff

shaoyang

’s qi being fire in nature and manifested as yang

corresponding to a high incidence in joints

bone marrow

soft tissue

or a wide range in children’s bone tumor

explained the mechanism of

shaoyang

effects bone strength

cold or heat syndrome

pathological type and metastasis

and elucidated the guiding significance of

shaoyang

in the pathogenesis of children bone tumor preliminarily.
