摘要

干燥综合征是临床以口、眼干燥为主要表现的系统性自身免疫性疾病，中医药治疗优势明显，临床应用广泛，但仍缺乏基于循证医学证据的规范中医证候诊疗共识，限制了临床疗效和科研水平的进一步提升。为此，中华中医药学会风湿病分会组织全国48家医院的50余名专家形成干燥综合征中医证候共识，临床分为阴虚津亏证、气阴两虚证、阴虚内热(含阴虚热毒)证、燥瘀互结证和燥湿互结证共5个中医证候类型，并对治则和方剂同时进行共识。这一全国性共识的形成和推广，在干燥综合征中医诊疗历程中具有标志性意义。

Abstract

Sjögren syndrome

a systemic autoimmune disease that is characterized by dry mouth and eyes

on which treatment decision remain challenging

while traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) has advantages and is widely used in China. However

the lack of consensus on standardized TCM patterns diagnosis and treatment based on evidence-based evidence

limits the further improvement of clinical efficacy and scientific research level. Rheumatology Branch

Chinese Academy of Chinese Medicine organized more than 50 experts from 48 hospitals across the country to form Expert Consensus for TCM Patterns of Sjögren Syndrome: (ⅰ) pattern of yin deficiency and depletion of fluid; (ⅱ) pattern of deficiency of both qi and yin; (ⅲ) pattern of endogenous heat due to yin deficiency (pattern of yin deficiency and heat-poison

included); (ⅳ) pattern of intermingled dryness and blood stasis; (ⅴ) pattern of intermingled dryness and dampness. According to the patterns

principles of treatment and prescriptions are also on the same page. The formation and promotion of this consensus is of importance in the TCM course of diagnosis and treatment of Sjögren syndrome.
