摘要

儿童孤独症是儿童常见的一种精神及行为障碍疾病。钱乙《小儿药证直诀》提出“虽有声而不能言，又能咽药，此非失音，为肾怯”。本文基于钱乙“肾怯失音”理论，试将其引入儿童孤独症的证治探究，结合儿童生理病理特点及儿童孤独症相关症状，基于中医学异病同治、整体观念等思维，提出儿童孤独症病机为肾阴不足、肾精亏虚，病位在脑，与心、肝、脾、肾有关。钱乙在肾气丸的基础上创立六味地黄丸，用以治疗小儿肾怯相关疾病。本文根据儿童孤独症病机并结合钱乙六味地黄丸分析探讨儿童孤独症的治则治法，从中医学角度更深入地了解儿童孤独症，期望寻找切实有效的治疗方法，开拓中医药治疗儿童孤独症的思路。

increasing our understanding of childhood autism from the perspective of TCM and in the hope of bringing therapies closer to clinical application and finding practical and effective treatment methods for this disorder to explore the methods of TCM treatment of autism.
