摘要

乳腺癌是女性患病率最高的恶性肿瘤，也是导致全球女性肿瘤相关死亡人数最多的恶性肿瘤，是我国肿瘤防治工作的重点。随着乳腺癌治疗的进展，中医药在乳腺癌中西医结合治疗方案中发挥独特优势，已成为治疗乳腺癌的主要方式之一。本文通过汇总近年来中医药治疗乳腺癌的临床研究、经验总结及诊疗共识，评述中医药治疗乳腺癌的现状，并针对存在的问题进行分析、提出建议，期望为今后更好地开展临床研究与治疗提供方向与思路。

Abstract

Breast cancer is the most prominent malignant tumor in women and the most common cause of cancer-related deaths in women worldwide. Breast cancer is a focus of cancer prevention and treatment programs in China. With the progress of breast cancer treatment

traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) has played a unique role in the integrated TCM and western medicine treatment model for breast cancer

and has become one of the main ways to treat breast cancer. Here

the recent clinical research

experience

diagnosis

and treatment consensus regarding breast cancer treated with TCM are summarized to review the current situation and prospects of TCM in treating breast cancer

analyze the problems existing in clinical research

and put forward suggestions to provide direction and ideas for better future clinical treatment and research.
