摘要

《伤寒论》以“伤寒”立论，对于外寒束表、阳虚内寒等一系列病症变化规律、辨证施治法则的论述对后世中医学产生了深远影响。以“四逆”为名的方剂及其变方在《伤寒论》中均具有治疗四肢厥逆的作用，如四逆汤、通脉四逆汤、白通汤、茯苓四逆汤、四逆加人参汤、当归四逆汤、四逆散等，这些方剂所对应的体质特点、病因病机、病势变化和临床表现有一定共通之处。本文基于阳虚质的体质特点、易感好发疾病，以及阳虚阴盛病机的临床演变规律，对“四逆”类方的加减变化、组方规律、应用原则进行探讨分析。以期从阳虚质出发，深化对“四逆”类方变化应用规律的认识与理解，为经方应用于“辨体－辨病－辨证”综合模式提供研究思路。

etc. Their corresponding constitution characteristics

etiology and pathogenesis

changes in disease status

and clinical manifestations have certain commonalities. This paper discusses and analyzes the modifications of the "Sini" formulae

the rules of the formulae

and the principles of application based on the characteristics of yang deficiency constitution

their susceptibility to disease

and the evolutionary pattern of yin excessiveness due to yang deficiency pathogenesis. Our aim is to deepen the knowledge and understanding of the application of the "Sini" formulae from the perspective of yang deficiency constitution and to provide research ideas for the comprehensive study of "constitution-disease-syndrome differentiation" .
