    • Diagnosis and treatment of pediatric sinusitis based on "the transmission of heat from gallbladder and lung" idea in Huangdi Neijing

    • According to the latest research, the core pathogenesis of pediatric rhinorrhea is the invasion of the nose by gallbladder lung heat transfer, with wind heat stagnation and turbidity as triggers, and the retention of evil qi causing damage to yin and consumption of qi leading to prolonged illness. Clinical treatment should be based on the duration of the disease and the severity of the pathogenic factors to reduce recurrence and alleviate symptoms.
