摘要:The author regards that the current method of syndrome differentiation for warm diseases,i.e.syndrome differentiation of the defensive,qi,nutrient and blood phases,is difficult to reflect the nature of diseases concretely.So it is pointed out that,in clinic,the first thing is to differentiate diseases and under this prerequisite to distinguish the stages according to the different levels of the defensive,qi,nutrient and blood phases, and at last to determine the correspond therapies and formulae or herbs.
摘要:Under gutidance of the theory of "season-viscera-yin-yang", which concerns life rhythm,of the lnternal Classic,adopting test methods of high pressure liquid chromatography-electrochemical determinatlon(HPLC-ECD) and Sephadax G-15 gel chromatography, the author discusses the mechanism of seasonal onset of schizophrenosis. The results show that,in schizophrenosis,the content of central neurotransmitter is disordered in the four seasons of a year,which cannot get along with the waning-waxing change of yin-yang in the four seasons.So it may be the biochemical basis of seasonal onset of schizophrenosis.
摘要:This paper sums up the literature related to the senility doctrines of TCM in the recent decade and points out that there are two large categories,i.e.deficiency doctrine and complication doctrine of both deficiency and excessiveness.On the basis of analysing seven kinds of senility doctrines,the authors proposes that senility is mainly caused by deficiency of spleen and kidney with complication of gastrointestinal stagnation.So, it is emphasized that to retard the progress of senility should be treated mainly with therapies of reinforcing spleen and kidney as well as of purging turbidity.
摘要:This paper reported that the neuronal primary culture of cerebral cortex from newborn rats was used to make delayed neuronal damaged(DND) cellular model.The results indicated that,during the ischemia and reperfusion,there were more effusion of lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) in ischemia group than that in the control group, with the reperfusion time prolonged,both groups showed significant differences(P<0.05 ̄0.01). The number of nitric oxide synthase(NOS) positive neurons were larger than that of the control group(P<0.01) during the ischemia.After early phase in the reperfusion,the expression of NOS was still intense compared with the control group(P<0.01),but,after that,the level of NOS came down progressively.Whether NOS expression had timeliness? This question is worthy of further exploration.The results suggested that a close relationship exist between the formed mechanisms of DND and enlargement of second messagers responses induced by excitatory amino receptor abusive stimulation,and free radical damage in neuronal primary culture model.The medicinal herbs used in the experiment had some protective effect in the occurrence of DND.
摘要:Seven kinds of midpiece of animal tibia, i.e.tiger,leopard, bear, cattle,pig, dog and cat,were selected in the experiment.Comparision observation was conducted on the tissue structure of these bones by means of bone trituration-staining and bone sectionstaining.The results indicated that the tissue structure of bones of tiger,bear,leopard and cattle were similar and the latter three kinds of bones can be considered as the substitute of tiger’s bone.
