摘要:Sleeted primary human megakaryocytic leukemia cell series(HI-Meg) as aim cells, and cultivated them in culture solution for a short or long period, observed the effects of Chinese drugs-Yi Sui Ling Mixture and its part on the proliferation and differentiation of HIMeg cells, results showed that drugs for supplementing Qi and nourishing Yin could significantly improve HI-Meg cells to proliferate, though drugs for activating blood and detoxicating had the effects of helping cells differentiate, they were poisonous. This study suggested that Yi Sui Ling Mixture could not only significantly inhibit HI-Meg cells from proliferating, but also improve them to differentiate.

摘要:This article concluded a principle of disease nomenclature in Interal Classic through analysis of its name, classification and terminology, which contained four aspects:grasping main academic system, emphasizing the inclusion of pathogenesis, using words concisely and correctly and observing custom. It also concluded a differential method of main factors of disease names, which could be referred in the reseach of standardization of disease names in Chinese Medicine.

摘要:This article, according to main schools and different types of febrile diseases,classified main doctrines of febrile diseases into five academic systems, namely doctrine of pestilence, doctrine of epidemic febrile disease occuring after incubation, doctrine of febrile disease treated by the same method as used in exogenous febrile disease, doctrine of four-season febrile disease and doctrine of virulent heat pathogen, mainly discussed the ways of treating febrile diseases in respective system and rules of administering drugs in clinic. The author suggested that these doctrines be paid more attention to research besides clinical experiences of Yie, Xue Wu and Wang, which helped to broad the mind of diagnosis and treatment of febrile diseases and improve treatment effectiveness in clinic.
摘要:cases with ulcerative colitis were treated with Chinese drugs-Dong Shi Li Chang decoction, Yi Chang decoction, the cure rate and total effective rate were 67.6% and 97.3% respectively. It was suggested that this kind of disease be treated according to its different phases. Furthermore, some relative aspects such as spleen deficiency, blood stasis, immune and mucosa-injury factors, etc, were tested, all results showed meaningful changes before and after treatment. Finally, it was proposed that recurrence prevention and pre-cancer monitoring might be a research trend in the future.

摘要:Effects of Radix Codonopsis Pilosulae on ischemic reperfusion injury in isolated working heart of rats were observed. The results showed that the drug enhanced the activity of the myocardial superoxide dismutase (SOD), decreased the content of the myocardial malindialdehyd (MDA) and reduced the creatine kinase (CK) release. At the same time, the drug also improved significantly the contractile function (AP, LVSP, +dp/dtmax) and diastolic function (-dp/dtmax, LVEDP,T),as well as recovered the CO,CF, SV and HR of the isolated working heart of rats. It is suggested that the protective effects of Radix Codonopsis Pilosulae on myocardial function during ischemic reperfusion injury might be due to their antilipid peroxidative inJury.
