摘要:From aspects of clinical symptoms, body-sensory evoked potential (SEP), and lab test such as blood superoxide dismutase, serum malondialdehyde, plasma prostaglandin I2 and thromboxane A2 before treatment,irnmediately after treatment, on the 2nd day and 15th day of treatment, actions of needling Bai Hui, Qu Bin of patients with acute cerebral infarction were observed. Results showed that myedynamia and SEP were obviously improved immediately after treatment. On the 15th day of treatment, improvemant of all above aspects in needle treating group were better than that in single westen drug treating group. Its mechanism may be related to regulating excitation-inhibition process of cerebral cells and relieving encephaledema.
摘要:Advantages and problems in research of febrile disease in internal medicine were discussed from clinic,animal experiment, study thought and developing focus. It was suggested that future research of febrile diseasestudy focus on treatment of virus infective disease and intractable autoimmune disease, as well as prevention of febrile disease due to exopathogen with TCM.

摘要:The experimental cerebral hematoma model was prepuced by injecting autogenous clot into the rabbit intracranial part. The influences of Zhong Feng Nao De Ping Granule on blood gas, brain index, content of water,natriums kalium, calcium, magnesium in brain tissues, the change of cerebrovascular permeability and histomorphology were observed on the 3rd day, 7th day, 14th day after cerebral hematorna. The results showed that in the pathological group brain index and content of water, ventilation of lung, natrium, calcium of brain tissue were increased progressively, cerebrovascular permeability was raised obviously, specially in the side of hematoma (right brain). Zhong Feng Nao De Ping Granule could reduce cerebral edema. In treatment group brain index,content of water, natrium, calcium in brain tissue, cerebrovascular permeability and hyperventilation after cerebral hematoma were all less than that of pathological group and closed to that of control group. Results indicated that Zhong Feng Nao De Ping Granule could protect the function of bind-cerebral hairier and relieve encephaledema.

摘要:Immunohistochemical ABC method was used to show the changes of ENK immunoreactivity in the brain of rats with cerebral hemorrhage. Collagenase was injected into the right caudatus-putamen nucleus of rats to induce intracerebral hemorrhage. It was found that the amount of ENK like-immunoreactive nerve fibers in model rats was higher than that of normal rats on the 1st day, 3rd day and 7th day. ENK amount in group treated with Xing Nao Jian Shen capsule was less than that of model (hemorrhage) group on the 1st day, 7th day, but was higher than that of model group on 3rd day. The results indicated that ENK might play some pathophysiological roles in the cerebral homorrhage. Xing Nao Jian Shen capsule could regulate the contents of ENK in the cerebrum,reduce brain injury and improve neurological function following cerebral hemorrhage.
摘要:Influences of sex, age, occupation, accompanied disease, past disease history on mean symptom mark and incidence rate in 1663 patients with apoplexy were investigated. Results showed: phelgm-dampness syndrome in male was obvious than in female, age affected symptoms significantly, and had positive correlation with Qi deficiency syndrome, pheigm-dampness syndrome and blood stasis syndrome. Occupation had no regular influence on symptoms. Accompanied disease mark had obviously positive correlation with wind syndrome, pathogenic fire syndrome,pheigm-dampness syndrome, Qi deficiency syndrome as well as syndrome of hypetactivity of Yang due to Yin deficiency. Results indicated that above factors should be involved in clinical differentiation, symptom research, and new drug development.

摘要:NIH mice were used in this experiment. 3H-Gardenoside used as a tracer agent (1mci/mice) was injected into the caudal vein of mice and the tracing time was from 1 minute to 60 minute. The mice were divided into 4 groups according to the different tracing time. Techniques of the whole-hodyautoradiograp by and image analysis were used. Quantitative dynamic distribution of 3H-Gardenoside, content of the tracer agent in 20 organs and tissues in each mouse were observed. The relationship between above items and the Channel Tropism of Gardenia jasminoides Ellis were discussed. The results showed that tracer radiation were significantly different among the various tracing time in same organs and tissues and among the various organs and tissues in same tracing time (P< 0. 01 ).Possessed the character of selective distributed of 3H-Gardenoside. It was mostly distributed in the kidney, bladder,lung, gall bladder, liver, adrenal gland, small intestine, large intestine, heart, and stomach. The distribution of3H-Gardenoside was in accordance with the Channel Tropism of Paeoniflorin. This result provides for the first time a morphological basis for the study of the Channel Tropism theory of this herb.
