摘要:The author reviewed the present status of leukaemia treatment with combined therapies of Chinese and western medicine. It was showed that combined therapies are superior to either the Chinese therapies or western therapies alone. For example, when combined therapies were administered, the rate by which the disease was improved was markedly increased, and patients lived longer. It was pointed that in future studies, the stress should be put on standardization of syndrome, the symptomatology, the theories about integretion of Chinese and western medicine, the pharmacodynamics and pharmacology, and on the basic experiments. It was emphasized that researchers should take great efforts to find a point from basic experiments to breakthrough leukaemia treatment.

摘要:Langendorff methed was utilied to observe the effects of distilled fluid of Cinnamom twig (DFC) protecting the isolated hearts of rats from ischemia and re perfusion damage.It was found that when the hearts were perfused with DFC ( 1.5 ml/L), the rate by which vevtricular fibrillation occured during re perfusion was decreased, and the cardiac functions were improved, for instance, arrhythmia was reduced, dp/dt max and the left ventricular functional index were increased. These changes were accompanied by increase of oxigen volume intaken by the myocardiac cells. The mechnisms of the effects may be that DFC inhibited the decrease of coronary blood circulation during re perfusion, inhibited the releases of lactate dehydragenase (LDH) and Phosphocreatiase of the myocardiac cells, reduced the formation of lipid perioxidizer and increased vatality of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in the myocardiac cells. The results suggest that DFC has the effect of protecting the heart from re perfusion damage, and it may be associated with that DFC can resist lipid perioxidization.

摘要:The stroke prone spotaneously hypertensive rats(SHTsp)were used to study the effects of Qing Kai Ling(QKL)Injection on hemorrhagic apoplexy.The experiment results showed that when QKL was given for a period,the life span and living time of the rats after apoplexy were prolonged,the brain coefficient lowered,the brain edema reduced,the absorption of brain hemorrhage,the hyperplasia of granulation tissues and the focal repair were improved.QKL markedly increased neurone in hippocampal CA1 sector,compared with that of the pathologic group( P <0.01).It was suggested QKL’s therapeutic effects might be associated with that it improve the absorption of edema and hemorrhage in the brain,improve the tissue repairments.
摘要:S: Some comparative studies on the acute toxicity and pharmacodynamics of differently prepared Aconitum Carmichaeli were carried out. The results showed that raw Aconitum carmichaeli was more toxic than those prepared. This showed that preparation can reduce the toxicities. Among the three prepared samples (sample I, prepared with an improved method; sample Ⅱ,with another improved method; and sample Ⅲ, with the Pharmacopoeia method),the analgesic and anti-imflammatory effects of sample Ⅰ were the most significant.
摘要:The influence of Refined Xue Fu Capsule (RXFC) and Xue Fu Zhu Yu Capsule (XFZYC) on myocardiac cell RNA,protein RNA and protein synthesis under the condition of hypoxia and glucose deficit were observed. The methods were: RXFC and XFZFC were given to the experimental rats by stomach pouring for 1 week, once a day, and after 2 hours since the last pouring, blood was fetched from the heart of rats. Then the serum was put to the myocardiac cells (MC) under the condition of hypoxia and glucose deficit. It was found that RXFC and XFZYC markedly increased the synthesis rate of 3 H Ieu to MC. (P <0.01),and dosage effect relation was observed; the effect of RXFC was more obvious than that of XFZYC.( P <0.05) It was found that RXFC also increased the synthesis rate of 3 H UR to MC. ( P <0.01), with dosage effect relation. This effect was not observed in XFZYC group. The results showed that both RXFC and XFZYC can promote the protein synthesis of MC lacking hypoxia and glucose. RXFC also can improve the RNA synthesis of MC with hypoxia and glucose deficit. This may be one of the mechnisms by which the two prescriptions protect MC from ischemia.
