摘要:Although the practice of the treatment system based on thedifferentiation of syndromes (TSBDS) has made indelible contribution,TCM (especially TCM internal medicine)can not fully understand the essential aspect of disease. TCM, therefore, should break through the academic limitations of TSBDS and establish a practicable treatment system based on the differentiation of diseases (TSBDD) by taking the knowledge of the category, classification, pathology and pathologic site of disease as its basis. It is possible to make a breakthrough in TCM development by adopting the integration of TSBDS and TSBDD.

摘要:The author holds that the strategies for differentiation and treatment of epidemic febrile diseases can also be used for dealing with miscellaneous diseases; wei qi ying xue theory plays an improtant role in differentiating and treating miscellaneous diseases;Dr. Ye Tianshi’s theories and clinical experience such as pathogenesis theory and tongue diagnosis practice, have special values in diagnosing and treating miscellaneous diseases; many treating methods and formulas used to treat epidemic febrile diseases are also quite effective in the treatment of miscellaneous diseases.
摘要:Splenic deficiency model was induced in rats by giving Dachengqi Decoction plus irregular feeding, and the effects of Sijunzi Decoction on rat morphology and enzymatic histochemistry of gastric mucosa, and on gastrointestinal hormone, were observed. The results showed that in the model group, the activity of CA, SDH and ATPase was decreased, the level of plasma gastrin was lowered, and the levels of motilin and pancreatic glucagon were increased; in the Sijunzi Decoction group, all above-mentioned criteria were obviously improved and were close to those determined in the control group.
摘要:Hyperlipemic rat intracerebral blood infusion model was used to compare the effects of Zhuyuhuatan Decoction (ZD), Sansheng Decoction (SD) and Didang Decoction (DD) on cerebral MDA, Ca 2+ , Fe 2+ , and water ratio of the rats in the model group. The results showed that the effect of cleansing free radicals of SD was better than that of ZD and DD; the effects of antagonizing Ca 2+ and decreasing cerebral water ratio of ZD were better than those of DD and SD; and the level of Fe 2+ was increased by the effects of speeding the destruction of hematomatic erythrocytes and promoting the absorption of hematoma of the drugs for activating blood circulation to remove stasis contained in the three TCM decoctions. The results suggest that drugs for activating blood circulation to remove stasis, dispelling phlegm and water, and nourishing qi to resist prostration, can act as a free radical scavenger and a Ca 2+ antagonist in the treatment of cerebral lesion due to cerebral hemorrhage.
摘要:Changes of plasma AT Ⅱ and C piptide in the rat with experimental diabetes and the effects of TCM preparation Tangxinning over them were observed. The results showed that the AT Ⅱ level of the control group was higher than the normal group ( P <0.01),and that of the treating group was lower than the control group ( P <0.01). The C piptide level of the control group was lower than the normal group ( P <0.01), and that of the treating group was higher than the control group ( P <0.01)
摘要:Cases of vitiligo were treated with drugs for activating blood circulation to remove stasis (DABCRS) plus drugs for reinforcing kidney to nourish qi (DRKNQ) or only with DABCRS. The results showed that the curative effect and the effect of promoting follicular pigment regeneration of the DABCRS plus DRKNQ group were better than those of the DABCRS group. The results also showed that DABCRS plus DRKNQ had a comparatively good effect on the vitiligo patients with renal deficiency or without obvious clinical signs.
