摘要:The present state and advances in TCM studies on bile regurgitational gastritis (BRG) are reviewed by the author from different aspects of BRG such as its TCM term, causes and pathogenesis,types of syndromes, and routine treaments. The author holds that in order to increase the efficacy of TCM treatment of BRG, more work should be done on TCM nomenclature, establishment of comprehensive objective criteria for diagnosis, perfection of the standards for differentiating types of syndromes and evaluation of therapeutic efficacy, and on the enhancement of experimental studies.

摘要:The role of the liver in adjusting stress reactions is discussed on the basis of TCM theory and the results of modern studies.The authors hold that the change of criteria of the function of qi is an important physiological characteristic of stress reactions, which causes other physiological and pathological changes; the liver is the center for adjusting stress reactions and it adjusts this kind of reaction by affecting the function of qi, the blood and emotions; the function of the liver is directly related to the physiology and pathology of other organs, and to the pathogenesis and prognosis of diseases concerning these organs. The authors also hold that many TCM therapies with the effect of adjusting stress reactions, for example, the therapy for relieving stagnation of hepatic qi, possess important value in prevention and treatment of many diseases.

摘要:The inhibiting effects against influenza viruses A and B of Huangqi Chifeng Oral Solution (HCOS) were studied by observing CPE of MDCK cells and determining hemadsorption titer in vitro. The results showed that HCOS possessed an obvious protective effect on MDCK cells,and a significant inhibiting effect on both A and B types of influenza virus.
摘要:The activity of myocardial enzymes and myocardial cell membrane fluidity were determined in order to observe the effects of the TCM preparation Xinfukang on myocardial ischemic lesion. The results showed that Xinfukang could obviously decrease the activity of myocardial enzymes and enhance myocardial cell membrane fluidity in cultured myocardial cells with ischemic lesion, which implies that Xinfukang could protect myocardial cells from ishemic lesion.
摘要:The picture and the pathological change of the tongue of rat longterm (26 weeks) splenic deficiency (RLTSD) and heat syndsome (HS)models were observed. The results showed that in the heat syndrome model group, lingual papillae density of posterior lamina propria of dorsal lingual surface projection was with an increasing trend; and the phase frequency of basal lamina caryon division was larger than those in the control and splenic deficiency groups; the trends of lingual pathological changes of RLTSD model and HS model were basically adverse.

摘要:The optimization of workmanship for processing aconite root was studied by using orthogonal design and by determining the yield, water content, content of alkaloid of ester type, and total alkaloid content of the processed aconite root. The optimum workmanship for processing aconite root by orthogonal design in this paper is that to soak aconite root thoroughly in water, cut it into slices (2~4 mm in thickness), and boil the slices in water for 120 minutes.

摘要:Patients with dysmegakaryocytopoiesis were treated with Yisui Granules (YG). The results showed that besides obviously relieving the patients’ main clinical symptoms and hemorrhage, YG could significantly increase peripheral platelet count and raise hemoglobin content to a certain degree. The shortterm marked effective rate was 55 88% and the overall effective rate was 80 88% ( P <0 01).
