摘要:Mouse pneumonia modelinduced by FM1 strain ofinfluenza virus wasused tostudytheeffectsof xuanfeijiedu granules (XG) onthelevelsofplasmaticcellularfactors.Theresultsshowedthatin modelgroup,IL 1 and IFN gam malevels markedly decreased ( P< 0 .01) ,TNF alphalevelobviouslyincreased ,and IL 2 only had adecreasing tendency ,compared with controlgroup;after XGtreatment,in modelgroup ,IL 2 andIFN gam malev els markedly increased ( P< 0.05 and P< 0 .01) ,TNF alphalevelobviously decreased,and IL 1 had aincreasingtendency, which suggeststhat XGcan enhance antiviralim munologicfunction by increasing IL 2 and IFN gam malevelsand lessen im munologic pathologiclesion byinhibiting over production of TNF alpha.
摘要:Ratsportfatigue model was usedin thestudy.Thechangesofratios of GLU/GABAand AAA/BCAA,and tyrosinecontentin hippocampaltissue, were determined in different restoring phases before and aftersport.Theregulating effects ofacompound TCMpreparation for mediating and nourishing qion amino acid neurotransmittersand amino acid metabolism in the brain, were observed .The resultsshowed thatthe compound TCM softcapsule,tifukang ,could regulatethe stressstate due to sports, make the decreased excitability of the animalaftersportsrestoretothelevelexisted beforesports,which was goodforregulating body○sinternalenvironmentandrestoringstrength.The results also showed that during sports, tifukang could put the animal quickly into stressstate,enhance substance metabolism and maintain continuous muscular movement;after sports, tifukang could quickly regulatethe animal○sinternalenvironment and decrease AAAcontentto a new equilibrium , which was goodfor dispersing fatigue and restoring strength .

摘要:Acute myocardialischemic dog was usedto observe the effects of pilose asiabell root (PAR) onLVP,LVEDPand ECG. The results showed that after acute myocardialischemia was induced for 3 hours,the LVPin PARgroup basically remained unchanged,butthatin controlgroup decreased markedly;the LVEDPmeanand changing ratein PARgroup were obviouslylowerthan thosein control group ,and atthe sametime,the con stituentratio of normal ECGin PARgroup wasincreased markedly, whichimpliesthat PARcould decreaseinfarctsize.The resultssuggestthat PARreliees myocardialischemia by decreasing the perfusion resistancein myocardialblood supply and maintaining the perfusion pressure.
摘要:The braintissueinsitu hybridization was usedto observe SSm RNAexpressioninthecerebraltis sue of pentylenetetrazole kindled animalepilepsy modeland the effects of caoguozhimu decoction on the content ofSSmRNA.Theresultsshowed that compared with controlgroup,SSm RNAcontentinthe cerebralcortexin model group markedlyincreased (P< 0 .01) andthatinthe hippocampus markedly decreased ( P< 0 .001) ;incomparisonwith modelgroup,SSm RNAcontentin the cerebralcortex in both phenobarbital treatment and caoguozhimu de coction treatment groups markedly decreased ( P< 0 .05) .Theresultssuggestthat decreasing SSmRNAcontentinthecerebralcortex may be one ofthe mechanizms of caoguozhimu decoction in resisting epilepsy.
摘要:Conditionallogistic model multivariate analysis of 133 symptoms related to ischemic apoplexywithin 24 hours beforeonset was made by 1∶2 matched paircase control method .Theresultsshowed thatthe main premonitory symptom was hemianesthesia,otherimportant symptoms were neck rigidity and lethargy;and irrita tion ,instant vertigo,retardation ,dysarthria,persistent vertigo,numbness of the hands, drowsiness,abnormal gait,irritability and dizziness werelessimportant symptoms. The authors hold that retardation and dysarthria arepremonitory symptoms of zang fu type ofischemic apoplexy;and neck rigidity is premonitory symptom of closuretype ofischemic apoplexy.
