摘要:The immunohepatic fibrosis model was induced by intraperitoneal injection of porcine serum, treated with the TCM Decoction whose function was removing heat and dampness, nourishing qi and spleen, tonifing blood and motivating blood circulation. The changes of HEMallory were observed with optic microscope, the extrastructure of the rats’ livers were observed with electronic microscope, and the changes of serology were tested. The results showed that the TCM Decoction can markedly improve the hepatic function and prevent hepatic fibrosis.
摘要:Being administered intragastric (i.g) or intraduodenal (i.d), Suoluozi (SLZ) (10g/kg) showed the activity on inhibiting gastric secretion in vagotomized rats. But after vagotomy in rats, the effect of SLZ on secretion inhibiting was decreased, and there was a more reduce in the administration of i.d.. The effects of histamine and gastrin on gastric secretion could be antagonized by SLZ(10g/kg, i.d) also, and it was more efficient on antihistamine. That indicates that the vagus nerve and antagonism of histamine and gastrin may contribute to the antisecret effect of SLZ.
摘要:Divide 66 patients into 2 groups at random, the treatment group with Tangxingtongmai Tang(TT) and the control group with vascardin. Results show that: In treatment of heartstroke with TT, the excellent rate is 33.33%, general effective rate is 84.85%, nitroglycerin withdrawal and reduce rate is 87.88%, better than vascardin. By the electrocardiogram(ECG) general effective rate is 69.70%, also better than vascardin. At the same time, this prescription can decrease the level of glycosylated hemoglobincholesteroltriglycerideapoprotein Blipoprotein and increase the level of apoprotein A1, decrease the level of the histiotypic profibrinolytic activator inhibitor (PAI1). Also it can increase peak value E of the filling rate of left ventricular earlydilatation and decrease peak value A of the latedilatation, increase the ratio of E/A. The functions above of TT are remarkably better than the control group of vascardin. This research indicated that TT not only has the function of relieving the disturbance of carbohydrate and fat metabolism of diabetes patients, but it can improve the abnormal clotting fibrinolysis, enhance the heart function.

摘要:Objective: Test the phagocytic function of celiac macrophagocyte and the erythrocyte immunization, to study the essence of deficient spleen syndrome from the perspective of nonspecific immunity. Methods: Using chemiluminescence assay to determine phagocytic function of celiac macrophagocyte and the erythrocyte immunization of the mouse model by reserpine. Results: The phagocytic function of celiac macrophagocyte and the erythrocyte immunization were decreased in the deficient spleen mouse model. After treating with Sijunzi Tang which can invigorate the spleen and replenish qi in TCM, the phagocytic function of celiac macrophagocyte and the erythrocyte immunization were markedly restored and enhanced. Conclusion: the decreased nonspecific immunologic function of deficient spleen syndrome provide a fresh database for the study on the essence of deficient spleen syndrome in the immunologic function.
摘要:Observe the effect of polysaccharide of radix sileris (PRS) on the growth of S180 transplantation tumor in vivo, and celiac macrophagocytic activity of S180 oncocyte immunized mice. At the same time, combining the S180 oncocyte again with celiac macrophagocyte (M) of the immunized mice, vaccinate the mice and observe the effect of PRS on the M direct antineoplastic activity. Further, blocking the function of M by silica gel, observe the effect on antineoplastic function of PRS in vivo. The results show that PRS in vivo can obviously inhibit S180 tumor growth(inhibitory rate: 52.92%), increase the celiac M activity of S180 oncocyte immunized mice(P<0.01) and increase the antineoplastic activity when vaccinated with the combined S180 oncocyte and celiac M of the immunized mice(P<0.01). But, after M function blocked by silica gel, the antineoplastic function of PRS was greatly decreased, whose tumor inhibitory rate decreased from 52.92% to 11.82%. 摘要:Observe the effect of Shuangshenjing Oral Solution (SOS) on rat pulmonary hypertension by monocrotaline(MCT). Results showed that SOS obviously reduced the right ventricular pressure and hypertrophy of the rat, markedly relieved the burden of right ventricular and improved the heart function.
摘要:The roles of qiinvigorating herbal medicine (QIHM) and qiregulating herbal medicine (QRHM), widely used in prescriptions, are discussed from the perspectives of production, storage and regulation of ATP. QIHM include Renshen(ginseng), Huangqi(Astragalus), Dangshen(Codonopsis) and Baizhu(white atractylodes rhizome); QRHM include Zhishi(immature bitter orange), Houpo(magnolia bark), Qingpi(green tangerine) and Wuyao(lindra root). The results show: 1. In the energy production, Renshen and Huangqi can decrease oxygenconsuming rate(S3) and respiratory control ratio(RCR), but Dangshen and Baizhu haven’t obvious effects on them; QRHM tend to increase S3 and RCR generally. 2. In the energy storage, both QIHM and QRHM can stimulate activity of creatine kinase(CK) significantly, and QRHM is stronger than QIHM. 3. In the regulation of energy, all the four QIHM can increase the energy charge (EC); on the contrary, all the four QRHM can decrease the EC of liver cells.

摘要:Compared the treatment with using bone phosphine solely, the antipain effective rate were respectively 92.11% and 80.00%, and the excellent rate were 60.52% and 44.00%. In the perspective of living improvement, they were 47.34% and 34.00% respectively. This method also works on treating hypercalcemia and reducing the pathologic fracture.
摘要:Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis(IPF) is a refractory disease absent of effective treatment. In order to approach a safe and effective method for this disease, we used TCM decoction with the function of invigorating qi, moisturizing the lung and removing blood stasis and toxic substance (modification of the Yifeihuaxian decoction) to do clinical study on 32 patients. By observation and statistical analysis, the general effective rate reached 75.00%, especially on the effect of improving clinical symptoms. It was found in the clinical experimental study that TCM treatment can adjust and improve the patients’ pulmonary function and hemorrheology to different extent. It was considered that treating IPF with the method of invigorating qi, moisturizing the lung and removing blood stasis and toxic substance is a safe and effective method accordant to western and Chinese medicine theory. It has a broad applicating prospect and is worthy of further study.

摘要:To assess whether the repeated force cold water swimming (RFCS) conditions influences the occurrence of chronic fatigue and the functional mechanism of the oral fluid of XiaoPiYiShen(XPYS), changes of behavior and neuroendocrine system in rats were examined. Results show that RFCS inhibit spontaneous activities in open field tests, shorten exhausted spontaneuous activities in open field tests, shorten exhausted swimming time in normal temperature water, increase epinephrine(E), dopamine(DA) and 5hydroxytryptamine(5HT) levels in serum and decrease ascorbic acid levels in adrenal gland. Those indicate that this animal model is helpful for further research of chronic fatigue. XPYS could reverse the changes caused by RFCS. That suggests XPYS has antistress and antifatigue function. It also benefits the study of relationship between the disorder of Qi, liver, spleen (TCM) and the stress and the chronic fatigue.
摘要:To solve the problem in medicines screening and gradingup in TCM compound prescriptions, take effectensured prescriptions as the research objective, use the new optimum experiment designdirect experimental design (DED) combined with the theory of Chinese medicine and pharmacology. This project is mainly on the dosage change of medicines, using computer software with theoretical basis of DED, to choose representative pharmacological testing points in area of medicines screening. By the statistical analysis and comprehensive evaluation on the experimental results, it can indicate the correlated regulation on the changes of combination and effects in TCM compound prescription. So the project could screen out the special combination in prescriptions which is the most effective, reach the goal of screening and gradingup medicines with less experimental groups. This project is concerned with such disciplines as TCM, mathematical statistics, computer technology, modern pharmaceutics, and pharmacology.

摘要:To further explain the effective part of chicory with blood lipid and glucose degrading function, observe the effects of different chicory extracts on the blood glucose, TC and TG of hyperglycemic mouse model. It was found that: The chicory alcoholsoluble extract can decrease the blood glucose, TC and TG, which is more effective than the chicory alcoholdeposit extracts. This experiment shows the necessity of further study on effects of the chicory alcoholsoluble extract, so as to explain its pharmacological mechanism on diabetes and the accompanied vascular complication.
摘要:To study the effects on blood circulation promoting and pain alleviating of Shixiaosan and its extracts respectively by petroleum ether, acetic ether and methol. The results showed that the extracts by petroleum ether and acetic ether had the same effect with Shixiaosan, which alleviated pain, reduced the whole blood viscosity under high shearing velocity of hyperlipemia rats, reduced plasma viscosity, depressed packed cell volume, prolonged the time of coagulation and thrombosis.
