摘要:The efficacy and safety of Jingmingdan granule as a treatment for the presenile and senile patients with hyperlipidemia and/or hyperlipoproteinemia was investigated in a single blind study. Patients were randomly assigned to treatment with observation group ( n =44, 12g/bag, tid) and control group ( n =44, 1 g/capsule, bid) for 4 weeks. The primary efficacy measures were the total cholesterol in plasma (TC), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL), total glyceride (TG). After treatment, TC, LDL, and TG were significantly gone down in the observation group compared with them before treatment and were significanty different from the control group. Among them TG’s reduction was the most significant, reaching 61.50%. HDL was also significantly increased. At the same time arteriosclerostic indexes were significantly reduced, compared with them before treatment. The apparent efficacy of the observation group is 79.55%, much better than the control group, and the apparent efficacy of the presenile group (46~59 year old) higher than senile group (60~79 year old). Side effect was not found in the observation. In contrast, Jingmingdan granule was significantly protective against liver dysfunction in the patients. These data suggest that Jingmingdan granule is a well tolerated drug which can reduce TC, TG and LDL and increase HDL. It also has a protective effect on liver function in patients with hyperlipidemia or hyperlipoproteinemia.
摘要:The IgAN rat model was induced through oral administration of bovine serum albumin (BSA) and staphylococcus enterotoxin infection. Using Zishenzhixue tablet, TCM prescription by Professor Shi Zhensheng with efficacy on nephritis, observed the gene expression of transforming growth factor (TGFβ). The result suggested the tablet had inhibitive action on mRNA expression of renal tissue TGFβ of IgAN rat model. The tablet is composed by Nüzhenzi (Privet Berry), Hanliancao (Yerbadetajo), Baimaogen (Cogongrass Rhizome), Shiwei (Pyrrosia Leaf), Baihuasheshecao (Herb of Spreading Hedyotis), Yimucao (Motherwort Herb), et al.
摘要:In this experiment, we used 6×6 Latin square experimental design. The immune indices were measured respectively before and after electro acupuncture (EA) at the time of 20:00, 24:00, 04:00, 08:00, 12:00 and 16:00 in one day. The results showed that the effects of EA at Five Shu Points of twelve regular channels and Neiguan at different time have no significant difference on the immunological function of young adults. But the immune indices were changed when EA on different points at different time. There also was significant difference in different subjects. The results of present experiments indicate that the time related factors play an important role in the effects of EA and different effects of EA exist in different young adults.
摘要:Through establishing the two alcoholic hepatitis models respectively accompanied by fat infiltration and alcoholic liver fibrosis, the therapeutic effects of Manganxiao from the aspect of serum biochemical change was observed. The result showed that: Manganxiao had functions of protecting cell membrane, adjusting metabolism of liver protein, antagonizing free radical and liver fibrosis.
摘要:In this paper, rat hepatoma was induced by diethylnitrosamine(DEN). The effects of schinifoline on DNA synthesis in hepatoma cell was observed by means of Flow Cytometry. It was showed that schinifoline could help to relieve the cell’s quantity on S phase and increase it during G1 phase to S phase. So, schinifoline can treat experimental hepatocarcinogenisis by inhibiting hepatoma cell’s DNA synthesis and preventing the cytodiaeresis.
摘要:The hypersensitive rhinitis model of guinea pig had been developed. Under light microscope, the nasal mucous of the blank group showed epithelial exfoliation, squamous metaplasia, a lot of eosinophil and chronic inflammatory cell infiltration. For the group with Kebimin spray, most nasal mucosa showed epithelial intact, with fewer exfoliation, squamose metaplasm, eosinophil and chronic inflammatory cell infiltration. Less obvious gland hyperplasia was also observed. Under electronic microscope, the nasal mucous of blank group showed obvious changes in the epithelial cells and goblet cells, with the cell volume decreased, the electronic density increased and karyoplasm. The endoplasmic reticulum showed cystic change, the mitochondrial swelled extremely, cell conjunction damaged and so on degradation changes. After using Kebimin spray, the nasal mucous showed normal goblet cells, rich secretive granule, normal arrangement of the cilia, less lymphocyte inflation and normal olfactory gland. The cross section of the cilia showed normal 9+2 structure.
摘要:Observe effects of the water decoction, alcohol deposit fluid, and polysaccharide of Shashen (Adenophora Root) on immunological function of normal mouse. The results: 100% water decoction had a remarkalbe promotion on the MΦ phagocytosis, serum lysozyme level, delayed hypersensitivity (DTH), and proliferation of B lymphocyte, while an inhibition on T lymphocyte proliferation. The effects of 10% water decoction were similar. 20% alcohol deposit fluid had a markedly inhibition on proliferation of B lymphocyte, but 5% alcohol deposit fluid can inhibit it when obviously improve the phagocytosis, serum lysozyme level, DTH and serum antibody level. 20% polysaccharide had an obvious promotion on MΦ phagocytosis and serum antibody level, while an inhibition on T and B lymphocyte proliferation. 5% polysaccharide had a promotion on MΦ phagocytosis and an inhibition on B lymphocyte proliferation. All indicated that the water decoction, alcohol deposit fluid, and polysaccharide of Shashen could adjust the mouse immunological function.

摘要:Objective: to study the antagonistic action on bronchus contraction and antiasthma effects of Qinxiazhixiao granule. Methods: observing effects on normal guinea pig bronchus contraction caused by histamine or acetylcholine and on sensitized guinea pig bronchus contraction by egg albumin. Results: In vitro, Qinxiazhixiao at the concentration of 2~8 g/L had significant antagonistic effect on the normal bronchus slice contraction caused by histamine as well as on the sensitized bronchus slice contraction caused by egg albumin. It also showed Qinxiazhixiao could relax the normal bronchus slice. In vivo, Qinxiazhixiao at doses of 8 and 16 g/kg could prolong the latent period of expiratory tic caused by histamine and acetylcholine in normal guinea pigs or by egg albumin in sensitized guinea pigs. Conclusion: Qinxiazhixiao granule can antagonize the normal or sensitized bronchus slice contraction caused by histamine or antigen, and lighten the symptoms of asthma of sensitized guinea pig induced by antigen.
摘要:Replicate the rat model by methods of phlorus spring insertion and hot paste, observe effects of Sanqi (Notoginseng) and tretinoin on the morphologic change of gastric mucosa. The results showed an efficacy of Sanqi on the chronic atrophic gastritis, which could also reverse the intestinal metaplasia and atypical hyperplasia. The tretinoin had also good effect on chronic atrophic gastritis, but the rats showed a worse general condition, which suggested Sanqi’s action on precancerous lesion of chronic atrophic gastritis.
摘要:To research the immunosuppressive function of Pellodendron, we used DTH mouse model induced by DNFB to study the effects of Pellodendron on levels of DTH and several cellular factors. The results showed that Pellodendron can inhibit DTH in mouse induced by DNFB, also can decrease the levels of IFN γ, IL 1, IL 2 in mouse serum, inhibit its peritoneal macrophage producing IL 1 and TNF α, splenocytes producing IL 2. All suggest that Pellodendron has a function of suppressing the mouse DTH induced by DNFB, by means of inhibiting the production and secretion of cellular factors, such as IFN γ, IL 1, TNF α, IL 2 et al., to suppress immunologic pathologic lesion.
摘要:Observe effect of TCM preparation Chanzhenping, the overall clinically improving rate was 23 33%, total efficient rate 80.00%. The effect of single Chinese medicine group was similar with that of the combined Chinese and western medicine group. The experimental research suggested Chanzhenping capsule could increase the content of monoamine transmiter (i.e.NA, DA) in brain stem, add weight of the reserpinized mouse and promote autonomous activity of normal mouse. Either Toxic reaction or expiration wasn’t observed when mouse had been fed with maximum tolerance dose.
摘要:After analyzing TCM pathogenesis and syndromes of the bronchial asthma patients in acute and grave cases who had received large doses of hormonotherapy, we found many patients show the syndrome of hyperactivity of yang due to yin deficiency . During decrement of hormonotherapy it appeared as deficiency of both qi and yin . In small-dosage maintenance and withdrawal period, it changed to deficiency of both yin and yang, whole blood insufficient type. So the TCM treatment should be based on an overall analysis of the illness and the patient’s condition.
摘要:cases were observed clinically, among which 53 cases were cured, 15 effectual and 18 effective. The total effective rate was 95.6%. Observation also indicated the preparation could markedly prolong the routine period of mouth ulcer’s onset. Safety evaluation showed it safe and non toxic. It is composed of Zhenzhu (Pearl powder), Wu Beizi (Chinese Gall), Cangzhu (Atractylodes Rhizome), Gancao (Licorice Root), et al., which has TCM functions in: clearing away heat and toxic materials, eliminating dampness and astringing aphtha, promoting tissue regeneration and alleviating pain .

摘要:Integrated treatment was taken together with transcortical intramedullary decompression, partial hypogastric embolism, target vessel pulse compression and drug perfusion. Oral Chinese medicine was also administered. Through 12 to 36 months visiting observation, the remission rate of acetabulum pain was 92.50%, the change rate of acetabulum joint activity was 96 67%, by DSA examination the vessel increase reaches 88.33%, by CT and X ray the percentage of bone change was 55 83%.
