摘要:Chinese medicine(CM) and Western medicine(WM) are different outcomes produced by humankind in probing and understanding the life and health.It has been rather difficult to combine CM with WM at present because the different methodology and epistemology.But it is possible to advance the study of CM by grasping the essence of each medical system and utilizing the modern scientific technology and theoretical methods of WM.The author discussed the key issues from the angle of scientific philosophy i.e. CM symptom substance and Chinese materia medica modernization.In order to better the situation of CM study it is important to set up the CM symptom index system by the relation of quantitative change with reference to many physiological indice,which is different to the present pathological index system of WM.At the same time it is necessary to concentrate on investigating the interrelationship among more chemical cites concerning the curative effects instead of pursuing the active monomer in a complex prescription.CM modernization will not only develop the more individualized and humanized medical manner but also accelerate the come up of a new mainstream medicine of prevention and hygiene.

摘要:The dissemination of Chinese medicine to the countries west of China is closely connected with the book named Tansuqnamah.It is a collection of Chinese classical medical literature translated into Persian. As far as we found out, it is the first western version of a Chinese medical classical(at the beginning of the 14 th cent.A.D.).The compilation of the Tansuqnamah is closely related to the name of Rashid ad Din(1247 1318,A.D.)who gave the book the subtitle “Ilkhans’s Treasure Book of Chinese Sciences".According to our identification,we state conclusively that the Tansuqnamah is based upon the Mai Jue(Pulse Poem)and its annotations as the main source,instead of Wang shu he’s Mai Jing(Pulse Classic,3 rd cent.A.D.).The Tansuqnamah,although fragmentarily preserved,is of great significance for the historagraphy of Chinese medicine,and for the historical evidence of Chinese medicine transmitted to the Islamic west.

摘要:The correlated analysis was taken on the average bimonthly climatic data and the data of occurrence of apoplexy in continuous 2 years in natural monitored human group in Beijing area. The results showed: Both hemorrhagic and ischemic apoplexy were characterized with seasonal distribution. The high air pressure, low air humidity and temperature, especially the severe change of these factors were closely related to the seasonal rise of the apoplexy occurrence in human group, which indicated that the seasonal distribution of the apoplexy occurrence was due to the seasonal difference of climatic factors. The climatic factors, especially their severe fluctuation, could be taken as very important trigger factors in the occurrence of apoplexy. The coupled production of blood pressure and blood viscosity in the high risk apoplexy group under the climatic stress reaction, probably backgrounds the formation of high occurrence periods of time and six step fluctuation.
摘要:The 3D Conformations of Schinifoline which was isolated from Zanthoxylum schinifolium Sied et Zucc were obtained via Molecular Modeling,and the optimum conformation was identified as b conformation.The NOESY effects were discussed on the basis of space factors.Applying the method of Knowledge Discovery in Database(KDD)and searching in DNP and MDDR3D with KDD,schinifoline also showed other activities,such as antifeedant activity against Pectinophora gossypiella. 5 Lipoxygenase inhibition and antiallergic effect were showed as well.

摘要:To study the immunological mechanism of GuiZhiJiaHouPuXingZiTangJiaWei in the treatment of allergic asthma,we introduced the cobaya model of allergic asthma,and chose TNF α and ET 1 as inedex.Results showed that the formula could inhibit the level of ET 1 in the blood plasma and BALF, and the level of TNF α in the BALF.With these functions it could reduce inflammation and high reactivity of air passage.The function which reduced the secretion of these inflammatory mediators,could be one of the important immunological mechanisms in the treatment of asthma with the formula.
摘要:The liver fibrosis is mainly induced by the overproduction and deposit of extracellular matrix (ECM). And the activation and proliferation of hepatic stellate cells (HSC) are main sources of the ECM, inhibiting the activation and proliferation of HSC is the key point of the treatment. Through the method of immunohistochemical staining, the effect of Tiaoganlipifang on the rat with experimental alcoholic liver fibrosis was observed and the action mechanism was testified through the image analysis and statistical treatment. The results suggested that Tiaoganlipifang was functionized with inhibiting the synthesis of ECM through inhibiting the activation and proliferation of HSC.
摘要:Hearts from Kunming mice were perfused on a langendorff apparatus.After 5 minutes’ stabilization,baseline measurements of heart rate,coronary flow,LVPSP, and±DP/DT were performed.The hearts were randomly divided into 2 groups,BER group,with 0 5 mmol/L BER in modified Euro Collins(mEC) solution,and mere mEC group.Then,hearts were stored in preservation solution for 4 hrs at 4℃.After storage,hearts were remounted on the perfusion apparatus again,and stabilized as before;cardiac functions measurements were then repeated.Results showed that,compared with mEC groups,BER group has significant effect on systolic and diastolic function of heart and can reduce the myocardial water contain.It is concluded that the addition of BER to mEC solution is associated with significantly enhanced cardiac function in the isolated mouse heart after 4 hour simply cold storage.These data suggest the advantage of extracts of Chinese traditional medicine herbs in the heart preservation.
摘要:health male wistar rats weighing 180 200g were randomly divided into five groups.The reflux gastritis model was induced with ethanol poured into stomach.The histopathological characteristics were observed.Results showed pathological feature of the model was similar to that of human.And the degree of inflammatory cell infiltration was similar in the 3 and 6 months’ models. The effects showed no difference between Hejiangchongji and CIS.
摘要:We examined the impact of YSHZ injection on the genes expressions of fibronectin(FN) and plasminogen activator inhibitor 1(PAI 1) mRNA in human glomerular mesangial cells incubated in high glucose.The expressions of fibronectin and PAI 1 mRNA were determined by northern blot analysis.The level of fibronectin in the mesangial cell supernatant was assayed through the sandwich ELISA method.The results showed that YSHZ injection could significantly antagonize the increased mRNA expressions of fibronectin and PAI 1 of the mesangial cells stimulated by high glucose.The fibronectin level in the superatant was also decreased by YSHZ.YSHZ injection could have a synergistic effect on correcting the disorder of extracellular matrix metabolism induced by high glucose.

Based on spectroscopic data, 10 compounds have been determined as follows: 1. β sitosterol, 2. hexadecanoic acid, 3. mixture of hexadecanoic acid, 4. stearic acid, 5. eicosanoic acid, 6. daucosterol, 7. Tutin, 8. p coumaric acid, 9. coriatin, 10. caffeic acid. It is the first report of compound 7, 8, 9, and 10, which are isolated from this plant and 7, 9 from the family.
摘要:The contents of ginsenoside Rg 1 and Rb 1 in Radix Notoginseng and its preparation,Zhengkangnaoming injection, were determined by HPLC on ZORBAX NH 2 column(150mm×4.6mm,5μm)with UV detector and Acetonitrile 1% H 3PO 4 water solution(88∶12) as mobile phase.The average recovery of ginsenoside Rg 1 and Rb 1 were 99 73% and 99 51%.The method was simple,fast,sensitive and accurate.
摘要:After Magnesium oxide had been used to absorb the impurities,an Aluminamacroporous resin mixed column was used to purify the samples.A dual wavelength TLC Scanning method was developed for the determination of the quantity of Astragaloside Ⅳ in Jiangtang Mixture.The method had a good linear correlation,fine precision and reproducibility.The average recovery was 99.19%,with RSD of 2.71%.
摘要:Based on the study of apoplexy syndromes and diagnosis criterion,mathematics model was built by screening and evaluation on diagnose factors through many a few modern mathematics methods and the diagnosis system was successfully worked out.After clinical testing,the system has been proved having several advantages like accuracy,reproducibility and easy operating,which can avoid the disadvantages in differentiating syndromes like human factor and voluntary.It can offer objective basis on efficacy evaluation and case observation,so to provide convenience for scientific research and academic communication.
摘要:cases in acute phase of cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into treatment group with ZhuyuHuatan and control group with routine western medicine therapy for 20 days. Before and after therapy, detecting the blood gas and microelement Zn, Cu. Results, in the treatment group, there are significant differences after therapy comparing before therapy. There were not significant differences between groups and inside each group, but treatment group was more effective than the control group. ZhuyuHuatan decoction had corrected cerebral cell’s anoxic state after cerebral hemorrhage, improved hypoxia tolerance, but it was not obvious for the effect of microelement Zn, Cu.

摘要:The TCM decoction,Tongfutang,has the functions of removing stasis by purgation,circulating and regulating qi and nourishing the blood and activating the blood flow.It is composed of Dahuang,Mangxiao,Zhishi,Houpo,Chenpi,Banxia,Muxiang,Wuyao,Chuanlianzi,Chaolaifuzi,Danggui and Baishao.After abdominal operation,60 patients were randomly divided into 3 groups:anorectal group with Tongfutang instillation,oral group with Tongfutang orally taken and saline group with hypertonic saline irrigation.Results showed the effect of anorectal group surpassed the saline group and oral group.The differecnce is significant ( P <0 01).1 hour after administration,in anorectal group,there was some increase in the surface gastric antrum and the mean amplitude(Ap) and zero crossing frequency(Fz) of the surface myoelectricity of ascending colon and descending colon ( P <0 05).While in saline group,there’s only increase in Ap and Fz of ascending and descending colon ( P <0 05),of which the range was significantly lower than that in the anorectal group ( P <0 01).Furthermore,in anorectal group,the level of plasma motilin(MOT) was increased( P <0 01) and the level of plasma calcitonin gene related peptide(CGRP) was decreased ( P <0 01).The saline group had no significant changes in the gastrointestinal hormone concentration before and after administration.It indicated that the therapy of rectal instillation with Tongfutang might correlate with regulating gastrointestinal hormone,also probably with effect of the drug on the myogenic and intestinal nervous systemic regulation.
摘要:To observe the effects in ET and CGRP of vascular dementia.Methods:The patients were divided into two groups:the Tongmaiyizhi capsule group and the Hydergine group.ET and CGRT were examined at the beginning and at the end of the treatment.Results:The Tongmaiyizhi capsule had good efficiency in lowering ET and increasing CGRP.There were no statistical differences between the two groups( P <0.05).Conclusion:The Tongmaiyizhi capsule and Hydergine can expand blood vessel and increase cerebral blood flow.It showed that Tongmaiyizhi capsule could prevent neurons from delayed neuroned death and protect the neurons.It also showed that Tongmaiyizhi capsule could improve the learning and memory of patients.
