摘要:In Chinese medicine, the zang fu terms,whichinclude xin, gan, pi, fei, shen and so on, were originally used to refer to the anatomical organs of human body, for example, xin was heart, gan was liver, fei was lung, shen was kidney, etc. But after being applied for a long period, the meanings of these terms were greatly changed. They were no longer anatomical terms, but the names of functional units of human body. For example, xin referred to the functional unit which is mainly composed of the activities of central nervous system and blood circulation; fei referred to the functional unit mainly of respiratory activities and body fluid metabolism. All these changes happened gradually but had not been recognized clearly by people, even by medical experts. When western midicine was introduced into China, and when Chinese medicine was introduced into western world, zang fu terms of Chinese medicine and anatomical terms of western medicine became confusing. Nowadays the confusion has become even more serious and greatly influences the development of Chinese medicine and the exchange between Chinese medicine and western medicine. The best way to solve the problem is to invent new terms of Zang fu (functional units) both in Chinese and English. It was suggested to invent new Chinese characters, then to translate them into English or other languages according to their Chinese pronunciation.
摘要:rats were made into the MsPGN model by injection of Thy1.1 monoclonal anti body and randomly divided into three groups, the treatment group (treated by Decoction of BuShenHuoXueXieZhuo), the control group and normal group. 24 hour urinary protein contents and hematuria were determined every week, while blood urea nitrogen (BUN), albumin (ALB) and creatinine (CRE) were detected at week 2, 5, and 8. The blood rheology was tested by the end of experiment. At the same time, the pathological changes of MsPGN were also observed through light, immunofluorescent and electronic microscopy. Results: the MsPGN rats showed serious proteinuria, hematuria, abnormal blood rheology and various indexes change in blood biochemistry, but these indexes in the treatment group got markedly improved compared with those of the control group( P<0.05~P <0.01). The light, electronic and immunofluoresent microscopic examination all showed that the pathologic changes in treatment group were less than that of the control. The results showed the Decoction of BuShenHuoXueXieZhuo could markedly protect renal function, alleviate blood hypercoagulability and delay the progression of glomerular fibriosis and sclerosis.
摘要:compounds were isolated from the seed of Cuscuta australis. Based on spectropic data, 10 of them were identified as known compounds: 1. β sitosterol, 2.sesamin, 3. hexadecanoic acid, 4. mixture of hexadecanoic acid, 5.kaempferol, 6.quercetin, 7.astragloside , 8.hyperoside, 9. caffeic acid, 10. quercetin 3 O β D galactopyranosyl(2 1)β D apiopyranoside. It is the first report of compound 2,3,5,8,9, 10 isolated from this plant and compound 2 from the family.

摘要:To investigate the change of nonenzymatic glycosylation and the blocking effect of ZhiXiaoTongMaiNing (ZXTMN) in streptozotocin (STZ) induced diabetic rats. The content of collagen and 5 HMF and collagen related fluorescence in renal cortex were determined. Results: After 6,12 weeks of diabetic rats, the content of collagen and 5 HMF and collagen related fluorescence in renal cortex were higher than that normal control group. 5 HMF in ZXTMN group were lower than in aminoguanidine group. Conclusion: ZXTMN has prevention effect of nonenzymatic glycosylation of renal tissue in diabetes.

摘要:Objective: To observe the effects of Tetrandrine(TET) on heart preservation. Methods: Hearts from Kunming mice were perfused on a Langendorff apparatus. After 5 minutes’ stabilization, baseline measurements of heart rate, coronary flow, LVPSP, DP/DT were performed. Hearts (n=7 in each group) were then randomized to two groups, TET group with 0.03 mmol/L TET added into modified Euro Collins (mEC)solution, and mEC group. After perfusion, hearts were stored in preservation solution for 4 hrs at 4℃, then remounted on the perfusion apparatus, and stabilized as before, cardiac functions were then repeated. Results: Compared with mEC group, TET group has significant effects on systolic and diastolic function of heart. Conclusion: The addition of TET to mEC solution is associated with significantly enhanced cardiac function in the isolated mouse heart after 4 hrs of simple cold storage, but TET group cannot improve the heart rate and coronary flow. These data suggest the usage of the extracts of Chinese Medicinal herbs in heart preservation.

摘要:The object is to study the effects on the T or B lymphocyte proliferation, production of IL 1 and IL 2, the phagocytic ability of the peritoneal MΦ and DTH. The results showed QinXiaZhiXiao granule at doses of 8g/Kg and 16g/Kg could inhibit the T or B lymphocyte proliferation and reduce the production of IL 1 and IL 2; compared with the control group, the phagocytic ability of the peritoneal MΦ was markedly decreased, and DTH were obviously inhibited. The results suggest that QinXiaZhiXiao granule could inhibit immunological function, which is related with its action on anti asthma inflammation.
摘要:After feeding rabbits with different Chinese medicines, the serum were taken into the culture fluid of mesangial cell whose growth was observed then.The results showed that the prescription could inhibit the proliferation of mesangial cells under both normal and pathological state, the difference was markedly ( P <0.01). It was also supported by the observation through transmission electron microscope. It indicated that the prescription could treat the chronic nephritis mainly in mesangial proliferation.
摘要:Object: To study the hepatic stellate cell(HSC) proliferation in DMEM which contained rat sera with the recipe of YiQiHuoXue. Methods: Rat sera were taken respectively from normal rats, rats with recipe of YiQiHuoXue and rats model under liver fibrosis condition for 3, 5 and 7 weeks. Proliferating effect of HSC and Bel7402 cells in vitro were analyzed through MTT method. Results: 1. The sera with YiQiHuoXue can inhibit the proliferation of subculture HSC, which was cultured in model sera for 5 and 7 weeks, P <0.05. 2.The sera with YiQiHuoXue can promote the proliferation of subclture HSC which was cultured in model sera for 3 weeks and the proliferation of primary HSC which was cultured in model sera for 3,5 and 7 weeks, P <0 05.3.The sera with YiQiHuoXue can promote the proliferation of Bel7402 cell, which was cultured in model sera for 3 weeks, P <0.05.Conclusion: The recipe of YiQiHuoXue could infect the proliferation of HSC and Bel7402. HSC proliferation depends on whether HSC was inhibited or promoted.
摘要:A method for the preparation of blank solution of Chinese medicines and preparations by thin layer wash was established. The survey of pharmacopia spectrophotometry assay methods for Semen strychni pulveratum, Flos sophora immaturus and Fufang Yinhuang oral liquid indicated that interferential constituents of blank solution hold more than 16% of the content. It is suggested that the interferential constituents should be considered in the assay of Chinese medicines and preparations by spectrophotometry.
摘要:To evaluate the therapeutic effect of JiangZhiTongMaiFang(JZTMF) on atherosclerosis(AS). 61 patients with AS were taken as treatment group, the patients with lovastating were taken as control. Ultrasonographical technique was used to observe the therapeutic effect of Chinese herbs. In the JZTMF group, the area of plaques was reduced from 0.099±0.051 to 0.0691±0.0273 ( P <0.01, versus baseline); The intima media thickness of common carotid artery were decreased from 0.93±0.19 to 0.79±0.12 ( P <0.01, versus baseline), while there were no distinct changes after treatment of Lovastatin ( P >0.05). JZTMF can adjust the high level of blood lipid in AS patients and the level of plasma TC, TG, LDL ( P <0.001). At the same time, AI (TCHDL/HDL) and apoB ( P <0.01) clearly went down in JZTMF group. It’s proved that JZTMF can treat AS. The main mechanism may be to adjust lipid levels.

摘要:Non operative treatment was taken in 45 cases of the acute panceratitis, which mainly depended on the enema with Chinese medicine decoction, TongFuTang, and was accompanied by the supporting treatment. The results showed that in the treatment group with Chinese medicine, all the indexes, including amylase in blood and urine, recovery of the gurgling sound and intestinal gas exhaust, starting time of defecation and the times of defecation, had a greater improvement than in the control group. TongFuTang is composed of raw Dahuang, Mangxiao, Danshen, Zhishi , et al.
摘要:The Chinese medicine decoction is composed of Chaihu, Huangqin, Muxiang, Houpo, Zhiqiao, Baishao, Danshen, Dahuang , et al. Accompanied by the antibiotic of western medicine and the supporting treatment, the treatment was taken with the decoction in 50 cases of acute edematous pancreatitis. Results showed the cure rate was 66% and the total effective rate was 92%. In the control group with pure western medicine, for 50 cases, the total effective rate was 78% and the cure rate was 34%.

摘要:The treatment group was taken with the Chinese medicine decoction, Shujiangtang, and accompanied by Xiaokewan. The control group was taken with Xiaokewan. Results showed that the total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.7%, while that of the control group was 53.6%. 摘要:The Chinese medicine decoction SiCaoErGenTang is mainly composed by Cheqiancao, Yimucao, Baihuasheshecao, Xianhecao, Baimaogen and Lugen . The treatment group was taken with the decoction and anti infectious western medicine, the control group was taken with pure western medicine. Results showed that, the total effective rate in the treatment group was 97.06%, while that of the control group was 93.05%. And the effects of shortening course of treatment and reducing recurrence rate in the treatment group were better than those in the control group.

摘要:Another 130 cases were taken with normal acupuncture manipulation as the control group. Scientific design and evaluation was based on the International Acupuncture Clinic Research Standard and the method of DEM. The result indicated that the holo acupuncture manipulation could markedly improve the daily life activity (BI index accumulation), and the patients’ life quality, which is of significant social benefits.
