- 摘要：Objective: To establish a sensitive HPLC method for the determination of serum concentration of the paeoniflorin （PF） in Chinese medicine Xiongshao Capsule. Method: The conditions were as follows: Solid phase, Hypersil ODS 2 C18 column （150 mm×46 mm, 5 μm）; mobile phase, methanolwater（25∶75）; flow rate:10 ml·min -1 ; detection wavelength, 230nm, temperature, 22 ℃. Results: Good linearity of PF in serunm was found within 936～46800 μg·L -1 . The detection limit was 5μg·L -1 . The mean rate of recovery was （10015±207）%. The withinday and daytoday relative standard deviation （RSD） ranged from 158～191% and 172～259%. Conclusion: It was a simple, sensitive, specific and accurate analysis method for PF in serum.

发布时间：2021-09-15 - 摘要：Stimulating the vascular smooth muscle cell with IL-1 as the pattern, according to the direct test design to determine the research project, discuss the interaction of Puerarin, Icariin, Baicalin, Hesperidose, Typhaneoside on apoptosis of the proliferated vascular smooth muscle. The result showed the relationship of the rate of apoptosis to the concentrations of the herbs was as followed: Y=12.07-5.24×10 -4 B+0.11G+9.60×10 -7 AD-5.09×10 -7 BF-2.20×104EG（G as time, Y as the rate of apoptosis）. From this, it could be seen that the puerarin and icariin could promote the apoptosis of the proliferated vascular smooth muscle and the synergism was obvious. The verification test also indicated the puerarin（10 -7 mol/L） could promote the apoptosis and the rate was 17.0%.关键词：Vascular smooth muscle;Flavonoids;apoptosis;Direct Test Design

发布时间：2021-09-15 - 摘要：To probe into the effect of Safflor yellow on the human neutrophil activation induced by plateletactivating factor. Methods: human neutrophil was preincubated with Safflor yellow of different concentration, then was stimulated by plateletactivating factor with the existence of cytochalasin B. Result: Safflor yellow showed obvious inhibition effects on human neutrophil aggregation, adherence and superoxide generation , the inhibition effects of Safflor yellow were dosedependent on its concentration in the range of 2～20g·L -1 . We deduced that the effects against plateletactivating factor may be one of the important mechanisms of Safflor yellow to activate blood and eliminate blood stasis.

发布时间：2021-09-15 - 摘要：The study was to develop a rat model of ulcerative colitis with the “Depression of liverenergy and Asthenia of Spleen", which could be treated with the TCM prescription. The results showed that: In histologic examinations, 3 days after acetic acidinduced colitis in rats, it was appeared the TCM syndrome of “Depression of liverenergy and Asthenia of Spleen". The inflammatory response in the colonic mucosa was marked by neutrophil infiltration, hemorrhage, edema, and mucosal ulceration, which was more than the only acetic acidinduced colitis in rats. There were also greatly increased concentrations of nitric oxide （NO） and myeloperoxidase （MPO） activity in the rectum compared with the acetic acidinduced colitis in rats. 发布时间：2021-09-15 - 摘要：Whole mount cell transmission electron microscopy combined with selective extraction method was adopted to study the effect of schinifoline on hepatocellular cytoskeleton of experimental hepatoma. It was shown that the filaments of the cytoskeletons of the transformed cells induced by DEN were obviously damaged, depolymerized and aggregated. After the treatment with schinifoline, the cytoskeletal system of the transformed cells recovered apparently. 发布时间：2021-09-15 - 摘要：Simulate main cause of the child apositia to build the infantile rat model, treat with the clinically effective compound Erbao granule, determine the hypothalamus, hypophysis, sinus ventriculi and the content of β-endorphin in the blood plasma of the rat, then observe the adjusting of the compound prescription on the pattern’s central and peripheral β-endorphin. The result showed that, comparing the pattern animal with the normal animal, the contents of β-endorphin in the plasma and sinus ventriculi decreased obviously （P<0.05）, while the contents didn’t change much in the hypothalamus and hypophysis. Both in the large and small dosage treatment groups the β-endorphin of plasma recovered to normal. In the large dosage group, the content of β-endorphin in the hypothalamus, hypophysis and sinus ventriculi increased, obviously higher than in the normal group（P<0.001）.关键词：Erbao granule;Apositia;β-endorphin;rat

发布时间：2021-09-15 - 摘要：The therapeutic group was compared with 5 control groups, which were normal group, ventolin treatment group, ionguide group, external application group and model group. The results showed that: the airway resistance （Ri, Re） and the pulmonary compliance （Cor） in the therapeutic group was mostly closed to that in the normal group, secondly closed to the ventolin treatment group, and there was no significant difference between them. The airway resistance peak number increased higher in the model group after being stimulated by albumin, while the pulmonary compliance was poor in this group. Compared the model group with the therapeutic and the ventolin treatment group, there was obvious differences for the pulmonary compliance and the airway resistance peak numbers. Also the airway resistance peak numbers in ionguide group and external application group was much higher than in the therapeutic group, the pulmonary compliance went down clearly in these two groups. The study indicated that, the treatment of Maxin Tincture via ionguide could decrease the airway resistance and improve the pulmonary compliance, its curative effect is closed to ventolin treatment group, better than the other groups.关键词：asthma;Maxin Tincture;Ion-guide;Airway resistance;guinea pig

发布时间：2021-09-15 - 摘要：To study the inhibitory effect of norcantharidin （NCTD） on the HL60 cells proliferation of promyelocytic leukemia cell strain. Methods: The effects of NCTD were detected by flowcytometry on the cell toxicity, cell cycle and cell apoptosis of HL60 cells cultured in vitro. Results: After 48 hours of treatment with NCTD, the growth of HL60 cells was inhibited significantly. The summit of apoptosis appeared after 24 hours. The percentage of the cells in G 1 phase decreased, then increased in S and G 2+M phase while the S and G 2+M phase were blocked after treatment with 1, 5, 50 μm NCTD for 24 hours. Conclusions: NCTD can induce the apoptosis of HL60 cells and inhibit fissiparism of them, and the domino effect was obviously correlated with the time and dosage.关键词：norcantharidin;HL60;apoptosis;cell cycle;Flowcytometry

The results showed Bitongkang（10.7 g/kg, 5.3 g/kg, 2.7 g/kg） could inhibit the proliferation of T lymphocyte induced by ConA in normal mice. The intensity of inhibition was similar with the prednisone acetate. Bitongkang was able to inhibit the production of TNF-α and IL-1 produced by normal mice peritoneal M. 发布时间：2021-09-15 - 摘要：The change of PO 2 （Pressure of O 2） in the aqueous humor of rabbits （n=15） after encircling operation was observed through bloodgas analysis, and oxygen content in aqueous humor was estimated according to henrys law. Oxygen content in aqueous humor was decreased with different degree（P<005）; It was increased significently after the treatment of acupuncture （P<005）. The result indicated that the encircling operation on retinal detachment could cause anterior segment ischemic syndrome and the lack of oxygen supply. Acupuncture could improve the blood and oxygen supply.

- 摘要：cases in the treatment group were treated with the Chinese medicine under the principle of calming the endopathic wind and dissipating phlegm, and activating blood flow to induce resuscitation, at the same time combined with western medicine to receive a satisfied effect. After the treatment, 7 cases were cured, 11 cases with obvious effect, 21 cases effective, and 10 cases with inefficacy or being worsened. The total effective rate was 81%. There were 37 cases in the control group with only western medicine, among which 5 cases were cured, 7 cases with obvious effect, 8 cases effective. The total effective rate was 54.05%. The observation also showed that in the integrated treatment group the rate of complication is 39.98% in average while in the control group it’s 62.28%. In the treatment group with GuChiZengGuSan, the obviously effective rate was 887%, effective rate was 6209%, and the total rate was 7096%. In the control group, the obvious effective rate was 0%, effective rate 3333%, and the total rate was 33.33%. The experiment suggested in decreasing the indexes of bacterial plaque and gingivitis, reducing tooth mobility, improving occlusion and general symptom, the treatment group exceeded much to the control group （P<005）. Untoward effect wasn’t detected in the experiment.

发布时间：2021-09-15 - 摘要：Applying senna and mannite as cathartic before the cholgastrointestinal and colorectal operation, clinical observation and analysis by contrast were undertaken from several aspects as subjective symptom after taking the drugs, effects of clearing the bowels in the operation, and recovery of gastrointestinal function after the operation. The results showed the senna and mannite both had obvious lapactic action, while the orally taken senna had weak gastrointestinal reaction and quicker recovery of gastrointestinal function, which had a remarkable difference in statistics.
