摘要:Objective To try to establish the macroscopic diagnostic criteria for hepatic depression syndrome according to the TCM theory that different diseases manifest same syndromes. Method The method of integration of literature research and clinical study was adopted in this study. The symptoms and signs of hepatic depression syndrome at high frequencies were screened out through literature research and used for establishing the reference diagnostic criteria and for designing the symptomatic observation scale. 77 Patients with hepatic depression syndrome were diagnosed according to both the "golden criteria" set up by two clinical experts and the reference diagnostic criteria. The coincidence rate,Kappa value and R value were calculated by comparison. Results The literature research revealed that the following symptoms and signs could be included in the reference diagnostic criteria for hepatic depression syndrome: distension or pain in the chest or hypochondria,mental depression,restlessness and liable to be angry,feeling bitter in the mouth,feeling stuffed in the chest,frequent sighing,and stringy pulse. As compared with the diagnoses by the clinical experts,the Kappa value of these symptoms and signs was 0.71,showing a rather good coincidence. Conclusion Patients can be diagnosed as with hepatic depression syndrome if they are with four or with four and over of the above-mentioned symptoms and signs,namely distension or pain in the chest or hypochondria,mental depression,restlessness and liable to be angry,feeling bitter in the mouth,feeling stuffed in the chest,frequent sighing,and stringy pulse. Such signs of hepatic depression syndrome as thin white fur of tongue and stringy pulse still need to be further studied.
摘要:Objective To carry out a deeper level multivalued quantification analysis of TCM drug properties according their greatness of significance. Method Deficiency-nourishing drugs were taken as the study objects,and their TCM drug properties were taken as their basic characteristics. The TCM drug properties of deficiency-nourishing drugs were first treated by two-valued quantification and multivalued quantification,and then,techniques of knowledge discovery in database,such as the artificial neural network and decision tree,were used to find the influence of different quantification methods on the results of the effect attribution discrimination of deficiency-nourishing drugs. Results The multivalued quantification has a more ideal result of discrimination than the two-valued quantification. Conclusion The different methods for the quantification of TCM drug properties have certain influence on the prediction of the effect attribution of deficiency-nourishing drugs.
摘要:Objective To investigate the regularity of the dynamic evolvement of the body state before the outbreak of apoplexy by using the theory and methods of the system science in order to provide reference for the early prevention,diagnosis and treatment of the disease. Method Certain disease outbreak intensity indexes were set up for tokening the developing state of disease in the body system. Based on the published results of the project entitled A Research of the High-Risk Factors of Apoplexy and the Correlative Symptoms,one of the Eighth National Five-Year Plan Key Projects,the symptomatic data of apoplexy prior to outbreak were summarized and the evolvement behavior of the system state of the body prior to the outbreak of apoplexy was analyzed. Results During the period between more than 1 month and 24 hours prior to the outbreak of apoplexy,the state of the body manifested such an evolvement track: firstly,a rapidly increased possibility of apoplectic outbreak (within more than 1 month);secondly,a decreased possibility of apoplectic outbreak (from 30 days to 7 days);thirdly,again a rapidly increased possibility of apoplectic outbreak (from 7 days to 72 hours);and lastly,a slowly increased possibility of apoplectic outbreak (from 72 hours to 24 hours,and within 24 hours,respectively). Conclusion To use disease outbreak intensity indexes for tokening the whole state of the body system in a certain time-space and to investigate the evolvement regularity of the body state in some successive intervals is a new approach to understanding the regularities of human physiological and pathological changes,which can provide reference for the prevention,diagnosis and treatment of disease.
摘要:Objective To investigate the mechanism,action step in a pathway and action locus of kidney-nourishing TCM drugs in the treatment of anovulatory disease. Method The rat model of anovulatory disease was established by androgen-inducement. The model rats were divided into the TCM-drug group and model group,and at the same time,a normal control group of normal rats was also set up. Changes in the levels of serum genital hormones,ovarian and uterine weight indexes,and in ovarian and uterine morphology were observed. The expression intensity of estrogen receptor (ER) and progestogen receptor (PR) in the ovary and uterus was analyzed.Results Kidney-nourishing TCM drugs could increase the levels of FSH,LH and E2,decrease the level of PRL,improve the ovarian and uterine morphological structures in pathological condition,and strengthen the expressions of ER and PR in the ovary and uterus. Conclusion The experimental results suggest that kidney-nourishing TCM drugs may promote the development of the follicules and uterus through regulating the functions of the hypophysis,ovary and uterus.
摘要:Objective To investigate the mechanism of the early inflammatory reaction in atherosclerosis (AS) and to observe the intervening effects of Qixuebingzhi Formula (QF) and qi-regulating and blood-activating drugs in QF. Method The rat model of hyperlipidemia/blood stagnation was established by using a high-lipid stressor. The changes in the lipid metabolism,levels of IL-6 and IL-8,and the expression rate of the activated-leukocyte cell adhesion molecules were observed. Results Compared with those in the model group,the levels of TC,TG,TC/HDL-C,LDL-C,IL-6,wCD11b,and zCD11b were markedly decreased in the QF-group;the levels of TC,TG,LDL-C,IL-6,IL-8,and wCD11b were markedly decreased in the qi-regulating drug group;and the levels of TC,LDL-C,IL-6,and wCD11b were markedly decreased in the blood-activating drug group ( P <0.05 and P <0.01,respectively). Conclusion QF may interfere with the inflammatory reaction of AS,which is one of the mechanisms by which QF resists AS. Although the mechanisms of the effects of qi-regulating and blood-activating drugs in QF are not totally same,the two kinds of drugs exert a cooperative effect.
摘要:Objective To observe the curative effects of Changankang Capsules (CC) on the acetic acid-induced ulcerative colonitis in the rat,and to investigate the mechanisms of the effects. Methods The rat model of ulcerative colonitis was created by clysis with 6% glacial acetic acid solution. The model rats were treated with CC for 6 days successively,and on the 7 th day during the treatment course,the rat gross colonic tissue and the state of histopathological lesion of the rat colonic tissue were observed,and the activities or levels of MPO,NO,NOS,SOD,MDA and GSH-PX in the colonic tissue were examined. Results The results of the rat gross colonic tissue scoring,and the changes in the histopathological and biochemical criteria proved that the rat model of ulcerative colonitis was created successfully. CC could markedly improve the results of the rat gross colonic tissue scoring and alleviate the histopathological lesion of the rat colonic tissue. Also,CC could decrease MPO activity remarkably,lower NO level and NOS activity,increase SOD and GSH-PX activities,and reduce MDA level. Conclusion CC exert their marked curative effects on rat acetic acid-induced ulcerative colonitis through resisting oxygen free radical lesion,inhibiting the generation of NO,and reducing the inflammatory cell infiltration.
摘要:Objective To investigate the changes in the amounts of expression of 5-HT 1A receptor mRNA in the cortex and hippocampus of the rat model of depression induced by chronic stressors treated with the active components of Sini Powder.Method The in situ hybridization technique was used to analyze the amounts of expression of 5-HT 1A receptor mRNA in order to explore the anti-depressive mechanism of the active components of Sini Powder. Results It was found that the amounts of expression of 5-HT 1A receptor mRNA were markedly decreased in the cortex and hippocampus of the rat model of depression induced by chronic stressors ( P <0.01) and that the active components of Sini Powder could markedly increase the amounts of expression of 5-HT 1A receptor mRNA in the hippocampus ( P <0.01) and also could increase the amounts of expression of 5-HT 1A receptor mRNA in the cortex (P <0.05).Conclusion One of the mechanisms of the active components of Sini Powder against depression is regulating the amounts of expression of 5-HT 1A receptor mRNA.
摘要:Objective To investigate the effective responses of the acupoints to transdermal aminophylline preparation in the rabbits in order to provide experimental data for the acupoint administration. Method TEM was used to carry out the morphological observation of skin structures. I 125 radioimmunoassay was used to detect the levels of plasma cAMP and cGMP. ELISA was used to detect the level of serum IL-5.Results Compared with the skin structures at non-acupoints,an increase in cell desquamation of the stratum corneum,and changes in the density of the lipid bimolecular layer along with the formation of folds,were found in the skin structures at acupoints. After administration,the level of cAMP increased,and the level of cGMP decreased,and the ratio of cAMP/cGMP decreased as well in each experimental group. However,the level of cAMP tended to be normal in 2 hours and the ratio of cAMP/cGMP tended to be normal in 7 hours in the Feishu group and Tanzhong group while the same results showed in the non-acupoint group in over 8 hours,respectively. As compared with that in the asthma control group,the level of serum IL-5 was lowered in both the Feishu group and non-acupoint group ( P <0.05),and the effect was stronger in the Feishu group than in the non-acupoint group ( P <0.05). Conclusion The acupoint administration of transdermal aminophylline preparation can produce obvious immunoregulatory effect.
摘要:Objective To observe the effect of the aqueous extract of Tibetan Drug No.7 (AETD No.7) on the contraction of rat isolated thoracic aortic rings in order to investigate the antihypertensive mechanism of AETD No.7. Method Normal saline was used as the control,the effects of AETD No.7 (6 g/L) and verapamil (0.013 g/L) on the time-effect characteristic of the contraction of the thoracic aortic rings induced by high concentration K + solution;on the dose-effect curves related with the contractions of thoracic aortic rings induced by KCl,NE and CaCl2;and on the contractions dependent on both intercellular and intracellular Ca 2+ of thoracic aortic rings induced by NE,were observed. Results AETD No.7 could inhibit the contraction of the thoracic aortic rings induced by high concentration K + solution ( P <0.001),and cause the dose-effect curves related with the contractions of thoracic aortic rings induced by KCl,NE and CaCl2 to shift to the right with an decrease in the maximum effective response,manifesting non-competitive antagonism ( P <0.05).Like verapamil,AETD No.7 also could inhibit the contractions dependent on both intercellular and intracellular Ca 2+ of thoracic aortic rings induced by NE ( P <0.05). Conclusion The experimental results suggest that the antihypertensive mechanism of AETD No.7 is in accord with that of calcium channel antagonist,and furthermore,the effect of AETD No.7 is more stable than that of verapamil,with a maximum of effect alike that of verapamil.
摘要:Objective To investigate the mechanism of the effect of Blood-Sugar Lowering TCM Drug No.1 (BSLD No.1) in order to provide experimental data for its clinical administration. Method Healthy mice were randomly divided into groups,and each group had 11-12 of them. The negative control group,positive control group,model group,BSLD No.1 large dose group,and BSLD No.1 small dose group were set up in the experiment. BSLD No.1 was successively given to the mice intragastrically,once a day,0.65 mL each time. The levels of blood sugar and SOD were detected and the changes in the auricle microcirculation were detected with a microvisual circulation apparatus. Results BSLD No.1 could markedly decrease the level of blood-sugar in the hyperglycemic mouse,promote the velocity of blood flow of mouse auricle arterioles,and enhance the activity of SOD in the blood of the mouse. Conclusion BSLD No.1 has remarkable effects on blood-sugar,microcirculation and SOD in the mouse.

摘要:Objective To investigate the preventive effects of Fukang Tablets (FT) on the inhibition of rat bone marrow induced by carbamazepine (CBZ). Method The rats in the model control group were given CBZ for 90 days,and the rats in the prevention group were given a lower dose of FT and a higher dose of FT,respectively. In each group,the ratios of myeloid granulocyte series at various stages,the proliferation degree of myeloid karyocytes,and the marrow histopathological criteria were observed by a super-definition myeloid cell analysis system and a light microscopy and at the same time,the effects of FT at different doses on the inhibition of bone marrow induced by CBZ were compared. Results Marked restoration of myeloid karyocyte proliferation was seen in the lower FT dose group ( P <0.05),and more active myeloid karyocyte proliferation was seen in the higher FT dose group ( P <0.01);the ratios of various definitive myeloid granulocytes (mainly segmented granulocytes) were found markedly decreased in both FT groups ( P <0.05);it was also found that the ratio of lymphocytes markedly decreased and the ratios of myeloid granulocyte series at various stages tended to be normal in the higher FT dose group ( P <0.05). Conclusion FT can prevent or antagonize the inhibition of hematopoiesis of rat bone marrow induced by CBZ.
摘要:Objective To extract puerarin by the aqueous two-phase system extraction. Method To study the partition coefficients of puerarin in two aqueous two-phase systems,namely PEG/(NH4)2SO4 system and acetone/ K2HPO4 system. Results The experiment showed that the optimum PEG/(NH4)2SO4 aqueous two-phase system was 20% of PEG1500 and 16% of (NH4)2SO4,with the maximum partition coefficient as 148.2 and the maximum yield as 99.09%. The optimum acetone/ K2HPO4 aqueous two-phase system was a acetone and water (in a ratio of acetone to water as 8∶2) with 1.5 g of K2HPO4,and its maximum partition coefficient was 36.7,with the maximum yield as 99.55%. Conclusion As compared with the PEG/(NH4)2SO4 aqueous two-phase system,the acetone/K2HPO4 aqueous two-phase system shows a good industrial promise for the extraction of puerarin.
摘要:Objective To investigate the brain-protective effect of the effective fraction of Naoxin Formula (EFNF). Methods (1) The time of gasping of the cut-off head was measured in the mice made to swim with a load in the water with a temperature of 8 C 0 for 5 minutes. (2) The changes in the cerebral biochemical metabolism were detected in the mice made to swim with a load in the water with a temperature of 8 C 0 for 5 minutes.Results (1) As compared with that in the model group,the time of gasping of the cut-off head was prolonged in different degrees by all the three doses of EFNF at 0.1 g/kg,0.2 g/kg and 0.4 g/kg,respectively ( P <0.05,P <0.01). (2) As compared with those in normal control group,the level of cerebral LA was increased,and the activities of cerebral Na +-K +-ATPase and Ca 2+ -Mg 2+ -ATPase were decreased in the model group;EFNF could markedly reverse the above-mentioned abnormal biochemical changes in the mouse brain ( P <0.01). Conclusion EFNF can prolong the time of gasping of the cut-off head in the mice made to swim with a load in cold water and improve cerebral biochemical metabolism,showing obvious cerebral protective effect.
摘要:Objective To observe the influence of huangqi (the dried root of Astragalus membranaceus or Astragalus membranaceus mongholicus) on renal vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in the rat with type II diabetes. Method SD rats were divided into the sham-operation group,diabetic nephropathy group (DN group),and huangqi treating group (HTG). First,the rats in the latter two groups were induced to be with diabetic nephropathy,and then,the rats in the HTG group were intragastrically given Huangqi Injection at a dose of 5 mL/kg. The influence of huangqi on renal VEGF and on urinary albumin in the rat with diabetic nephropathy was observed. Results Huangqi could markedly decrease the level of urinary albumin and the expression of renal VEGF in the rat with diabetic nephropathy ( P <0.05). Conclusion The expression of renal VEGF increases in diabetic nephropathy due to type II diabetes,and huangqi can reduce the impairment by diabetic nephropathy through inhibiting the expression of renal VEGF.

摘要:Objective To observe the effects of Chaidi Integrated Formula (CIF) on the functions of cerebral 5-HT1 and 5-HT2 receptors in the rat model of depression due to chronic stress and to investigate the possible anti-depressive mechanism of CIF. Method First,the rat model of depression due to chronic stress was chronically given CIF,and the cortices of the model rats were then separated for detecting the B max and Kd of 5-HT1 and 5-HT2 receptors by radioligand binding assay. Results The B max of 5-HT1 and 5-HT2 receptors in the cortices of the model rats was markedly increased ( P <0.01),which implied an increase in the numbers of the receptors;the chronical CIF-administration to the model rats could decrease the B max of 5-HT1 and 5-HT2 receptors in the frontal cortices ( P <0.01),which implied a decrease in the abnormally increased numbers of the receptors. It was also found that there was no significant difference between the model rats and the normal control rats or between the CIF-treated model rats and the normal control rats concerning the Kd ( P >0.05),implying that the affinity of the receptors was not affected. Conclusion CIF can decrease the numbers of 5-HT1 and 5-HT2 receptors in the cortices of the rats with depression due to chronic stress,which may be one of the anti-depressive mechanisms of CIF.

摘要:Objective To study the effects of Dihuangyinzi Decoction (DD) on brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) in the hippocampus of the rat with persistent ischemia. Method The rat model of ischemia was established by ligation. The effects of DD on BDNF in the hippocampus of the rat model of ischemia were observed by using immunohistochemical techniques.Results It was found that there was the expression of BDNF-positive neurons in the ischemic region of the rat brain;and although the survived neurons gradually reduced along with the prolongation of the ischemia time in the hippocampal regions of the rats in both the ischemia group and DD-administration group,the survived neurons in the DD-administration group were more than those in the ischemia group. Conclusion DD can inhibit the death of the neurons and promote the survival and repair of the neurons in the hippocampus through promoting the expression of BDNF in the cerebrally ischemic rat
摘要:Objective To reveal the regularity of the development of pulmonary inflammation in SARS and the characteristics of its dynamic distribution. Method The chest X-rays of the patients from 11 hospitals in Beijing area,which were included in the Clinical Study of Treatment of SARS by Therapies of the Integration of TCM and Western-Style Medicine,one of the 863 key projects sponsored by PRC Ministry of Science and Technology,were digitally processed and quantitatively discriminated on a uniform basis in order to establish a database of chest X-rays of SARS patients. The data in the database were then analyzed and described. Results The study on 1561 chest X-rays of 361 SARS patients showed that (1) the sum integral of the chest X-rays and the dynamic distribution of pulmonary inflammation foci appeared to be with double peaks. The first peak appeared on the 16th day after the outbreak in the common type of SARS,and it appeared on the 13 th day after the outbreak in the severe type of SARS;the second small transitory peak appeared on the 25 th day after the outbreak in common type,and it appeared on the 19 th day after the outbreak in the severe type;afterwards,the convalescence followed;(2) SARS pulmonary inflammation foci appeared mostly in the middle and inferior fields of the lungs,especially in the inferior field;foci in the inferior field of the right lung were found to be more than those in the inferior field of the left lung from the 8 th day to 14 th day after the outbreak,and the foci in the middle field of the left lung were found to be more than those in the middle field of the right lung,which showed a statistically significant difference;(3) the severity of SARS pulmonary inflammation tended to be raised following the increase in the age. Conclusion The dynamic development and the distribution of the foci of the pulmonary inflammation in SARS patients are with certain regularity,and the severity of the pulmonary inflammation are found to be different in SARS patients of different sexes and ages.

摘要:Objective To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Shuganyiyang Capsules (SC) in the treatment of psychological erectile dysfunction (ED) and mild arterial ED (liver depression and kidney deficiency syndrome and syndrome of liver depression and kidney deficiency complicated by blood stagnation). Method 500 ED patients were clinically observed for 4 weeks in a multi-center,randomly controlled and double-blind trial with placebo,positive control drugs and SC at a dose of 1.0 g/3 times/day. Results The total effective rate and the total effectual rate were 88.0% and 64.0%,respectively in the SC double-blind treating group,and were 90.5% and 65.0%,respectively in the SC open treating group,which were higher than those (21.0% and 6.0%) in the placebo group and than those (60.0% and 29.0%) in the Suoyangbushen group ( P <0.05). SC showed a much better effect on the time of erectile improvement and penis rigidity restoration,compared with that of Suoyangbushen or the placebo ( P <0.05),and at the same time,SC was proved to be more effective for treating psychological ED than for treating mild arterial ED ( P <0.05). No side effects of SC were found in the trial. Of the 105 Patients involved in the trial,100 achieved a rate of successful intercourses of more than 80% in 3 months. Conclusion SC shows a good effect in the treatment of psychological ED and mild arterial ED.

摘要:Objective To investigate the distribution of TCM syndromes of apoplexy at acute stage (AAS) in order to affirm the clinical manifestations of TCM syndromes of AAS. Method 122 In-patients of AAS were involved in the study,who were diagnosed according to the six principal syndromes included in the TCM Apoplexy Diagnostic Criteria,namely wind syndrome,fire-heat syndrome,Phlegm syndrome,blood stagnation syndrome,qi-deficiency syndrome,and yin-deficiency and yang-excess syndrome. And at the same time,analysis of the distribution of the syndromes was carried out. Results (1) Most patients were diagnosed as with two principal syndromes in combination,and patients diagnosed as with three principal syndromes in combination were less in number. (2) The mostly encountered clinical syndrome in apoplexy was wind-stagnation syndrome,making up 12.3%;the less encountered was wind-phlegm-stagnation syndrome,making up 8.9%. (3) Most patients of AAS manifested syndromes of deficiency mixed with excess,making up 82.8%;less patients manifested excess syndrome,making up 16.4%;still less patients manifested deficiency syndrome,only making up 0.8%. (4) The mostly encountered single principal syndromes coexisting in AAS were stagnation syndrome and wind syndrome,making up 79.5% and 55.7%,respectively;the mostly encountered two-syndrome-combinations coexisting in AAS were wind-phlegm syndrome and phlegm-stagnation syndrome,making up 45.9% and 37.7%,respectively. Conclusion (1) The reliability of the TCM Apoplexy Diagnostic Criteria has been proved in the clinical application. (2) Because the clinical TCM syndromes of AAS are complicated and changeable,only the commonly encountered syndromes and the principal syndromes best accord with the TCM Apoplexy Diagnostic Criteria. (3) The criteria for apoplectic syndrome diagnosis are necessary in the process of TCM new drug development.
摘要:Objective To investigate the influence of breath-holding respiration regulation (BHRR) on the function of autonomic nervous system and the mechanism of BHRR to regulate yin and yang. Method The effects on heart-rate variability of inhale-exhale-pause pattern (I-E-P) and inhale-pause-exhale pattern (I-P-E) of BHRR at the breathing frequencies of 16 breaths/minute and 5 breaths/minute,respectively,were observed by R-R interval heart-rate variability spectral analysis. Results The values of LF,HF and LF/HF with BHRR at a frequency of 16 breaths/minute showed no marked difference,as compared with those with the natural respiration before performing BHRR. The I-E-P at a frequency of 5 breaths/minute could markedly increase the values of LF,HF and LF/HF ( P <0.05);the I-P-E could significantly increase the values of LF and LF/HF ( P <0.01),but didn’t markedly change the value of HF. Conclusion (1) I-E-P and I-P-E of BHRR at a breathing frequency of 16 breaths/minute have no obvious effects on autonomic nervous system. (2) Both I-E-P and I-P-E of BHRR at a breathing frequency of 5 breaths/minute can markedly increase the excitability of sympathetic nervous system,and at the same time, the exhale-enhancing I-E-P can increase the excitability of the parasympathetic nervous system while the inhale-enhancing I-P-E can increase the excitability of sympathetic nervous system more markedly. The two patterns of BHRR,namely I-E-P and I-P-E have different yin-yang regulative effects on the viscera. (3) All different BHRR patterns can produce physiological after-effects.

摘要:Objective To observe the efficacy of shu-yuan matching acutherapy (or the back-shu points and yuan points matching acutherapy) in male immuno-infertility,and to investigate the effects of shu-yuan matching acutherapy on anti-sperm antibody (AsAb) and the changes in the T lymphocyte subgroup in the peripheral blood. Method 100 AsAb-positive cases of male immuno-infertility were evenly divided into the shu-yuan matching acutherapy group and the prednisolone oral administration group,and each group was treated for 2 courses;and then,the clinical efficacy of the acutherapy and the effects of the drug administration on AsAb and T lymphocyte subgroup were observed in the patients. Results The total effective rate,the favorable changes in T lymphocyte subgroup,and the positive levels of serum and/or AsAb proved to be much better in the shu-yuan matching acutherapy group than those in the prednisolone oral administration group. Conclusion The efficacy of shu-yuan matching acutherapy in the treatment of male immuno-infertility has been confirmed,and shu-yuan matching acutherapy can benignly regulate the changes in AsAb and T lymphocyte subgroup.
