- 摘要：To introduce the study of collaterals and put forward the concept of abnormal collateral.The abnormal collateral,as a pathological satate and course,indicates the disease development;as the location,pathogenesis and state of disease,it is a theoretic tool for recognizing disease changes and determining treatment plan.It can be thought as a pathological reflection of different factors with collateral as a curtain.As a pathological course,it contains the complicated,dynamic changes of disease location,which reflect the evolution of different pathological factors;as an abnormal state of collateral,it marks various changes in structres and functions of collaterals.The similarities and differences between the concepts of the abnormal collateral and the diseases in collaterals were discussed in this paper.The abnormal collateral was part of pathogenesis of Chinese medicine and the diseases in collaterals were those with location,abnormal structures and functions in collaterals as their main pathogenesis.It is significant to finding out the common pathogenesis,deciding therapies,using drugs and forming prescriptions,guiding treatment,and assessing prognosis on the basis of a thorough analysis of the mechanism of the abnormal collateral.关键词：Collaterals;abnormal collateral;the diseases in collaterals;pathogenesis;discussion in theory

发布时间：2021-09-15 - 摘要：The research method of traditional philology was used to examine the formation and development of syndrome manifestation concept（SMC） of Chinese medicine,the relationship between the object and subject of SMC was analyzed from the angle of epistemology,and the definitional method in logic was used to discuss the formation and definitional method of SMC and laying a foundation to the research of the syndrome manifestation.There are many different methods to the definition of SMC in Chinese medicine at present,including informatics,physiology,pathology and complex system.It reflects the current situation of the research of the syndrome manifestation from various visual angles.The natural and attribute abstraction of syndrome manifestation by different school subjects can increase new concepts for Chinese medicine,and the concept transplant can promote the development of a school subject.The definition of SMC,however,should use the definitional method of semantics and attribute adding genus difference in logics,especially for SMC no matter what angle is taken from to research the syndrome manifestation.关键词：syndrome manifestation of Chinese medicine;concept;Definition

- 摘要：Objective To study the protective effects of Shenmai Injection（SI） and its components,ginsenoside Rb1 and Rg1,on the damage of neurons,vascular endothelial cells（VEC） and astrocytes induced by the hypoxia/hypoglycemia and reoxygenation,reveal its mechanism of brain protective effect and to determine its main effective components. Methods To culture neurons,VEC and astrocytes and glycoprival Earle’s fluid with sodium dithionate was used to establish the model of the damage induced by the hypoxia/hypoglycemia in vitro. The SI effect was evalusted by the methods of trypan blue stain,MTT assay and lactate dehydrogenase（LDH） leakage rate.Results SI and ginsenoside Rb1 and Rg1 have no obvious toxic effect on normal cultured three kinds of cells.Compared with the model group with the damage induced by the hypoxia/hypoglycemia and reoxygenation,the mortality rate and LDH leakage rate were decreased significantly（P<0.001）,and the cell survival rate was increased significantly（P<0.001,P<0.05）in the groups of SI,ginsenoside Rb1 and Rg1. Conclusion The mechanism of brain protective effect of SI might be related to its protection against the damage of neurons,VEC and astrocytes induced by the hypoxia/hypoglycemia and reoxygenation. Ginsenoside Rb1 and Rg1 might be main effective components of SI.The result indicates that Shenmai Injection can be applied to the treatment of acute stroke in clinic.关键词：Shenmai Injection;brain protection;ginsenoside;hypoxia/hypoglycemia;cell culture

发布时间：2021-09-15 - 摘要：Objective To observe the influence of six prescriptions for regulating spleenstomach,including Buzhongyiqi Decoction,Dachengqi Decoction,Guipi Decoction,Wendan Decoction,Guadi Powder and Caoguozhimu Decoction on the content changes of monoaminergic neurotransmitter（MN）,such as NE,DA,5HT,5HIAA and homovanillic acid （HVA）.Method Rats were given above 6 prescriptions respectively and the contents of MN in their brains were detected by HPLCelectrochemistry after 15 days.Results Buzhongyiqi Decoction and Guipi Decoction increased NE content in cerebral tissue,Dachengqi Decoction decreased NE content in rat cortex and hippocampus,Caoguozhimu Decoction decreased DA content in rat hippocampus,Wendan Decoction decreased DA content in rat cortex and Guadi Powder increased NE content in rat cortex.Conclusion The effects of different prescriptions on rat MN have different position and trend.The prescriptions with warming,reinforcing and emetocatharsis effects mainly influence on NE system,and those with activating qi effect mainly influence on DA system.关键词：prescription for regulating spleenstomach;monoaminergic neurotransmitter;dopamine;5hydroxytryptamine;5hydroxyindoleacetic

发布时间：2021-09-15 - 摘要：Objective To study the effects of 3,4oxoisopropylidene shikimic acid（ISA）on nerve symptom scale,cerebral infarct size,hydrous content of brain and myeloperoxidase（MPO）activity in the rat with ischemia and reperfusion of the middle cerebral artery（IRMCA）.Method To establish the model of IRMCA in rats by using binding method to make ischemia for 3 hours,reperfusion for 3 hours and 21 hours,then the nerve symptoms were scored at different time points.After 21 hours of reperfusion the size of cerebral infarction（TTC staining） and the hydrous content of brain and MPO activity were determined.Result ISA,in the dose of 200 mg/kg and 100 mg/kg,decreased significantly the nerve symptom scale（P<0.05,P<0.01）,the size of cerebral infarction,hydrous content of brain and MPO activity（P<0.05）in model rats.Conclusion ISA have some protective effect on focal cerebral ischemia.关键词：3,4oxoisopropylidene shikimic acid;Middle Cerebral Artery;cerebral ischemia and reperfusion;myeloperoxidase

发布时间：2021-09-15 - 摘要：Objective To observe the inhibition effect of Wenmaitong on the multiplication of vascular smooth muscle cell （VSMC） induced by angiotension II （Ang II） and its influence on growth factor, and discuss its mechanism for preventing and treating early arteriosclerosis obliteration （ASO） of limbs. Methods To segregate media from rabbit aorta thoracalis for VSMC culture in vitro, and select 3rd to 5th generation cells to copy VSMC multiplication model induced by Ang II. The model was interfered by the serum with Wenmaitong or its different ingredients. The colorimetry of MTT was used to determine the VSMC multiplication activities and immunohistochemistry was used to observe the expressions of platelet-derived growth factor （PDGF-BB） in different groups. Results The multiplication activity of VSMC was obviously increased after Ang II action with a significant difference （P<0.01） compared with the blank group. After the Wenmaitong serum using, however, the multiplication activities in different groups were decreased. There was a significant difference （P<0.01） compared with the Ang II group. The decrease of VSMC multiplication activity in the high-dose group was the most obvious. VSMC PDGF-BB colorated after determined by immunohistochemistry. The intensity of positive reaction in the blank group was weak positive expression （+/-）, and in the Ang II group, strong positive expression （+++） with a significant difference compared with the blank group. The expression of PDGF-BB in the Wenmaitong group was obviously decreased （+）, approaching the blank group, and that in the ingredient group 1 and the ingredient group 2 was middle expression （++） and their intensities of positive reaction were higher than the Wenmaitong group and lower than the Ang II group. Conclusion Wenmaitong, with dose-dependability, can inhibit the VSMC multiplication activity induced by Ang II and the expression of PDGF-BB. The preventing and curatire effect of Wenmaitong on ASO may be related to its inhibition effect on VSMC abnormal multiplication and protein expression of PDGF-BB.关键词：Wenmaitong;atherosclerosis;Vascular Smooth Muscle Cell;cytokine

发布时间：2021-09-15 - 摘要：Objective To observe the antiinflammatory effect of Naru3 Cataplasm on adjuvant arthritis（AA） and its analgetic effect on mice.Methods To establish the rat model of AA,measure the volume of rat toe and joint and calculate the swelling degree of rat toe by the volume drainage method.The levels of interleukin1（IL1）,tumor necrosis factor α（TNFα）and prostaglandin E2（PG E2） were determined by ELISA method,and the threshold of pain was detected by torsion method induced by acetic acid and hotplate method.Results Naru3 Cataplasm inhibited obviously the acute inflammation in AA rats.The toe volume and swelling degree decreased at 6th hour compared with that of the model group.Naru3 Cataplasm inhibited also the secondary inflammation induced by Freund’s Adjuvant,Complete（FAC）.Its antiinflammatory effect began to be obvious at 8th day and very obvious at 24th day.At the same time the levels of IL1,TNFα and PGE2 in rat serum decreased.Naru3 Cataplasm increased remarkably the threshold of pain and paininhibition rate in mice.Conclusion Naru3 Cataplasm has an obvious inhibition effect on acute or secondary inflammatory induced by FAC and analgesia effect.关键词：Naru3 Cataplasma;adjuvant arthritis;antiinflammatory and analgesia;interleukin1;tumor necrosis factor α;prostaglandin E2

发布时间：2021-09-15 - 摘要：Objective To observe the influences of ligustrazine on the development of rat collagen induced arthritis（CIA） and vascular endothelial growth factor（VEGF）.Methods Rats were given intradermal injection of Collagen II to induce CIA,and then different doses of ligustrazine was perfused,and to take cyclosporin A（CSA） as a positive control.The index score and corn thickness of arthritis were detected and joint structure was examined with X ray.The synovial hemoendothelial ultrastructure was observed by transmission electron microscope（TEM）and the expression of synovial VEGF and microvessel density（MVD） were observed by the immunohistochemistry.Result Compared with the model group CSA and 100 mg/kg.d of ligustrazine decreased the index score and corn thickness of arthritis,relieved the lesion of joint structure,improved the synovial hemoendothelial ultrastructure,inhibited the expression of VEGF and reduced MVD of synovium.Conclusion Ligustrazine can inhibit the development of arthritis and lesion of joint structure in CIA rats.The mechanism may be related to the inhibition effect on the expression of VEGF and angiogenesis in synovium.关键词：Ligustrazine;collagen induced arthritis;angiogenesis;vascular endothelial growth factor

发布时间：2021-09-15 - 摘要：Objective To observe with the transmission electron microscope（TEM） the effect of Jiaweitaohechengqi Decoction（JD） and its extracts on ultrastructure of cardiac histiocyte in diabetic rats.Methods To establish the diabetic model in 120 SD rats（other 20 rats in the normal group） by intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin（STZ）.The influence of JD,as well as its extracts,wateralcohol,nbuty1 and ethy1acetate,on the cardiomyopathy in diabetic rats were observed and controlled with that of Diamicron for 8 weeks.The ultrastructure of cardiomyopathy in diabetic rats observed by TEM.Results The ultrastructure of rat cardiomyopathy in the Diamicron group was similar to that in the normal group.The JD and its extracts were arranged according their therapeutic effects as following decreasing sequence:nbuty1,wateralcolhol,ethyacetare and the whole prescription of JD. 发布时间：2021-09-15 - 摘要：Objective To investigate the influences of Guanyu Capsules（GC）on HPA axis and the behavioral changes of the rats with damaged olfactory bulb（DOB） Methods The tests of openfield and stepdown passive avoidance were used to observe the behaviors of rats.Radioimmunoassay（RIA）was used to analyze the influences of GC on the levels of adrenocorticotropic hormone（ACTH） and cortisol（CORT） in plasma in rats with DOB.Results The rats had a characteristic hyperactivity in the test of“openfield”and learning deficits in stepdown passive avoidance（P<0.01）,and their levels of ACTH and CORT in plasma increased significantly（P<0.01）.GC at the dose of 1.2 g/kg or 0.6 g/kg corrected the behavioral changes（P<0.01,P<0.05）and at the dose of 1.2 g/kg,0.6 g/kg or 0.3 g/kg decreased the levels of plasma ACTH and CORT,which was lower obviously than that of the model group（P<0.05）.Conclusion GC can correct behavioral changes in rats with DOB,and its regulating effect on HPA axis is one of its mechanisms for treating depression.关键词：depression;Guanyu Capsules;model of damaged olfactory bulb;ethology;adrenocorticotropic hormone;CortisoL

发布时间：2021-09-15 - 摘要：Objective To investigate the effect of Xingpikaiyu Formula（XF）on monoamine neurotransmitters in cortex and hippocampus of rat model of depression.Method The rat model of depression was established by using the methods of separation and chronic unpredictable stress.The changes of monoamine neurotransmitters and their metabolites in cortex and hippocampus were determined by HPLCelectrochemistry.Results Compared with the normal group,5HT in cortex and hippocampus of the model group was obviously decreased.While the levels of DOPAC,HVA,DOPAC/DA,5HIAA/5HT of hippocampus and 5HIAA/5HT of cortex in the model group were higher significantly than that of the normal group.XF obviously increased 5HT in cortex and hippocampus and decreased DOPAC and HVA in hippocampus.XF also decreased DOPAC/DA,5HIAA/5HT of hippocampus and 5HIAA/5HT of cortex.Conclusion XF has an antidepression effect through inhibiting the metabolism of 5HT and DA in cortex and hippocampus,and relatively increases the levels of 5HT and DA in hippocampus and 5HT in cortex.关键词：Xingpikaiyu Formula;depression model;neurotransmitter;5hydroxytryptamine;homovanillic acid;dopamine

Methods TLC was used to detect 5 chromone elements and HPLC was used to detect 4 main effective components of Saposhnikovia divaricata （Turcz.） Schischk. Result Prim-O-glucosylcimifugin, 4`-O-β-D-glucosyl-5-O-methylvisamminol, sec-o-glucosylhamaudol, cimifugin and 5-O-methylvisamminol were determined at the same time. Method HPLC and ultraviolet spectrophotometry were used for the quantitative analysis of crude E. wushanense T.S. Ying., the total flavonoids and icariin in the processed products of E. wushanense T.S. Ying. in different temperature.Result Compared with the crude herb the contents of total flavonoids and icariin were the highest in the processed product by the temperature of 120℃. The content of total flavonoids decreased slightly and icariin increased distinctly in all kinds of processed products in different temperatures.Conclusion Temperture is important to the contents of total flavonoids and icariin, and the temperature of 120℃ may be the best processing temperature for frying E. wushanense T.S. 发布时间：2021-09-15 - 摘要：Objective To evaluate the sustained release effect of Huangyangning Sustained-Released Tablets （HSRT）. Method Ethylcellulose （EC） was used as a basic material and mixed with cyclovirobuxine D （CVB-D） and other materials to prepare HSRT. The release quantity was determined by the method of rotating-shake and the content of cyclovirobuxine D was assayed with acid stain colorimetery and ultraviolet spectrophotometry.Result The release rate of HSRT was about 30% of the total quantity in 1 hour, which approached the effective dose （ED）, about 60% of the total quantity in 6 hours, and almost 100% in 12 hours.Conclusion HSRT have a better release effect in the test condition and its release is in a way of diffusion mainly.关键词：cyclovirobuxine D;sustained-released tablets;release rate;content determination

Method To determine Aconitum vilmorianum Kom grown in different areas and the contents of 15 inorganic elements in soil in these areas, and then the data were compared and analyzed with SPSS11.0 software.Result There was relativity between Aconitum vilmorianum Kom and inorganic elements. Aconitum vilmorianum Kom had an enrichment effect on the assimilation of Ca, Pb and P. The enrichment effect of Aconitum vilmorianum Kom was the strongest in Fengzheng mountain area of Gejiu and in Chana area of Huaning, it was strong too. Conclusion Aconitum vilmorianum Kom regulates the content of inorganic elements through its active assimilation. It has a good cooperated effect on the accumulation of Ni and Cr, Fe and Co, Sn and Co, and Fe and Sn.关键词：Aconitum vilmorianum Kom;soil;inorganic element

发布时间：2021-09-15 - 摘要：Objective To investigate the influence of acupuncture time on the recovery of limb function of the patient with hematencephalon in acute phase and the safety of early acupuncture. Method Ninety patients with hematencephalon in acute phase were randomly divided into three groups. The acupuncture was given to them at the time of their vital signs being stable （group 1）, at 2nd week （group 2） and at 4th week （group 3） respectively besides the basal treatment. Fugl-meyer assessment （FMA） and Barthel index （BI） were used to evaluate the effects. Result There was a significant difference in FMA between group 1 and group 2, and it was the same between group 1 and group 3 （P<0.05, P<0.01）. There were significant differences in BI among three groups （P<0.05, P<0.01, P<0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture can improve the locomotive function and daily life ability of the patient with hematencephalon in acute phase. - 摘要：Objective To study the characteristic of the symptom manifestation of eraditional Chinese medicine （SMTCM） in patients with premature beat（PB）.Method To investigate SMTCM in different patients with PB by using epidemiology method, then analyze the data with SAS statistic software.Results The patients with idiopathic PB had a weak relativity with SMTCM, and those with coronary heart disease or hypertension as the primary disease had complicated SMTCM, and a strong relativity, which had a close relationship with the primary disease. PB was divided into rapid PB, which was related to heat syndrome of TCM, and slow PB, which was related to cold syndrome of TCM.Conclusion SMTCM of patients with primary diseases have a closer relationship with their primary diseases, compared with that of patients with idiopathic PB. - 摘要：Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Losantan and coloclysis mixture of Chinese herbs （CMCH） on chronic renal insufficiency （CRI）. Method Sixty patients were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group （n=30） was given Losartan and CMCH and the control group （n=30） was given Losartan only for 8 weeks. The blood pressure, proteinuria, serum urea nitrogen （BUN）, serum creatinine （Scr） and clearance of endogenous creatinine （Ccr） in two groups were observed.Result Losartan and CMCH decreased serumuria, BUN, Scr and potassium in serum, and increased Ccr in serum. The effect in the treatment group was much better than that in the control group. The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90%,and that of the control group,53.33%. Conclusion CMCH has a protective effect on kidney function and can delay CRI.
