- 摘要：Objective To explore quantization and evaluation method of sub-health state.Method Based on the principle of scale design,a screening scale of sub-health state was established through the process of collecting,forming and selecting items by literature study and designing questions by group discussion（according） to the concept of sub-health and its forming principle.Results A standard screening scale of sub-health state was established.It was composed of systematic manifestations,local manifestations,work ability,quality of life,etc.with 38 items.Conclusion This scale can be used to quantificat and evaluate the sub-health state of public and individuals,and primarily provides a standard,easy operated tool and method for sub-health study.关键词：sub-health;screening standard;study

发布时间：2021-09-15 - 摘要：On the basis of reviewing the discourse on innateness in Chinese ancient medical books,it was considered that the innateness thought of Chinese medicine,which possessed the characteristics of holistic conception and syndrome differentiation and treatment,had advantages in understanding hereditary（phenomenon） determined by multiple factor variables.So the theories and methods of replenishing（innateness）,attaching importance to regulation after birth,treating for prevention of diseases,teaching（before） birth and nourishing fetus are characteristics of the innateness theory of Chinese medicine.It is prospected that there will be exploration and breakthrough in prevention and treatment of hereditary（diseases） through developing the advantages and characteristics of Chinese medicine.The viewpoints on regulation of innateness and prevention and treatment of hereditary diseases was put forward as follows: keeping people away from etiological factor and towards health,preventing change after suffering from（disease） and paying attention to postnatal maintenance,regulating yin-yang to reach balance,inheriting and developing advantages and innovating,emphasizing gene and prospecting future.关键词：innateness;heredity;regulation

- 摘要：Objective To observe the changes of neuropeptide Y（NPY） level and gene expression in the brain of spleen-deficiency rat model and influence of Guipi Decoction.Methods The rat model with spleen-deficiency was established by the methods of purgation with bitter and cold nature drugs,improper diet and overstrain.Immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization were used to detect NPY level and gene expression in nucleus hypothalamicus ventromedialis,CA1 zone of hippocampus and prefrontal（cortex）.Results The immunity positive reactant of NPY in above brain zones deceased obviously in the model group,while increased obviously in the treatment group.NPY mRNA expression in nucleus（hypothalamicus） ventromedialis and prefrontal cortex deceased obviously in the model group,while（increased） obviously in the treatment group.Conclusion NPY（with the effect of improving learning and memory abilities） level and gene expression in the brain of spleen-deficiency rat model has changed.Guipi Decoction can influence the learning and memory abilities by regulating NPY level and gene（expression）.关键词：spleen-deficiency model;neuropeptide Y;gene expression;Guipi Decoction;rat

发布时间：2021-09-15 - 摘要：Objective To observe the effect of Zuijiuling Ⅱ on the alcohol concentration in blood,the（activity） of alcohol dehydrogenase（ADH）in the liver and the concentration of neurotransmitter in the brain of mouse model with acute alcoholism.Methods Female mice were randomly divided into 4 groups（including） model group,high-dose Zuijiuling Ⅱ group,middle-dose Zuijiuling Ⅱ group and low-dose（Zuijiuling） Ⅱ group.Mouse model with acute alcoholism was duplicated by feeding the mice with Site Wine at the dose of 0.01 mL/g.In Zuijiuling Ⅱ groups,Zuijiuling Ⅱ was given by intragastric（administration） 0.5 hours after（alcohol） feeding.Stratography was used to detect the content of some（neurotransmitters） in brain and（spectrophotometric） method was adopted to determine the alcohol（concentration） in blood and the activity of ADH in the liver.Results Compared with that in the model group,the alcohol concentration in blood in（Zuijiuling） Ⅱ groups was decreased significantly 1.5 hours and 2.5 hours after alcohol feeding（P<0.05） and the activity of ADH in the liver had tendency of increase 2.5 hours after alcohol feeding（P>0.05）.The content of norepinephrine（NE） and dihydroxy-phenyl acetic acid（DOPAC） in the brain 1 hour（after） alcohol feeding was increased（P<0.05,P<0.01）,while the content of HVA was decreased（P<0.05）（compared） with that in the model group.Conclusion Zuijiuling Ⅱ can reduce the alcohol concentration in blood of mouse model with acute alcoholism and increase the content of NE and DOPAC.It has effect on relieving alcohol toxicity and antagonizing toxic effect of alcohol on nervous system.关键词：alcoholism;alcohol concentration;alcohol dehydrogenase;neurotransmitter;Zuijiuling Ⅱ;mouse

发布时间：2021-09-15 - 摘要：Objective To investigate the effects of Fufangbiejiaruangan Tablets on the content of IL-8,TNF-α and IL-6 in serum and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid（BALF） of rats with airway fibrosis.（Methods）Seventy male SD rats were randomly divided into 7 groups with 10 rats in each group.Rats in the（model） group,prednisone acetate treated group and high,middle and low dose of Fufangbiejiaruangan Tablets treated groups were dripped with lipopolysaccharide（LPS）（1 mg/kg）intratracheally two times at an interval of 14 days,and rats in the sham-model group with same volume of physiological saline solution（PSS）.Twenty-eight days after the first intratracheal LPS drip,Fufangbiejiaruangan Tablets solution of different dosages,1.4,0.7 and 0.35 g/（kg·d）,were given to rats in the high,middle and low dose of（Fufangbiejiaruangan） Tablets treated groups respectively by daily intragastric administration,while equal volume of PSS was given to those in the shammodel group and model group,and equal（volume） of（prednisone） acetate 0.56（mg/kg·d） was given to rats in the prednisone treated group.The rats were sacrificed 28 days after daily administration,and body weight and lung weight were determined.（Interleukin）-8（IL-8）,tumor necrosis factor-α（TNF-α） and interleukin-6（IL-6） content in serum and BALF were examined by ELISA.Results ①Fufangbiejiaruangan Tablets improved the high lung index induced by LPS,there was a remarkable difference between the high dose of Fufangbiejiaruangan（Tablets） treated group and the model group.②Fufangbiejiaruangan Tablets decreased the IL-8 and TNF-α in serum as well as in BALF caused by LPS exposure,but there was no significant difference between the the Fufangbiejiaruangan Tablets treated groups and the model group.Conclusion Fufangbiejiaruangan Tablets have anti-inflammatory action and can alleviate the increased permeability of lung capillary（vessel,）down regulate the high content of IL-8 and TNF-α in serum as well as in BALF.There is no（significant） difference in therapeutic efficacy between Fufangbiejiaruangan Tablets and prednisone acetate.关键词：Fufangbiejiaruangan Tablets;Interleukin-8;tumor necrosis factor-α;Lipopolysaccharide;rats

发布时间：2021-09-15 - 摘要：Objective To observe the expression of basic（fibroblast） growth factor（bFGF） and glial（fibrillary） acidic protein（GFAP） in the brain of rats with post-encephalorrhagia depression and study the effect of Yinaojieyu Formula with action of tonifying the kidney and regulating qi on the post-（encephalorrhagia） depression.Methods The model rats with post-encephalorrhagia depression were（interfered） with Yinaojieyu Formula by intragastric administration.The expression of bFGF and GFAP in the brain were obversed by immunohistochemical method.Results The expression of bFGF in the model group declined,but the expression of GFAP increased.Yinaojieyu Formula and fluoxetine increased the expression of bFGF and decreased the level of GFAP in CA3 zone of hippocampus and cingulated cortex of model rats.Conclusion Yinaojieyu Formula contributes to the renovation and regeneration of neuron by regulating the expression of bFGF and GFAP to improve post-encephalorrhagia depression.关键词：Yinaojieyu Formula;post-encephalorrhagia depression;glial fibrillary acidic protein;basic fibroblast growth factor;rats

发布时间：2021-09-15 - 摘要：Objective To research the effect of Tanreqing Injection on immune function and cytokines in lungs of the mice with influenza virus FM1 infected.Methods The mouse model with lung infection caused by influenza virus FM1 was adopted.The levels of IFN-γ,TNF-αand IL-4 in lung homogenate of the infected mice were detected.The proliferation of T and B lymphocyte and IL-2 secreted by T（lymphocyte） were determined.Results Tanreqing Injection could enhance the T and B lymphocyte（function） and up-regulate the levels of cytokine IFN-γ and IL-4 in lung homogenate of the mice with（influenza） virus FM1 infected.Tanreqing Injection could reduce the level of TNF-α in lung homogenate of the infected mice.Conclusion Tanreqing Injection can regulate immune function and cytokines in lung tissues of the influenza virus FM1 infected mouse and suppress the lung inflammation reaction.关键词：Tanreqing Injection;influenza;immune function;mice

发布时间：2021-09-15 - 摘要：Objective To discuss the correlation between the compatibilities of 5 chemical component groups separated from Chaihu-huangqin Decoction and their antipyretic effects in order to reveal the（substance） basis of antipyretic effect of Radix Bupleuri and Radix Scutellariae at the level of chemical（component） group.Methods According to the orthogonal design table L8（27）,eight chemical（component） formulae were compounded from 5 chemical component groups separated from Chaihu-（huangqin） Decoction.The fever model was established by injecting LPS once intraperitoneally in the dose of 80 μg/kg in rats.The above-mentioned 1 to 8 formulae were given orally to 8 rat groups respectively in the dose of 10 g/kg（according to the herbal material）.The rat rectal temperature was measured 30,90,150,210,270 and 330 minutes after the injection of LPS.The change values of the rectal temperature （ΔT） in different rat groups were calculated.Results The higher rectal temperature of rat induced by LPS in group 1,5 and 6 were significantly decreased（P<0.05） at 150th and 330th minute with a（significant） antipyretic effects.There was no significant difference between other groups and group 1,but a stronger trend of antipyretic effect in group 5 and 6.Analytic result of variance of all factors showed that group B（volatile oil）,D（flavonoid） and E（other component mixture） in chemical component groups played important role in antipyretic effect with synergetic effect,and group C（saponin） showed a（significant） antagonisis,and A（polysaccharide） showed no significant effect.Conclusion The different compatibilities of chemical component groups in Chaihu-huangqin Decoction have different effects on rat fever model,which suggests that there are different correlations between different chemical component groups and antipyretic effects.The compatibility of group B,D and E is the best formula selected by the orthogonal design method for fever induced by LPS in rats.关键词：Radix Bupleuri and Radix Scutellariae;chemical component groups;compatibility;(antipyretic) effect;rats

发布时间：2021-09-15 - 摘要：Objective To study the effect of Huangjingzanyu Capsules（HC） on ultrastructure of sperm flagella in rats with asthenospermia.Methods The rats with asthenospermia were induced by multi-（glycosides） of Tripterygium Wilfordii（GTW）.The ultrastructure of sperm flagella was observed under the transmission electron microscope.Meanwhile,sperm ATP level was estimated by bioluminescence.（Results） In the GTW group,disorganized and deficient mitochondrion and outer dense fibers could be observed.The damaged mitochondrion and outer dense fibers caused by GTW were repaired at different levels in the HC group at different dosage.Sperm ATP level was significantly increased in the large and middle dosage of HC groups compared with that in the GTW group.Conclusion The action mechanism of HC in improving locomotory capacity of sperm may be related to the repair of the damaged（mitochondrion） and outer dense fibers in the sperm flagella.关键词：Huangjingzanyu Capsule;sperm flagellum;ultrastructure;rats

发布时间：2021-09-15 - 摘要：Objective To explore the dynamic course of basic chemical constituents of effective substance through the analysis of fingerprint chromatograms of chemical compositions in body fluid of rats after（taking） Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae decoction orally.Methods According to the methodology of study on effective constituents in traditional Chinese drugs,HPLC fingerprint chromatograms technique and（analysis） method of drug in vivo were adopted.Results Sixteen kinds of chemical constituents,which were presented by chromatogram peaks,were absorbed into blood via alimentary tract after oral（administration） of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae.Among them 4 kinds were prototype and 12 kinds were new constituents transformed by intestinal metabolism.Four kinds of chemical constituents decreased after（liver） metabolism.Some chemical constituents in urine after kidney metabolism were same as those in blood.There was not any chemical constituents were found in brain and heart.Conclusion According to the methodology of study on effective constituents in traditional Chinese drugs,the dynamitic course of basic chemical constituents of effective substance of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae after oral administration has been revealed.关键词：Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae;medicinal slices;basic chemical constituents of effective（substance）;variation in vivo

发布时间：2021-09-15 - 摘要：Objective To study the adsorptive thermodynamics and dynamics of adsorption of total（saponin） in Radix Polygalae onto（macroporous） resin.Methods Vanillin,glacial acetic acid and（perchloric） acid were used as chromogenic agent and visible spectrophotometry was used to detect the（adsorptive） equilibrium curve at different temperatures and adsorptive dynamic curve under the different beginning concentrations.Results The adsorptive balance data were correlated well to Freundlich（equation,） Lagergren equation and Dumwald-Wagner intraparticle diffusion equation.The relativities（among） them were all good.Conclusion This adsorptive procedure was a spontaneous endothermic（procedure.） A higher temperature is advantageous to the adsorption.The rate of adsorption is mainly（controlled） by the intraparticle diffusion.关键词：macroporous resin;total saponin in Radix Polygalae;adsorptive thermodynamics;adsorptive dynamics

发布时间：2021-09-15 - 摘要：Objective To study the kinetics in refluxing extraction process of oxymatrine from Radix（Sophorae） Flavescentis to provide theoretical basis for designing extracting techniques of oxymatrine.（Methods） The quantity of extracted oxymatrine from Radix Sophorae Flavescentis was measured at（different） times during 2 hours in the condition of refluxing.The one-order rate equation、the two-order rate equation and piecewise function（the 0-order rate equation and the multi-order rate equation） were（evaluated） by the data of extraction process of oxymatrine from Radix Sophorae Flavescentis.Results The difference between the experimental data and the data derived from the one-order rate equation is great,while the experimental data matched with both the data derived from two-order rate equation and（piecewise） function perfectly.Conclusion Experimental data of oxymatrine extraction process are not consistent with the one-order rate equation,but consistent with the two-order rate equation.In addition,the experimental data during the first 30 minutes are consistent with the 0-order rate equation,and the experimental data after the first 30 minutes are consistent with the multi-order rate equation.关键词：oxymatrine;extraction process;kinetics

发布时间：2021-09-15 - 摘要：Objective To optimize the prescription and extracting technique of Chinese medicinal（hydropathic） compress.Methods Anti-inflammation effect of every herb in the prescription was（determined） according to edema degree and thickness difference of ear patches of mice with acute eczema and dermatitis.Based on the anti-inflammation contribution of the different herbs by different extracting technique,the prescription and the extracting technique of Chinese medicinal hydropathic compress were optimized.Results The anti-inflammation contributing rate of the herbs in the prescription ranked as Herba Portulacae,Radix Sanguisorbae,Radix Sophorae Flavenscentis and Cortex Phellodendri according to priority and the best extracting technique of them were extracting by 70% alcohol,boiling with water,boiling with water and by 70% alcohol respectively.The optimal dose of all herbs was 30 g.（Conclusion）The optimized prescription and extracting technique is: Herba Portulacae extracted by 70% alcohol,（30 g;） Radix Sanguisorbae extracted by water,30 g;and Radix Sophorae Flavenscentis extracted by（water）,30 g.关键词：orthogonal experiment;Chinese medicinal hydropathic compress;anti-inflammation（experiment）;extracting technique;mice

- 摘要：Objective To study the basic therapeutic function of Tiaokou（ST38）.Methods Multi-（center）,randomized control and singleblind（deviser,operator and statistician were separate） were taken as the principle of clinical trial.The patients in the treatment group（n=124） were treated by oral（administration） of anti-inflammatory and analgesic medicine combined with acupuncture at Tiaokou（ST 38）.The patients in the control group（n=133） were treated by oral administration of anti-inflammatory and analgesic medicine only.The therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups.Results In terms of relieving pain,the total effective rate was 96.0% in the treatment group and 82.0% in the control group with an extremely significant difference between the two groups（P<0.01）.In terms of improving the shoulder activity,the total effective rate in the two groups were 86.3% and 59.4% with an extremely significant difference between them（P<0.01）.Conclusion The therapeutic effect of treatment by oral administration of anti-inflammatory and analgesic medicine combined with acupuncture at Tiaokou（ST 38） was much more significant,faster,safer and more comfortable than that of treatment by oral administration of inflammatory and analgesic medicine only.关键词：periarthritis of shoulder;acupuncture and moxibustion therapy;frozen shoulder;point;Tiaokou（ST 38）
