摘要:Objective To explain the regulation mechanism of "kidney corresponding with winter" through the observation of seasonal changes of testicular follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH) receptor.Method To detect with the method of radioligand saturation the changes of maximal combining weight(Bmax) and dissociation constant(Kd value) of testicular FSH receptor on male SD rats.Results Bmax of testicular FSH receptor in the normal group was high in summer and low in winter for two years(P<0.05 in 2001,P<0.01 in 2002).Kd value of testicular FSH receptor was high in summer and low in winter too in the normal group(P<0.05 in 2001,P<0.01 in 2002).After the extirpation of pineal gland Bmax and Kd value of testicular FSH receptor in winter increased obviously(P<0.01,P<0.01) in comparison between the operation group and the normal group.The significant seasonal difference was disappeared in testicular FSH receptor between winter and summer.Conclusion The regulation mechanism is related closely to the seasonal high-regulation of pineal gland on genital hormones receptor.

摘要:Objective To look for the natural people group with kidney-deficiency symptoms by cluster(analysis),and discuss the relationship between syndrome structure and symptoms of kidney-deficiency and the limitation of cluster analysis.Method To collect the large-sampled data of kidney-deficiency(according) to the principle of epidemiology,and sort out and analyse the data.The SPSS software was used in related and cluster analysis.Result The structure and relationship of symptom groups of(kidney-)deficiency were accordance with the theory of Chinese medicine after the analysis on kidney-deficiency symptoms from different aspects in the sample,which gave a scientific explanation to the structure of(kidney-)deficiency symptoms in the diagnostics of Chinese medicine.Conclusion A kind of relationship has been formed between syndrome manifestations and a group of symptoms in long time clinical practice of Chinese medicine,while this relationship and the closed degree have not been analysed on the(epidemologic) base.Cluster analysis can gather some symptoms to a natural group and explain the close relationship between the syndrome manifestations and a group of symptoms.This analysis,however,has some shortcomings because of the limitation of the cluster analysis.
摘要:Objective Objective To study the regulation of angiotensin Ⅱ(AngII) on promoter activity of human α 1(I) collagen gene and the interferential effect of tanshinone ⅡA(TSN) in the ventricular(remodeling) of heart failure.Methods To compose a recombinant-pCOLH2.5 from the upstream of the promoter fragments of 2.5Kb in length of human α 1(I) collagen gene and chloramphenicol(acetyltransferase)(CAT).To observe the influence of TSN at different concentrations on pCOLH2.5(activity) and the pCOLH2.5 activity induced by AngII through the elaioplast transfection to cultured rat myocardial fibroblasts and ELISA technique for detection of CAT activity.Results AngII promoted the activity of pCOLH2.5 in dose-dependent manner.The activity of CAT in pCOLH2.5 increased along with the dose of AngII raise,which was significantly different compared with the control group(P<0.05).TSN could inhibit the activity of pCOLH2.5 and its inhibitory effect increased along with its(concentration) raise,which was significantly different compared with the control group and low-dose group(P<0.05).The joint effect of AngII and TSN could inhibit the raising range of CAT in pCOLH2.5((P<0.01)).Conclusion AngII can improve the transcription activity of human α 1(I) collagen gene in myocardial fibroblasts,while TSN can inhibit the activation of the promoter of human α 1(I) collagen gene and has an antagonism to AngII partially.
摘要:Objective To study the ultrastructure changes in rats with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis(IPF) induced by bleomycin treated with Fufangbiejia Formula.Methods To divide randomly 180 male SD rats into the sham-operation group(group1),model group(group2),positive control group(group3),groups with high,medium and low dose of Fufangbiejia Formula(group4,5 and 6).On 7th,14thand 28th day of the treatment 10 rats every time in every group were randomly selected,anesthelized and sliced up,and the changes of structure and collagen were observed by the light(microscope).The(average) optical density around the bronchi,alveolar nonopaque and compact zones were detected by the(imagine) system.The ultrastructures of the slices were observed by the electron(microscope).Results The result of the light microscope showed that Fufangbiejia Formula relieved the(degree) of pulmonary fibrosis.The imagine analysis showed that there was no significant difference(between) group1 and group2 on 7th,14th and 28th day,while there were differences between other groups.The result of the electron(microscope) showed that the content of collagen fibers in group4,5 and 6 were significantly lower than that of group2 and 3 on 7th,14th and 28th day.The regional fold,torsion or defection of inophragma,sludging of extracorpuscular base,and the thickening of respiratory tract membrane were less serious in group4,5 and 6 than that in group2 and 3.Conclusion Fufangbiejia Formula can inhibit obviously the accrementition of collagen fibers in rats with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis.
摘要:Objective To study the chemical principles of Paeonia Lactiflora Pall.Method The chromatography was used for isolation and purification,and spectroscopy methods,such as NMR,MS,were used for analysis of chemical structure of Paeonia Lactiflora Pall.Result There were 9 compounds isolated from Paeonia Lactiflora Pall.,their structures were identified as follows: paeoniflorin(Ⅰ),(oxypaeoniflorin)(Ⅱ),benzoylpaeoniflorin(Ⅲ),Lactiflorin(Ⅳ),4-ethyl-paeoniflorin(Ⅴ),1,2,3-(trihydroxybenzene)(Ⅵ),dihydroapigenin(Ⅶ),benzoyl acid(Ⅷ),β-sitosterol(Ⅸ).Conclusion Among above 9 compounds Ⅴ,Ⅵ and Ⅶ were isolated from Paeonia Lactiflora Pall.for the first time.
摘要:Objective To study the chemical principles of Huoxiangzhengqi Solution.Method To use the method of HPLC-electrospray ionization-mass spectrometry(ESI-MS) to analyse the chemical principles of Huoxiangzhengqi Solution after the sample treated with macroporous resin.Result After HPLC-ESI-MS analysis according to mass-to-charge ratio(m/z) of molecule ionic peak and featured fragments,there were 9 chemical principles determined as follows: liquiritin,hesperidinl,oxypeucedaninhydrate,xanthotoxin,glycyrrhizin,sinensetin or isosinensetin,imperatorin,honokiol and magnolol.Conclusion The method is easy,simple and accurate.

摘要:Objective To observe the clinical effect of Erhuang Formula on relapsing multiple sclerosis.Method To divide randomly 65 cases of multiple sclerosis into the control group(n=35) and the(treatment) group(n=30).The control group was treated with routine western medicine mainly with(methylprednisolone) and prednisone,and the treatment group was treated with Erhuang(Formula) besides of routine western medicine once a day for 3 or 4 weeks.Result Erhuang Formula(relieved) obviously(acroagnosis) and melagra(P<0.001) and acroparalysis and dysopia too.Erhuang(Formula) had a(potential) effect on aconuresis and encopresis.It also decreased the ratio of leukocylosis(induced) by(hormones.) Conclusion The treatment of relapsing multiple sclerosis with(routine) western medicine (combined) Erhuang Formula can relieve neurological symptoms,reduce side effects of hormones and(improve) the rehabilitation.

摘要:Objective To study the influence of Chinese herbal drugs on serum vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and heart function in patients with myocardial infarction(MI).Methods To divide randomly 54 cases into 3 groups,including the control group with 8 cases(group1),percutaneous transluminal angioplasty(PTCA) group with 22 cases(group2) and Baoxin Decoction group with 24 cases(group3).The concentration of serum VEGF was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent(assay)(ELISA) on 0th,1st,7th,14th and 21st day respectively after the treatment.The colour Doppler(ultrasonic) cardiograph was used for detect the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) on 1st and 21st day after the treatment. Result The concentration of serum VEGF increased gradually after the beginning of the treatment,reached the peak on 1st day and then decreased gradually.The concentration of serum VEGF was not significant different between group2 and group3 on 0th,1st,7th and 14th day,but higher than that of group1(P<0.01).On 21st day the concentration of serum VEGF in group3 was higher than that in group2(P<0.01) and obviously higher than that in group1,but there was no significant difference between group2 and group1.On 1st day LVEF was not significant different between group2 and group3 and lower than that in group1(P<0.01).On 21st day LVEF was higher in group3 than that in group2(P<0.05).Conclusion Baoxin Decoction can promote the collateralization in ischemic zone,protect cardiac muscle and improve the recovery of heart function through regulating the VEGF expression and keep VEGF a suitable serum concentration.
摘要:Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xiaolong Mixture on benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH).Method To divide randomly 60 BPH cases into the treatment group(n=30) treated with(Xiaolong) Mixture orally and the control group(n=30) treated with Longbishu orally.The changes of(urination) score,index of life quality,prostatic volume,maximum uroflow and residual urine in the(bladder) were observed before and after the treatment.Result The total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67% and that of the control group was 73.33% without statistical significant difference((P>0.05)).But the relief of urination score,improvement of life quality,increase of maximum uroflow and decrease of residual urine was better in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).The reduce of prostatic volume was not significant in two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Xiaolong Mixture is an effective medicine for treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia.
