摘要:The current state and prospects of the scale application in Chinese Medicine research were analysed,and the problems and research thoughts in the future were discussed.In recent years some international common measuring scales have been used in clinical study of Chinese Medicine(CM) to evaluate quantitatively the psychological status,subjective symptoms,curative effects of CM and the relationship between the scales and syndromes of CM.Some measuring scales related to the syndromes of CM were studied in order to make diagnosis and evaluate the degree of the syndromes.The study has improved CM research and standardization of the syndromes and symptoms of CM. It would be one of the focuses in the future to study the scales with CM characteristics.More attention should be paid in the standardization of symptom terminology and connotation.Meanwhile the theory of psychological measure and method of scale study should be learnt,the different types of CM scales should be investigated and the research course of CM scales should be standardized further according to different purposes of the scales.
摘要:Objective To discuss the logical relation in concept transition of syndrome manifestations in different syndrome types.Method To use the logical method to examine the difference between wind-attack syndrome of Taiyang(WAST) and Guizhi Decoction syndrome(GDS) in the book of "Shanghan Lun".Result The relation between WAST and GDS,two concepts of syndrome manifestations,is not an equal relation but an inter-tolerance relation.Conclusion The logical relation in the concept transition of syndromes must be clarified in the research of syndrome manifestations.The self-thought was made logically on the deduction from the method of "forecasting syndrome from prescriptions",and the methods of "treating the same disease with different therapies" and "different diseases treated with the same therapy".

摘要:Objective To study the influence of typhaneoside on the proliferation of human umbilical arterial smooth muscle cells(HUASMC).Methods ① HUASMC were primary cultured with tissue-sticking method and determined by α-actin detection.The third to fourth generations of cells were put into the experiment.② The highest concentration of typhaneoside was 1.00×10-5 mol/L and then diluted in multiple proportions into 11 concentration groups,and a blank control group was established.After the stimulations were given to different groups for 24,48 and 72 hours,the toxicity of typhaneoside were detected with MTT assay.③ The highest concentration of typhaneoside was 1.00×10-6 mol/L and then diluted in 1/4 isobaric proportion into 6 concentration groups,and a blank control group was established. After the stimulations were given to different groups for 24,48 and 72 hours,the influence of typhaneoside on the proliferation of HUASMC was observed with MTT assay.Results ① The cellular staining was positive under the microscope.② Typhaneoside was not toxic to HUASMC in the concentration ranges from 9.77×10-9 mol/L to 1.00×10-5 mol/L after 24,48 and 72 hours.③ Typhaneoside did not inhibit the proliferation of HUASMC in the concentration ranges of 9.77×10-10 mol/L to 1.00×10-6 mol/L after 24 or 48 hours,but inhibited significantly the proliferation of HUASMC after 72 hours in the concentration ranges of 1.56×10-8 mol/L to 2.5×10-7 mol/L.The effect was increased along with the dose increase but there was no significant difference.The inhibitory rate reached 9.91% to 14.99%.Conclusion Typhaneoside has an inhibitory effect on the proliferation of HUASMC with a wide range of effective dose but the effect is started slowly.
摘要:Objective To observe the influence of Tongmaining Capsules on the expressions of cancer genes,c-fos and c-myc,in rabbit vascular smooth muscle cells(VSMC) induced by angiotensin II(AngII) and lysophosphatidylcholine(LPC).Method To culture rabbit VSMC by tissue-sticking method and than to induce the proliferation of VSMC by AngII and LPC.To use RT-PCR to observe the influences of the serum of Tongmaining Capsules,its decompositions with the effect of replenishing qi or the effect of activating blood circulation,on the expressions of c-fos and c-myc genes in VSMC.Result The expressions of c-fos and c-myc genes were increased in the AngII group and the LPC group with a significant difference compared with that in the blank group(P<0.01).In the group of Tongmaining Capsules and groups of decompositions with the effect of replenishing qi or the effect of activating blood circulation the expressions of c-fos and c-myc genes were decreased with a significant difference compared with that of the AngII group and LPC group(P<0.01). There was also a significant difference among above three groups(P<0.01).Conclusion Tongmaining Capsules has a down-regulative effect on the expressions of c-fos and c-myc genes in VSMC induced by AngII and LPC,therefore,it can inhibit the proliferation of VSMC.
摘要:Objective To observe the influence of Xifengjingning Granules on mouse behavioral changes by dopamine(DA) and 5-hydroxytrystamine(5-HT) agonist,detect the monoaminergic neurotransmitter and metabolites in mouse brain and investigate the relationship between Xifengjingning Granules effect and brain DA and 5-HT system.Methods To establish the mouse hyperkinetic model,climbing model and head twitching model by using Amph,apomorphine(APO) and 5-HTP.The antagonisms of Xifengjingning Granules on these models were observed and the monoaminergic neurotransmitter and metabolites were detected by HPLC-ECD.Result Xifengjingning Granules had the antagonistic effect on mouse hyperkinetic behavior induced by Amph,climbing behavior induced by APO and head twitching behavior induced by 5-HTP.Xifengjingning Granules increased the content of homovanillic acid(HVA) and decreased the contents of 5-HT and 5-hydroxyindoleacetic acid(5-HIAA) in mouse brain.Xifengjingning Granules had the same effective trend with haloperidol.Conclusion Xifengjingning Granules probably influences the function of DA and 5HT system in mouse brain.
摘要:Objective To investigate the regulative effect and mechanism of electroacupuncture on the sexual behaviors of rats in depressive state.Methods To select male SD rats and divide them into the control group, model group and electroacupuncture group.The model was established by chronic stress and feeding alone.Electroacupuncture instrument of HANS LH202 with 2 Hz frequency was used to stimulate the acupoints of Baihui(GV 20) and Yintang(EX-HN 3).The numbers of licking and riding of rats in 15 minutes were calculated.The contents of serum testosterone(T) and luteinizing hormone(LH) were determined with ELISA.Results The numbers of licking and riding of rats increased in the electroacupuncture group with a significant difference compared with that in the model group(P<0.05).The content of serum T increased significantly in the electroacupuncture group with a great significant difference compared with that in the model group(P<0.01).Electroacupuncture had no obvious influence on serum LH content without significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Electroacupuncture can improve the sexual behaviors of rats in depressive state.The mechanism may be related to that electroacupuncture can regulate serum T content and promote sexual function.
摘要:Objective To investigate the pharmacological effects of relieving cough and expelling phlegm of Kening Formula on experiment mice.Method To observe the effects of relieving cough and expelling phlegm of Kening Formula through ammonia water inducing cough and phenol red apophlegmating in mice.Result The numbers of mouse cough reflex induced by ammonia water were decreased significantly and the cough latency phase was prolonged in Kening Formula group than that in Shedanchuanbei Oral Solution group(P<0.01),and the discharge of phenol red from mouse respiratory tract was increased in Kening Formula group(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion Kening Formula has significant effects of relieving cough and expelling phlegm.The effects of Kening Formula II are stronger than that of Kening Formula I.The study provided a pharmacological basis for the treatment of cough induced by cold in Lingnan area of China.
摘要:Objective To observe the influence of Shenluotong on the protein expression of plasminogen activator inhibitor 1(PAI-1) in kidney remaining tissue in rats with kidney failure induced by 5/6 of nephrectomy.Mehtod The rat model of kidney failure was established by 5/6 of nephrectomy and the sham-operation group,model group,Shenluotong group and Valsartan group were set up and treated orally respectively for 16 weeks.The expression of PAI-1 protein in kidney tissue were detected by Western blotting method in different groups.Result The expression of PAI-1 protein was increased significantly in the model group compared with that in the sham-operation group(P<0.01),and that in the Shenluotong group was decreased significantly(P<0.05) without significant difference compared with that of the Valsartan group.Conclusion Shenluotong can down-regulate the expression of PAI-1 protein in kidney tissue of chronic developing fibrosis,relieve the unbalance of fibrinolysic system,and delay the development of rat kidney failure after 5/6 of nephrectomy.
摘要:Objective To investigate the angiogenesic effect and mechanism of Qingmai 791-2 Granules on the animal model of limb vaso-occlusion,and lay a theoretical foundation for the clinical application.Methods The rat model of serious ischemic in hind limb was established and Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae was taken as the control.The vascular area was observed by X-ray vaso-angiogram,capillary area and density was observed by stained pathological slices with alkaline phosphatase(ALP),and optical density(OD) of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF) were observed by immunohistochemistry respectively in two and four weeks after model was established and treated.Result Qingmai 791-2 Granules increased significantly the area of vascular collaterals in the angiogram,and increased the capillary area and density in pathological slices.It also promoted and prolonged to a certain extent the expression of VEGF,but had a little effect on bFGF.Conclusion Qingmai 791-2 Granules has a certain angiogenesic effect on animals with limb ischemic.The mechanism may be related to that it can promote the expressions of VEGF and b FGF.
摘要:Objective To establish the model of acute cervical spondylotic radiculopathy in a fast,accurate,easy and simple way.Method To use the intravertebral nylon suture to block continuously rat spinal dorsal root and establish the animal model of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.The general state,kinetism,sensibility and local pathological changes were observed after the establishment of the model.Result The serious symptoms of peripheral nerves were observed,mechanical pain threshold was decreased,the conduction time of somatosensory evoked potential(SEP) was prolonged,necrosis of neurons in dorsal root ganglion,demyelination of dorsal root and vacuolar degeneration of posterior funiculus and lateral funiculus of spinal cord were observed.But the kinetism,tension of biceps brachii muscle and muscle weight were not changed in model.Conclusion The intravertebral nylon suture can make rats to have significant obstruction of sensory nervous system.The model can be used for the research of acute cervical spondylotic radiculopathy and radiculalgia.
摘要:Objective To study further the effective basic principles of Rhizoma Chuansiong through the analysis of fingerprint chromatograms of chemical constituents of Rhizoma Chuansiong.Method To set up the fingerprint chromatograms of water-soluble and liposoluble constituents at the same time in 60 minutes in gradient elution by using RP-HPLC.Results The fingerprint chromatograms with 18 common peaks were simulated with mean method and analysis of different grades and origin places of Rhizoma Chuansiong was made after the analysis of the fingerprint chromatograms from 20 groups of Rhizoma Chuansiong in 4 districts of Sichuan Province.Conclusion This method can be used in the qualitative control and investigation of effective principles of Rhizoma Chuansiong.

摘要:Objective To set up a HPLC method for the quantitative determination of salvianolic acid B in Ganle Granules.Method To extract salvianolic acid B with 50% methanol by ultrasound and detect with the chromatographic column of YWG-C18(4.6 mm × 200 mm).The mobile phase was methanol-50% acetic acid water(31∶69).The column temperature was room temperature.The detection wavelength was 281 nm and the flow rate was 1 mL/min.Result The linear range of salvianolic acid B was from 80.27 to 401.35 μg,r=0.9998,and the average recovery rate was 97.3%.RSD was 0.54(n=5).Conclusion The procedure was easy to control with the reliable result,so it can be used for controlling the quality of Ganle Granules.

摘要:Objective To establish a HPLC method for the chiral separation of Rotundine Tablets and its dexiotropic antipode.Method The chiral chromatographic column of CD-PH(250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm) was used for observing the influences of selected organic modifier,ionic strength,pH value,flow rate and column temperature on the separation.The chromatographic condition was recommended as follows: the mobile phase was ethanol(1.0 mol/L)-sodium perchlorate(to pH 3.7 mixed with phosphoric acid)(55∶45),flow rate was 0.15 mL/min.,column temperature was 50 ℃,and detective wavelength was 280 nm.Result The separation of Rotundine Tablets and its dexiotropic antipode was quite good under above condition.The separate degree reached 1.45 and the detective limit of dexiotropic antipode was 100 ng.Conclusion This method is accurate and easy for the identification of the optical purity of Rotundine Tablets,which is good for controlling the quality of Oral Disintegrant Tablets of Rotundine at a higher level.
摘要:Objective To study the technique condition and parameter of enrichment of total ginsenosides from Folium Ginseng by NKA resin.Method To select the best condition for the enrichment of total ginsenosides from Folium Ginseng by NKA resin taking the content sum of ginsenoside Rg1 and ginsenoside Re as the index.Result Macroporous adsorptive resin was 20 mL,baldediameter lenth ratio was 1∶8,the concentration of sample solution was 0.5 g/mL,the maximal sample was 36 mL,and the flow rates of adsorption and elution were 2 BV/h.After the absorption the sample was washed with 4 BV and eluted by 50% ethanol with 6 BV.Conclusion The method is good for the enrichment of total ginsenosides from Folium Ginseng.

摘要:Objective To investigate An easy and accurate method for the identification of Gardenia jasminoides Ellis and Gardenia jasminoides Ellis var.grandiflora Nakai.Method The protein polypeptide was analysed in Gardenia jasminoides Ellis and Gardenia jasminoides Ellis var.grandiflora Nakai respectively by high-performance capillary electrophoresis(HPCE).Result The HPCE result showed that the protein polypeptide of Gardenia jasminoides Ellis was significantly different from that of Gardenia jasminoides Ellis var.grandiflora Nakai with a good repeatability.Conclusion HPCE can be used for the identification of Gardenia jasminoides Ellis from Gardenia jasminoides Ellis var.grandiflora Nakai.
摘要:Objective To investigate symptom and syndrome apparent in Lacunar Infarction(LI) patients with cognitive impairment.The analysis of this study will help to find the risk factors of cognitive impairment in LI patient so as to provide a fundamental preventing and treatment strategy through the use of TCM.Method Epidemiological survey was adopted in the study,including inquiry to 80 patients divided into 2 groups: 44 patients in the LICI group and 36 patients in the LI group,according to unified standards,filling out questionnaire for symptoms and signs,investigating frequencies of different symptoms and TCM syndromes,statistical data processing by using SPSS 12.0 software,investigating occurrence rate of different TCM syndromes,and carry-out of etiological analysis.Results ①65.90% of the patients of the LICI group suffered from multiple cerebral infarctions.In group LICI, lacunar infarctions often happened and damaged in the area of dominant hemisphere.②63.63% of the patients of the LICI group could not remember when the first onset of cognitive impairment occurred,and 70.45% of the course of cognitive impairment was aggravating constantly.③The study showed that the LICI group had cognitive function decline in different degrees,while some patients in the LICI group appear with Depression.④The main TCM symptoms and syndromes of group LICI included wind,fire,phlegm,blood stagnation,Liver and Kidney Yin deficiency,and Spleen and Kidney Yang deficiency.Conclusion The onset of LI cognitive impairment usually is insidious,and memory loss of LI cognitive impairment often deteriorated slowly.According to TCM theory,LICI occurs due to kidney deficiency.In addition,other important factors included wind,fire,phlegm,and blood stagnation.The origin of LI cognitive impairment might be due to kidney deficiency.After LI happened,the key reason for occurrence of cognitive impairment was kidney deficiency,and the main factors that caused the course of cognitive impairment deterioration could be from the toxins of combination of fire,blood stagnation,wind,and phlegm.
摘要:Objective To observe the characteristics of different subtype symptoms in subhealthy people group.Method To apply the method of exploratory factor analysis,taking λi≥1 as the selecting principle of common factor,to select and sum up 59 symptom variates from 1828 cases of subhealthy sample people group and to analyse the symptom characteristics in subhealthy people group.Result The statistic of KMO was 0.85,Bartlett’s sphericity test χ2=22 506.58,P<0.001.After the factor analysis of principle component method there were 17 common factors selected and summed up 7 subtypes of subhealth,including psychogenical subhealth,fatigued subhealth,sleepy subhealth,gastrointestinal subhealth,physical subhealth,pained subhealth and other subhealth.Conclusion Subhealthy people group has different symptom characteristics in different subtypes.
摘要:Objective To study the mechanism of the therapies of replenishing qi,resolving stasis and expelling phlegm on pulmonary hypertension of pneumodardiopathy.Method To select 172 cases of pulmonary hypertensions of pneumodardiopathy and divide them into two groups.The patients in the treatment group(n=86) with the symptoms of qi insufficiency,blood stasis or phlegm obstruction were given the oral preparations of Chinese medicine.The patients in the control group(n=86) were given routine treatment of western medicine.Some indexes,like mean pulmonary arterial pressure(MPAP),blood gas analysis and hemorrheology,were observed and compared in two groups.Result The result of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group with a statistical significance in the descend of pulmonary hypertension,and improvement of blood gas analysis and hemorrheology.Conclusion The effect of Chinese medical therapies of replenishing qi,resolving stasis and expelling phlegm is better than routine treatment of western medicine on pulmonary hypertension of pneumodardiopathy.
