摘要:Acute virus infectious diseases occurring constantly showed that there were many different characteristics in pestilences in ancient and modern times,and the third development opportunity for the research of pestilential theory of Chinese medicine.The pestilential theory of Chinese medicine emerged and developed in the course of prevention and treatment practice of pestilence and played an effective role in the prevention and treatment of pestilences of past ages after the review of the experiences of the development of ancient pestilential theory.Chinese medicine applies the thinking mode combining disease differentiation with syndrome differentiation for treating pestilences.Because the social background and pestilential features were different in different historical stages the thinking modes and methods were continually updated in different development stages of pestilential theory of Chinese medicine.The new development will be gotten through carrying on the theoretical characteristics of Chinese medicine,blazing new trails into the thinking modes and methods of disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation, and using the method combing Special disease differentiation with symptom factors differentiation.

摘要:The thoughts and methods were discussed for dealing objectively with data in the research of information of syndrome standard.The importance of data objectiveness was emphasized in the research of syndrome standard,the meaning of data objectiveness was classified in the field of Chinese medicine,the research plan of data-based information was made and the advantages of supporter vector machine(SVM) applied in the research were demonstrated through the discussion on data-based significance,the plan of data objectiveness,and the need of learning skills for syndrome standard research.The“effectiveness”and“commonness”were regarded as an important foundation of data objectiveness of Chinese medicine. The objectivity of data was the essential prerequisite in the research of syndrome standard of Chinese medicine.

摘要:Objective To compare the ingredients and doses of classical prescriptions in“Shanghan Zabing Lun”with 3 509 modern prescriptions of Chinese medicine.Methods The ingredients of 221 classical prescriptions and the average doses of 205 classical prescriptions were calculated after the conversion of classical prescriptions according to different metrological method in ancient and modern times.The decoction prescriptions were randomly collected for 3 days from clinics of Dongzhimen Hospital and the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan College of Chinese Medicine respectively,and for 1 day from the clinic of Shanghai Longhua Hospital.The average ingredients and doses of the prescriptions of above three hospitals were calculated and compared with the classical prescriptions.Results The ingredients of the prescriptions used in above three hospitals were more compared with those of the Classical prescriptions,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between average doses of modern prescriptions and the high-dose conversions of the classical prescriptions,while the doses of low-dose conversions of the classical prescriptions were lower significantly than those of modern prescriptions.Conclusion The ingredients of modern prescriptions were more significantly compared with those of the classical prescriptions.In the classical prescriptions the dose of a single ingredient is higher,that means“the ingredients are fewer with higher doses”,but in modern prescriptions,“the ingredients are more with lower doses”after the comparison between the doses of different dose conversions of the classical prescriptions and modern prescriptions.

摘要:Objective To investigate from theoretical and clinical aspects the symptoms of“damage of brain collateral by toxin”and a tentative research thinking of symptomatology based on the present related studies.Method To summarize the pathogenetic characteristics,express the clinical characteristics and the time points and positions of the pathogenesis of“damage of brain collateral by toxin”in its development course,and then to deduce the characteristics of chnical symptoms of“damage of brain collateral by toxin”.Result In the development course of apoplexy the sudden changes,continuous worse and recurrence of the symptoms were the reflection of“damage of brain collateral by toxin”.The spread of local symptoms might be the specific symptom of“damage of brain collateral by toxin”, Conclusion“Damage of brain collateral by toxin”,as a pathogenesis,exists in the onset of apoplexy, and its specific symptoms were emerged in the whole development course of apoplexy.It is the research thinking of symptomatology of“damage of brain collateral by toxin”to combine closely the outcome, pathogenetic characteristics of apoplexy with Chinese medical theory,and to find the symptoms in clinical practice.

摘要:Objective To study the antidepressant effect of the effective fraction of Sini Powder on mouse depressive model.Methods To establish the depressive model by forced swimming test,tail suspension test,antagonism of reserpine and accentuation of 5-HTP,and the antidepressive effect of the effective fraction of Sini Powder was observed.Result The high-dose of the effective fraction of Sini Powder(600 mg/kg)shortened significantly the time of mouse forced swimming and tail suspension.The high and low doses of the effective fraction of Sini Powder(600mg/kg,300mg/kg)antagonized the descent of body temperature and ptosis induced by reserpine,and increased significantly the frequency of mouse head flick induced by 5-HTP.Conclusion The effective fraction of Sini Powder has a certain antidepressive effect,and can relieve the depressive behaviors of mouse.The mechanism is related to it can increase the content of synaptic monoaminergic neurotransmitter,especially 5-HTP.

摘要:Objective To observe the effects of anti-arrhythmia and tranquilizing the mind of different proportions of Rhizoma Coptidis decoction and Cortex Cinnamomi decoction.Methods To observe the ECG of arrhythmia in guinea pigs induced by adrenalin,and determine the mouse autonomic activities and the correlation between sub-threshold dose of pentobarbital sodium and mouse sleep.Results In the group with Rhizoma Coptidis decoction or Cortex Cinnamomi decoction in the proportion of 2 to 1 the period of arrhythmia was shortened significantly in guinea pigs,the frequency of mouse autonomic activities was decreased and the sleep was improved.Conclusion Rhizoma Coptidis decoction and Cortex Cinnamomi decoction in the proportion of 2 to 1 has the effects of anti-arrhythmia and tranquilizing the mind.The effects are better than that of single Rhizoma Coptidis decoction or Cortex Cinnamomi decoction.

摘要:Objective To observe the influence of Yinchenwulin Powder on actin expression of vascular smooth muscle cell(VSMC)in rats with atherosclerosis(AS).Methods To divide randomly 70 Wistar rats into the normal group,model group,Yinchenwulin Powder group and Gypenosides Tablets group. The AS rat model was established by feeding with high grease food and atherosclerosis plaque was found in aorta of rat sample after one mouth,which was the successful index of model establishment.The level of serum lipid and hemorheology were detected after one month,the changes of aorta histology were observed by hematoxylin and eosin(HE)staining,the ultrastructure of rat aorta tissue was observed by transmission electron microscope(TEM)and actin expression in rat VSMC was observed by immunohistochemistry.Result Yinchenwulin Powder had an obvious hypolipidemic effect on AS rat model.It could improve hemorheology,resolve the aorta plaque,maintain aorta tissue structure and function and regulate cell actin expression.Conclusion Yinchenwulin Powder has a good inhibitory effect on AS and the mechanism may be related to its regulation of cell actin expression.
摘要:Objective To investigate the influence of presenilin genel(PS1)mutation on the activity ofα-secretase and the relationship between PS1 mutation and the pathological pathogenesis of familial Alzheimer disease(AD)through the observation on the changes ofα-secretase activity in PS1 mutational transfected ceils of 3 sites of 2 cell lines.Methods Fluorometric reaction and Western blot test were used respectively to examine the double transfected stable expressions of CHO cell lines in mutant PS1 M146L and wild-type amyloid precursor protein 751(APP751),the single transfected stable expression of SH-SY5Y cell line in mutant PS1V97L and PS1A136G,and theα-secretase activities and expression of sAPPPαin 3 types of PS1 mutation cells.Results Theα-secretase activity was decreased with a significant difference statistically(P<0.05)after the comparison between the double transfected stable expressions of CHO cell lines in PS1M146L/APP751 and wild-type PS1/APP751.The Single transfected stable expression of SH-SY5Y cell line in mutant PS1V97L and PS1A136G were decreased compared with that of wild-type PS1 group.There was a significant difference in theα-secretase activity between PS1V97L and wild-type PS1 groups(P<0.05),and theα-secretase activity was decreased in PS1A136G group than that of wild-type PS1 group,but there was no statistical significance.The result of Western blot test in the examination of sAPPαshowed that the sAPPαexpressions of non-transfected CHO and SH-SY5Y cell lines were as the same as that of transfected wild-type PS1.The protein expressions of mutant PS1V97L and single transfected SH-SY5Y cell line in PS1A136G were decreased compared with that of wild-type PS1 group.The sAPPαexpression of double transfected stable expressions of CHO cell lines in mutant PS1M146L/APP was decreased compared with that in wild-type PS1M146L/APP. Conclusion It may be one of the" pathological mechanisms of familial AD that theα-secretase activity is decreased induced by PS1 mutation.The pathogenic effect of PS1 mutation may be correlated to the reducing degree of theα-secretase activity.The double transfeeted CHO cell lines in PS1M146L/APP and single transfeeted cell line in PS1V97L can established as the cell model for the study on the relationship between PS1 mutation of familial AD and theα-secretase function.

摘要:Objective To study the characteristics of heart structure changes in rat model with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy(HCM)induced by pressure-overload,and the interference of berberine. Method The rat model with HCM was established by using the ligature of ventral aorta and then given berberine for 10 weeks from 2nd week.The rat left ventricular front wall thickness,cross-sectional area of left ventricular,hydroxyproline(Hyp)content and interstitial collagen volume fraction(ICVF)were taken as the indexes of myocardial hypertrophy and ventricular remodeling.Result In the model group the rat left ventricular front wall thickness,cross-sectional areas of left ventricular and left ventricular wall were all increased compared with those of the sham-operated group,and showed a characteristics of concentric hypertrophy.The Hyp content and ICVF were increased in left ventricular tissue significantly in the model group compared with those in the sham-operated group.The result showed that one of the characteristics of HCM and ventricular remodeling induced by pressure-overload was collagen sludging of myocardial interstitium.The administration of berberin(5,10 and 20mg/kg respectively)and positive control drug-Captopril(45mg/kg)for 10 weeks continually had relieving effects on above-mentioned changes.Conclusion Berberin may relieve the ventricular remodeling through inhibiting the fibrosis of myocardial interstitium.

摘要:Objective To study the change laws of collagen level of basement membrane in different types of human thyroid tumor tissues and the correlation between collagen changes and malignant tumor. Methods The assay of tissue hydroxyproline(HYP),protein staining of collagenⅣ(ColⅣ)and matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9)by immunohistochemistry were made in the samples of thyroid tumorectomy(including tissues of normal thyroid paracarcinoma,papillary thyroid carcinoma,thyroid adenoma and nodular goiter).Result The HYP content was significantly higher in the tissue of papillary thyroid carcinoma than that in normal thyroid tissue(P<0.01),and not changes in the tissues of thyroid adenoma and nodular goiter(P>0.05).The expression of ColⅣwas decreased significantly and that of MMP-9 had an increasing trend in the tissues of thyroid carcinoma(P<0.01 or P<0.05). The level of MMP-9 was higher significantly in the tissue of papillary thyroid carcinoma than that in the tissues of thyroid adenoma and nodular goiter(P<0.05).Conclusion The decrease of basement membrane promoted largely the feedback synthesis of cell collagen in the tissues of thyroid carcinoma.The result showed that increase of HYP content and decrease of basement membrane component are correlated to malignant thyroid tumor.

摘要:Objective To study the influences of Lijie Capsules on the expressions of Fas and FasL genes in lymphocytes of peripheral blood in rats with adjuvant arthritis(AA).Method To detect semi- quantitatively the influence of Lijie Capsules on the expressions of Fas and FasL genes in lymphocytes of peripheral blood in AA rats by polymerase chain reaction(PCR)of real-time fluorescent.Result In the treatment group the Fas gene expression increased but there was no significant difference compared with that of the model group,while FasL gene expression increased obviously(P<0.05)in Lijie Capsules group.Conclusion Lijie Capsules could induce the apoptosis of toxic T cells by regulating the apoptotic system mediated by Fas/FasL genes,keep the balance of body immunity,relieve the arthritis reaction induced by autoimmunity and improve the disease recovery.It may be one of the mechanisms of Lijie Capsules administrated in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.

摘要:Objective To investigate the effects of Szechwan Lovage Phizome combined with different proportions of Turmeric Root Tuber on the pharmacokinetics of ferulic acid(FA)in rabbits.Methods HPLC,3P97 pharmacokinetic program and model,analysis of variance(ANOVA)and student-new man- keuls(SNK)test were used for total statistics and analysis.Results The pharmacokinetic behaviors of FA in rabbits were fitted two-compartment model in group 1(with Szechwan Lovage Phizome only), group 2(Szechwan Lovage Phizome and Turmeric Root Tuber in a ratio of 1:1)and group 3(Szechwan Lovage Phizome amd Turmeric Root Tuber in a ratio of 1:2).The main parameters in 3 groups respectively were:T1/2Ka=1.867±0.602,3.369±2.746 and 5.751±3.657min,T1/2α= 25.944±10.536,19.234±3.603 and 22.120±6.774min,T1/2β=1029.501±510.000,1221.933±260.307 and 977.542±363.25min,AUC=740.197±978.625,697.046±466.889 and 711.389±619.103mg/L·min,CL(s)=0.014±0.007,0.014±0.007 and 0.017±0.009mL/min,T (peak)=8.479±4.112,11.633±6.227 and 18.349±5.928min,C(max)=3.916±1.404, 4.713±1.926 and 2.782±1.581mg/L.Conclusion Szechwan Lovage Phizome combined with different proportions of Turmeric Root Tuber was totally fitted to two-compartment model in the pharmacokinetie procedure.Szechwan Lovage Phizome combined with an appropriate proportion of Turmeric Root Tuber has an improvement effect on the transport of FA in rabbits,while FA will be absorbed slowly when Turmeric Root Tuber is used excessively.It is an important reference for the clinical application of Szechwan Lovage Phizome and Turmeric Root Tuber.

摘要:Objective To observe the influence of some Chinese herbal drugs with the effects of replenishing qi and activating blood on the heart function in rabbits with syndrome of heart-qi insufficiency.Method The model was established by feeding high fat diet and immune orientation lesion,and given orally Chinese herbal drugs,Tdianwangbuxin Pills and normal saline respectively.The general states and tongue manifestations of rabbits were observed.The heart rate(HR),maximum and average intraventricular pressure,mean value of ventricular peak pressure,+dp/dtmax,minimum intraventricular pressure,-dp/dtmin in isovolumetric relaxation time(IVRT)and ST-T changes of ECG were compared by Biolap-410 bio-signal analystic system after the catheterization of left ventricle.Result The compatison was significant different between model group and other different groups(P<0.05,P<0.01).The comparison was significantly different(P<0.05,P<0.01)between the high-dose group and positive control group(besides HR and mean value of yentricular peak pressure).The model group had ST-T changes in varying degrees,and the relief of ST-T changes in the treatment groups was superior to that of the positive control group.Conclusion The model with the syndrome of heart-qi insufficiency is tenable.The Chinese herbal drugs with the effects of replenishing qi and activating blood are effective for improving the diastole and systole of the heart.

摘要:Objective To investigate the influence of Neixiaolianqiao Pills on the proliferation and secretion of human nodular goiter cells cultured in vitro.Methods The human primary nodular goiter cells were separated and cultured,and then interfered with animal serum containing Neixiaolianqiao Pills or Euthyrox.MTT method and radioimmunoassay were used to detect the influence of the medicated serum on the proliferation and hormone secretion of nodular goiter cells.Result The medicated serum had obvious inhibitory effect on the proliferation of nodular goiter cells cultured in vitro in different groups and showed a dose-effective relation.The results of the groups with high or medium dose of Neixiaolianqiao Pills were better than Euthyrox group.Thyroid-stimulating hormone(TSH)has the promoting effect on the proliferation and secretion of human nodular goiter cells,while the medicated serum had the inhibitory effect on the proliferation of human nodular goiter cells stimulated by TSH in varying degrees in different Neixiaolianqiao Pills groups.Neixiaolianqiao Pills has no significant influence on hormone secretion of human nodular goiter cells 24 hours after its administration.Conclusion The serum containing Neixiaolianqiao Pills can inhibit the proliferation of human nodular goiter cells without significant influence on hormone secretion within a certain period.
摘要:Objective The rat model with immune liver fibrosis was established to study the effect of composite formula-Ganxianyu Formula on the levels of serum laminin(LN),hyaluronic acid(HA), precollagen typeⅢ(PCⅢ)and hydroxyproline(Hyp)in the liver and to investigate the mechanism of Ganxianyu Formula for anti-fibrosis in the liver.Methods The rat model with immune liver fibrosis induced by the human serum albumin was established and then given Ganxianyu Formula orally in low dose(6.1g/kg)and high dose(12.2g/kg)respectively for 8 weeks.Biejiaruangan Tablets or colchicines were taken as the positive control drugs.The levels of serum HA,LN and PCⅢwere detected by radioimmunoassay.The Hyp content in the liver was determined by chemistry method. Meanwhile the pathological changes in the liver tissue were observed.Result In the group with high dose of Ganxianyu Formula the serum levels of HA,LN and PCⅢin rat model with immune liver fibrosis induced by the human serum albumin were decreased significantly,the Hyp content was decreased too,and the histopathological changes in the liver tissue were significantly relieved.Conclusion Ganxianyu Formula has an antagonism on the liver fibrosis through its influence on the collagen metabolism of the liver.

摘要:Objective To find a method for the determination of dextroborneol in Xingnao Gutta Pills and plasma by gas chromatography(GC)and GC-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).Methods In GC procedure the chromatographic column was PEG-20M(10%),detector was FID,the column temperature was 100℃,and the flow velocity was 1.0mL/min.In GC-MS procedure the plasma sample was extracted by diethyl ether,the chromatographic column was DB5-MS(30m×0.25mm×0.25μm),naphthalene was used as internal standard and ion detector was selected(dextroborneol m/z95,naphthalene m/z 128).Results In the GC procedure dextroborneol had a good linear relationship in concentration between 0.034~0.102g/L,the average recovery was 97.70%(RSD=1.80%).In the GC-MS procedure dextroborneol had a good linear relationship in concentrations between 0.01~20mg/L,the lowest concentration was 3μg/L(S/N>3)and the average recovery was over 91%(all SRD of inter- day and intra-day were below 10%).Conclusion These two methods are accurate,sensitive and easy to be performed,and can be used in the content determination and concentration analysis of medicated plasma of Xingnao Gutta Pills.

摘要:Objective To design a disintegration test applied to the oral disintegrating tablets prepared by freeze-drying.Method The disintegrating behavior and time limit were observed,which were compared with those in volunteer in vivo(oral cavity),in oral disintegrating tablets prepared with different formula and active ingredients according to the characteristics of freeze-drying and actual condition in the human oral cavity.Result The test reflected well the disintegrating behavior and time limit of oral disintegrating tablets and had a strong correlation to the test in vivo(r=0.91).Conclusion The test reflects the concordance between intracorporeal and extracorporeal disintegrating behavior of the tablets.The test can be one of methods for prescription selection and qualitative examination.

摘要:Objective To investigate the characteristics of symptoms and syndrome manifestations of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Method A investigation table of COPD syndrome manifestations of Chinese medicine was established and used in 56 cases of COPD for a prospective and cross-section survey in clinic.Result In the acute aggravating phase of COPD the occurring frequency of excessive syndromes was in a descending sequence as follows:the syndrome of blood stasis,phlegm- heat blocking in lung,cold in the exterior and heat in lung and lung block by phlegm-dampness,and that of deficiency syndromes was:the syndrome of insufficiency of lung-qi,insufficiency of spleen-qi and insufficiency of kidney-yang.In the catabatic phase of COPD the occurring frequency of excessive syndromes was in a descending sequence as follows:the syndrome of blood stasis,phlegm-heat blocking in lung and lung block by phlegm-dampness,and that of deficiency syndromes was:the syndrome of insufficiency of lung-qi,deficiency of kidney-yin and insufficiency of kidney-yang.Conclusion The acute aggravating phase of COPD is a complicated phase in which the disease was aggravated induced by exogenous pathogenic factors.The pathogenesis of this phase has the characteristics,like deficiency in the root and excess in the branch,mixture of deficiency and excess with excess mainly.The catabatic phase of COPD is a phase in which the syndromes of qi-insufficiency of lung,spleen and kidney were mostly seen companied by blood stasis and phlegm-dampness.The characteristics in this phase are deficiency in the root and excess in the branch with deficiency mainly.

摘要:Objective To investigate the effects of Yinchenhao Decoction(modification according to syndrome differentiation)and original Yinchenhao Decoction for decreasing antibody valence of fetomaternal ABO blood group incompatibility.Method To divide randomly 92 pregnancy women diagnosed as fetomaternal ABO blood group incompatibility into the observation group(n=48)and control group(n=44)from the date of diagnosis to pregnancy end.The two groups were treated respectively with Yinchenhao Decoction(modification according to syndrome differentiation)and original Yinchenhao Decoction,and the clinical effects were observed respectively.Result The cases with a significant curative effects were 14 and 6 respectively in two groups,and those with effects were 26 and 18 respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion Yinchenhao Decoction(modification according to syndrome differentiation)and original Yinchenhao Decoction all can be used to treat fetomaternal ABO blood group incompatibility and to decrease the antibody valence of blood group,while the effect of the former is better than that of the latter.
