摘要:"Preventive treatment" presents an advanced medical thought in traditional Chinese medicine,which is not only an ideal method of medical treatment and health care,but also a way to evaluate the skill of a practitioner.Preventive treatment has three meanings-prevention first,treating a disease at its initial stage and preventing deterioration in the course of treatment.In modern concept it means that health preservation is the basis,physical condition is the root,concerning about the high-risk people,focusing on the early signs of a disease and intervening sub-health condition.Its significance is to reduce medical cost,safeguard people’s health,bring Chinese medicine into full play and achieve dialogue and communication between Western and Chinese Medicine.

摘要:There is a distinct difference in research methods between traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) and western medicine,so it is difficult to explain scientific connotation of TCM theory by applying research methods of western medicine.In view of system science and system complexity,the author tentatively analyses complexity in human body and in the process of diagnosis and treatment,further sets forth the possibility of using the experience of theory and method about complexity science,which will provides thinking for using modern scientific language to express TCM theory.

摘要:Objective To Explore the mechanism of internal toxin damaging brain collaterals and then heart collaterals in the myocardial injury caused by acute cerebral ischemia.Methods Rat model with middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO) was established with thread occlusion technique.Serum CK-MB activity,ECG and pathological morphological changes of myocardial tissue structure were detected in acute cerebral ischemia.Endothelin(ET) in myocardial tissue was detected by RIA.Nitric oxide(NO),malondialdehyde(MDA) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) in myocardial tissue were measured by biochemical methods.Results The CK-MB activity in serum increased(P<0.01).ECG showed descended ST segment,lowed or inversed T wave.Cardiocyte early pathological changes could be observed under the light microscope.Mitochondria swelling,myofibril transverse striation and mitochondria cristae unclearing and mesenchyme edema could be observed under the electric microscope.ET/NO,MDA and SOD also altered significantly(P<0.01).Conclusion Acute cerebral ischemia may cause myocardial injury.The toxin effect of Vasoactive substance and free radical etc.resulted in myocardial injury.All these clarify the mechanism of internal toxin damaging brain collaterals and then heart collaterals.
摘要:Objective To investigate the effect of Shumai Capsules(SMC) on the earlier period atherosclerosis obliterans(ASO) in rabbits and to explore the mechanism of it.Methods Eighteen male Japanese albino rabbits were randomly divided into three groups,the control group,the model group and the SMC treatment group.The right iliac arteries of the later two groups were stimulated by electric current generated by a thrombosis inducer,while the ones in the control group were treated with sham operation.From the day after the operation,the model group and the SMC treatment group were fed with high-fat diet(with 3% lard and 1% cholesterol),the SMC group was given SMC by intragastric administration,and the control group was fed with the standardized rabbit food for all the period.On the 2nd and 15th day after the operation,the model group and the SMC treatment group were respectively injected with 10% bovine serum albumin 250 mg/kg.The whole experiment lasted for 60 days.When the experiment was over,the levels of serum total cholesterol(TC),triglyeride(TG),high density lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-C) and low density lipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL-C) were detected.The iliac arteries were harvested for the HE staining to observe the patho-appearance of the blood vessels and the wall of thoracic aortae was stained with magdala red Ⅲ.Results ①Under the light microscope the iliac arteries in the control group showed integrated and continuation,and endothelial cells were lined up in order.The intima was thin.The model group showed a stegnosed lumens and a obviously thick intima filled with lots of foam cells full of fat.Compared with the model group,the theca interna from the SMC group was thinner,and the number of foam cell was fewer.②In the control group,thoracic aorta intima was smooth,and in the model group thoracic aorta intima was rough with atheromatous plaques.In the SMC treatment group,atheromatous plaques were decreased significantly when compared with those in the model group.③Compared with the control group,the levels of serum TC,TG,HDL-C and LDL-C were significantly increased in the model group(P<0.01),while those results turned out a lower tendency in the SMC treatment group than in the model group.Significant differences only existed in LDL-C(P<0.05)and TG(P<0.01).Conclusion SMC can relieve ASO by way of regulating lipid metabolism.
摘要:ObjectiveTo study the effects of Aima oral liquid(AM) on the airway inflammation in rats with chronic bronchitis(CB) and to study the therapeutic mechanism of AM.Method Rat model with CB was established by intratracheal injection with low dose of lipopolysaccharide.Male Wistar rats were randomly divided into four groups,sham operated(Sham) group,CB group,CB+AM group,and CB+Juhongzhike oral liquid(JH) group,with 7rats in every group.The total number of WBC and differential count in the bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF) were counted.The activity of MPO in the lung,the activity of total SOD in BALF,lung and blood plasma,the MDA content in the lung and blood plasma,and the content of IL-8 and TNF-α in BALF,lung and blood plasma were measured.Results The number of total cells,monocyte-macrophage,neutrophil and lymphocyte were significantly increased in the BALF of model group compared with sham group(P<0.01).After treated by AM,the number of total cell and the and differential count WBC in the BALF were significantly decreased compared with CB rats(P<0.05).The activity of total SOD decreased significantly in BALF,lung and blood plasma,and the content of MDA was increased significantly in BALF and lung in the CB rats(P<0.01);The activity was increased significantly and the content of MDA in CB+AM group(P<0.05).Farther study showed that AM could significantly decreased the content of IL-8 in the BALF compared with CB model group,significantly decreased the content of TNF-αcompared with CB model group,not only in the BALF,but also in the lung and blood plasma.Conclusion AM can reduce the airway inflammation of the CB rats through down regulating the secreting of TNFα and IL-8,and promoting the clearance of the oxygen free radical and increasing the ability to resist the lipoperoxidation injury.
摘要:Objective To study the mechanism of Liangruntongluo Recipe for improving the gastrointestinal function of rats with diabetes induced by streptozocin(STZ).Methods Sisty male Wistar rats were divided into four groups randomly,group A(model control group),group B(Liangruntongluo group),group C(Cisapride group),and group D(normal control group),with 15 rats in each group.After the establishment of rat model with diabetes,all rats were raised 6 weeks without any therapy to control blood glucose.After 6 weeks of intragastric administration of medicines,motilin(MOT),cholecystokinin(CCK) and somatostatin(SS) in blood and tissue were tested.Results By the time of the twelfth week,the rats with diabetes presented the disorder of gastrointestinal hormone.The Chinese medicine of Liangruntongluo Recipe affected the secreting and releasing of hormone in blood and tissues with wider target range which was superior to Cisapride.Conclusions Liangruntongluo Recipe has the superiority in improving the gastrointestinal functional disturbance of diabetes.
摘要:Objective To observe the synergy and attenuation of Dangguibuxue Decoction to 5-fluorouridine(5-Fu) in treating mice with H22 hepatoma.Methods The well growing ascites was taken out with asepsis to be the source of carcinoma and was diluted with normal saline at 1:3,then was inoculated hypodermically at the right axilla of mouse.24 hours after the inoculation,mice were randomly divided into 5 groups,bearing cancer control group,chemotherapy group,positive control group(Zhenqifuzheng Capsules),high-dose and low-dose of Dangguibuxue Decoction group.After 10 days of treatment,we calculated the tumor suppressing rate,counted the peripheral blood cells and bone marrow karyocytes,took the weight of the spleen and thymus,detected the contents of malondialdehyde(MDA) in small intestine and nitric oxide(NO) in spleen.Results Dangguibuxue Decoction could elevate the tumor suppressing rate of 5-Fu on H22 hepatoma mice(P﹤0.01),antagonize the toxic and side effects of 5-Fu on the atrophy of the spleen and thoracic gland,the decrease of white blood cells,platelets and bone marrow karyocytes.Also it could decrease MDA in small intestine and NO in spleen of H22 hepatoma mice who were treated with 5-Fu(P<0.05~0.01).Conclusion Dangguibuxue Decoction has the synergy and attenuation to 5-Fu in treating mice with H22 hepatoma.

摘要:Objective To observe the changes of hemorheology and TXB2,6-Keto-PGF1α and their ratio in the blood of the rats with syndrome of spleen-qi deficiency.Methods The rat model with syndrome of spleen-qi deficiency was established by adopting excess fatigue caused by swimming and improper diet.the change of hemorheology and the contents of TXB2,6-Keto-PGF1α and TXB2/6-Keto-PGF1α in plasma were determined in the 3rd and 4th week.Results Compared with the control group,in the 3rd week the whole blood viscosity and reduced viscosity under different shear increased significantly in the model group(P<0.01 or P<0.001 or P<0.05);hematocrit increased significantly(P<0.01);the index of erythrocyte aggregation decreased significantly(P<0.001);and the index of erythrocyte deformability did not change(P>0.05).In plasam of model group’s rats the content of TXB2,6-Keto-PGF1α and TXB2/6-Keto-PGF1α were all increased obviously(P<0.05).In the 4th week the whole blood viscosity and reduced viscosity under different shear still increased significantly(P<0.001);the hematocrit and the index of erythrocyte deformability did not change(P>0.05);and the index of erythrocyte aggregation decreased significantly(P<0.001) in the model group’s rats.The content of TXB2 had no any change(P>0.05) but the content of 6-Keto-PGF1α were higher than that in the control group(P<0.001).TXB2/6-Keto-PGF1α decreased markedly(P<0.05).Conclusion The rats with spleen-qi deficiency is in a state of high viscosity and easy to form thrombus.The one in convalescence is also with the dilatational factor of the blood vessel strengthened.It suggests that the hemorheology,TXB2 and 6-Keto-PGF1α of blood may exert abnormal in the syndrome of spleen-qi deficiency and the factors of platelet and plasma are involved mainly.

摘要:Objective To investigate the pathogenesis of chronic atrophic gastritis of precancerous lesion and therapeutic mechanism of Weikang Capsules on the base of expression of apoptosis-related proteins.Methods The model of chronic atrophic gastritis of precancerous lesion was established by using a synthetic method.The effect of Weikang Capsules on expression of apoptosis-related proteins Bcl-2 and Bax of gastric mucosa in rats with chronic atrophic gastritis of precancerous lesion was observed by using immunohistochemistry method.Results In the gastric mucosa in rats with chronic atrophic gastritis of precancerous lesion,the positive expression of Bcl-2 protein was increased significantly than that in the normal group(P<0.01),while decreased in the low-dose and high-dose of Weikang Capsules groups with a significant difference compared with that of the spontaneous recovery group(P<0.01).The positive expression of Bax protein was increased in normal group,while significantly decreased in the precancerous lesion of those model group and spontaneous recovery group(P<0.01).Especially in the dysplasia area,the expression distinctively decreased in degrees with the development of dysplasia.The positive expression of Bax protein was increased in the low-dose and high-dose of Weikang Capsules groups compared with the spontaneous recovery group(P<0.01).Conclusion The abnormal expressions of Bcl-2 and Bax proterin exist in the epithelial cell of gastric mucosa in rats with chronic atrophic gastritis of precancerous lesion.It suggests that up-regulated expression of Bcl-2 protein and down-regulated expression of Bax protein maybe the mechanism of Weikang Capsules on curing chronic atrophic gastritis of precancerous lesion.

摘要:Objective To explore the effect of Jiannao Recipe on neurogenesis in the dentate gyrus and spatial learning and memory of rats with cerebral ischemia.Methods SD rats were randomly divided into sham group,model group and treatment group.The cerebral ischemia model was established by clamping the bilateral common carotid arteries permanently.Rats in the treatment group were orally administrated with Jiannao Recipe after operation,the model group with NS.Bromodeoxyuridine(BrdU) was used to label proliferating cells in the dentate gyrus.Spatial learning ability was tested by using Morris water maze test.Results BrdU positive cells in the dentate gyrus of the model group and the treatment group all reached the peak at day 7 after ischemia.BrdU Positive cells of the treatment group were obviously more than those in the model group at day 7,14,20 and 28 after ischemia(P<0.05orP<0.01).Morris water maze test displayed the average escape latency of the treatment group was obviously shorter than that of model group at day 14 after ischemia(P<0.05).Conclusions Jiannao Recipe can promote neurogenesis in the dentate gyrus of rats with cerebral ischemia continually,and improve spatial learning ability.
摘要:Objective To prevent and reverse ventricle remodeling-fibrosis of spontaneous hypertensive rats(SHR) by the combination of TCM formula(Jiangyamaijing Granules,JMG) with Norvasc(Amlodipine),and to explore mechanism by detecting some related factors.Methods Eight-week-old SHRs were randomly divided into 4 groups,model control group,treatment group(treated with JMG and Norvasc),TCM control group(treated with Niuhuangjiangya pills and Norvasc) and western medicine control group(treated with Norvasc only),with 10 rats in each group.Ten normal 8-week-old SD rats were used as negative control.The concentrations of the medications were as follows,JMG,1.3 g/mL;Norvasc,0.2g/L;Niuhuangjiangya pills,19.5g/L.Every medication was orally administrated to rats at the dosage of 10 mL/kg/d for 20 weeks.Heart weight index(HWI),myocardium collagen volume fraction(CVF),perivascular collagen area(PVCA) and the expression of collagen I and II were observed after 20 weeks treatment.The pathological changes were observed under electron microscope and the protein expression of matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2) in SHR myocardium were examined with immunohistochemical method.Results ①:Compared with the model control group,HWI,CVF and PVCA of the treatment group were significantly decreased(P<0.01),and the treatment group were better than both of the western and TCM control groups.②The expressions of collagen I and II in the treatment group were also lower than those in the model group.Compared with the Norvasc group and the TCM(JMG) control group,the treatment group showed the tendency of collagen I and II reducing.Conclusions ①The high expression of collagen protein in cardiac muscle may be one of reasons related to myocardial fibrosis and heart failure.②JMG can inhibit myocardial fibrosis caused by hypertension.The possible mechanism is related to inhibiting high expressions of collagen protein in cardiac muscle.The JMG group was superior to the Norvasc control group and TCM control group in intervention and reversal of myocardial fibrosis.
摘要:Object To investigate the feasibility that Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae powder and two kinds of extracts(the ethanol soluble composition and the water composition) are identified by differential scanning calorimeter(DSC).Methods The Identification was carried through according to the form and charactristic of curve obtained under the conditions such as the range of 8mW,the velocity of hoisting temperature with 10℃/min from 25℃ to 400℃,slience air condition and α-Al2O3 as static state.Results The top temperature of DSC curves were different among three kinds of substance,while Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae from two producing areas were similar in top temperature.Conclusion There are many advantages in applying thermal analysis technique to identify Chinese herbal medicine,such as tiny specimen amount,no solvent,simple curve analyze,quick and convenient,etc.The method can be used to identify Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae.
摘要:Objective To set up a quantitative determination method of HPLC for four components in the alkaloid fraction of Sophora flavescens Ait.,including oxymatrin,oxysophocarpine,matrine and sophocarpine.Methods The method was carried out with Agilent Zorbax C18 column(4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm) and a gradient system.The system A was H2O(10 mmol/L NH4Ac,0.1% ammonia,pH=9.2) and the system B was acetonitrile-methanol(1∶1) containing 20 mmol/L NH4Ac.The mobile phase was at the flow rate 0.8mL/min and the detective wavelength was 220nm.Results The average recoveries of oxymatrin,oxysophocarpine,matrine and sophocarpine were 101.43%,99.08%,102.59% and 102.06% with RSD 1.30%,0.94%,1.69% and 1.10%,respectively.Conclusion The determination results of the three batches of samples showed that the method was easy and accurate which could be used to determine the contents of four components in the alkaloid fraction of Sophora flavescens Ait.
摘要:Objective To study the chemical components of fatty oil in Chinese medical Carum carvi L.Method The fatty oil from Carum carvi L was extracted by ligarine petrum and analyzed by capillary gas chromatograph mass spectrometer(GC-MS) method.Result More than 78 peaks were isolated,and 43 compounds of them were identified.The identification rate was 94.3%.Conclusion The main chemical components of the fatty oil in Carum carvi L.were dibutyl phthalate,octadecanoic acid methyl ester,eicosanoic acid methyl ester,heneicosanoic acid methyl ester,etc.

摘要:Objective To investigate the relativity between the syndrome type based on syndrome differentiation and the urine flow curve in patients with chronic prostatitis(CPS).Method 102 patients who fitted the clinical diagnostic criteria for chronic prostatitis were divided into five groups,"damp-heat syndrome" group,"blood stasis syndrome" group,"damp-heat and blood stasis syndrome" group,"damp-heat and kidney-deficiency syndrome" group and "kidney-deficiency and blood stasis syndrome" group,with 20 normal persons as control.The urine flow charts of all cases were measured.Then the data were collected and analyzed statistically to find out the characteristics of urine flow curve in different syndrome types and the change regularity of urine flow curve in the same symptom type of chronic prostatitis.Results 1.In the control group the urine flow curve showed clock shape,while in the "damp-heat syndrome" group and "damp-heat and kidney-deficiency syndrome" group the urine flow curve showed low hillock shape or irregular fluctuation,and in the "blood stasis syndrome" group,"damp-heat and blood stasis syndrome" group and "kidney-deficiency and blood stasis syndrome" group the urine flow curve showed severe low hillock shape,long slope shape and interrupted hillock shape.2.The maximal and average urine flow rates and the urine flow rates after two seconds in the five groups were lower than those in the control group,with significant differences.3.Compared with the "damp-heat syndrome" group and the "damp-heat and kidney-deficiency syndrome" group,the maximal and average urine rates were lower and the peak reaching times were higher in the "blood stasis syndrome" group,"damp-heat and blood stasis syndrome" group and "kidney-deficiency and blood stasis syndrome" group,with significant differences.There were not significant differences in the maximal and average urine rates and peak reaching times between the "damp-heat syndrome syndrome" group and the "damp-heat and kidney-deficiency syndrome" group and between the "blood stasis syndrome" group,"damp-heat and blood stasis syndrome" group and "kidney-deficiency and blood stasis syndrome" group.Conclusion The patients with chronic prostatitis have obstruction of posterior urethra.It is one of the significant pathological mechanisms that the functional obstruction of posterior urethra leads to urine back flow to prostate.It is more obvious in the syndrome types of CPS patients with stasis.
