摘要:The extraction and combination of syndrome factors is a recently proposed solution to the problem of syndrome standardization. The extracting method of syndrome factor from the established achievement in the standardization of syndrome is discussed in the present paper based on the 4 syndrome standards with authority. The importance of the representation of syndrome factors in clinical practice is emphasized and the primary scale of syndrome factors is determined through the analysis on 1653 records of syndrome. The results in this paper indicate the feasibility to standard the syndrome through the extraction of syndrome factors, which provide the basis for the further research on this subject.

摘要:Objective To study the protective effect and the anti-oxidation mechanism of Xinnaoshutong Capsules on neurons in rats with focal cerebral ischemia and reperfusion. Methods Rat model of focal cerebral ischemia and reperfusion was established by thread ligation in middle cerebral artery. After 24 hours, the morphological changes of rat cerebral cortical neurons (HE staining) were observed under optical microscope, apoptosis of cortical neurons was detected by TUNEL, the content of MDA、SOD、LD and LDH in ischemic cerebral brain were detected by spectrophotometry. Results Compared with the control group, there were obvious neurological deficits in the ischemia and reperfusion model groups. The significant ischemic morphologic changes in cerebral cortex were observed, such as neuronal edema and amount of apoptosis neurons. The content of MDA was much higher, whereas that of SOD was much lower in ischemia cerebra (P<0.01). The neurological deficits of middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) rats could be improved and the neuronal edema and neuronal apoptosis of cortex could be lessened in the Xinnaoshutong Capsules group. Compared with the control group, MDA、LD and LDH were decreaced, and SOD was increased significantly in the Xinnaoshutong Capsules group (P<0.05~0.01). Conclusion Xinnaoshutong Capsules have the effect of lightening the injury degree of brain tissues and decreasing neuronal apoptosis after cerebral ischemia and reperfusion. The mechanism might be related to regulating oxidative stress response and elevating the free radical scavenging capability to alleviate cerebral injury.
摘要:Objective To investigate the effects of Caulis Piperis Kadsruae on amyloid precursor protein (APP) gene expression in human neuroblastoma cell line SK-N-SH. Methods Cell viability was tested by MTT assay, the expressions of APP mRNA and protein isoforms were quantified by RT-PCR and Western blot analysis, respectively. Results Caulis Piperis Kadsruae caused a significant decrease in the total APP mRNA band in a dose dependent manner, and the expressions of the intraceUular immature and mature APP in SK-N-SH cells were inhibited by Caulis Piperis Kadsruae. In the experimental condition, Caulis Piperis gadsruae (0-50g/L) did not reduce the survival rate of SK-N-SH cells. Conclusion Caulis Piperis Kadsruae can selectively inhibit the expression of APP in SK-N-SH cells.
摘要:Objective To study the influence of trans-resveratrol on D-galactose induced osseous changes of rats. Methods Wistar rats were given injections of D-galactose for 5 months to cause aging. Osseous routine parameters were tested and compared in young group, model group, medication groups (high-does, middle-does, low-does) and normal old group. Results Compared with young group, the bone mineral density (BMD), structural mechanics parameters of bone, biomechanics parameters of bone, bone calcium, manganese, magnesium and the content of hydroxyproline in the model group were significantly decreased (P<0.01). However, bone phosphorus wassignificantly raised(P<0.01). Those changes of the model group were the same as those of the old group, but the changes of the different medication group significantly differed with the model group. Conclusion The high does of D-galactose can cause aging and osteoporosis at the same time, and trans-resveratrol can delay D-galactose induced osseous changes.

摘要:Objective To observe the effect of Semen Astragali Complanati extracts on lipid metabolism in rats with hyperfipermia, including blood fat and fat content in liver. Methods The changes of triglyeride (TG), total cholesterol(TC), low-density lipoprotein-c (LDL-c) and high density lipoprotein-c (HDL-c) in serum of Waster rats with hyperlipermia were observed by enzymatic method. The fat content in the liver was detected by soxhlet extraction. Results TC, TG and fat content in the liver of hyperfipormia model rats were significantly decreased after water extract, oil extract, 50% alcohol extract and 95% alcohol extract of Semen Astragali Complanati treating for 15 days (90g/kg). HDL-c could be increased in the low dose of water extract group (20g/kg) and the middle dose of oil extract group (45g/kg), and these effects were more significant than those in the gypenosides positive control group. There was significant difference between the treating group with the model group (P<0.001). Conclusion Extracts of Semen Astragali Complanati have the effect of decreasing TG, TC, LDL-c and fat content in the fiver and increasing HDL-c of hyperfipermia model rats.
摘要:Objective To investigate the mechanism of treating acute soft tissue injury with GAOMO (TUINA combine together with topica). Methods The effect of GAOMO on local histological changes in rats with acute soft tissue injury was observed. Results Circular-rubbing with holly ointment, rubbing with holly ointment, circular-rubbing with MOGAO, and rubbing with MOGAO could all relieve the swelling, degeneration and necrosis of local muscle fiber as well as inflammatory cell infiltration resulting from acute soft tissue injury, and promote regeneration of the injured muscle fiber, but rubbing with MOGAO got the most significant effect (when compared with the model group, P<0.05). Conclusion Rubbing with MOGAO can promote reparation of acute soft tissue injury.

摘要:Objective To investigate the effect of Tongmaiyizhi Capsules and simvastatin on advanced unstable atherosclerotic lesions within the innominate artery of ApoeE-gene knockout mice. Methods After fed with high fat diet for 22 weeks, 8 week-old ApoeE-gene knockout mice were randomly divided into three groups, model group, Tongmaiyizhi group and simvastatin group, which were administered with Tongmaiyizhi Capsules (720mg/kg/d), simvastatin (2.8 mg/kg/d) and SodiumChloride for 8 weeks respectively. Six normal C57BL/6 mice were set as the control group and were also administered with SodiumChloride for 8 weeks. Immunohistochemistry, Movat Pentachrome and Sirius Red-staining methods were used to evaluate the histomorphological changes of the plaque. Results Compared with the model group, the average area of AS lesion decreased and the content of collagen were significantly increased (P<0.01, P<0.05) in the Tongmaiyizhi Capsules group;the thickness, integrity of the fibrous cap were enhanced in the simvastatin group (P<0.05, P<0.05). Conclusions Tongmaiyizhi Capsules can stabilize the vulnerable atherosclerotic plaque through decreasing AS area and increasing collagen tissue; simvastatin can stabilize the AS plaque through stabilizing the fibrous cap on plaque surface.

摘要:Objective To study the effect of Duzhonghongjingtian Capsules (Cortex Eucommiae, Radix Rhodiolae, Radix Cyathulae, Cortex Cinnamoml, etc.) (DHC) on experimental thrombosis, thrombolysis and blood circulation promoting to provide pharmacological basis for treating ischemic cerebral apoplexy. Methods Rat’s thromboses were induced by the arteriovenous shunt and the electrical stimulation of common carotid artery respectively, then the effect of DHC on thrombus and thrombosis was studied. Turbidimetry was used to observe the effect of DHC on platelet aggregation and blood coagulation factor of normal rats induced by ADP and collagen. Effect of DHC on clotting time of aged mice was observed. Results DHC could notably lighten the wet-weight and dry-weight of thrombosis in the arteriovenous shunt model in rats; Serum with DHC showed the significant effect of thrombolysis in vivo. It could inhibit the platelet aggregation of normal rats induced by ADP and collagen. DHC could prolong thrombin time, prothrombin time, and thromboplastin time. The coagulation time of aged mice could also be prolonged. Conclusions DHC can significantly inhibit the thrombosis and has the satisfactory effect on thrombolysis, which is associated with its inhibiting the platelet aggregation and prolonging the coagulationtime.
摘要:Objective To investigate the effect of the serum collected from rats with electroacupuncture stimulation on the proliferation and the expression of brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) of astrocytes. Methods Baihui (GV20), fengfu (GV16) were stimulated with 100Hz high frequency electroacupuncture in rats. Serum was collected two weeks later from the stimulated rats and added into the culture medium of astrocytes. Cell viability was detected by MTT assay and the expression level of BDNF was tested by immunohistochemistry. Results The serum derived from the rats stimulated by electroacupuncture could promote the activity of astrocytes, but it was not in an obvious dose-dependent manner. The optimal concentration of the serum was 10%. The cell viability of astrocytes increased in a time-dependent manner with the peaking OD value of 0.372 48hours after the cells were cultured in the medium containing the 10% serum. BDNF expression in astrocytes increased significantly 5 days after astrocytes were treated by the 10% serum. Conclusion The serum from electroacupuncture stimulated rats could promote the activity of cultured astrocytes and enhance the astrocytes proliferation. The activated astrocytes pretect neuron by BDNF secretion.
摘要:Objective To establish the assay method for quantitative determination ofα,β-asarone in effective fraction of A. tatarinowii Schott. Method The chromatographic column was kromasil ODS C18(250 mm×4.6mm, 5μm),the mobile phase was methanol: water(56:44) with a flow velocity of 1.0 mL/min,and the detection wavelength was 257 nm in the reverse phased-high performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC) procedure. Result The average recoveries ofβ-asarone andα-asarone was 98.57% (RSD=0.35%) and 99.75% (RSD=1.30%), respectively. Conclusion The procedure,which is easy and accurate,can be used as a quality control method for the effective fraction of A. tatarinowii Schott.

摘要:Objective To establish the method for the determination of the contents of two components, caffeic acid and rosmarinic acid in the different parts of Prunella vulgaris L. by HPLC. Methods The determination was carried out with Agilent Zorbax C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5μm), gradient MeOH-0.1% acetic acid solution was taken as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1 mL/min, and the detection wavelength was 330 nm. Results The average recoveries of caffeic acid and rosmarinic acid were 101.0% and 100.5% respectively (RSDs were 2.30% and 1.79% respectively, n=6). Conclusion The determination of the contents of caffeic acid and rosmarinic acid showed that the method was easy and accurate, and could be used to determine the contents of two components in the different parts of Prunella vulgaris L.
摘要:Objective To prepare solid dispersions of puerarin with polyethylene glycol 6000 (PEG6000) to improve its dissolution and solubility. Methods The solid dispersions of puerarin were prepared by the fusion method with PEG6000 as the carrier. Evaluation of the properties of the dispersions was performed using dissolution studies, ultraviolet spectroscopy (UV), infrared spectroscopy (IR) and differential scanning calorimetery (DSC). Results The rate of dissolution and the solubility of puerarin in the solid dispersions prepared by the optimized preparing process were incresced 3 times and 17 times respectively as compared with crude puerarin. The data of UV, IR and DSC showed the absence of well-defined drugpolymer interactions. Conclusion The dissolution and solubility of puerarin could be improved significantly in solid dispersions with PEG6000.
摘要:Objective To study the effect of Wubi Capsules on immune function in patients with systemic scleroderma(SSc) and its mechanism of action. Methods 93 SSc patients were randomly divided into treatment group (33 cases) and control group (32 cases). The patient’s T lymphocyte subpopulation (CD3+, CD4+, CD8+, CD4+/CD8+), immunoglobulin (IgG, IgA, IgM), complement (C3, C4), plasma endothelin (ET), and transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β) were prospectively and contrastively analyzed and compared with those of the 15 cases of healthy person. Results Patients with SSc showed disorder of T lymphocyte subsets. Compared with the healthy persons, immunoglobulins (IgG, IgA, IgM), ET and TGF-βwere increased and complement level was decreased significantly (P<0.05, P<0.01). There were significant improvements in above aspects in both groups after treatment(P<0.05, P<0.01). Compared with the control group, the treatment group showed better effects, and there was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05, P<0.01). Conclusion Patients with SSc show abnormal immunoregulation, high autoantibody and immunocomplex accumulating. Wubi Capsules can correct the state of abnormal immunoregulation in patients with SSc, increase the function of immune homeostasis, eliminate antigen, suppress antibody production, lessen the formation of immune complex, and decrease the content of ET and TGF-β. Wubi Capsules can influence prognosis of patients with SSc, which is related with suppressing Th’function and improving above mentioned indexes.
