摘要:To understand intracerebral hemorrhage(ICH) based on the hypothesis of "damaged brain collaterals by toxin" is a new thinking train in medical circles.The lesion of microvessels has been the core changes and basic motivation in the pathological course of ICH,which will be a cut-in point of researching the biological base of "disease collaterals" after ICH onset.The collaterals are an integration of structure and function on the base of anatomy and related closely to the microcirculation and nervous-endocrine system.The important pathogenesis of ICH involves damaged brain collaterals by toxin,blood stasis of collaterals and the stagnation of collaterals due to the retained fluid,while in modern biology they are related closely to the pathophysiological processes,such as the regulation of microcirculation,adjusting function of blood vessels and blood brain barrier.The research will bring us to a microcosmic level to understand the disease collaterals of ICH,which is a good cut-in point in the combination of TCM with modern sciences with a great significant.

摘要:The "disease collaterals" are one of important pathological mechanisms in Chinese medicine.One of the research orients of TCM neuroinformatics is to study the visual evidence of TCM theory by using cerebral function imaging and nerve electrophysiology.The dysfunction of zang-fu organs can result in the disorders of brain collaterals and then induce the changes of cerebral nerves,but not the disorders of the body.This phase may be named as the phase of "disease brain qi-collaterals".TCM neuroinformatics has found the objective visual evidence for the pathogenesis of "disease brain qi-collaterals" based on the syndrome of liver-qi stagnation,which provides a new research thinking train and methods for the early interference and treatment of the diseases by the therapies integrated Chinese medicine and Western medicine.

摘要:Objective To investigate the effects of salvianolic acid B(SalB) on the contents of energy rich phosphate and lactic acid in mice with cerebral ischemia.Methods The model of acute cerebral ischemia was established and the contents of energy rich phosphate and lactic acid,and brain water content were detected 30 minutes after brain ischemic.Results In the ischemic group the cerebral contents of ATP [(12.12±3.71) μmol/g] and creatine phosphate [(65.24±8.84) μmol/g],the activity of Na+-K+-ATPase [(1.321±0.373) U/mg] were obviously decreased(P<0.01),while the content of lactic acid [(3.58±0.81) mmol/g](P<0.01),cerebral index [(1.508±0.002) %] and brain water content [(78.75±0.47) %] were increased obviously(P<0.050.01).In the SalB treated group the cerebral contents of ATP [(18.16±3.38) μmol/g] and creatine phosphate [(74.46±6.58) μmol/g] were obviously increased(P<0.01),the activity of Na+-K+-ATPase [(1.902±0.491) U/mg] was improved(P<0.05),while the content of lactic acid [(2.59±0.41) mmol/g](P<0.01),cerebral index [(1.505±0.002) %] and brain water content [(78.10±0.44) %] were decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion The mechanism of SalB for relieving early cerebral edema after acute cerebral ischemia may be related to that SalB can increase the content of energy rich phosphate and decrease the content of lactic acid.
摘要:Objective To observe the interference of Feiliuping Extractum and its modified formulas on the antigen presentation of dendritic cells in cultural system in vitro and study the molecular mechanism.Methods The inducing cultural system was established to induce and differentiate mature dendritic cells in human peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMC),ie.PBMC were separated from peripheral blood of healthy people.The cytokines(TNFα,IL-4 and GM-CSF) were used jointly to induce and obtain the mature dendritic cells in differentiation and function.The interference of Feiliuping Extractum and its modified formulas to dendritic cells and the expressions of related surface molecules to antigen presentation were detected by using flow cytometry,and their influence on the content of IL-12 secreted by dendritic cells were studied.Results Feiliuping Extractum up-regulated the expressions of dendritic cells and related cytomembrane molecules to antigen presentation,such as MHC-Ⅱ,CD80,CD83,CD86 and CD40 and promoted the IL-12 content secreted by dendritic cells.Conclusion Feiliuping Extractum can regulate antigen presentation of dendritic cells and improve the body function of anti-tumor immunological surveillance.
摘要:Objective To determine the syndrome of blood stasis to establish the evaluation criterion of animal model of blood stasis syndrome through the observation on color and luster changes of tongue body in the animal model.Methods All 40 SD rats were divided into 5 groups: the normal rats,rats with blood stasis syndrome induced by congealing cold,rats with blood stasis syndrome induced by hypodermic injection of adrenaline,rats with blood stasis syndrome induced by intravenous injection of 10% macromolecule dextran.The tongue pictures of all rats were taken with digital camera,and then the color and luster changes of tongue ventral surface and the coloration length of sublingual vein were compared and analyzed.Results The color and luster changes of tongue ventral surface were scored as follows: it was scored 0 if the texture of tongue was ruddy;it was scored 1 if the texture of tongue was ruddy and dim;it was scored 2 if the texture of tongue was purple;it was scored 3 if the texture of tongue was purple and dark.The color and luster changes and coloration length of sublingual vein were scored as follows: it was scored 0 if the color and luster was ruddy and the coloration length of sublingual vein was about one third of whole body of tongue;it was scored 1 if the color and luster was purple and the coloration length of sublingual vein was between one third and one second of whole body of tongue;it was scored 2 if the color and luster was purple and the coloration length of sublingual vein was about one second of whole body of tongue;it was scored 3 if the color and luster was purple and dark,the coloration length of sublingual vein was about two thirds of whole body of tongue.Conclusion A semiquantitative evaluation criterion for the color and luster changes of tongue and sublingual vein in model animals with blood stasis syndrome is established,which provides the scientific evidence for the objective research on blood stasis syndrome and Chinese medications with the effects of activating blood circulation and eliminating stasis.

摘要:Objective The optical coherence tomography(OCT) was applied to study the microimaging in vivo of rat tongue coating and superficial tissue under the tongue coating,and to discuss the possibility and value of OCT applied in TCM tongue diagnosis.Method OCT was used,on Lab VIEW operation platform,to give the microimaging detection of glossal surface in rats and an quantified treatment to some observation data of tongue coating.At the same time the outcomes of OCT and routine histotomy of rat glossal tissue were compared.Result The microimaging of rat glossal surface showed that the resolution was 1020 μm and depth was 2 mm.The tongue coating layer,linkage layer between tongue coating and tongue body,and structure of tongue body could be differentiated clearly.The observation data of tongue coating and tongue coating texture could be quantified.The outcomes of OCT and result of histological test of rat glossal microstructure showed no significant difference.Conclusion OCT is well worth using in the image and quantitative study of rat tongue diagnosis.
摘要:Objective To investigate the influence of Jiaweitaohechengqi Decoction and its modified formulas on contents of endothilin-1(ET-1),nitric oxide(NO) and intercellular adhesion molecules-1(ICAM-1) in the cultural solution of injured human umbilical vein endothelioid cells(HUVEC) induced by diabetes.Method The serum pharmacological method was applied to prepare Jiaweitaohechengqi Decoction serum and then the serum was added to HUVEC cultured in vitro.The contents of ET-1,NO and ICAM-1 in the cultural solution were detected taking Rosiglitazone Tablets as the control medication.Result Jiaweitaohechengqi Decoction and its modified formulas(except of Yiqiyangyin Formula group) all decreased the contents of ET-1(P<0.05),and increased NO content(P<0.01) in the cultural solution of model cells.The content of ET-1 was the lowest in Huoxue Formula group and NO content was the highest in the high-dose Jiaweitaohechengqi Decoction group.In the model group the ICAM-1 content was increased obviously and decreased in the Huoxue Formula group,Xieretongxia Formula group,Jiaweitaohechengqi Decoction group and Rosiglitazone Tablets group with a significant difference compared with those of the model group(P<0.05).Conclusion Jiaweitaohechengqi Decoction can markedly increase NO content and decrease ET-1 content in the cultural solution of HUVEC in vitro.It may relieve the disorder of vascular endothelioid cells induced by diabetes.Its effective fraction maybe presented in Huoxue Formula group and high-dose Jiaweitaohechengqi Decoction group,and its effect of decreasing ICAM-1 maybe presented in all groups except of Yiqiyangyin Formula group.

摘要:Objective To study the chemical reaction of hypaconitine in water.Method The method of HPLC-ESI-MSn was applied in gradient elution program and the mass spectrometry was in positive ion mode.Result There were 4 hydrolysates found in the hydrolytic solution and their quasi-molecular ion + were respectively at m/z 574,470,498 and 556.Conclusion Through the analysis on quasi-molecular ion and fragment ion,the hydrolysates of hypaconitine are identified as benzoylhypaconine, hypaconine,N-demethylacetylhypaconine and pyrhypaconitine.There are 4 reactions in water deduced in the procedure.
摘要:Objective To study the identification characteristics of ultraviolet spectroscopy in fresh slices or vinegau-processed slices of Carapax Trionycis from different producing areas.Method The ultraviolet spectroscopy was used to identify the fresh slices and vinegar-processed slices of Carapax Trionycis from different producing areas.Result The fresh slice of Carapax Trionycis from different producing areas had two largest absorption peaks at wave length of(202±2) nm and(227±2) nm.But the absorbencies(A) in Carapax Trionycis from different producing areas different greatly measured under the same condition were.The ultraviolet spectroscopy characteristics of fresh and processed Carapax Trionycis were obviously differently.The absorption peak at wave length of(227±2) nm disappeared after Carapax Trionycis scorched by sand and quenched by vinegar.At wave length of(202±2) nm there was an absorption peak and the absorbency was increased by more than 2 times.Conclusion The ultraviolet spectroscopy identification can be used as one of indexes for quality control of Carapax Trionycis,which is significant to the application and quality standard of Carapax Trionycis.

摘要:Objective To study the sustained-released effectiveness of skeletal sustained-released tablets of total matrines combined with different complementary materials.Methods The content of total matrines was detected by solubility experiment and chromatoptometry of acid stain.Results The quality of sustained-released materials with different combinations was evaluated through solubility curve and filled equation and a better prescription of skeletal sustained-released tablets of total matrines was developed.Conclusion Ethylcellulose(EC,100CP) is used alone as skeletal material.The proportion of EC to hydroxypropyl methylcellulose(HPMC) is 2 to 1,EC to microcrystalline cellulose(MCC),1.5 to 1,EC to acrylic resin Ⅳ,1 to 3,and sodium alginate to chitosan,1.5 to 1.These combinations are all good skeletal materials.
摘要:Objective To optimize the preparation technique and matrix proportion of Zhitong Emplastrum.Methods The total evaluation of sense organ index and stripping intensity were used as index observation and single factor observation was used to screen out the change ranges of main matrix.The orthogonal design was applied to optimize the best condition of these factors.Results The best matrix proportion of Zhitong Emplastrum showed as polyacrylic acid(NP700,neutralized partly) to glycerin to tartaric acid to linking agent(AlCl3∶Al(OH)3) was 2.1 to 15 to 0.023 to(0.019 to 0.013).Conclusion The matrix proportion optimized by orthogonal design can be used to prepare qualified emplastrum.
摘要:Objective To conduct an objective and quantitative research combined diseases and syndromes on different blood stasis syndromes and the blood stasis syndromes induced by different diseases by applying the correspondence correlation analysis.Methods The method of epidemiology was used to study,combining diseases and syndromes,the relationship between different blood stasis syndromes or the blood stasis syndromes induced by different diseases and clinical symptoms,and then the data were analyzed by multi-correspondence correlation statistical method in SAS software.Results ①The correlation between different blood stasis syndromes or the blood stasis syndromes induced by different diseases and clinical symptoms and signs,and the correlation coefficient were obtained.②The differences and resemblances were found in clinical symptoms and signs between different blood stasis syndromes and the blood stasis syndromes induced by different diseases.Conclusion The syndrome of qi and blood deficiency is the core pathological base of different blood stasis syndromes and the blood stasis syndromes induced by different diseases but these blood stasis syndromes have their own characteristics.
摘要:Objective To observe the curative effect of Jiangtangmingmu Capsules on diabetic retinopathy(DR).Method The treatment group,including 60 patients with DR,was treated with Jiangtangmingmu Capsules for 6 months,and then the indexes,including TCM syndrome manifestations,blood sugar level and security indexes,were compared before and after the treatment. The control group,including 60 patients,was treated with Yikai for 6 months and then it was compared with the treatment group in fundus retinopathy.Result In the treatment group the TCM syndrome manifestitions were relieved,the comparison of integral before and after the treatment was P<0.01.The relief of fundus retinopathy in the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.01).In the treatment group the comparison of blood sugar level before and after the treatment was P<0.01,and the security indexes were improved.There were no obvious adverse effects observed during the therapeutic period.Conclusion Jiangtangmingmu Capsules can relieve generally the symptoms and fundus retinopathy,decrease blood sugar level in DR patients and has a higher security.

摘要:Objective To study the intraductal structure and pathological changes of mamillary polyrrhea by ductoscope,and to investigate a new therapeutic method for treating inflammatory mamillary polyrrhea.Methods The patients with mamillary polyrrhea were examined by the ductoscope and then 101 among them diagnosed as mammary duct ectasia with duct inflammation were chosen and randomly divided into 2 groups.The treatment group(n=53) was treated with Tuhuanglian Solution(2 mL) by perfusion through ill mammary foramen and the control group(n=48),with gentamicin(80 000 U),once a week and for total 8 times.After the follow-up visits for 3 months the patients were given the reexaminations by the ductoscope.Results After 3 months there were 50 cases in the treatment group cured.The total effective rate was 94.34 % in the treatment group and 81.25 % in the control group.The curative effect of the treatmen group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05) by statistical analysis.Conclusion Tuhuanglian Solution has a good curative effect through local perfusion on mamillary polyrrhea induced by mammary duct etasia accopanied by inflammation.
摘要:Objective To discuss the therapeutic mechanism of Qingfei Mixture Spray for anti-infection and improving immunity in acute seizure phase of chronic bronchitis.Method All 90 patients were randomly divided into the blank control group,treatment group and positive control group.The blank control group was given the routine general treatment,the treatment group was given Qingfei Mixture Spray besides of the routine treatment and the positive control group was given Gentamicin Spray besides of the routine treatment.The clinical symptoms,signs,content changes of interleukin(IL-2),IL-8,endothelin(ET) and MDA in phlegm and blood were observed in 3 groups before and after the treatment.Result In the treatment group the symptoms and signs were relieved obviously(P<0.01),IL-2 content was obviously increased(P<0.01),and the contents of IL-8,ET and MDA were decreased obviously(P<0.01).The outcomes of the treatment group were much better than those of the blank control group(P<0.05) and as the same as those of the positive control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Qingfei Mixture can treat chronic bronchitis through increasing IL-2 content and decreasing the contents of IL-8,ET and MDA.

摘要:Objective To investigate the curative effect of Tangshentongluo Formula on diabetic nephropathy(DN) and the mechanism.Methods All 45 cases of DN were randomly divided into Tangshentongluo Formula group(n=25) and Lotensin group(n=20).Before and after the treatment the integrals of 2 groups were observed by TCM syndrome-integral method.The serum levels of endothelin(ET) and atrial natriuretic peptide(ANP) were detected by radioimmunological method,and the serum contents of fasting blood glucose(FBG), HbA1c,total cholesterol(TC),triglyeride(TG),high density lipoproteincholesterol(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL-C) and urine microalbumen excretory rate(UAER) were detected by biochemical assay.Results After the treatment the integrals of TCM syndromes in Tangshentongluo Formula group were much lower than those of Lotensin group(P<0.01).The total effective rate of Tangshentongluo Formula group was much higher than that of Lotensin group(P<0.05).Although the serum contents of ET,ANP,FBG, HbA1c and UAER in 2 groups were all decreased after the treatment(P<0.05,P<0.01),which was,howere,more significant in Tangshentongluo Formula group(P<0.05,P<0.01).The decreases of the contents of TC,TG,LDL-C and increase of HDL-C in Tangshentongluo Formula group were more significant than those in Lotensin group after the treatment(P<0.01).Conclusion Tangshentongluo Formula has better effects of regulating blood lipid and sugar,relieving general symptoms and improving the living quality.It also can reduce or arrest the secretion of ET and ANP,recover the impaired nephric capillary vessels,and to arrest or postpone glomerular sclerosis to promote renal function.
