摘要:Objective On the basis of analyzing historical successive changes and research development of the theory of correlation between prescription and syndrome,this article proposes that the theory of correlation between prescription and syndrome is the important content of study on foundational theories of Chinese medicine and exploring the internal relation and regularity between active ingredient combination in compound formula and pathological process of the syndrome will promote the development of the theory of correlation between prescription and syndrome.On combination of the techniques and methods of genomics,proteomics and metabonomics,it is raise that we should apply the research mode of correspondence between prescription and syndrome about action mechanism of active ingredient combination in compound formula,which is based on the multitarget effect combined macroscopic appearance of the syndrome and microcosmic pathological changes,to further recognize the scientific connotation of the traditional Chinese medicine theory of correlation between prescription and syndrome.

摘要:Objective To analyze the pathogenesis transformation of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) in chronic fatigue syndrome(CFS).Method We collected 237 CFS patients,and recorded their symptoms,tongue demonstrations and pulses.Then we used path analysis method to analyze these patients’ TCM pathogenesis transformation.Results ①Spleen deficiency could induce yin-fluid insufficiency,emptiness of essence-marrow,kidney yang deficiency.②Emptiness of essence-marrow could induce yin-fluid insufficiency and kidney yang deficiency.③Yin-fluid deficiency and kidney yang deficiency could influence each other.Conclusion In CFS TCM pathogenesis,spleen deficiency is at the most important position,and it can influence all the other four pathogenesis,in directly or indirectly ways.And,the path analysis method can quantitative descript the CFS patients’ TCM pathogenesis transformation.

摘要:Objective To investigate the related molecular mechanism between neuroprotective effect of spleen yin nourishing recipe(Zibupiyin Reception,ZBPYR)and regulation on the morphology and structure of dendritic spines.Methods The primary cultured hippocampal neurons treated with glutamate and drug serum with ZBPYR.The morphology of dendritic spines were observed by fluorescent microscopy,and the expression of spine-associated Rap guanosine triphosphatase(GTPase) activating protein(SPAR) and serum-inducible kinase(SNK) were detected by immunofluorescent methods.Results 2% concentration of ZBPYR could protect the destroyed dendritic spines by glutamate and maintain the number and the normal morphology of dendritic spines.Conclusion ZBPYR showed effect of nervous protection,and its mechanism may be correlated with maintaining the morphology and structure of dendritic spines.
摘要:Objective To investigate the mechanism of Xiaoke Granules for treating diabetic nephropathy by studying the influence of Xiaoke Granules on proliferation and TGF-β1 expression in mesangial cells.Methods Rat mesangial cells(MCs)were cultured in vitro,and were exposed to high glucose concentration.The effect of drug serum of Xiaoke Granules on MCs proliferation and TGF-β1 expression in MCs were identified by MTT colorimetric method and laser confocal scaning microscopy respectively.Results The drug serum of Xiaoke Granules inhibited MCs proliferation promoted by high glucose at 48 hour,and reversed the depressed proliferation induced by high glucose at 72 hour and 96 hour,with significant difference at 96 hour(P<0.05).TGF-β1 expression was high in MCs stimulated by high glucose,while drug serum of Xiaoke Granules depressed this high expression of TGF-β1 in MCs(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiaoke Granules can reverse the influence of high glucose on MCs proliferation,and can inhibit the high expression of TGF-β1 induced by high glucose.This may be the key function of Xiaoke Granules on treating diabetic nephropathy.
摘要:Objective To observe changes of AMPA receptor and related protein in the hippocampus and amygdala in rats with chronic immobilization stress and Xiaoyao Powder’s effect.Method The immobilization stress model rat was established by tied 3hours per day and treated with Xiaoyao Powder.They were assigned into 7days model group,21days model group,7days treated group and 21days treated group.Besides,7days normal group and 21days normal group were set for control.After 7 days and 21 days,the integral optical density(IOD) of glutamate receptor2/3(GluR2/3),N-ethylmaleimide sensitive factor(NSF) and protein interacting with C-kinase 1(PICK1) as well as the number of positive neuron in the rat hippocampal CA1 region and basolateral amygdala(BLA) were detected by immunohistochemical stain and computerized graphic analysis techniques.Resluts The IOD of GluR2/3 in hippocampal CA1 region and BLA in 7days model group were significantly higher than that of 7days normal group(P<0.01,P<0.05);The positive neurons of GluR2/3 and the IOD of PICK1 in hippocampal CA1 region in 7days model group were higher than that of 7days normal group(P<0.05,P<0.01),while in 7days treatment group(Xiaoyao Powder) those indexes were significantly different from those in 7days model group(P<0.01,P<0.05),but no significant difference was showed when compared with 7days normal group.Compared with 21days normal group,the IOD of GluR2/3 increased significantly(P<0.05),NSF increased(P=0.060) in hippocampal CA1 region,and the positive neurons of GluR2/3 increased(P=0.090),PICK1 in BLA decreased(P=0.075) in 21days model group,while no significant difference of those items in 21days treatment group was found when compared with 21days normal group.Conclusion There were different trends of AMPA receptor changes in 7 days and 21 days immobilization stress rats,and in hippocampal CA1 region and BLA.The regulative effect of Xiaoyao Powder on AMPA receptors in 21 days immobilization stress rats was more extensive than in 7 days rats.

摘要:Objective To observe the effect of Feixian Recipe on pulmonary fibrosis in rats.Methods Rat model with pulmonary fibrosis was established by intratracheal injection of bleomycin.On day 14,28 and 45,the contents of laminin,collagen Ⅰ and Ⅲ in lung tissue homogenate in model group,sham operated group,Feixian group and prednisone group were measured.Results The contents of laminin,collagen Ⅰ and Ⅲ were decreased significantly by Feixian Recipe.Conclusion Feixian Recipe has significant therapeutic effect on bleomycin induced pulmonary fibrosis in rats.
摘要:Objective To explore the effect of Angongniuhuang pills(ANP) on the intracerebral hemorrhage(ICH) injury in rats,and to compare the effect of the ANP and its simplified prescription(without Zhusha and Xionghuang).Methods ICH model was induced by injecting 0.5 U/2 μL collagenase into rat caudate nucleus.Three hours after the operation,two kinds of ANP were orally administered to the rats,while the rats in the control and model group were administered with distillated water,once daily for 3 days.At 3th day after the operation,blood and brain tissue were taken from rats for the measure.Results ANP(0.2 g/kg,0.4 g/kg) and its simplified prescription(0.32 g/kg) improved the neurological symptom,decreased the brain coefficient and brain water content,and increased the erythrocyte deformability.Conclusion ANP has protective effects against the injury induced by ICH in rats,and the protective effects of ANP is better than its simplified prescription,but there is no statistical significance.

摘要:Objective To study the protective effect and mechanism of quercetin on dysmnesia of acute senile mouse model induced by AlCl3.Methods After subcutaneous injection of AlCl3 60 mg·kg-1 for 7days and intragastric administration of quercetin 20,10 and 5mg·kg-1 for 15days,the effect of quercetin on learning and memory were observed by dark avoiding test and step-down test,and the superoxide dismutase(SOD) activities in cerebrum and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-PX)activities in plasma and cerebrum were measured.Results Quercetin 20,0 and 5mg·kg-1 significantly improved memory impairment induced by AlCl3 and enhanced the activities of GSH-PX and SOD.Conclusion Quercetin showed protective effect on brain memory impairment in mice with AlCl3 induced acute insenecence.The mechanism perhaps involve enhancing the activities of GSH-PX and SOD,eliminating free radicals,protecting the brain neuron from the harm of lipoperoxide.

摘要:Objective To study the effect of Guizhishaoyaozhimu Decoction(GSZD) on rats with collagen Ⅱ-induced arthritis(CIA) and to discuss the mechanism.Methods The rat model of CIA was established and then the rats were given GSZD.After 21 days the weight and swelling of ankles were measured.The level of IL-4 in synovial membrane and serum was investigated with ELISA method.The activity of IFN-γ in synovial membrane and serum was investigated by release of NO-2 in mouse macrophage.Results The weight and swelling of CIA rats were relieved by GSZD.The level of IL-4 and the-activity of IFN-γ in synovial membrane and serum of CIA rats were down-regulated by GSZD.Conclusion The level of IL-4 and the activity of IFN-γ in synovial membrane of CIA rats were higher,and the activity of IFN-γ in serum was higher.GSZD has therapeutical effect on CIA rats,and one of its mechanisms may be regulating Th1/Th2 balance by decreasing IFN-γ and IL-4 in synovial membrane and serum.
摘要:Objective To explore and comparison the mechanism of 4 kinds of Chinese medicine injections,Qingkailing Injection,Yuxingcao Injection,Xiangdan Injection and Shuanghuanglian Injection,in treating psoriasis.Method Human PBMCs(peripheral blood mononuclear cells) were isolated and cultured,and pretreated by the designed concentrations of above injections.MTT method was used to estimate the amount of cells.The dose-effect relationship was showed by the figure made from the percentages of proliferation and the logarithm concentrations.Results Four kinds of Chinese medicine injections showed suppressive effect distinctly on T cell proliferation,and the effect of Qingkailing Injection was more obvious than that of Yuxingcao Injection(P<0.01).There was positive relation between effect and concentration.Conclusion Suppressing the T cell proliferation may be the possible mechanism of 4 kinds of Chinese medicine injections in treating psoriasis.

摘要:Objective To study the effects of complex prescription with the effects of replenishing qi,activating blood and resolving phlegm on the levels of IL-8 and TNF-α in BALF(bronchio-alveolar lavage fluid) and the changes of the hemorheology of the pulmonary fibrosis model rats.Methods The rat model of pulmonary fibrosis was induced by Pingyangmycin(bleomycin);the changes of some indexes in every group(blank group,model group,Chinese drug group I and Chinese drug group II) were observed on 28th day after the treatment.Results The levels of IL-8 and TNF-α in BALF,blood viscosity,plasma viscosity and platelet aggregation rate were increased;the erythrocyte deformability decreased obviously in the model group(P<0.01 or P<0.05).In the Chinese drug groups,the levels of IL-8 and TNF-α in BALF,blood viscosity,plasma viscosity and platelet aggregation rate decreased,the erythrocyte deformability increased(P<0.05),and the effect of Chinese drug II was more significant than that of Chinese drug II.Conclusion The complex prescription with the effects of replenishing qi,activating blood and resolving phlegm has marked preventive and therapeutic effect on pathological process in rats with pingyangmycin(bleomycin) induced pulmonary fibrosis.

摘要:Objective To survey the regulative effects of Bushengubiao Recipe on the unbalanced expressions of Th1 and Th2 cytokines from peripheral blood in children with recurrent respiratory tract infections(RRTI).Methods To select CD4+ T cells of peripheral blood in 20 patients of RRTI before and after treatment by flow cytometry,then abstract total RNA,determine the gene expressions of T-bet,GATA-3,IFN-γ and IL-4 by real time quantitative PCR,which were compared with those of 10 healthy controls.Results The expressions of T-bet mRNA and IFN-γ mRNA were lower,GATA-3 mRNA and IL-4 mRNA were higher in patients than in normal controls,all with statistical significance(P<0.01 or P<0.05).After Bushengubiao Recipe treatment,the expression of T-bet mRNA and IFN-γ mRNA up-regulated(P>0.05,P<0.01),GATA-3 mRNA and IL-4 mRNA down-regulated(P<0.01) without significant difference compared with healthy children(P>0.05).Conclusions The gene expression of Th transcription factor and cytokines is imbalanced in RRTI children in remission stage,the reaction mode in children of RRTI in remission stage is Th2 predominating.Bushengubiao Recipe can up-regulate T-bet mRNA and IFN-γ mRNA expression,down-regulate GATA-3mRNA and IL-4 mRNA expression,thus normalize the Th balance at the gene level of transcription factors and cytokines.

摘要:Objective To observe the characteristic of ApoE gene polymorphism and the lipid level in patients with hyperlipidemia and syndrome of phlegm-blood stasis.Methods Ninety-six patients with hyperlipidemia and syndrome of phlegm-blood stasis were detected about their lipid level and ApoE genotype.Results There was not a significant difference in the frequencies of ApoE genotype and allele between patients and natural population in Beijing,and between men and women.The levels of TC and LDL-C were different significantly because of different ApoE genotype: the TC and LDLC levels of patients with E3/4 genotype were higher than that of patients with E3/3 and E2/3 genotype.And HDL-C showed a lower level in patients with E3/4 than in those with E2/3 and E3/3.Conclusion There are not significant differences between hyperlipidemia patients with the syndromes of phlegm-blood stasis and Beijing natural population.There are some relationships between the ApoE gene polymorphism and the lipid level.E3/4 genotype has high relativity with TCM syndrome of phlegm-blood stasis.

摘要:Objective To observe the effect of Suhuangzhike Decoction on immune function in patients with cough variant asthma.Method 58 patients with cough variant asthma were divided randomly into Group A(treated with Suhuangzhike Decoction for four weeks) and Group B(treated with Zisou Decoction for four weeks).Immunoglobulin and T lymphocyte subsets in the blood of all these patients were tested before and after treatment.Result There was no significant difference in IgA and IgM(P>0.05) between the two groups and the IgG of the group A was improved significantly when compared with the group B(P<0.05)after treatment.There was no significant difference in CD4+ T cells between the two groups(P>0.05),and the CD8+ T cells of the group A was increased more than that of the group B(P<0.05)and CD4+/CD8+ of the group A was lower than that of the group B(P<0.05)with significant difference after treatment.Conclusion Suhuangzhike Decoction can increase activity of reticular endothelial system,regulate T lymphocyte subsets and improve immune function in patients with cough variant asthma;
摘要:Objective To observe the clinical effect of Chinese medicine combined with pregnancy hormone on endometriosis.Method Ninety cases of endometriosis were randomly divided into the treatment group(45 cases) and the control group(45cases).Patients in the treatment group were treated with orally administrated Chinese medicine(Xuefuzhuyu Decoction),retention enema(Xiaozhengye) and medroxyprogesterone according to different phases of physiological cycle;patients in the control group were given medroxyprogesterone only.One course of treatment was 3 months for both of the groups.Results The total effective rate was 93.33% in the treatment group,including 21cases of recovery,11cases of significant efficacy,10cases of efficacy and 3 cases of inefficacy.The total effective rate was 75.56% in the control group,including 9 cases of recovery,13cases of significant efficacy,12cases of efficacy and 11 cases of inefficacy.There was a significant difference in the total effective rate between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.01).The recovered cases in both of the groups were follow-up visited for 1year.There was a significant difference in the recurrence rate between the treatment group(19.05%) and the control group(33.33%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined therapy of taking Chinese medicine orally,using Chinese medicine retention enema and taking a small quantity of pregnancy hormone is significant effective on endometriosis,and is safe and economical,acceptable to patient,and no obvious side effect.

摘要:Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Bushengtiaozhi Decoction on hyperlipemia with renal deficiency and blood stasis and its security,and the relationship between curative effect and C-reactive protein.Method Sixty cases of patients with essential hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into treatment group and Zhibituo control group with 6 weeks of treatment.Changes of total cholesterol(TC),triglyeride(TG),high density lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL-C) and C-reactive protein(CRP) were observed.The relationship between TC or TG and CRP was analyzed.Results There were significant differences in TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C and CRP between pretherapy and post-treatment, and between treatment group and control group.CRP was positively related with both TC and TG.Conclusion Bushengtiaozhi Decoction has better clinical therapeutic effect on hyperlipemia with renal deficiency and blood stasis and has higher security.
