摘要:The diagnostic method chapters in Diagnostic of Chinese Medicine, a standard teaching material, were employed to be research material in the paper. According to the definition stipulation of a scientific and technical term and logic principle, 7 problems, which show the present situation of symptom definition in Chinese medicine, were picked up from the material. (1) There is only clinical description, but no obvious defining process. (2) There is a being defined item, but no defined item. (3) The defined item is not an exact scientific and technical term. (4) The defined item includes the being defined term directly or indirectly. (5)The extension of the defined item is not the same as that of the being defined item. (6) The defined item does not show the necessary characteristic of the being defined item. (7) The terms that are not defined exactly are used to define a term. It is suggested that the manifestations of healthy person and the multimedia technology are necessary to define the symptom terms of Chinese medicine,.

摘要:Sub-health is the state between health and illness. There is no precise definition of sub-health in Chinese medicine, but the study of "un-happened diseases" theory which has close relationship with sub-health has a long history. "Un-happened diseases" theory guides in the research on sub-health. TCM has advantage in recognizing sub-health by syndrome differentiation and "four diagnostic methods".TCM also has great ascendancy to prevent and regulate sub-health state with varied health cultivation and therapeutic methods.

摘要:Objective To explore the related influencing factors of phlegm-wetness constitution in Chinese medicine, and put forward suggestions of improving the phlegm-wetness constitution and promoting the healthy.Method By using the standard Constitution in Chinese Medicine Questionnaire (CCMQ), 2230 people (including healthy and sick people) were investigated; they were all over 15 years old, from the communities and medical examination center of five orientation areas in China (east, west, south, north and center), and written informed consent was obtained from each person. Meanwhile, the general demography and other related factors which may influence constitution in Chinese medicine had been included in the investigation. Scores of the phlegm-wetness constitution were measured by phlegm-wetness type sub-scales of CCMQ, single factor analysis and multiple stepwise regression analysis were employed to analyze major influencing factors.Result As P<0.05, 9 influencing factors entered into the regression equation by multiple stepwise regression analysis, they were as follows in decreasing order: life style-related disease, body type, exercise habit, diastolic pressure, smoke addiction, sleeping early and getting up late, greasy diet, the feeding way after born and irregular sleep.Conclusion The phlegm-wetness constitution is related to the lifestyle disease, acquired lifestyle and behavior factor, etc. It is expectable to prevent the disease and promote the health via correcting bias towards phlegm-wetness constitution by changing lifestyle and behavior.

摘要:The concept and the background of pragmatic randomized controlled trials are introduced in this article, and the differences between pragmatic randomized controlled trials and explanatory randomized trials are also described.The methodological features of pragmatic randomized controlled trials are further explored by means of some typical cases study of pragmatic clinical trials.
摘要:From the perspective of research thought,the guidance of four methodological principles of complexity science on modern research of pulse examination is discussed.Pulse tracings have characteristics of complex system. Methodological principles of complexity science,including integration of holistic approach and reduction method, microscopic analysis and macroscopic synthesis,static analysis and dynamic investigation,qualitative judgement and quantitative delineation,could be applied in modern research of pulse examination experimentally. A scientific hypothesis "Cycle Holism"was developed for research of pulse examination.Application of four methodological principles in modern research of pulse examination contributes to form new research thoughts and develop suitable research techniques.

摘要:The security of Chinese medicine injection has caused social close attention. It is an important technological problem for Chinese medicine injection to establish techniques for analyzing and confirming allergens and for specific diagnosis. This paper introduces a new thinking way, that is to identify and isolate micromolecule hapten or allergen from multicomponent system of Chinese medicine injection by immuno-chip.

摘要:The intuitionistic and naive holistic system thinking, which implicated in the theoretical system of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM), is intrinsically correlative to modern system thinking on methodology. It includes characteristic thinking way of Chinese medicine, such as correspondence between man and universe, harmonious state of holism, and unity of opposites. It uses systemic, dynamic, functional and modeling view to treat life and disease. This paper discusses the cognitive style of TCM on life and disease. The author lays stress on the analysis of characteristics—"the leap of cognition level","attaching importance to emergence of system" and "the intellective emergence of cognitive agent", which implicated in the course of cognitive process to information of human body by TCM.

摘要:Terms related with toxin are initially differentiated and analyzed. According to the ancient records on toxin, toxin was used to explain different diseases, syndromes, symptoms, causes and natures of diseases, and medicines etc.There were a great number of records on toxin in history, which not only indicated that great stress was put on toxin, but also showed that toxin was a relatively commonly-seen etiological factor. Importance should be attached to toxin since there are many diseases caused by it and many syndromes related to it. But the related terms have wide range of connotations and their meanings are ambiguous. Therefore it’s suggested that the related terms should be annotated again or abandoned.
摘要:By tracing back to the historical background of The Canon of Medicine by Ibn Sina and the developmental course of sphygmology in western medicine, the sphygmology of Ibn Sina were compared with that of Galen. And it is found that the sphygmology in The Canon of Medicine is different from the pulse feeling of Chinese medicine, and it originates from western medicine especially the sphygmology of Galen.

摘要:Finding that the diagnostic criteria of angina qi-deficency and blood-stasis syndrome is not unification, we analyzed the same and difference of four kinds of mostly used diagnostic criteria for angina qi-deficency and blood-stasis syndrome from the use of diagnostic criteria for angina qi-deficency and blood-stasis syndrome. In the end, we propose that various kinds of syndrome diagnostic criteria should be made up for each other’s deficiencies and unified to generally accepted one as early as possible.

摘要:Objective To verify the effect of Aidi Injection on the protein stability and transcriptional activation of hypoxia-inducible factor-1(HIF-1) induced by cobalt chloride in Hela cell line.Methods Cell proliferation was detected by MTT. Hypoxia-responsive element-luciferase reportor gene was constructed and dual-luciferase cis-reporting systems was used to detect the protein stability and gene transcription ability of HIF-1 under the simulated circumstance of hypoxia caused by cobalt chloride.To further verify the influence, western blot was used to detect the protein level of HIF-1α, and RT-PCR was used to detect the gene transcription level of adenylate kinase-3(AK3),which is one of the target downstream genes of HIF-1.Results The proliferation of Hela cell was apparently repressed by Aidi Injection. Aidi Injection significantly repressed the relative value of luciferase(P<0.01) in a dose-dependent manner.The results of western blot showed that Aidi Injection significantly repressed the congregation of HIF-1α protein induced by cobalt chloride.The transcription level of AK3 could be repressed by different dosage of Aidi Injection.Conclusions The anti-cancer effect of the traditional Chinese drug compound Aidi is related to inhibiting HIF-1 aggregation and transcriptional activation.

摘要:Objective To study the mechanism of Liangruntongluo Recipe in improving gastrointestinal function of diabetes mellitus (DM) rats induced by streptozocin (STZ).Methods Forty male Wistar rats were divided into four groups randomly, group A as model control group, group B as Liangruntongluo group, group C as Cisapride group, and group D as normal control group. There were 10 rats in each group. After the establishment of DM animal model with Wistar rats, there were not any therapy were adopted. After six weeks, medicines were administrated intragastrically for 6 weeks, then plasma motilin (MOT), cholecystokinin (CCK) and somatostatin (SS) were detected and endocrine cells of MOT, CCK and SS in gastrointestinal tissues were observed.Results By the time of the 12th week, the rats with DM presented the disorder of gastrointestinal hormone. Liangruntongluo Recipe affected the secretion and releasing of hormone in blood and gastrointestinal tissues. The target range was wider and was superior to Cisapride.Conclusions The Chinese medicine Liangruntongluo Recipe has the superiority in improving the disturbance of the gastrointestinal function of diabetes mellitus.

摘要:Objective To observe the effect of ginkgo biloba extract (EGb)on the serum leptin, adiponectin, TNF-α and FFA concentration in insulin resistant rats induced by high fat diet.Methods Insulin resistant rats were induced by high fat diets firstly, and from the 4th week, the rats were intervened by EGb or rosiglitazone respectively.The intervention lasted for four weeks. Before and after the intervention, the hyperinsulinemic-euglycemic clamping was performed to determine the glucose infusion rate (GIR) and blood samples were taken to be detected fasting blood glucose, fasting insulin, free fatty acid, tumor necrosis factor-α, leptin and adiponectin.Results The insulin resistant model was successfully duplicated by high fat feeding. At the 4th week, the GIR decreased;and at the 8th week, the GIR decreased more significantly. There was statistical difference between the high fat feeding group and the normal control group (P<0.01). The high fat feeding group also showed high serum TNF-α and FFA, hypoadiponectinimia, the content of visceral fat tissue increased significantly. EGb not only increased GIR, but also decreased the level of serum TNF-α and FFA,increased the level of adiponectin,and the effect was similar with rosiglitazone. There was no difference in leptin level among these groups. The correlation analyze showed FFA was negatively correlated with GIR and the adiponectin was positively correlated with GIR.Conclusion EGb can modulate the secretion of adipocytokine, such as TNF-α, FFA and adiponectin. The modulation has correlation with the improved insulin sensitivity.
摘要:Objective To establish the mouse model with yangming heat retention syndrome and lung-stomach heat retention syndrome and to study the therapeutic mechanism of Yinlai Decoction treating mice with lung-stomach heat retention syndrome, then to demonstrate the effectivity of treating lung and stomach simultaneously.Methods Mouse model of lung-stomach heat retention syndrome was established by feeding high calorie and protein diet, and by infecting FM1 influenza virus via nose. Five groups, with 10 mice in each group,were formed and two dosages of Yinlai Decoction, saline, Xiaoerxiaojizhike Oral Liquid, and ribavirin were administrated for 7 days. The lung pathological damage, serum IL-2 and TNF-α levels were measured.Results EGG (electro gastrography) frequency and swing were higher in the mouse model of lung-stomach heat retention syndrome than those in the normal mice (P<0.05). Levels of serum TNF-α were significant lower in ribavirin and low dosage of Yinlai Decoction group than those in the mouse model group(P<0.01).There were no significant differences in levels of serum TNF-α between Yinlai Decoction group and Xiaoerxiaojizhike Oral Liquid or ribavirin group(P>0.05).Levels of serum IL-2 were higher in high dosage of Yinlai Decoction, ribavirin and Xiaoerxiaojizhike Oral Liquid group than those in the saline and model group(P<0.01).Conclusion Yinlai Decoction may improve the symptoms and objective signs of mice with lung-stomach heat retention syndrome, and decrease the levels of serum TNF-α and increase the levels of serum IL-2. Therefore, Yinlai Decoction may regulate the immune function to relieve the injury of lungs caused by influenza virus infection. It is demonstrated that attaching importance to yangming is effective when treating lung heat syndrome.
摘要:Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of two flavonones, isosakuranetin and eriodictyol-7-methylether, in seeds of Artemisia halodendron Turcz..Method A ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)was used. The mobile phase was CH3CN-0.1%CH3COOH(40∶60) with the flow rate 1.0 mL·min-1.The detecting wavelength was 288nm and the column temperature was 30℃.Results The average recoveries of isosakuranetin and eriodictyol-7-methylether were 100.1%(RSD=0.82%,n=6) and 99.8%(RSD=2.34%,n=6) respectively.Conclusion The method is simple and accurate, and can be used to control the quality of seeds of Artemisia halodendron Turcz..
摘要:Objective To research clinical curative effects of Yinaojieyu Recipe on depression with syndrome of kidney deficiency and liver-qi stagnation.Methods Sixty subjects were randomly divided into two groups,Yinaojieyu group and Fluoxetine group,with 30 cases in each group. Patients in the Yinaojieyu group were treated with Yinaojieyu Recipe and in the Fluoxetine group with Fluoxetine for six weeks. Hamilton rating scale for depression(HAMD) and TCM syndrome manifestations were used to evaluate curative effect on the 2nd,4th and 6th weeks.Results With the time of therapy going,HAMD curative effect increased in both groups and was more obvious in Yinaojieyu group,but there was not a significant difference between two groups (P>0.05).TCM syndrome curative effects also increased in both groups and was more significant in Yinaojieyu group,and there was a significant difference between two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion Yinaojieyu Recipe has better clinical curative effects in treating depression with syndrome of kidney deficiency and liver-qi stagnation.

摘要:Objective To investigate the relativity between primary bronchogenic carcinoma and immunity index and cytokine, further to look for the related index for microcosmic syndrome differentiation of various syndromes of primary bronchogenic carcinoma, try to establish macrocosmic and microcosmic syndrome differentiation system for typing of TCM syndrome of primary bronchogenic carcinoma.Methods Immunity index and cytokine of 93 definite cases were detecteded by flow cytometry, and ELISA. One-Way Analysis of Variance was used to analyze the relativity between type of syndrome differentiation and immunity index and cytokine.Results The CD3 was significantly high in the syndrome of phlegm-damp accumulating in the lung resulting impairment of dispersing and descending function(P<0.05);the CD62P was significantly low in the syndrome of lung-yin deficiency resulting internal heat(P<0.05);both of IL-2 and CD3 were obviously low in the syndrome of lung-qi and spleen-qi deficiency and dysfunction of transportation and transformation(P<0.05)and the VEGF was higher but without statistical meaning(P>0.05);the CD62P was low in the syndrome of kidney yang deficiency and failing to promote inspiration(P<0.05)and the VEGF was high but without statistical meaning;both of CD3 and CD4 were low in the syndrome of qi and blood deficiency and yin-yang imbalance(P<0.05).Conclusion The develop from light to severe is in following tendency: phlegm-damp accumulating in the lung resulting impairment of dispersing and descending function→lung-yin deficiency resulting internal heat→qi and blood deficiency and yin-yang imbalance→lung-qi and spleen-qi deficiency and dysfunction of transportation and transformation→kidney yang deficiency and failing to promote inspiration. It is suggested that in the early stage of lung cancer heat transforming often injured qi-blood and body fluid. In the middle stage, tumor qi consumping and body fluid damaging by tumor results in imbalance of qi-blood and yin-yang. In the late stage, sick of both lung and spleen and sick of both lung and kidney emerge because of tumor invasion.

摘要:Objective To study the relation between deficiency of vertebrobasilar blood supply and obstruction of governor vessel qi and to treat cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type(CSA) by acupuncture therapy of communicating governor vessel to invigorate the brain.Method 110 cases of CSA were divided into two groups randomly, the test group(55 cases) and the control group(55 cases).The patients in the test group were treated by acupuncture therapy of communicating governor vessel and the patients in the control group were treated by conventional acupuncture therapy.The changes of vertebrobasilar artery’s blood supply were observed in patients of both groups.Results In the test group, the total effective rate was 92.7%( significant efficacy, 21cases; efficacy, 30cases; inefficacy, 4cases). In the control group, the total effective rate was 58.2% ( significant efficacy, 11cases; efficacy,21cases; inefficacy, 23cases). There was a dramatically difference between the two groups(P<0.01).The cumulative scores of clinical symptoms and physical signs in the test group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).The systolic peak phase blood flow velocity(Vs), diastasis blood flow velocity (Vd) and mean blood flow velocity (Vm) of arteria basilaris(BA),right vertebral artery (RVA)and left vertebral artery(LVA)were higher in the test group than in the control group.Conclusion The acupuncture therapy of communicating governor vessel can remove meridian-qi obstruction to nourish brain marrow.It is significant to guide clinical points selection following meridian.
