摘要:The combined therapy of cooling with warming is the characteristic of therapies and principle of formula forming in Shang Han Lun.The clinical application of the combined therapy of cooling with warming was discussed from the aspects of exogenous-attacking diseases,chronic diseases,stomach-spleen diseases,emergencies and severe diseases.The thinking train of the combined therapy of cooling with warming was demonstrated by enumerating two proved cases,and personal opinion was raised on mechanism and clinical significance of the combined therapy of cooling with warming.

摘要:The syndrome of phlegm-heat and fu-excess is a main syndrome in the acute phase of stroke,which is induced by disturbance of qi movement and phlegm-heat obstruction in the middle-jiao.The therapeutic method for this syndrome is the therapy of removing phlegm to relax bowels.After the treatment stroke tends to being cured but different patients have different symptoms and different outcomes.The system recognition and relevant measures on syndrome development and outcomes of stroke after the treatment were summed up through a lot of observation and study on the clinical application of the therapy of removing phlegm to relax bowels for a long time.

摘要:To illustrate the correlation between tumor angiogenesis,that is an important theory about tumor development in modern medicine,and collateral diseases or abnormal collaterals in TCM theory through expounding the theory related to tumor angiogenesis and abnormal collaterals.The tumor angiogenesis was considered as a kind of pathogenesis,which was corresponded to "collateral accentuation" in TCM theory and belonged to abnormal collaterals.The reference of the theory of collateral diseases and abnormal collaterals for anti-angiogenesis was pointed out,for example,the therapeutic principles and methods for "chronic diseases intruding into collaterals" and "new diseases intruding into collaterals" can be used for various solid tumors to inhibit angiogenesis and cleanup cancer toxin in collaterals.The value of screening of Chinese herbal drugs with the effects of anti-angiogenesis was discussed to open a new think train for understanding tumors by TCM theory and curing tumors based on TCM theory of collateral diseases or abnormal collaterals.
摘要:To discuss the syndrome characteristics and pathogenesis of Wuling Powder,and its effects and designing in Shang Han Za Bing Lun.It is considered that the coexistence of water-accumulation and water-exhaustion is the syndrome characteristic of Wuling Powder.The pathogenesis of exterior and interior syndromes being not relieved is that water cannot be transported by qi.Wuling Powder regulates the body fluid metabolism through its effect of transforming qi and excreting water.Wuling Powder can treat not only the interior syndrome with the coexistence of water-accumulation and water-exhaustion,but also the exterior syndrome due to fluid being not sweated to the skin.Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae in Wuling Powder is used for restoring the function of spleen-qi in dispersing essence,promoting the production of body fluid to quench thirst.

摘要:The main developments of cold-attack and warm disease theories from the Jin and Tang Dynasties were attempts of physicians to distinguish these two types of disease from their causes and treatments,which turned out to be the outstanding realization of the cause and infection of epidemic diseases.Some new concepts including incubative qi,pestilential qi and seasonal diseases were put forward.Physicians claimed to put in cold-natured or cool-natured herbal drugs in the treatment of warm diseases at the beginning.They modified original formulas in Shang Han Lun and translated the formulas of pungent and warm for sweating into ones of pungent and cool or cold for sweating,which opened a new thinking train for aftertime treatment of warm diseases.

摘要:Objective To observe the influence of Chinese herbal drugs with the effects of clearing away heat and removing toxin combined with Radix Platycodi on the pathomorphological changes in rats with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD),and to investigate the action of Radix Platycodi in the treatment of COPD.Methods The rat model of COPD was established by using the method of cigarette smoking combined with intratracheal injection of LPS.All rats were divided into the sham-operation group,model group and 5 Chinese herbal drug(CHD) groups(group 1 with Radix Platycodi,group 2 with Radix Platycodi and Radix Glycyrrhizae,group 3 with Honeysuckle and Forsythia,group 4 with Radix Platycodi,Honeysuckle and Forsythia,and group 5 with Radix Platycodi,Radix Glycyrrhizae,Honeysuckle and Forsythia).The sham-operation group,model group were given intragastrically the normal saline solution for 28 days,and 5 CHD groups were given corresponding herbal drugs intragastrically for 28 days.The pathomorphological changes in rats were observed by microscope and electron microscope in different groups.The changes of pulmonary mean lining intercept(MLI) and mean alveolar numbers(MAN) were observed after the semi-quantitative analysis on pathological sections.Results The results of pathology showed that the model group had more serious injury of lung tissue and more inflammatory cells compared with the sham-operation group.The pathological changes of COPD in group 1,2 and 3 had no significant difference compared with those in the model group,but were relieved significantly in group 4 and 5.The results of the semi-quantitative analysis showed that MLI in group 4 had significant difference compared with that in the model group(P<0.05),and MAN in group 5 had great significant difference compared with that in the model group(P<0.01).Conclusion In the treatment of COPD Chinese herbal drugs with the effects of clearing away heat and removing toxin combined with Radix Platycodi have synergized action(meridian guiding),and Radix Glycyrrhizae has cooperative synergized action(meridian guiding) too.
摘要:Objective To observe the influence of oxidized low-density lipoprotein(ox-LDL) on the activities of human brain microvascular endothelial cells(HBMEC) and expressions of intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1) and vascular cell adhesion molecule-1(VCAM-1) in vitro,and to investigate the modern molecular biology mechanism of brain collateral damage by internal toxin.Methods HBMEC were cultured as the target cells and ox-LDL in different concentrations(0、5,10,25,50,75,100 and 150 mg/L) were added into the endothelial cell medium for 24,48 and 72 hours respectively.The cell activities were detected by using MTT assay,and different ox-LDL concentration groups(0,50,75 and 100 mg/L) were chosen at different time points(24 and 72 h) on base of MTT assay results.The changes of ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 were observed by using immunocytochemistry method and quantitative image analysis system.Results The influence of ox-LDL on the activities of HBMEC had time and concentration dependency with significant statistical difference.The results of immunocytochemistry method and quantitative image analysis system showed that the optical density values(OD) in different ox-LDL groups(50,75 and 100 mg/L) were all different significantly(P<0.01) compared with those in the normal control group at two time points(24 and 72 hours).There was no statistical difference in the same concentration group at two time points(24 and 72 hours).Conclusion ox-LDL in different concentrations can change the activities of HBMEC in vitro and promote the expressions of ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 with a concentration dependency,which forms a part of biological basis of brain collateral damage by internal toxin.

摘要:Objective To observe the effects of preventive acupuncture and preventive moxibustion in Guanyuan(CV4) on the contents of stress hormone and neurotransmitter in normal menopausal rats.Methods SD female rats aged 10 months(n=100) with estrum disorder were chosen through vagina examination,and then they were randomly divided into the normal groups(aged 10,12,14 and 16 months),preventive moxibustion groups(aged 12,14 and 16 months) and preventive acupuncture groups(aged 12,14 and 16 months).Other 10 healthy SD female rats aged 3.5 months were included in the young control group.The changes of serum contents of adrenocorticotrophic hormone(ACTH),cortex noradrenalin(NE) and 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT) were observed in rats aged 12,14 or 16 months after the preventive acupuncture and preventive moxibustion when the rats were 10 months old by using radioimmunoassay and RP-HPLC.Results The contents of serum ACTH,cortex NE and 5-HT tended to increase with the growth of the age in normal menopausal rats.Compared with the normal group(with the same age),the content of ACTH increased significantly(P<0.05) in the preventive acupuncture group(aged 12 months),decreased significantly(all P<0.01) in the preventive moxibustion group and preventive acupuncture group(aged 14 months).The content of NE decreased significantly(P<0.05) in the preventive acupuncture group(aged 12 months),and the content of 5-HT decreased significantly(P<0.05,P<0.01) in the preventive moxibustion group and preventive acupuncture group(aged 12 months).There was no significant difference(P>0.05) between the preventive acupuncture group and preventive moxibustion group(with the same age).Conclusion The preventive acupuncture and preventive moxibustion in Guanyuan(CV4) can regulate the level of central neurotransmitter through measuring the synthesis and release of stress hormone,which is effective on relieving neural endocrine dysfunction in menopause.

摘要:Objective To investigate the relationship between the polymorphism of apolipoprotein E(ApoE) and heart blood-stasis syndrome of coronary heart disease(CHD) or the indexes of blood lipid.Method The types of ApoE(E2/E3,E2/E4,E3/E3,E3/E4,E4/E4),alleles(ε2,ε3,ε4) and indexes of blood lipid(TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C) were detected and analyzed in the group of heart blood-stasis syndrome of CHD(group 1,n=112),CHD group(group 2,n=108),group of heart blood-stasis syndrome(group 3,n=110) and healthy control group(group 4,n=100).Result In group 1 the frequencies of allele ε4 and genotype of E3/E4 were much higher than those in group 4(all P<0.05 and all P<0.01).There were no significant differences in genotype and frequency distribution between group 2 or 3 and group 4.The indexes of TC and LDL-C had a degressive trend showed as that in group 1>in group 3>in group 2>in group 4,while the index of HDL-C,on the contrary,had a progressive trend.The indexes of TC,TG and LDL-C were correlated to ApoE-E3/E4(all P<0.01),but ApoE-E3/E4 was different in positive rate from the indexes of TC,TG,HDL-C and LDL-C(all P<0.01).Conclusion The heart blood-stasis syndrome of CHD is related to allele ε4,genotype of E3/E4 and abnormal blood lipid.There is a correlation between the indexes of TC,TG or LDL-C and ApoE-E3/E4(all P<0.01).The polymorphism of ApoE may be the hereditary factor of CHD and blood-stasis syndrome.

摘要:Objective To investigate the protein contents and interaction of cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2) and inducible nitric oxide synthase(iNOS) in rats with vascular endothelial injury of qi-stagnation type,and the mechanism of preventive and therapeutic effect of Bulbus Allii Macrostemi.Methods The model of qi-stagnation was established by using binding method in SD rats after coping vascular endothelial injury by high L-methionine.The changes of COX-2 and iNOS contents were analyzed by Western blotting method,the interaction of COX-2 and iNOS was investigated by co-immunoprecipitation and laser confocal microscopy,and the pathological changes of vascular endothelium were observed by the optical microscope and electron microscope.Results In the model group the contents of COX-2 and iNOS increased significantly and there was an interaction obviously,which was accorded with the pathological injury of vascular endothelium observed by the microscope and electron microscope.In the Bulbus Allii Macrostemi group the contents of COX-2 and iNOS decreased and their interaction was reduced compared with those in the model group(P<0.05 or P<0.01),and the injury of vascular endothelium was alleviated significantly.Conclusion In vascular endothelial injury of qi stagnation type the protein contents of COX-2 and iNOS are increased and their interaction is enhanced,which aggravates the vascular endothelial injury.Bulbus Allii Macrostemi can remedy these disorders and protect the vascular endothelial cells from injury.
摘要:Objective To investigate the influence of Radix Astragali seu Hedysari on expression and activity of matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9) of myocardium in rats with type 2 diabetes.Methods All SD rats(n=36) were randomly divided into the normal control group,model group of type 2 diabetes and treatment group(with 8 g/kg of Radix Astragali seu Hedysari).After 12 weeks the structure of myocardium was observed by the microscope,and the content of collagen(CL),expression and activity of MMP-9 in myocardium were detected by picric acid-toluidine blue staining,immunohistochemical assay and gelatin zymography.Results In the model group of type 2 diabetes the focal necrosis of cardiac muscle fibers and the accumulation of extracellular matrix were observed,and CL content,expression and activity of MMP-9 in myocardium were all higher than those in the normal control group.In the treatment group these pathological changes were alleviated than those in the model group.Conclusion Radix Astragali seu Hedysari can protect the heart in patients with type 2 diabetes through promoting whole body’s metabolism,reducing the expression and activity of MMP-9 and CL content in myocardium.

摘要:Objective To develop a method for the quantitative determination of asiaticoside and madecassosid,main effective constituents in Xueyile Emulsion.Method The HPLC-ELSD method was performed on a column of Kromasil ODS C18(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) with the temperature of 30 ℃,using methanol-water(48 to 52) as the mobile phase with 0.8 mL/min of flow rate.The temperature of ELSD drift tube was 90 ℃ with 2.1 L/min of air velocity.Result Asiaticoside and madecassosid showed respectively a good linear relationship at range of 1.55 μg~12.40 μg and 1.68 μg~13.40 μg.The average recovery of asiaticoside sample was 98.35 %(RSD=2.33%),and that of madecassosid sample,99.23 %(RSD=2.16 %).Conclusion The method was convenient and accurate,which can be used in the quality control of Xueyile Emulsion.
摘要:Objective To study systematically on the chemical compositions of Lignum Xanthoceratis.Methods The chromatographies of silica gel column,prepared thin layer and pharmadex LH-20 column were used for separation and wave spectroscopy was used for structure identification.Results There were 7 monomeric compounds separated from the ethanol exact of Lignum Xanthoceratis,including chrysophanol(1),physcione(2),β-sitosterol(3),stigmasterol(4),emodin(5),2,5-dimethoxy benzoquinone(6),and quercetin(7).Conclusion The compounds of 1,2 and 5 were separated for the first time from Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge.,and they were anthraquinones.The compounds of 3 and 4 were separated from Lignum Xanthoceratis for the first time.
摘要:Objective To review the feasibility of the preparation technology of berberine hydrochloride colon-positioning tablets by dissolution test in vitro.Methods Microcrystalline cellulose(MCC)and enzyme-controlled matrix materials including pectin and guar gum were added into barbering hydrochloride for preparing the matrix tablet core,and then coating matrix tablets were prepared with enteric coating on the core.The screening technology was assessed by topsis synthesis,and the releasing rate of the coating matrix tablet was observed taken dissolution test in vitro as the index.Result When the proportion of pectin and guar gum was 1 to 1 and the weight of colon coating was gained by 3.8%,the release rate of coating matrix tablets was below 20% in artificial intestinal juice in 5 hours,and closed to 80% in simulative colon circumstance in 6 hours.Conclusion The dissoultion test showed that the coating matrix tablets could achieve the expected effects of colon-positioning release.
摘要:Objective To carry out the study on the extraction of alkaloid by ion exchange fibers,and the investigation on the method and technology of separating and purifying alkaloid for standardizing the production of Chinese medicates containing alkaloid and improving the purity and curative effect.Method The influence of some factors,such as temperature,pH value and concentration of alkaloid solution were reviewed on the adsorption of alkaloid by ion exchange fibers in static condition.Result The best technological parameter of adsorption of alkaloid by ion exchange fibers was determined as follows: the best temperature was 40 ℃ and best pH value was 6.40,in which condition,the static saturated extent of adsorption was 911.47 mg/g.The adsorptive rate was high and the adsorption reached balance in 58 minutes at the temperature of 40 ℃,which had a practical development value.Conclusion The highly acidic ion exchange fibers prepared in the laboratory had a good adsorptive effect on alkaloid.The method is feasible for separating and purifying alkaloid by ion exchange fibers.
摘要:Objective To observe the curative effect of the therapy of soothing liver and invigorating spleen on the depression of liver-qi stagnation and spleen-deficiency type.Method According to the principle of random,control and blindness,60 patients with mild or moderate depression of liver-qi stagnation and spleen-deficiency type were randomly divided into two groups(each n=30).The treatment group was given Xiaoyao Powder orally according to the therapy of soothing liver and invigorating spleen for 6 weeks,and the control group was given Fluoxetine Capsules for 6 weeks.Results ①The curative effect was assessed according to TCM Curative Effect Index,the total effective rate in the treatment group was much higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).②The curative effect assessed according to HAMD score showed that there was no difference between two groups(P>0.05).③In the treatment group the effects on some symptoms including poor appetite,abdominal distension,insomnia,dry and bitter taste of mouth were better than those in the control group(P<0.01 or P<0.05).④There was no any side effects observed in the treatment with Xiaoyao Powder.Conclusion The therapy of soothing liver and invigorating spleen has a good curative effect on the depression of liver-qi stagnation and spleen-deficiency type without side effects,which indicates that Chinese medicine has an advantage in the treatment of depression.

摘要:Objective To investigate the changes of serum plasminogen activator inhibitor(PAI),D-dimer and thrombomodulin(TM),and the relationship between these changes and phlegm syndrome or blood-stasis syndrome in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Method The patients(n=122) with acute cerebral infarction were observed.On the first and 14th day after the patients hospitalized the serum contents of PAI,D-dimer and TM were determined,the scores of phlegm syndrome and blood-stasis syndrome were recorded,and the linear-regression analysis was carried out on the difference of test indexes and syndrome scores respectively.Result There was a linear-regression relationship between PAI changes and score changes of phlegm syndrome(P=0.011),the same between D-dimer and blood-stasis syndrome(P=0.038),and between TM and blood-stasis syndrome(P=0.034).Conclusion There is a correlation among PAI,D-dimer,TM,phlegm syndrome or blood-stasis syndrome.The symptoms of phlegm syndrome or blood-stasis syndrome can reflect the dynamic changes of blood-clotting function to some extent after the disorder of blood-clotting-fibrinolysis in the patients with acute cerebral infarction.
