- 摘要：Recently the problems,such as the analysis of diagnostic informations,systematically study on syndromes,composite formular design and mechanism,the quality control of complicated effective compositions,and establishment of the evaluation method of clinical curative effects accorded with TCM characteristics,have been the bottleneck which restricted the development of TCM.Among these problems the key one in TCM researches is the study on diagnosis with syndrome differentiation as the core.It is discussed here that TCM has the characteristics of open complex giant system.Another kind of language is used to express and interpret the characteristics of TCM diagnosis,based on the methodology of open complex giant system,the method of Meta-synthetic.The study may provide a train of thinking for setting up a system of TCM diagnosis and treatment,and for the development of Chinese medical sciences.关键词：Chinese medicine;open complex giant system;method;diagnosis

- 摘要：Objective To investigate the change law of surface characteristics in rats with blood-stasis syndrome induced by macromolecule dextran.Methods All rats（n=64） were randomly divided into 8 groups,including the model groups（groups of 30 min.,60 min.,120 min.and 240 min.,each n=8） and control groups（groups of 30 min.,60 min.,120 min.and 240 min.,each n=8）.The rats in the model groups were injected 10 % macromolecule dextran solution confected by 0.5 % Evens blue solution through the caudal vein,and the rats in the control groups were injected 0.5% Evens blue solution confected by normal saline solution.The color changes of rat auricle and tongue in different groups were observed and photoed 30,60,120 and 240 minutes after the model establishment.The contents of Evens blue in rat serum and auricle extract were detected and analyzed statistically.Results In the model groups the blue petechia in rat auricle and tongue were observed after 30 minutes,which aggravated as the time went by.After 240 minutes the whole ear of rat changed to dark blue and the blue petechiae of tongue enlarged to more than half of tongue.In the control groups the rat auricle was semitransparent and the tongue color was normal.The contents of serum Evens blue in the model groups were much lower than those in the control groups.The contents of auricle Evens blue in the model groups were much higher than those in the control groups.Conclusion Surface characteristics of ear and tongue in rats with blood-stasis syndrome induced by macromolecule dextran is different significantly to those in the rats of control group,which accords with the description of blood-stasis syndrome in TCM.关键词：macromolecule dextran;blood-stasis syndrome;surface characteristics;rats

发布时间：2021-09-15 - 摘要：Objective To investigate the pathological relationship between pyruvate kinase（PK） level and hypertriglyceridemia complicated by the metabolism disorder of uric acid（UA） and glucose（GLU）.Methods On the base of copied hypertriglyceridemia model by high fructose diet,the model of hypertriglyceridemia complicated by hyperuricemia and hyperglycemia was established.The changes of serum levels of triglyceride（TG）,UA and GLU in model rats were detected dynamically.The experiments were stopped respectively when only TG level markedly increased（on 21st day） and TG,UA and GLU levels increased synchronously（on 57th day）.The activity of PK in the serum and liver were detected by spectrophotometry and PK protein expression in the liver was detected by immunohistochemistry assay after killing rats.Results The serum TG level was increased obviously in the model group than that in the normal control group,and UA and GLU levels were not changed 21 days after model establishment.The levels of TG,UA and GLU were obviously increased in the model group than those in the normal control group 29 days after model establishment,and kept higher levels till to 57th day.The PK activity and protein expression in the serum or liver in the model group were obviously decreased.Conclusion The decrease of PK activity may be one of the causes of hypertriglyceridemia and its complications in rats.关键词：pyruvate kinase;hypertriglyceridemia complicated by hyperuricemia and hyperglycemia;protein expression;rats

发布时间：2021-09-15 - 摘要：Objective To observe the influence of panaxtriol saponins（PTS） on the expressions of brain-derived neurotrophic factor（BDNF） and tyrosine kinase receptor（TrkB） in rat model of cerebral ischemia,and to explore the mechanism of remodeling injured neurons by PTS during cerebral ischemia.Methods An improved EZ Longa method was used to establish the model of middle cerebral artery occlusion（MCAO） in adult male SD rats.Then the rats were randomly divided into the model group（treated with normal saline solution）,the PTS group（treated with Sanqishutong Capsules） and the positive control group（treated with nimodipine） according to EZ Longa values after rat consciousness.The expressions of BDNF and TrkB were observed by immunohistochemical method respectively 3,7 and 28 days after the administration of above medicines in random 6 rats.The rat nerve functions were observed too after the cerebral ischemia.Results Comparing with the normal rats the expresssions of BDNF and TrKB in the rats with MCAO were increased at different time points,and then gradually descended with the time went on.Comparing with the model group the neurological dysfunction induced by cerebral ischemia were relieved obviously and the expressions of BDNF and TrKB were up-regulated in the PTS group.Conclusion PTS can up-regulate the expressions of BDNF and TrkB,through which to prevent the neurons from lesion induced by cerebral ischemia,promote the remodling of neurons and play a role in the treatment of cerebral ischemia.关键词：cerebral ischemia;panaxtriol saponins;brain-derived neurotrophic factor;tyrosine kinase receptor B;rats

发布时间：2021-09-15 - 摘要：Objective To study the influence of centipede acidic protein（CAP） on cardiac function in rats with acute heart failure induced by Adriamycin（ADM）.Methods All rats were randomly divided into 4 groups,including the blank control group,model control group,low-dose CAP group and high-dose CAP group.The control groups were injected normal saline solution intraperitoneally and the CAP groups were injected CAP intraperitoneally for three days.On the 4th day,ADM was given to rats by intraperitoneal injection to induce acute heart failure.On the 5th day,the cardiac functions,blood biochemistry indexes,heart weight indexes were detected and myocardial pathological changes were observed.Results There were no significant differences among all groups in the heart weight indexes.The hemodynamics result showed that the systole in the rats of the CAP groups was improved.The serum biochemical tests showed that,compared with the model control group,in the CAP groups the level of SOD was obviously increased,and MDA,NOS and NO levels were obviously decreased.The myocardial pathological changes were relieved obviously in the CAP groups.Conclusion CAP can obviously improve the cardiac functions and protect the myocardium through alleviating the lesion induced by lipid peroxidation in rats with acute heart failure.关键词：centipede acidic protein;heart failure;hemodynamics;adriamycin;rats

- 摘要：Objective To decide the chemical structure and extract method of active or targeted compositions of Rosa laevigata Michx.on the research base of chemical compositions and pharmacological active screening.Methods The solvent method and silica gel column chromatography were used to extract and separate the chemical compositions of Rosa laevigata Michx.TLC and HPLC were used to analyze its purity,and chemical and spectroscopy methods（1HNMR,13CNMR,13CNMR-APT,MS,IR,UV） were used to determine its chemical structure.Results There were 4 compounds separated and identified,including 2α,3β,19α,23-tetrahydroursa-12-en-28 acid（I）,2α,3α,19α,23-tetrahydroursa-12-en-28-β-glucopyranoside（II）,euscaphic acid（III） and 2α-hydroxyursolic acid（IV）.Conclusion The compound of 2α-hydroxyursolic acid is separated from Rosa laevigata Michx.for the first time.关键词：Rosa laevigata Michx.;2α,3β,19α,23-tetrahydroursa12-en-28-β-glucopyranoside;2α,3β,19α,23-tetrahydroursa-12-en-28 acid;euscaphic acid;2α-hydroxyursolic acid

发布时间：2021-09-15 - 摘要：Objective To establish a method for determinating the concentrations in rat heart of geniposide,ginsenoside Rg1 and ginsenoside Rb1 by HPLC in the effective fraction of Qingnaoxuanqiao Formula.Methods The rat heart samples were smashed into plasm,extracted by MeOH and dissolved by water after centrifuging.A column of C18 solid phase was used for the extraction and sec-o-glucosylhamaudol was taken as an internal standard.The procedure was carried out on a chromatography column of Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18 （4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm） and a protective column of Eclipse XDB-C18.The mobile phase was a binary gradient elution of ethane nitrile to acid water and the column temperature was 30℃.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the detection wavelength was 203 nm.Results The lowest testing concentration of each constituent（S/N>3） was from 0.16 to 1.1 mg/L.The average recovery was above 90 %.RSDs of accuracy and stability in intra-day and inter-day were all below 10 %.Conclusion The method is easy and accurate,which can be used in the quantitative analysis of 3 constituents in the effective fraction of Qingnaoxuanqiao formula in the heart tissue.关键词：Qingnaoxuanqiao Formula;geniposide;ginsenoside Rg1;ginsenoside Rb1;HPLC

发布时间：2021-09-15 - 摘要：Objective To study the flavonoid chemical compositions of Folium nelumbinis.Methods The EtOH extracts from Folium nelumbinis were initially separated by macroporous adsorptive resins,and then were separated and purified by different chromatographic methods.The structures of the chemical compositions was identified by their physical properties and spectroscopic data.Results There were 8 flavonoid compounds separated and identified.They were isorhamnetin（1）,kaempferol（2）,quercetin（3）,quercetin-3-Oβ-D-xylopyranosyl（1→2）-β-D-glucopyranoside（4）,astragalin（5）,chrysoeriol-7-O-β-D-glucuroside（6）,isoquercitrin（7） and hyperosode（8）.Conclusion The compounds of 1,4 and 6 are separated from Folium nelumbinis for the first time.关键词：Folium nelumbinis;flavonoids;Isorhamnetin;quercetin3-O-β-D-xylopyranosyl（1→2）-β-D-glucopyranoside;chrysoeriol-7-O-β-D-glucuroside

发布时间：2021-09-15 - 摘要：Objective To establish a HPLC methods for the quantitative determination of biochanin A,pinocembrin,medicapin,sativanone and naringenin in Lignum Dalbergia odorifera.Methods The procedure was carried out on a chromatographic column of Hypersil ODS C18（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）.The mobile phase was acetonitrile to 0.05 % orthophosphoric acid water at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min in a gradient elution.The detection wavelength was 290 nm.Results The relationships of linear ranges of biochanin A,pinocembrin,medicapin,sativanone,naringenin were good,and the average recoveries were respectively 100.86 %,96.92 %,98.70 %,100.35 % and 99.00 %,and RSDs,respectively 2.65 %,2.20 %,2.54 %,0.95 % and 3.00 %.Conclusion The procedure,which is easy,accurate and has a good repeatability,can be used as a quality control method for Lignum Dalbergia odorifera.关键词：Lignum Dalbergia odorifera;flavonoids;quantitative determination

- 摘要：Objective To observe the curative effect of kidney-reinforcing and menstrual cycle-regulating therapy for improving ovarian reserve in assisted reproductive techniques（ART）.Method The patients,who were suggested to abandon the promoting ovulation during in vitro fertilization-embryo transplant（IVF-ET） period because their ovarian reserves were poor,were randomly divided into the treatment group（treated with Chinese medicines,n=30） and the control group（treated with Desogestrel and Ethinylestradiol Tablets,n=30） according to the random table.The serum levels of basal folliclestimulating hormone（bFSH）,basal luteinizing hormone（bLH） and basal estradiol（bE2）,as well as the changes of antral follicles,were observed on 2nd to 3rd day of a menstrual cycle in two groups before and after the treatment.Result The serum levels of bFSH,bLH and ratio of FSH to LH in the treatment group were decreased after the treatment（P<0.05）.The results of the treatment group in the decrease of bFSH and increase of antral follicle number in aged women were better than those of the control group（P<0.05）.Conclusion Chinese medicines can promote the ovarian reserve in sterility women,which open a new train of thinking and provide new methods for ART.关键词：kidney-reinforcing and menstrual cycle-regulating;ovarian reserve;assisted reproductive techniques

- 摘要：Objective To observe the curative effect of combination of Chinese and Western medicine in treatment of cough variant asthma（CVA）.Method The treatemnt group was treated with Chinese medicines,aminophylline and inhaled aerosol of beclomethasone dipropionate,and the control group,with aminophylline and inhaled aerosol of beclomethasone dipropionate.Result The ameliorated rate of comprehensive symptoms in the treatment group was much higher than that of the control group（P<0.05）.The side effects in the treatment group were much less than those in the control group（P<0.05）.Conclusion The curative effect is more conspicuous when Chinese medicine is combined with aminophylline and inhaled aerosol of beclomethasone dipropionate in the treatment of cough variant asthma.关键词：cough variant asthma;combination of Chinese and Western medicine;aminophylline;beclomethasone dipropionate

发布时间：2021-09-15 - 摘要：Objective To discuss the action of Helicobacter pyulory（HP） infection in the development of ischemia stroke.Methods ELISA method was used to detect the serum level of HP antibody of IgG in 80 cases of ischemia stroke and 80 healthy cases.Western-blot assay was used to detect the serum levels of antibodies of CagA and VacA.The difference between the patients with ischemia stroke complicated by HP infection and those without HP infection was found out.Results HP infetion rate of the patients with ischemia stroke（65.0 %） was much higher than that of the patients with non-ischemia stroke（47.5 %,P<0.05）.HP infection raised the risk of ischemia stroke with odds ratio（OR） of 2.05 and 95 % CI of 1.09 to 3.88.Type I（CagA+ VacA+） HP strain had a higher infective rate than other strains and also raised the risk of ischemia stroke with OR of 2.29 and 95 % CI of 1.08 to 4.85.Conclusion HP infection is one of the risk factors inducing ischemia stroke.Type I（CagA+ VacA+） HP strain may play an important role in the development of ischemia stroke.关键词：Helicobacter pyulory;infection;ischemia stroke

- 摘要：Objective To compare the efficacy difference of needling in Fenglong（ST40） and the coordinated acupoints for regulating blood lipid level in rats with hyperlipemia.Methods The model was established by feeding high fat diet to SD rats and then the rats（n=40） were randomly divided into the blank group,model group,ST40 group and coordinated acupoints group [needling ST40,Guanyuan（RN4） and Neiguan（PC6）,each n=10].The blank group was fed basic diet everyday,while the other groups were fed high fat diet everyday.After 2 weeks the blood samples were taken from rat cut-off tails for testing blood lipid level.The acupuncture therapies,whereafter,were given to the ST40 group and coordinated acupoints group for 5 weeks.Finally the blood samples were taken from celiac vein in all rats for testing blood lipid level.Results The descend of TC differential values in the ST40 group and coordinated acupoints group had significantly difference compared with that of the model group（P<0.05） before and after the treatment.The descend of LDL differential value and ascend of HDL differential value in the coordinated acupoints group had significantly differences compared with those of the model group and ST40 group（P<0.05）.Conclusion Acupuncture in ST40 and the coordinated acupoints（ST40,RN4 and PC6） can obviously decrease TC level in rats with hyperlipemia,while acupuncture in the coordinated acupoints has better effects for decreasing LDL level and increasing HDL levels.The results show that the acupuncture in ST40,RN4 and PC6 has a coordinative effect on the regulation of blood lipid level.
