摘要:The analysis on the mechanism of brain collateral lesion by toxin of acute cerebral infarction(ACI)improves the recognition of traditional cause and pathogenesis of apoplexy.Toxin can be divided into internal toxin and external toxin,and the toxin that damages the brain collaterals is the internal toxin,which usually injures the collaterals when it induces diseases.It will further damage viscera and bowels and finally lead to the condition of aggravation and deterioration in many difficult and urgent diseases.Collaterals unify the function and structure of the body.Through studying the function and structure of collaterals,classifying qi collaterals and blood collaterals,we can grasp the holo-character of collaterals and conduct biology research work on collaterals.Here the pathological dynamic process of disordered qi-collaterals and blood-collaterals was expounded on the base of malfunction and structure destroy of collaterals and according to the process of pathogenic factor turned into toxin and collaterals damaged by toxin.The scientific connotation was explained on the base of the pathological process of acute cerebral infarction combined with the ischemia cascade reaction of acute cerebral infarction.

摘要:Objective To predict the effects of Chinese herbal medicine(CHM)with the actions of blood-activating and stasis-eliminating by the application of Bayesian belief noework(BBN).Method The connective relation between 55 kinds of CHM with the actions of blood-activating and stasis-eliminating and 9 pharmacologic indexes was studied by using BBN learning algorithm under the guide of TCM theory.The structure and conditional probability tables of BBN were obtained.Results The model of relationship between BBN effect and pharmacology was applied to analyze on data and probability value of CHM with the effects of blood-activating and stasis-eliminating was predicted.Conclusion Bayesian network method can be used to predict the effects of CHM and their components.The study provided a new technical evidence for the research of CHM effects.

摘要:There are two study methods in clinical research,i.e.qualitative research and quantitative research,and they have their own advantages.The qualitative research can give full play more than the quantitative research in clinical studies related to a series of subjective problems about human’s sense,attitude,belief,motive and behavior.The qualitative research is able to provide helpful evidence for the individualized clinic model study of TCM.The present situation and application of qualitative research at home and abroad was discussed here and the necessity of qualitative research in the clinic studies of TCM is explained.
摘要:Objective To discuss the influence of Yupao Decoction,a Chinese compound formula,on ovarian function of mice with experimental autoimmune premature ovarian failure(POF).Methods The ovarian antigen was elicited with ovarian tissue of mature SD female rats.The model of POF was established in BALB/C female mice by multiple sites subcutaneous injection.The mice were treated with Yupao Decoction after 3 times of injection.Prednisone was taken as the positive control.The levels of estradiol(E2),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),antiovarian antibody(AoAb),interleukin-4(IL-4)and interleukin-10(IL-10)in peripheral blood were determined by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay.The morphological changes of ovary were observed and the number of follicles in every stage and corpus luteum was counted.Results The level of E2 decreased,the levels of FSH,IL-4 and IL-10 increased,and AoAb was positive in peripheral blood of POF mice.The number of follicles in every stage and corpus luteum decreased.Infiltration of lymphocytes was also observed in the ovaries of POF mice.Yupao Decoction increased E2 level,reduced the increased FSH level,inhibited the production of AoAb,decreased the levels of IL-4 and IL-10,increased the number of follicles in every stage and corpus luteum,and reduced the infiltration of lymphocytes in the ovary.The efficacy was more significant in the group with high dose of Yupao Decoction than that in the groups with middle dose and low dose of Yupao Decoction.Conclusion Yupao Decoction can relieve the autoimmune inflammatory injury of the ovary,and shows a therapeutic effect on autoimmune premature ovarian failure.
摘要:Objective To discuss the effect of astragulas polysaccharide(APS)on oxidative stress in mice with dermal ulcer induced by Epirubicin.Methods The model of dermal ulcer was established in 310 male Balb/c mice by intradermal injection of 2 g/L Epirubicin.Then the mice were randomly divided into 5 groups,including the model group,high-dose APS group,low-dose APS group,rhEGF group and Trolox group.The changes of histomorphology and collagen were observed by staining methods of HE,MASSON and red Sirius in wound.The wound area was analyzed by digital image software.SOD activity and MDA level in wound were detected by spectrophotometry.Results APS accelerated wound healing speed and shortened healing time.The average healing time was from 29.75±3.58 days in the model group to 23.25±4.80 days,which was less than that of the rhEGF group(26.29±4.12 days).APS also improved the repair of epidermis and collagen.The oxidative injuries in wound were most obvious 13 days after Epirubicin injection showed as follows:SOD activity was(9.69±1.99)U/mg and MDA level was(15.48±3.72)nmol/mg.After the treatment in the high-dose of APS and low-dose APS groups SOD activity was increased to(14.56±0.83)U/mg and(12.07±1.59)U/mg respectively and the MDA level was deceased to(14.32±0.83)nmol/mg and(11.14±1.59)nmol/mg respectively.There was a significant difference(P<0.05)compared to those of the model group.The wound was healed basically 27 days after the modeling.SOD activity and MDA level in each group were near to normal level.Conclusion APS can accelerate wound healing speed and shorten healing time.The mechanism may be related to that it can improve the repair of epidermis and collagen,decrease lipoperoxidation injuries and increase antioxidant activity in wound.
摘要:Objective To investigate the mechanism of Jiaweisan’ao Decoction for relieving asthma.Method The influence of Jiaweisan’ao Decoction on the contraction of tracheal smooth muscle in guinea pigs induced by histamine diphosphate monohydrate(His),acetylcholimium chloride(Mch),or ovalbumin(OVA),and its laxation effect on tracheal smooth muscle in quiescent condition were observed respectively by using tracheal smooth muscle in vitro from guinea pigs of normal and/or with asthma.Result Jiaweisan’ao Decoction had a obvious antagonism to the contraction of tracheal smooth muscle induced by His,Mch or OVA,and a laxation effect on tracheal smooth muscle in quiescent condition in guinea pig of normal and/or with asthma.The spasmolysis rate and laxation amplitude of Jiaweisan’ao Decoction had an obvious dose-effective relation in the range of 210 g/L.Conclusion Jiaweisan’ao Decoction can decrease the activity of H1 and M acceptors,stabilize labrocyte membrane,inhibit the defluvium of labrocyte granula through its noncompetitive inhibition to His and Mch,or its spasmolysis is produced by direct antagonism to some inflammatory media.The effect may be related to certain components and cooperation of different components in Jiaweisan`ao Decoction.
摘要:Objective To analyze the changes of platelet functions in rats with hyperlipemia,and discuss the influence of Fufangdanshen Gutta Pills.Methods All Wistar rats(n=44)were randomly divided into the control group,hyperlipidemic group,Fufangdanshen Gutta Pills group [160 mg/(kg·d)] and atorvastatin group [10 mg/(kg·d)].After four weeks the serum levels of blood lipid(including CHO,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C)were detected.The serum level of GMP140 was determined by flow cytometry The concentration of CD62P on the surface of platelet was detected by euzymelinked immunosorbent assay.Results The serum levels of CHO,LDL-C,CD62P and GMP140 in the hyperlipidemic group increased significantly.The levels of GMP140 and CD62P decreased significantly in the Fufangdanshen Gutta Pills and atorvastatin group.Conclusion Platelet can be activated by hyperlipidemia.Fufangdanshen Gutta Pills can inhibit the activation of platelet,which is similar with the effect of atorvastatin.
摘要:Objective To study the effective mechanism of danshensu and ligustrazine,the effective fractions in Chinese herbal medicines with the effect of activating blood,in cardiac hypertrophy induced by angiotensin II(Ang Ⅱ)through the research of the influence of Chinese herbal medicines with the effect of activating blood on related genes to the proliferation of cardiac interstitial fibroblasts induced by AngⅡ.Methods The total RNA was extracted by TRIZOL Regent by one-step method taken the gene expression of collagen I and III(Col I and III)as cardiac interstitial index,and then mRNA expressions of Col I and III were detected by RT-PCR.Results AngⅡ increased obviously mRNA expression of Col I(P<0.01),Losartan inhibited obviously mRNA expression of Col I induced by AngⅡ(P<0.01).Danshensu decreased mRNA expression of Col I(P<0.01).Ligustrazine also trended to decrease mRNA expression of Col I but without statistical significance.At the same time AngⅡ increased mRNA expression of Col III and Losartan inhibited obviously mRNA expression of Col III induced by AngⅡ(P<0.01).Danshensu and ligustrazine could also decrease mRNA expression of Col III(P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese herbal medicines with the effect of activating blood,danshensu and ligustrazine,can inhibit the increase of gene expression of Col I and III of cardiac interstitial fibroblasts induced by angiotensin II,prevent cardiac hypertrophy,antagonize proliferation of cardiac interstitial fibroblasts,and prevent cardiomegalia.

摘要:Objective To study the influence of Bushenshengjing Pills on sperm motility in rats with spermatogenic cell lesion.Method SD,male,rate(n=40),were rendomty divided into 5 groups with 8 rats per group:the normal group,model group,high dose(480 mg/kg)of BushenShengJing Pills,low dose(100 mg/kg)of BuShunShengJing Pills group,and positive control group(fed with Wuziyanzong Pills,480 mg/kg);The rat model of spermatogenic cell lesion was established by feeding adenine,and the influence of Bushenshengjing Pills on the velocity and motility of sperms through computer-assisted semen analysis(CASA).Results In all groups the sperm count,motility,motility rate,VCL,VSL and VAP of sperm were improved significantly.The group with high-dose Bushenshengjing Pills had a similar curative effect with the positive control group,and had a better curative effect than the group with low-dose Bushenshengjing Pills.The indexes of MAD,ALH and WOB had no significant difference among all groups.Conclusion Bushenshengjing Pills has the effect of improving sperm count,motility,motility rate and dynamic parameters.
摘要:Objective To study the changes of pharmacokinetics of the effective fractions of Qingnaoxuanqiao Formula,including geniposide,ginsenoside Rg1,ginsenoside Rb1 and notoginsenoside R1 in rats of normal,acute phase and convalescent phase of apoplexy.Methods The model of convalescent phase of apoplexy was established by ligating bilateral carotids of SD rats and feeding for 2 weeks,and the model of acute phase of apoplexy was established by MCAO method.The models were given orally the effective fractions of Qingnaoxuanqiao Formula and the blood samples were extracted by C18 solid phase column.Sec-o-glucosyl-hamaudol was taken as internal index.Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18 chromatography column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)was applied.The gradient mobile phase was HCN-H2O system with column temperature of 30 ℃ and flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.The detecting wavelength was 203 nm.The plasma concentrations of different effective infractions were analyzed by DAS 1.0 software.Results The pharmacokinetics of geniposide,ginsenoside Rg1,notoginsenoside R1 were fitted with two-compartment model,and that of ginsenoside Rb1 was fitted with one-compartment model in rats.The values of Cmax and AUC of above 4 infractions showed as follows:the value of acute phase group>that of convalescent phase group>that of normal group.Conclusion The absorptions of effective fractions of Qingnaoxuanqiao formula in different rat models are different.The value of bioavailability in the same dose is as follow order:the value of acute phase group>that of convalescent phase group>that of normal group.

摘要:Objective To establish a high performance liquid chromatographic(HPLC)assay for analyzing the content of galangin in rabbit plasma,and to compare the pharmacokinetics of galangin in Liangfu Microemulsion and Liangfu Pills.Methods The concentration of galangin in plasma samples at different time was determined by HPLC after the rabbits were given intragastrically Liangfu Microemulsion and Liangfu Pills respectively.The pharmacokinetic parameters were calculated by 3P87 program.Results The pharmacokinetic behavior of Liangfu Microemulsion in rabbits conformed to one-compartment open model.The main parameters respectively were as follows:tpeak was 0.75 h,cmax was 38.46 μg/L,AUC was 129.42(μg·h)/L and t1/2(ke)was 1.47 h.The plasma concentration of galangin in Liangfu Pills was too low to be detected.Conclusion HPLC method is simple and reliable,and can be used in the analysis of galangin in rabbit plasma and pharmacokinetic studies.Liangfu Microemulsion can improve the absorption of galangin and increase its bioavailability.

摘要:Objective To study the quality of different germplasm of baicalin in China and to select improved breeds.Method The content of total flavonoids in different germplasm of baicalin was determined by spectrophotometry.Result The total flavonoids content was above 20 % in baicalin produced in counties of Mengyin,Tai’an,and Juxian of Shandong Province.The content was 14.68% in S.baicalensis Georgi and was only 1.78% in S.strigillosa Hemsl.Conclusion The content of total flavonoids in baicalin is related to some factors,such as germplasm,place of production and growing period.

摘要:Objective To investigate the influence of preparation conditions on the release of sophoridine-BSA-microspheres(SR-BSA-MS)in vitro.Methods The content of SR was determined by using acid dye colorimetry.The accumulative release curves of SR-BSA-MS under different preparation conditions were made and analyzed by similarity factor method.Results The f2 values of the release curves of SR-BSA-MS under different solidified temperatures had great difference.The release of SR-BSA-MS slowed down when the solidified temperature was raised up.Conclusion Solidified temperature was the most important factor for the release of SR-BSA-MS in vitro.The satisfactory release profile of SR-BSA-MS in vitro can be got through regulating solidified temperature.

摘要:Objective To investigate the correlation between biological indexes and TCM syndrome types of chronic prostatitis(CP).Methods Questionnaires were used in 1 322 CP cases collected from the departments of andrology of 7 hospitals.The software SAS 6.12 was used to analyze multiple types and multiple indexes.Results The correct judgment rate of 10 common biological indexes for 11 syndrome types and their combinations were 32.58 %,33.33 %,0.00 %,58.33 %,14.71 %,26.32 %,23.08 %,33.33 %,10.00 %,29.81% and 20.97% in turn.Conclusions Common biological indexes of CP are not significant for the diagnosis of TCM syndrome types.
