摘要:The reason of the superposition of five vital essences is the deficiency of five zang organs.It’s the deficiency that induces stagnancy syndrome and then induces the superposition,and the syndrome turns to excess syndrome from a deficiency one.When one of the five zang organs is excessive,the emotion which controlled by it can be showed out.So one will become afeared because of the deficiency of liver-qi and irate because of the excess of liver qi;and one will feel sorrow when heart-qi is deficiency and euphoric when it’s excessive.The emotion will change according to the different conditions(deficiency or excess) of the five zang organs.

摘要:The relation between the lung function and qi,blood and water is expounded and the pathogenesis of acute lung injury(ALI) is discussed from the point of view of Chinese medicine.At the early stage of ALI,the functional disorder of qi,blood and water almost appears at the same time. So we should regulate the function of qi,blood and water using Chinese medicine to interfere in ALI at the early stage and pay close attention on pyretic toxicity.

摘要:Objective To set up diabetic nephropathy(DN) syndrome diagnostic model based on artificial neural network.Method Based on MATLAB7.0 environment,the BP neural network model of syndrome was set up using the improved conjugation gradient to study algorithms and the diagnosis performance of the BP neural network syndrome model was confirmed by triple and alternative examination.Result When using DN syndrome neural network model to predict DN syndrome,the average specificity of the single syndrome is 81.32%,the average accuracy rate of single syndrome is 96.25% and the average accuracy rate of diagnosis is 92.21%.Conclusion DN syndrome neural network model is effective on diagnosis and the technology of artificial neural network is a feasible nonlinear modeling of TCM syndrome method.
摘要:Objective To investigate the effects of serum containing substances of a Chinese traditional drug,Zuogui Pills,on mRNA expression of osteoprotegerin(OPG) and receptor activator of NF-κB ligand(RANKL) in osteoblasts, and to study the mechanism of action of Zuogui Pills treatment for osteoporosis.Methods Osteoblasts were obtained from new born rat calvaria by collagenase-trypsin digestion.Three groups were included in the experiment,normal serum group,serum of ovariectomized(OVX) model group and serum of OVX model treated with Zuogui Pills group.In situ hybridization method was used to detect the mRNA expression of OPG and RANKL.Results Compared with the normal serum group,the mRNA expression of OPG in osteoblasts in the serum of OVX model group decreased significantly,while the mRNA expression of RANKL in it increased remarkably;and in the serum of OVX treated with Zuogui Pills group,the mRNA expression of OPG in osteoblasts increased compared with the serum of OVX model group,while the mRNA expression of RANKL in it decreased, without evident difference from the normal serum group.Conclusion The serum containing Zuogui Pills could not only inhibit the secretion of RANKL to repress the activity of osteoclast but also stimulate osteoblasts to secrete OPG,then the combination of OPG and RANKL increased,which could reduce the activity of RANKL and decrease the activity of the bone resorbing activity of obsteoclasts consequently.It may be one of the mechanisms of action of Zuogui Pills for treating osteoporosis.
摘要:Objective To study the early apoptosis of precancerous lesion of chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG) rats treated by blood activating and blood stasis resolving therapy,qi moving and blood activating therapy and qi replenishing and blood activating therapy.Methods The CAG rat model was replicated by methods of spring insertion in pylorus and oral administration with high salt hot paste.The early apoptosis of precancerous lesion of CAG rats treated by three therapise was detected using Annexin V FITC/PI double labeled flow cytometry.Results The ratio of the early apoptosis of the model control group increased significantly when compared with the blank control group(P<0.01).The ratio of the early apoptosis of the groups treated by the three therapies decreased when compared with the model contral group,with significant differences in the blood activating and blood stasis resolving therapy group and the qi moving and blood activating therapy group.(P<0.01,P<0.05).Conclusions Restraining the apoptosis may be one of the mechanisms for blood activating and blood stasis resolving therapy,qi moving and blood activating therapy and qi replenishing and blood activating therapy to improve and inverse the precancerous lesion of CAG rats.
摘要:Objective To establish rabbit ear acne model,and to observe the efficacy of Yurongxiaocuo Granules.Method Oleic acid was smeared on inner rabbit auricle,Propionibacterium acne was injected intracutaneously in auricle.Distilled water was gavaged in blank group and model group,and 0.16 g / kg Tanshinone Capsules solution and 0.43,0.86,1.72 g/kg Yurongxiaocuo Granules solution were administered in positive control group,low,middle,and high dose group of Yurongxiaocuo Granules respectively.4wk after the administration in each group,general change in rabbit ear was observed visually,lesion in rabbit ear was observed under skin biopsy,both changes were graded according to grading criteria,and the conditions were compared in each group.Results 12 d after the smearing with oleic acid,comedones were found visually in rabbit ear;and after the injection with Propionibacterium acne,rabbit ear showed inflammation papule,which was similar to human acne under optical microscopy.Skin injury alleviated 1wk after the administration,and disappeared basically with lesion improvement under microscopy 4wk after the administration.Conclusion This method established stable reliable model.Yurongxiaocuo Granules is well effective on rabbit auricle acne model induced by Propionibacterium acne and oleic acid,and Its effect is at least equivalent to or better than that of Tanshinone Capsules.As shown by the results of pharmacodynamic research,Yurongxiaocuo Granules has an effective initial human clinical dose of about 16.0 g/person/d.
摘要:Objective To investigate the effects of resveratrol on isolated atrium muscle and papillary muscle of rabbits.Method The effect of resveratrol on sinus frequency of isolated right atrium was observed,and the changes were detecued in the presence of different potassium channels blocking agents and the underlying mechanisms were studied.Results Resveratrol reduced sinus frequency in a dose-dependent manner ranging from 10-6 to 10-3 mol/L(P<0.05).The effect of resveratrol was partly blocked by ATP-sensitive K+(KATP)channel blocker glibenclamide(Gli)(P<0.05),and negative chronotropic action was decreased from(9.4±3.5)% to(7.1±1.0)%(P<0.05).The effect of resveratrol was not blocked by calcium-activated K+(KCa)channel blocker tetraethylammonium(TEA), voltage-gated K+(Kv)channel blocker 4-aminopyridine(4-AP),inward rectifier K+(KIR)channel blocker barium chloride(BaCl2) and acetylcholine regulated K+(KAch)channel blocker atropine(P>0.05).Resveratrol could not obviously inhibit contraction force of papillary muscle.Conclusion Resveratrol can induce negative chronotropic action which mechanism may relate to the opening of KATP.Resveratrol can not obviously inhibit contraction force of papillary muscle.

摘要:Objective To observe the heat-clearing and stasis-resolving effect of Naoreqing on rabbits with endotoxin-induced fever.Methods The endotoxin-induced fever model of rabbit was established.The digital thermometer was used to measure rectal temperature.The Thromboxane B2(TXB2) in plasma,6-Keto-Prostaglandin F1α(6-keto-PGF1α) and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNFα) in serum were determined by radioimmunoassay.The activity of tissue-type plasminogen activator(t-PA) and plasminogen activator inhibitor(PAI)in plasma were measured by the assay of chromogenic substrate.At the same time,the morphologic changes of the tissues of heart,liver,lung and kidney were observed.Results NRQ had obvious antipyretic effect on the rabbits with endotoxin-induced fever(P﹤0.01);NRQ reduced TNFα content in serum and TXB2 content in plasma(P﹤0.05~0.01),and decreased the activity of PAI in plasma(P﹤0.01). NRQ enhanced the activity of t-PA in plasma,and increased the 6-keto-PGF1α content(P﹤0.01);Showed by light microscope,NRQ reduced pathological changes caused by hyperemia and congestion of blood vessel in heart,liver,lung and kidney of febrile rabbits.Conclusion NRQ has the effect of clearing heat and resolving stasis.The mechanism is probably that NRQ can inhibit the secretion of cytokine TNFα and adjust the secrete function of vascular endothelial cells.

摘要:Objective To investigate the effects of Shengmaijiedutongluo Capsules(SJT Capsules) on monocyte chemoattractant protein 1(MCP-1) mRNA expression in myocardial tissue of Streptozotocin(STZ) induced experimental diabetic rats and its mechanism.Methods Rats were made into diabetes model by intraperitoneal administration of STZ.Two weeks after modeling,Model rats were administrated orally with Enalapril and SJT Capsules of large,median and small dose respectively for successive 12 weeks.Level of myocardial angiotensinⅡ(AngⅡ) was detected by immunoradiometry and MCP-1 mRNA expression in myocardial tissue was assayed by RT-PCR.Results The levels of myocardial AngⅡand MCP-1 mRNA expression in the model rats were higher than those in the normal controls(P< 0.01).In Enalapril and SJT Capsules of large, median dose groups,levels of AngⅡand MCP-1mRNA expression were lower compared with those in the model rats(P<0.01、P<0.05),and no significant effects were found in the low dose group.Conclusion Long lasted hyperglycemia can lead to the over-expression of MCP-1mRNA in the myocardial tissue of diabetic rats.SJT Capsules may partly suppress it and decrease significantly the myocardial injury of diabetic rats by reducing the level of myocardial AngⅡ.
摘要:Objective To establish a RP-HPLC method for quantitative determination of emodin-8-O-β-D-glucopyranoside in Radix polygoni multiflori.Methods DiamonsilTM Cl8 column(250 mm×4.6mm,5 μm) was used as chromatographic column;methanol-water-0.4%phosphoric acid(70∶29.6∶0.4)was used as the mobile phase;the detection wavelength was 280nm;the flow velocity was 1.0mL/min.Result Emodin-8-O-β-D-glucopyranoside showed a good linear relationship between 0.060~0.300 μg(r=0.999 9).The average recovery was 99.33%,RSD(n=3) was 1.62%.Conclusion The RP-HPLC method is simple,sensitive,accurate and reproducible,and can be used to control the quality of Radix polygoni multiflori.
摘要:Objective To explore the dynamic course of basic chemical constituents of effective substance through the analysis of fingerprint chromatograms of chemical compositions in body fluid of rats after taking Rhizoma Chuanxiong decoction orally.Methods According to the methodology of study on effective constituents in traditional Chinese drugs,HPLC fingerprint chromatogram technique and analysis method of drug in vivo were adopted.Results Ten kinds of chemical constituents,which were presented by chromatogram peaks,were absorbed into blood via alimentary tract after oral administration of Rhizoma Chuanxiong.Among them 9 kinds were prototype and 1 kind was new constituents transformed by intestinal metabolism.Three kinds of prototype chemical constituents and one new constituent disappeared after liver metabolism.Some chemical constituents in urine after kidney metabolism were same as those in blood.There was not any chemical constituents were found in brain and heart.Conclusion According the methodology of study on effective constituents in traditional Chinese drugs,the dynamic course of basic chemical constituents of effective substance of Rhizoma Chuanxiong after oral administration has been revealed.

摘要:Objective To optimize the formula ratio of matrix to prepare better Naru-3 Cataplasm.Methods Taking raw material of formula as factor and adhesive force as marker,orthogonal test was used to optimize the matrix ratio in cataplasm.Results The best ratio of Naru-3 Cataplasm matrix was sodium polyacrylate∶gelatin∶glycerol∶carbomer =3∶2.5∶1∶2.Conclusion The ratio of adhesive force is better.

摘要:Object To probe into the feasibility of golden section method in the filtration of the extraction process of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.Method Through determination of the extraction rate of tanshinone ⅡA and salvianolic acid B,parameters of the extraction technics,including alcohol concentration and temperature,were optimized with the application of golden section method and were validated by Uniform design and Central composite design.Results The best extraction techniques is that to extract 3 times continuously under the temperature of 90℃,each time for 1h,with 10 times of the alcohol whose concentration is 55%;the extraction rate of tanshinone ⅡA and salvianolic acid B is respectively 73.13% and 106.10%.Conclusion Researches on applying golden section method in the extraction of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.is practical,which,meanwhile,can be applied as a new filtration method in the extraction of Chinese herbal drugs.

摘要:Objective Sixty-nine symptoms of 1 069 patients with coronary cardiopathic angina pectoris were typed by factor analysis.Method Based on the TCM four diagnostic methods,Information of 1 069 patients with coronary cardiopathic angina pectoris was collected in five hospitals with multicentre and large sample,and was typed by extracting common factors.Result Six common factors were selected,including qi-stagnancy and blood stasis(11%),deficiency of both vital energy and yin(17%),deficiency of vital energy and blood stasis(33%),qi-asthenia phlegm turbidity(22%),deficiency of heart-yang and kidney-yang(11%) and deficiency of both heart and spleen(6%).Conclusion Qi deficiency,phlegm stasis and blood stasis are main pathogenesis of coronary cardiopathic angina pectoris.
摘要:Objective To exploring the syndrome characteristics of the heat-phlegm and sthenic-fu syndrome of apoplexy to guide the clinical application of the therapy of purging fu-organ in the acute stage of apoplexy.Methods The symptoms of 216 selected patients with the heat-phlegm and sthenic-fu syndrome in the acute stage of apoplexy were inquired.The symptoms with high appearance were classified by frequencies,factor and classify analysis to explore the inner relation of them.Results Nineteen key symptoms were extracted from 46 high appearance symptoms after factor analysis.Through classify analysis of specific symptoms,snore,phlegm rale,hasty breathing,rough voice and breathing,halitosis,headache,abdominal distension,oppression in the chest,vexation,agitation,vacuity vexation and insomnia were classified into the frist category;dry throat,thirst,bitterness of mouth,dry mouth were the second category;fatigue and lack of strength,shortness of breath were classified into one category;cough,constipation were single.Through classify analysis of tongue coating and pulse pattern,deep pulse,stasis macula on the tongue,thick tongue fur,pale tongue fur,red tongue,rapid pulse,purple tongue,little tongue fur,fine pulse were classified into one category;slimy tongue fur,slippery pulse,wiry pulse,yellow tongue fur were another category;pale tongue was single;yellow and slimy tongue fur,wiry and rapid pulse were clinical familiar combination.Conclusion Symptoms’ factor and classify analysis shows that the nature of the pathological mechanism is the deficient root and excessive branch syndrome.The excessive branch includes heat-phlegm,blood stasis and sthenic-fu,and the deficient root includes both deficiency of qi and yin.When the method of purging fu-organ is used,supporting right and banking up the root is also very important.

摘要:Objective To explore the relationship between the C677T single nucleotide polymorphism of 5,10-methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase(MTHFR) and blood stasis syndrome(BSS) of essential hypertension(EH) in Han people of Fujian.Methods The MTHFR C677T genotypes in 239 patients of EH of BSS type(BSS-EH group),203 patients of EH of non-BSS type(non-BSS-EH group) and 195 healthy subjects(control group) were determined by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism(PCR-RFLP) assay.Results The constituent ratio of MTHFR CC、CT and TT genotype was significantly different among three groups(χ2 =14.268,P=0.006).Partitions of χ2 method showed that the frequencies of CT/TT genotype in patients with BSS-EH(45.61%) were higher than that of non-BSS-EH group(35.96%) and control group(29.23%)(χ2=10.672,P=0.001),and multinomial logistic-regression indicated that CT/TT genotype was an independent risk factor for BSS-EH with the reference category of control.The odds ratio(OR) of the CT/TT genotype for BSS-EH was 1.943(95% confidence interval: 1.271 to 2.970,P=0.002) after adjusting for age,gender,fasting plasma glucose,creatinine,body mass index(BMI), uric acid and blood fat.Conclusion The MTHFR CT/TT genotype maybe one of the risk factors associated with the susceptivity to BSS-EH in Chinese Han people.
摘要:objective To discuss the application of artificial neural network in forecasting effectiveness of acupuncture therapy for depression.Method A forecasting method based on neural network was used in an underway research which was aimed at predicting the effectiveness.The quantized values of relevant factors of effect,disease states and quality of life were chosen as input variables of the neural network,while the changes in results of the scales after treatment were set as output variables.The collected cases were divided into training samples and testing samples for training and testing the neural network.Results The training result of the network reached the expected goal(mse=0.001),the recognition about reducing score rate of HAMD and SDS was of good curve fitting and high fitting precision;the testing result was not so good as the training result,the recognition about the unknown samples showed worse curve fitting and more forecast error than that about the known samples.Conclusion The neural network model in this research has got rather ideal results of estimation in identification for the known samples,however,its predicting ability for the unknown samples has not achieved such ideal results as that for known samples.The forecast model based on neural network is expected to be a helpful method for clinical research and practice with the work of expanding the sample size and improving the neural network model.
摘要:Objective To explore the regulative effect of moxibustion on the expression of proteoglycan and collagen Ⅱ in cartilage of rabbit with experimental knee osteoarthritis(KOA) to providing experimental basis for curing KOA with moxibustion.Methods The KOA animal model was built up by injecting papain into knee joint of rabbit.After 6 weeks of treatment with moxibustion and medication respectively,changes of the contents of proteoglycans,collagen Ⅱ,IL-1β and MMP-1 were detected and analized by quantitative image analyzer technique.Results The contents of proteoglycans and collagen Ⅱ were increased by treatment of moxibustion,but the expression of IL-1β and MMP-1 were restrained.Similar changes happened in the group of medication.There were no statistical significances between the moxibustion treatment and the medication treatment.Conclusion Moxibustion could lighten the impairment of cartilage of KOA,and then the serious degree of KOA was alleviated.The possible mechanism of action was that moxibustion could restrain the inflammation in joints and reduce the activation of MMP-1 induced IL-1β.
