摘要:The theory,principle,formulas and medicinals of TCM,and preparation,technique,quality and effect of Chinese medicinals based on the syndrome of Ganjiangfuzi Decoction in Shanghanlun were discussed here.The syndrome of Ganjiangfuzi Decoction reflects the essence of TCM chronomedicine,indicates the diagnostic method of symptom exclusion,gives the example for the application of minor formula,guides the formation of "fire-god school" of later ages,directs the research thought of Chinese pharmaceutics,and spurs on the administrative model of quality and curative effects of Chinese medicinals.To study the syndrome of Ganjiangfuzi Decoction is important for inheriting the learning of ZHANG Zhong-jing,instigating the systems engineering of Chinese Materia Medica,and promoting the development of TCM learning and cause.

摘要:Objective To study on the symptomatological characteristics of exercise-induced fatigue to lay a foundation for TCM classification and diagnostic criterion of exercise-induced fatigue.Methods The intensive training was given to 130 healthy soldiers,who were tested with Table of Rating of Perceived exertion and TCM Syndrome Questionnaire of Exercise-Induced Fatigue before and after the training.Univariate Logistic regression was used to analyze the correlation between TCM syndromes and diseases.Results The training had remarkable influences on the objects.There were 22 TCM syndromes manifested in the objects,and among them 10 syndromes,including qi deficiency,liver depression and qi stagnation,spleen insufficiency and liver deficiency had significant correlation statistically with exercise-induced fatigue.Conclusion The characteristics of TCM symptomatology of exercise-induced fatigue are shown as the disease positions are mainly in the liver,spleen,kidney and heart,and disease features are mostly related to deficiency,qi stagnation,blood stasis,fire and phlegm.
摘要:Objective To investigate the influences of ginsenoside-Rg1(Rg1) and ginsenoside-Rb1(Rb1) on the expressions of transforming growth factor-β1mRNA(TGF-β1mRNA) and protein of renal tissue in rats with diabetic nephropathy(DN).Methods The diabetic model was established in rats by intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin(STZ,55 mg/kg).The rats of different groups were treated with relevant medicinals respectively by intragastrical method,and were weighed in every week.In the end of 4 th,8 th and 12 th week the urine protein of 24 hours was detected by coomassie brilliant blue method.After 12 weeks blood urea nitrogen(BUN),serum creatinine(Scr) and triglyceride(TG) were detected.The ratio of kidney weight to body weight was calculated.The renal tissue was stained by HE and Mallory Stain method for the observation of renal pathological changes.TGF-β1mRNA and protein expression of renal tissue were detected respectively by using immunohistochemical assay and in situ hybridization.Results The rat weights in the Rg1 group and Rb1 group were higher respectively than those in the model group but there was no statistical difference.The ratio of kidney weight to body weight had greatly significant difference(P<0.01) in the Rb1 group,and had significant difference(P<0.05) in the high-dose Rg1 group and low-dose Rg1 group respectively compared with the model group.In the high-dose Rg1 group,low-dose Rg1 group and Rb1 group the urine protein of 24 hours were decreased on the 4 th and 8 th week with a great significant difference(P<0.01),and on 12 th week,with a significant difference(P<0.05) compared with the model group.In the terms of blood biochemistry in the high-dose Rg1 group,low-dose Rg1 group and Rb1 group BUN was decreased with a great significant difference(P<0.01) compared with the model group.In the high-dose Rg1 group and Rb1 group Scr was decreased with a great significant difference(P<0.01),and in the low-dose Rg1 group,with a significant difference(P<0.05) compared with the model group.At the same time Rg1 and Rb1 relieved the kidney pathological changes.In the high-dose Rg1 group,low-dose Rg1 group and Rb1 group the expression of TGF-β1 was reduced with a great significant difference(P<0.01) and the expression of TGF-β1mRNA was also reduced with a great significant difference(P<0.01) compared with the model group.Conclusion The mechanism of Rg1 and Rb1 for improving blood biochemistry indexes and relieving renal pathological changes in SD rats is that they can decrease significantly the expressions TGF-β1mRNA and protein of renal tissue,and protect renal function.It may be the reason why Rg1 and Rb1 are used for preventing and treating diabetic nephropathy.

摘要:Objective To investigate the influence of Shengmai Capsules on some cytokines,including interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),IL-10 and transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1),in rats with chronic heart failure.Methods All rats were randomly divided into the sham-operation group(group 1),chronic heart failure model group(group 2),Shengmai Capsules group(group 3),captopril group(group 4) and Shengmai Capsules combining with captopril group(group 5).The rat model of chronic heart failure was established by using abdominal aortic coarctation.The contents of IL-6,TNF-α,IL-10 in cardiac muscle and TGF-β1 in serum were detected by using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) on the 7th week.Results ① The contents of IL-6,TNF-α and TGF-β1 in group 2 were higher than those in group 1(P<0.05 or P<0.01),those in group 3,4 and 5 were lower than those in group 2(P<0.01 or P<0.05),but the content of TGF-β1 in group 5 was lower than that in group 3(P<0.05).② The content of IL-10 in group 2 was lower significantly than that in group 1(P<0.01),and that in group 3 was higher than that in group 2(P<0.05).Conclusion Shengmai Capsules can reduce the contents of inflammatory cytokines of cardiac muscle(IL-6,TNF-α and TGF-β1),increase the content of anti-inflammatory cytokine(IL-10),inhibit the anabolism of collagen and relieve the ventricular remodeling of chronic heart failure.
摘要:Objective The theory of correspondence between time and zang-organ is the core of TCM theoretical system,which reflects the connatural thought of Chinese medicine.The theory of kidney dominating bones,and furthermore the essence of zang-fu manifestation,was studied in terms of the theory of correspondence between time and zang-organ.Method The important messenger-IP3 for transducing transmembrane signals was chosen as the object of the study based on thyroid axis and pineal gland that was the photosensitive high rhythm regulator related to the theory of kidney dominating bones and corresponding to winter.Result The result showed that the content of IP3 of hypothalamic cells was lower in winter and higher in summer(P<0.05) in the normal control group,and the content of IP3 of thyroid axis was lower in winter and higher in summer(P<0.01).In the model group(the pineal gland was extirpated) the seasonal changes of IP3 of hypothalamic cells or thyroid axis were disappeared.Conclusion The seasonal changes of IP3 of hypothalamic cells or thyroid axis have somewhat influences on bone metabolism,which accord with TCM theory of kidney dominating bones and storage,and corresponding to winter.

摘要:Objective To observe the regulative effects of Liuweidihuang Pills(LP) and its extracts by different techniques on immunity in normal mice.Methods The influences of different samples of LP on mouse immune organs were observed.The clearance rate of charcoal particles was used to detect the effects of different samples of LP on the phagocytic activity of mononuclear macrophages and MTT was used to detect the proliferations of splenic lymphocytes in mice.Results No.1 and No.2 extracts of LP by new technique improved significantly the weights of mouse immune organs(thymus and adrenal gland).LP and No.2 extract increased significantly K index of clearance rate of charcoal particles and phagocytic α index,enhanced the phagocytic activity of mononuclear macrophages in mice.LP and its extracts by different techniques promoted significantly the proliferations of splenic lymphocytes in normal mice.No.1 and No.2 extracts had better effects than LP.Conclusion LP and its extracts by different techniques have somewhat improvement effects on the phagocytic activity of mononuclear macrophages and the proliferations of T and B lymphocytes in normal mice.

摘要:Objective To investigate the pharmacological effects of Qianggan Pills in antagonizing hepatic fibrosis.Methods Wistar rats were randomly divided into 3 groups,i.e.the normal control group,model group and Qianggan Pills group.The model of hepatic fibrosis was established by intraperitoneal injection of mixture of CCl4 and olive oil.The Qianggan Pills group was treated for 4 weeks after the establishment of the model by using preventive therapy.When the treatment was finished the rats were anesthetized and their livers were taken out and stained with HE and Mallory stain methods.The content of hydroxyproline(HYP) was detected and collagen I was stained by immunohistochemical stain method.Results Comparing with the model group the level of HYP,synthesis and slugging of the total collagen were decreased significantly(P<0.05),and the expression of collagen I was down-regulated(P<0.05) in Qianggan Pills group.Conclusion Qianggan Pills has a significant inhibitory effect on the synthesis of collagen protein in liver tissue,and it can interdict the pathological process of hepatic fibrosis.

摘要:Objective To discuss the molecule mechanism of the therapy of nourishing healthy qi and eliminating blood stasis in the treatment of uterine leiomyoma.Methods The primary cultured and passaged uterine leiomyoma cells were treated with the Chinese medicinals with the actions of nourishing healthy qi and eliminating blood stasis.The expressions of apoptosis regulating genes,i.e.Bcl-2 and Bax,were detected by using immunocytochemical assay.Results The cells from human uterine leiomyoma were primarily cultured successfully.After the administration of the Chinese medicinals with the actions of nourishing healthy qi and eliminating blood stasis the expression of Bcl-2 decreased significantly(P<0.01),and that of Bax increased significantly(P<0.01).Conclusion The therapy of nourishing healthy qi and eliminating blood stasis can improve the apoptosis of uterine leiomyoma cell,and inhibit the growth of uterine leiomyoma through regulating the expressions of apoptosis regulating genes.
摘要:Objective To establish the rat model of syndrome of liver depression with spleen insufficiency by chronic restraint stress through the determination of animal ethology,macroscopic token and the excretory rate of urine D-xylose.Methods All 60 rats were randomly divided into the control group,model group and Xiaoyao Powder group.The rat model was reviewed in following three aspects.① The observation on the changes of macroscopic token,appetite,body weight,stool and detection of the excretory rate of urine D-xylose which reflected the absorption of the small intestine in rats.② The analysis on open field test by using the Observer 5.0 analytic software of Noldus Company for understanding the degree of anxiety and depression in rats and verifying the model.③ The evaluation on syndrome by formula,i.e.the regulative effect of Xiaoyao Powder.Results The model rats were restless at first,and then listless,irritable with dry-yellow,dishevelled and lusterless hair,and watery stool.The rats gained weight slowly and the excretory rate of urine D-xylose was reduced.From the 7th day the times of passing through grille,body erection and dressing hair had a downtrend and reached the lowest point on the 21st day in rats.Xiaoyao Powder,however,had a significantly regulative effect on these changes.Conclusion The rat model of syndrome of liver depression with spleen insufficiency established by chronic restraint stress simulates the pathological development of depressed wood over-restrains earth and liver depression with spleen insufficiency after long-time of stagnated anger,and copies successfully the model of syndrome of liver depression with spleen insufficiency.

摘要:Objective To observe the effect of Wenmaitong on the proliferation and migration of vascular smooth muscle cell(VSMC),and on the expressions of its correlation factors-matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2) and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-1(TIMP-1).Methods The model of VSMC proliferation and migration was established taken angiotensin II(AngII) as inducing factor in VSMC of rabbit aorta thoracalis cultured in vitro.The model was intervened by Wenmaitong medicated serum.The VSMC proliferation activity was determined by using methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium test(MTT),and the expressions of MMP-2 and TIMP-1 were observed by using immunohistochemistry.Results Compared with the normal control group,the proliferation activity and migration of VSMC were increased in the AngII group.There was a significant difference(P<0.01).Compared with the AngII group,the proliferation activity and migration of VSMC were decreased after treated with the medicated serum in the Wenmaitong group.There was a significant difference(P<0.01),and the difference was the most significant between the AngII group and the large-dose Wenmaitong group.In the normal control group the expression of MMP-2 was weak and expression of TIMP-1 was medium.In the AngII group the expression of MMP-2 was increased and expression of TIMP-1 was decreased.In the Wenmaitong group the expression of MMP-2 was inhibited significantly and the expression of TIMP-1 was increased.Conclusion Wenmaitong can inhibit the proliferation and migration of VSMC induced by AngII and the expression of MMP-2.It can also induce the expression of TIMP-1.The result indicates that the inhibitory effect of Wenmaitong on VSMC proliferation may be related to its influence on the cytokine expression and regulation to the metabolism of extracellular matrix.

摘要:Objective To study on the inhibitory effect of arsenic trioxide(As2O3) on the growth of human hepatocarcinoma HepG2 cells,its inducing effect on the apoptosis of HepG2 cells,and its influence on cell cycle-blockade.Methods MTT,DNA laddering test and flow cytometry were used to detect the inhibitory effect of As2O3 on the growth of HepG2 cells,its inducing effect on the apoptosis of HepG2 cells,and its influence on cell cycle-blockade.Results In the treatment group MTT outcome showed that As2O3 inhibited significantly the growth of HepG2 cells with a time-dosage dependency.The result of DNA laddering test showed that typical apoptosis bands of DNA ladders were observed after 48 hours and 72 hours when 12 mol·L-1 As2O3 acting on HepG2 cells for 24,48 and 72 hours.The analysis result of flow cytometry showed that after the action of 12 mol·L-1 As2O3 for 24,48 or 72 hours the apoptosis rates were(9.74±1.22) %,(21.89±2.14) % or(42.72±0.83) % respectively,which were all higher than that of the control group(0.98±0.11) %(P<0.01).At the same time As2O3 had significant blockade effects on the S and G2 phases of cell cycle.Conclusion As2O3 has the blockade effects on the S and G2 phases of cell cycle and can induce cell apoptosis,which may be one of its mechanisms of anti-tumor.
摘要:Objective To establish the trial model of unsmooth pulse in piglets and to provide a scientific method for modeling of unsmooth pulse.Method The intravenous injections of propranolol and dextran T-500 were given to trial piglets.The pulse images were collected from axillary artery and femoral artery,the parameters of pulse images were quantified and objectified indexes of unsmooth pulse were obtained.Result There were obvious changes before and after the modeling.The indexes of pulse images and hematology had statistical significance(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion The model of unsmooth pulse can be established based on the attribute indexes of pulse diagnosis.
摘要:Objective To provide the evidence for the establishment of quality standard,pharmacognostic studies and the further utilization of the leaves of Broussonetia papyrifera(L.) Vent.through the study on their pharmacognostic characteristics.Methods The morphology,characters and microscopy characteristics of original leaves of Broussonetia papyrifera(L.) Vent.were identified according to their morphological characteristics,and their physicochemical characteristics were identified by using thin layer chromatography(TLC) and ultraviolet spectroscopy.Results The characteristics of characters,microscopic and physicochemistry(absorption spectrum of TLC and ultraviolet spectroscopy) of the leaves of Broussonetia papyrifera(L.) Vent.were much different from the leaves of Broussonetia kazinoki Sieb.et Zucc.Conclusion The study outcomes can be taken as the basis for setting up the quality standard of the leaves of Broussonetia papyrifera(L.)Vent.

摘要:Objective To find out the structure of TCM syndromes and syndrome types in the patients with diabetes.Methods A cross-sectional investigation on TCM symptoms was given to 308 cases of type 2 diabetes,and then the syndrome differentiation and classification of TCM were made in the cases by computer according to the criterion of syndrome differentiation and classification(including 8 basal syndromes,i.e.damp-heat syndrome,blood stasis syndrome,yin deficiency syndrome,fire-excess syndrome,qi deficiency syndrome,blood-heat syndrome,yang deficiency syndrome and blood deficiency syndrome,and 29 zang-fu syndromes in various syndromes).Results In 8 basal syndromes there were 179 cases of damp-heat syndrome(58.1 %),155 blood stasis syndrome(50.3 %),122 yin deficiency syndrome(39.6 %),89 fire-excess syndrome(28.9 %),16 qi deficiency syndrome(5.2 %),2 blood-heat syndrome(0.6 %),and no yang deficiency syndrome and blood deficiency syndrome.The distribution of syndrome types showed as follows: 107 cases of single type(34.7 %),115 cases combined two types(37.3 %),53 cases combined three types(17.2 %),2 cases combined four types(0.6 %) and 31 without any types(10.1 %).Conclusion Damp-heat syndrome,blood stasis syndrome,yin deficiency syndrome are the base of clinical complicated types of diabetes,and damp-heat syndrome has become the most common syndrome type of diabetes in clinic.

摘要:Objective To find out the expressive laws of dependent protein kinase inhibitor related to cell cycle(P15) in different encephalic regions of rapid aging model of Alzheimer’s disease(AD) in white mice(SAMP8),and acupuncture effects on these expressions.Methods All 15 mice of rapid aging(10 months old) were randomly divided into the normal group,moder group and acupuncture group(each n=5).The positive cell number of P15 in the regions of cortex,hippocampus,striatum and olfactory bulb were determined by using immunohistochemical assay and pathological image analysis technique.Results The expressions of P15 in above-mentioned four encephalic regions had the same trend in the normal group and SAMP8 group.The expression of P15 in olfactory region was higher significantly than those in other 3 regions.The expression of P15 increased in hippocampus region and decreased in striatum region and olfactory region in the SAMP8 group.The difference between two groups was significant statistically.Acupuncture could down-regulate the expressions of P15 in the regions of cortex and hippocampus,which was significant statistically.Conclusion The cell apoptosis in hippocampus region,and proliferation in the regions of striatum and olfactory bulb are important pathological changes of AD.Acupuncture can relieve the cell apoptosis in the regions of cortex and hippocampus,which are new view of AD treatment with acupuncture at molecular level.
