摘要:Objective To study the superficial signs of brain collateral damage by internal toxin of stroke in clinic,to discuss the thought and method,and to analyze initially the symptom characteristics of brain collateral damage by internal toxin of stroke.Method The clinical characteristics of stroke before and after its onset were integrated with clinical features of pathogenic wind in causing diseases.The changes of equivocal symptoms and signs,and intensity,range and period of relevant symptoms were analyzed before and after the onset of stroke.The relationship between these clinical characteristics and brain collateral damage by internal toxin were investigated.Result In the aspect of symptom some clinical symptoms and signs should be paid attention to,such as fatigue,dizziness,bad-response,dim complexion,and changes of appetite,sleep,mood,tongue and pulse.Conclusion The clinical superficial signs of brain collateral damage by internal toxin of stroke can be observed along with the study development,which may be an organic combination of relevant symptoms,signs,symptom changes and physiochemical indexes.

摘要:The research on the theory of zang-manifestations is a fundamental theoretical problem,which is worthy of studying and researching.The recognition on zang-fu by Chinese medicine is a functional synthesis based on the factors of anatomy,and expressed as zang-manifestations.Zang-manifestations have the objective characteristics including phenomenon making up of element,inside true and outside false,dynamic space and time,and poly-dimension interface,which are related to TCM holism,i.e.human body corresponding to the nature.The study on the laws of the normal physiological changes of the body in four seasons is important to the investigation of TCM theory of zang-manifestations.

摘要:The literature about the research on the standardization of TCM syndrome manifestations since 2000 was reviewed and studied systemically.The main research methods of gaining syndrome differentiation information,establishing and validating syndrome differentiation criterion according to the research order were summarized,and then the advantages and disadvantages were analyzed.The adaptation of the standardization of TCM syndrome manifestations with mathematic-statistics method was poor;the control of judging and modifying the mathematic-statistics results with professional knowledge was difficult;and the coherence of validating the syndrome manifestation criterion with curative effect was deficient.To reflect on the current researches was just for establishing scientific criterion of TCM syndrome manifestations as early as possible,and contributing the improvement of TCM curative effect and establishment of its evaluation system.

摘要:Objective To investigate the changes of expression and genetic transcription of choline acetyltransferase(ChAT) in CA1 subfield of hippocampus in rats with chronic hypoperfusion,and observe the influence of 3,4-oxo-isopropylidene-shikimic acid(ISA) on these changes.Methods The rats were divided into the sham-operation group,model group,Hydergine group,ISA group 1(100 mg/kg),ISA group 2(50 mg/kg) and ISA group 3(25 mg/kg).The brain paraffin sections were stained by immunohistochemistry method after bilateral carotid ligation and amputation for 8 weeks and heart perfusion and fixation in rats.The ChAT position and relevant quantitative expression in CA1 subfield of hippocampus were determined.The total mRNA of CA1 subfield of hippocampus in rats was extracted and the expression of ChAT mRNA was detected by polymerase chain reaction(PCR) of fluorescent quantitative real-time technique.Results After chronic hypoperfusion for 65 days the positive products of immuno-reaction in CA1 subfield of hippocampus mostly distributed in pyramidal neuron plasma and axons.In the model group the protein expressions of ChAT and ChAT mRNA were much lower than those in the sham-operation group(P<0.05),while those in different ISA groups increased in varying degrees(P<0.05) compared with those in the model group.In ISA group 1 the expression of ChAT mRNA increased very significantly(P<0.05).In other two ISA groups and Hydergine group the expression of ChAT mRNA had no obvious changes(P>0.05).Conclusion ISA can increase the protein and gene expressions of ChAT in CA1 subfield of hippocampus in rats with chronic hypoperfusion.
摘要:Objective To observe the influences of Kaiyuqingwei Granules on Fas antigen and Fas ligand of pancreatic tissue in rats with streptozotocin-induced diabetes.Methods Experimental Wistar rats were divided into 4 groups: the normal group(normal saline water,3 mL/each),model group(normal saline water,3 mL/each),Chinese medicinal group(Kaiyuqingwei Granules,36 g/kg) and metformin group(metformin,0.5 g/kg).After 4 weeks the levels of blood sugar,serum insulin and glucagon were determined,and the expressions of Fas antigen and Fas ligand of pancreatic tissue were observed by using immunohistochemistry method respectively in different groups.Results The levels of blood sugar and glucagon were higher significantly in the model group,Chinese medicinal group and metformin group than those in the normal group(P<0.05),while there was no difference among the model group,Chinese medicinal group and metformin group(P>0.05).In the model group the expression of Fas antigen increased and the expression of Fas ligand was weak.After 4 weeks the level of blood sugar decreased,the expression of Fas antigen induced and the expression of Fas ligand increased in Chinese medicinal group and metformin group.The decrease of Fas antigen expression in Chinese medicinal group was more significant.The levels of serum insulin and glucagons had no significant changes in Chinese medicinal group and metformin group(P>0.05).Conclusion Kaiyuqingwei Granules has a protective effect on pancreatic tissue.

摘要:Objective To observe the effect of tanshinone IIA on the proliferation of rat mesangial cell(RMC) and the gene promoter activities of human TGF-β1.Methods The effect of tanshinone IIA on the proliferation of RMC was observed by using methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium(MTT) test.The segments of gene promoters of human TGF-β1 in different lengths and reporter gene of chloramphenicol acetyltransferase(CAT) were constructed to the recombination plasmid phTGF 2.14,which was transformed to rat RMC by liposome method and then intervened by tanshinone IIA in different concentrations(1 mg/L,5 mg/L and 10 mg/L).The activities of CAT reporter gene were detected by using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results Tanshinone IIA(10 mg/L)had remarkable inhibitory effect on the proliferation of RMC in the tanshinone IIA groups with a significant difference compared with that in the control group(P<0.01).In tanshinone IIA groups when the concentration of tanshinone IIA was 1 mg/L or 5 mg/L the expression activities of the recombination plasmid phTGF 2.14 had no changes.When the concentration of tanshinone IIA was 10 mg/L the expression activities of the recombination plasmid phTGF 2.14 were inhibited,and had a significant difference compared with those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Tanshinone IIA has inhibitory effect on the proliferation of RMC.When its concentration is 10 mg/L,tanshinone IIA can also inhibit the gene promoter activities of human TGF-β1.
摘要:Objective To investigate the general laws of prominent TCM doctors for treating coronary heart disease(CHD).Method A database of diagnosing and treating CHD was set up on the basis of 115 typical medical records from prominent TCM doctors.The syndrome factors and relevant studies were analyzed and conducted by using support vector machine(SVM).Result There were mainly 8 syndrome factors draw,including blood stasis,turbid phlegm,qi deficiency,yang insufficiency,yin deficiency,inner heat,blood deficiency and qi stagnation.The quantitative diagnosis was confirmed and CHD characteristics were explained.The laws of medicate administration for above mentioned 8 syndrome factors were summed up from prominent TCM doctors for treating CHD.Conclusion The study on the syndrome factors reveals the diagnostic connotation and laws of medicate administration from prominent TCM doctors for differentiation and treatment of CHD with Chinese medicine.

摘要:Objective To observe the influence of Feixian Formula on lung quotiety and pulmonary pathological changes in rats with bleomycin-induced pulmonary fibrosis,and study its therapeutic effect on pulmonary fibrosis.Methods The model of pulmonary fibrosis was established by perfusion of bleomycin(1 mg/kg) through tracheal intubation in male Wistar rats.All rats then were divided into the sham-operated group,model group,prednisone group and Feixian Formula group.After 24 hours the rats were given drugs respectively by intragastric administration once a day.On the 14th,28th and 45th day after the establishment of the model the lung quotiety was computered,the pulmonary pathological changes were detected,the alveolitis and pulmonary fibrosis were classified,and the area density and number density of collagen fibers were analyzed by using Masson section staining.Results In the Feixian Formula group the lung quotiety was lower significantly on the 28th and 45th day than that on the 14th day(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance of other groups between different time points.In the model group,prednisone group and Feixian Formula group there were pathological changes of alveolitis and pulmonary fibrosis.On the 45th day the pulmonary fibrosis was slighter in the Feixian Formula group than that in the model group or prednisone group.On the 28th day the alveolitis was slighter in the Feixian Formula group than that in the model group significantly(P<0.05).On the 45th day the degree of pulmonary fibrosis was decreased significantly in the Feixian Formula group than that in the model group(P<0.05).The quantitative analysis showed that the area density and number density of collagen fibers were decreased significantly in the Feixian Formula group than that in the model group or prednisone group(P<0.05) on the 45th day.Conclusion Feixian Formula has some effects of relieving pulmonary fibrosis,and reducing the lung quotiety in rats with bleomycin-induced pulmonary fibrosis in a short time.
摘要:Objective To investigate the influence of Xueyudanhuang Ointment on dermal ulceration and oxidative stress induced by epirubicin in mice.Methods The model of chronic dermal ulceration was established by the intradermal injection of epirubicin(2 g/L) in 72 Balb/c male mice,and then the mice were randomly divided into 4 groups(each n=18),including the model group,recombinant human epidermal growth factor(rh-EGF) group,Trolox group and Xueyudanhuang Ointment group.The drugs were administrated every other day until the dermal ulceration healing.After 13 and 27 days 6 mice were chosen from each group respectively and the control group was set up(n=10).The ulceration area was analyzed by using Image Pro-plus software,the levels of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and malondialdehyde(MDA) were detected by using spectrophotometer,and the histological and collagen changes in ulceration were observed by using the stain methods of HE,Masson and Sirius red.Results Xueyudanhuang Ointment improved the healing of dermal ulceration.The average healing time was shortened from 29.75 days in the control group to 26.16 days in the Xueyudanhuang Ointment group,which was almost as the same as that in the rhEGF group(26.29 days).Xueyudanhuang Ointment also promoted the repairing of epidermal cells and collagen of dermal ulceration.The injury of oxidative stress was serious 13 days after the model establishment,showed as SOD activity was(9.67±2.80) U/mg,and MDA level was(15.48±3.72) μmol/g.After the treatment with Xueyudanhuang Ointment SOD activity increased to(16.64±5.20) U/mg and MDA level decreased to(10.86±1.30) μmol/g.There was a significant difference compared with those in the control group(P<0.05).The wlceration was healed initially 27 days after the establishment of the model,and SOD activities and MDA levels were almost normal in all group.Conclusion Xueyudanhuang Ointment can improve the scabbing of dermal ulceration,shorten the healing time.The mechanism may be related to that it can promote the repairing of epidermal cells and collagen of dermal ulceration,relieve the injury of oxidative stress and increase the antioxidant activity in mice.
摘要:Objective To observe the changes of adrenal indexes,adrenocorticotropic hormone(ACTH) and corticosterone(CORT) of plasma before and after the intervene of adrenocortical hormone in the mouse model of immune thrombocytopenic purpura(ITP),and the regulative effect of Modified Xiaochaihu Granules(MXG) on hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenal system.Methods The mouse model of ITP was established and then divided into 5 groups,including the normal group,model group,MXG group,hormone group and MXG combined hormone group.Besides of the normal group other groups were given medicates respectively 7 days after the model establishment(30 mL/kg) once a day for 14 days.The eye blood was taken from mice for the detection of the levels of ACTH and CORT by using radio immmundassay,and adrenal gland was taken and weighed 21 days after the model establishment.Results The adrenal indexes and levels of ACTH and CORT decreased in the model group with a significant difference compared with those in the normal group(P<0.05).In the MXG group the adrenal indexes and levels of ACTH and CORT increased with a significant difference compared with those in the model group(P<0.05).In the hormone group the decrease of adrenal indexes and levels of ACTH and CORT was more significant with a significant difference compared with those in the model group(P<0.05).In the MXG combined hormone group each index was up-regulated with a significant difference compared with those in the hormone group(P<0.05).Conclusion The mouse model of ITP had a lower function of the hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenal system manifestated as the decrease of adrenal indexes and levels of ACTH and CORT.After the intervene of hormone the function was inhibited more.Modified Xiaochaihu Granules has up-regulative and protective effects on the hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenal system.
摘要:Objective To set up a analysis method of fingerprint chromatogram of Polygonum multiflorum Thunb.by RP-HPLC,and lay a basis for the quality control of medical material of Polygonum multiflorum Thunb.Method RP-HPLC was used on a chromatographic column of SunfireTM C18.Acetonitrile-formic acid water solution(0.1%) was taken as the gradient elution,and the mobile phase was at flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.The detection wavelength was at 280 nm and the analysis time was 60 min.HPLC fingerprint chromatograms of 10 batches of crude material of Polygonum multiflorum Thunb.and 10 batches of prepared Polygonum multiflorum Thunb.were analyzed.Result Under the above chromatographic conditions the characteristic peak of fingerprint chromatograms of crude material of Polygonum multiflorum Thunb.was composed of 13 chromatographic peaks,and that of prepared Polygonum multiflorum Thunb.was composed of 11 chromatographic peaks through the analysis of similarity.The results could be used for the determination and quality appraisal of the fingerprint chromatogram of Polygonum multiflorum Thunb.produced from different areas.Conclusion The fingerprint chromatogram set up by RP-HPLC is stable and repeatable,which can be used for not only the quality control but also the research on effective principles of Polygonum multiflorum Thunb.
摘要:Objective To extract and separate the composition of polysaccharide from Humulus scandens,and study its composition,properties and molecular weight.Methods The crude polysaccharide,after the water extracting-alcohol precipitation and deproteinization,was separated and purified by using the chromatographic columns of Sephadex G-100 and Sepharose CL-4B respectively.The components of polysaccharide were determined by using thin layer chromatography(TLC) and gas chromatography(GC).The relative molecular weight of polysaccharide was determined by using gel chromatography.Results There were 3 kinds of homogeneous polysaccharides(HSP-1,HSP-2 and HSP-3) separated from the extract of water soluble polysaccharide of Humulus scandens,among which the monosaccharide of HSP-1 consisted of ribose,arabinose,xylose,mannose,glucose and galactose with the molar ratio being 0.35∶0.32∶0.13∶0.13∶0.29∶1.00.The average molecular weight of HSP-1 was 4.3×104.Conclusion HSP-1 is the main component of polysaccharide of Humulus scandens,which is extracted from whole Humulus scandens for the first time.

摘要:Objective To study the conditions and parameters of macroporous adsorption resin for enriching 5-hydroxymethyl furfural(5-HMF) in the water extract of Erhuang Capsules.Methods The resin type was determined through the investigation on the static and dynamic indexes of adsorption taken 5-HMF as indicator.The time of adsorption,sample volume and the volume ratio of resin were observed by using single factor test,and the parameters was optimized by using orthogonal test.Results The result of orthogonal test showed that the major factor influencing on the purification of Erhuang Capsules by macroporous adsorption resin included the proportion of diameter to height of resin column,and the concentration of Erhuang Capsules solution.The best refining process condition was as follows: the volume ratio of Erhuang Capsules to resin was 1∶4,the ratio of diameter to height of resin column was 1∶8,the sample concentration of Erhuang Capsules solution was 1∶8,and the adsorption flow rate was 1 mL/min.Conclusion The content of 5-HMF was remained above 90% after the purification by macroporous adsorption resin.The refining process of water extract of Erhuang Capsules by macroporous adsorption resin is available.
摘要:Objective To investigate the risk factors and TCM syndrome factor characteristics in the patients with restenosis after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods The TCM syndromes in 100 patients with restenosis after PCI were taken were determined and 43 without restenosis after PCI were taken as the control.The relevant risk factors were analyzed by using non-condition Logistic regression method.Results The common syndrome factors included blood stasis,qi deficiency,yin defiency,turbid phlegm and yang insufficiency in the patients with restenosis after PCI.The independent risk factors included smoking,diabetes,hyperlipidemia,blood-stasis syndrome,turbid-phlegm syndrome and qi-deficiency syndrome.Conclusion The comprehensive intervention integrated TCM and Western medicine,including avoiding smoking and passive smoking,controlling diabetes and hyperlipidemia,taking Chinese medicates and formulas with the effects of activating blood circulation,removing stasis,resolving phlegm,dredging collaterals and replenishing qi,may be an effective and available therapy for preventing and treating the restenosis after PCI.
摘要:Objective To observe the curative effect and safety of Lihuo Pills for treating cyclomastopathy in clinic and to investigate its influence on serum levels of sexual hormones of luteal phase in the patients with cyclomastopathy.Method The patients with cyclomastopathy(n=300) were chosen and divided randomly into the treatment group(n=200) treated with Lihuo Pills orally,and the control group(n=100) treated with Rupixiao Capsules orally.One treatment course was for 3 months and then the cured patients were followed up for 3 months.From two groups random 50 cases were selected respectively for the detection of the serum levels of estradiol(E2),progesterone(P),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),luteal hormone(LH),prolactin(PRL) and testosterone(T) in luteal phase before and after the treatment.Result The total effective rate was 91% in the treatment group with a stable long-term effect,which was much higher than that in the control group.In the treatment group the serum levels of E2 and PRL decreased,P level increased,and the levels of FSH,LH and T was not significant different after the treatment.In the control group the serum levels of E2 and PRL decreased,levels of P and T increased after the treatment with significant difference.Conclusion Lihuo Pills had reliable curative effect on cyclomastopathy with no obvious side effects.It can relieve,to some extent,the disorder of sexual hormone level in the patients with cyclomastopathy.
