      摘要:The academic essence of "Yi Lin Gai Cuo" ,written by Wang Qing-ren,resides in elucidating the theories about qi and blood. His formula composing ideas deserve to be chewed over,inherited and developed. He created a series of formulae of regulating qi and promoting blood circulation represented by Buyanghuanwu Decoction for the syndrome of blood stasis due to qi deficiency,which indicates that regulating qi aims at promoting blood circulation and places emphasis on invigorating qi and the use of Huangqi. While as to the syndrome of stagnation of qi and blood stasis,regulating qi aims at smoothing the liver to achieve normal ascending and descending,activating qi and promoting blood circulation. He standed for the therapeutic methods of ’treating the cold with heat’ to treat the blood stasis caused by cold and ’treating the heat with cold’ to which caused by heat. The treatment of blood stasis caused by blood deficiency should be dispersing the blood stasis based on nourishing blood. Furthermore,Wang flexibly applied the therapy of resolving,dissipating,removing,dissolving,dispersing,breaking,heating and dissolving on the basis of treating deficiency with tonifying method. All in all,it is essential to lay equal stress on both deficiency and excess to strengthen the vital qi without retaining the evil and eliminate the evil without injuring the vital qi,and it is important to make both large and minor prescriptions according to the situations whether urgent or not through excellent medications so as to invigorate qi,blood and body fluid and nourish the four limbs and skeleton; achieve normal ascending,descending,exiting and entering,following their separate ways; obtain the relative equilibrium of yin and yang of the zang and fu and the vigorous function of the five Zang-organs; attain the smooth of channels and collaterals to reach the safety and homeostasis of the human-beings.

      摘要:In the theory system of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),Wu Xing is a joint name of Mu,Huo,Tu,Jin and Shui. In Chinese,they are the same words with wood,fire,earth,metal and water,but they do not mean these five kinds of material or elements. Wu Xing means five kinds of moving tendencies of qi. The ancients draw a conclusion to the annual regular motion of qi by a great deal of systematic or scientific study on the natural phenomenon and human beings,and named it as Wu Xing. When the handle of Triones points to the east,it is the season of spring on the Northern Hemisphere. According to carefully observation of the nature,the outspread movement of qi,which was named Mu qi,dominates the life phenomenon in spring. When the handle of Triones points to the south,it is the season of summer on the Northern Hemisphere. According to carefully observation of the nature,the up movement of qi,which was named Huo qi,dominates the life phenomenon in summer. When the handle of Triones points to the west,it is the season of autumn on the Northern Hemisphere. According to carefully observation of the nature,the indrawn movement of qi,which was named Jin qi,dominates the life phenomenon in autumn. When the handle of Triones points to the north,it is the season of winter on the Northern Hemisphere. According to carefully observation of the nature,the down movement of qi,which was named Shui qi,dominates the life phenomenon in winter. Between summer and autumn,there is another season called long summer in Chinese. The dominant movement of qi in long summer is calm and changeless,which is called Tu qi. The doctrine of Wu Xing describes both an inter-promotion cycle and an inter-inhibition cycle of interactions. The inter-promotion cycle is Mu→Huo→Tu→Jin→Shui→Mu,following the order of seasons. The inter-inhibition cycle is Mu→Tu→Shui→Huo→Jin→Mu. These interactions can adjust the movement of qi to be a relative balance state in one year. After the evolution of billions year,it gave birth to the world of life. Every life on the earth has been indelibly marked by Wu Xing. In Huang Di Nei Jing,Wu Xing and Yin Yang were seen as the original and essential conditions of life. The doctrine of Wu Xing is the research on the motion and transformation of qi in the ancient time. It is also a study of natural science on the origin and movement rules of life.

      摘要:Dementia is characterized by a group of syndromes including bad memory and intellectual impairment,lost ability of social activities and activities of daily living,which is considered to be caused by aging and deterioration of the brain. The wu-shen zang theory is bases on the fact of five-zang organs related to emotions of the TCM theory,which recapitulates the core theory of TCM on encephalopathy. The metabolism and intellectual activities of human being are the fundamental functions of the five-zang organs in TCM theory,the brain controls the five-zang organs. Dementia is related to the disorder of the functions of wu-shen zang. This unique theory demonstrates the epistemology of wholism and the spirit-body unification,also a new conception of the TCM pathogenesis of dementia.

      摘要:Objective To observe the antiasthmatic effect and impact of Jiaweisan’ao Decoction on pulmonary function,and to investigate the experimental perspective of antiasthmatic effect of Jiaweisan’ ao Decoction (JWSAD).Methods Seventy Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats and Seventy guinea pigs were randomly divided into five groups:model control group,(n=14); low dose group,(n=14); medium dose group,(n=14); high dose group,(n=14),respectively corresponding 4,8 and 16 times with the adult dosage; dexamethasone (DEX) group,(n=14,1 mg/kg/d). The asthmatic model were sensitized by intraperitoneal injection of OVA and challenged with nebulized OVA,and control group were only intraperinoeal injected with normal saline. Every asthmatic latency periods and pulmonary function parameters were recorded.Result Both JWSAD and DEX prolonged the specific asthmatic latent period in OVA-challenged guinea pigs. Compared to model control group,low and medium dose group showed significant difference (respective,P<0.01,P<0.05),while there was no significant difference between high dose and control group (P>0.05). Pulmonary parameters indicated that there was no significant difference among inspiration resistance(Ri),expiration resistance(Re),lung compliance(Cl),maximal voluntary ventilation(MVV),forced expiration flow 25%~75%(FEF 25%~75%),peak expiratory flow (PEF),(P>0.05). While,forced vital capacity (FVC) of model control model was significantly decreased when compared with normal group(P<0.01),which of administration groups(low,medium,high dose of JWSAD and DEX groups) were significantly increased when compared with model control group(P<0.05 for all JWSAD groups,P<0.01 for DEX group); compared to normal group,forced expiratory volume in 0.2s/forced vital capacity(FEV0.2/FVC) of model control group was significantly decreased(P<0.01),and FEV0.2/FVC of administration groups were significantly increased compared to model control group (P<0.01).Conclusion JWSAD showed spasmolysis effect on bronchial smooth muscles,relieved the airway hyperresponsiveness in asthmatic guinea pigs and improved respiratory function in the OVA-challenged rats.

      摘要:objective To study the effect of a formula for heart-clearing and spirit-nourishing(FHS) on apoptosis of cardiac muscle cells of rats with stress.Methods High performance liquid phase was adopted to detect the catecholamine level in serum of rats; TUNEL,DNA Ladder and flow cytometer methods were used to detect the apoptosis of rats’ cardiac muscle cells. There were strees model group(SM),FHS group(FHS),propranolol dinitrate group(positive control)(PD) and Zhushaanshen Pills group(positive control)(ZP) in vivo experiment; there were stress model group(SM),FHS group,propranolol dinitrate group(positive control)(PD) in vitro experiment.Results The plasm NE level increased in week 1 and week 4 of stress(P<0.05) and the E and DA level increased in week1 and week 4 of stress(P<0.05) in the SM group,while the catecholamine levels raised by stress were decreased in the FHS group,PD group and ZP group. But in week 2,the levels of NE and DA were higher in the FHS and ZP group than those in the SM group. In week 1,week 2 and week 4 of the stress TUNEL coloration showed that apoptotic cardiac muscle cells were fewer in the FHS group,PD group and ZP group than those in the SM group(P<0.05). In vitro experiments,cardiac muscle cell apoptosis both in the early and in the late stage at 12 h,24 h and 48 h of stress induced by NE were significantly increased. Compared with the SM group,the apoptotic cells decreased markedly at 24 h and 48 h of stress,with the significant differences(P<0.05). The FHS showed more significant effect on the early stage apoptosis than PD(P<0.05). In vitro experiment,there were no apoptotic characteristic straps in each group detected by DNA Landder detection.Conclusion FHS has biphasic regulation effect on catecholamine level in blood serum of stressful rats; FHS can resist the cardiac muscle cell apoptosis e induced by stress.

      摘要:Objective To investigate the changes in expression levels of brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) and tyrosine kinase B (TrkB) receptor in hippocampal CA1 region of permanent forebrain ischemia rats.Methods Permanent occlusion of bilateral common carotid arteries were performed to establish the rat permanent forebrain ischemia model. 8 weeks after surgery rats were perfused intracardially. The protein levels of BDNF and TrkB in hippocampal CA1 subfield were probed with immunohistochemistry staining and western blot.Results The immunoreactive products of BDNF distributed in the cytoplasm,neucli and axons of pyramidal neurons within hippocampal CA1 subfield. The protein level of BDNF was higher in model group than in sham-operated group (P<0.05). The immunoreactive products of TrkB distributed in the cytoplasm and axons of pyramidal neurons within hippocampal CA1 subfield. But the protein level of TrkB didn’t change significantly in model rats,compared to sham-operated rats (P>0.05).Conclusion Permanent occlusion of bilateral common carotid arteries could induce the increase in BDNF expression level,but didn’t remarkably impact the TrkB expression.

      摘要:Objective To explore the possible ill collaterals mechanism of heart and brain injury in type II diabetes.Methods After being fed with high-lipid forage for 28W,KKAy diabetes mice were sacrificed. Serum and tissues of heart and brain were acquired. Glucose (GLU),triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol (TC),low density lipoprotein-cholesterol (LDL-C) and high density lipoprotein-cholesterol (HDL-C) in serum were detected by automatic biochemical methods. The changes of sICAM-1 and E-selectin in serum were examined by ELISA. 6-keto-prostaglandin F1α (6-Keto-PGF1α) and thromboxane B2 (TXB2) in serum were detected by radio-immunoassay. The pathological morphological changes of heart and brain tissues were observed by light microscope and electronic microscope.Results Compared with the normal mice,GLU,TG,TC、LDL-C and HDL-C in KKAy mice serum increased apparently(P<0.01). sICAM-1,E-selectin and TXB2 increased remarkably,whereas 6-Keto-PGF1α and ratio of 6-Keto-PGF1α/ TXB2 decreased remarkably (P<0.01). The pathological morphological changes could be observed in evidence.Conclusion GLU,TG,TC,LDL-C,sICAM-1,E-selectine,6-Keto-PGF1α and TXB2 might participate in the injury course of heart and brain in type II diabetes. Their toxic effects embodies forming mechanism of ill collaterals.

      摘要:Objective To study the effect of Jianpibushenjiedu Formula(JPBSJDF) on lung carcinoma and its mechanism.Methods The mice-transplanted Lewis lung cancer were randomly divided into model control group; JPBSJDF high dosage group,medium dosage group and low dosage group;cisplatin(DDP)group;JPBSJDF high dosage ,medium and low dosage combined respectively with DDP group. The drug-serum with JPBSJDF high and low dosage group,and model control group from tumor-bearing animals were prepared. The effect of JPBSJDF on antitumor of mice Lewis lung carcinoma and its drug-serum on cell cycle of human lung carcinoma A549 cells were observed respectively.Results JPBSJDF had certain inhibitory effect on mice Lewis lung carcinoma,and enhanced inhibitary and lethal effect of DDP to lung carcinoma cells. JPBSJDF drug-serum could significantly block the A549 cells at the G0-G1 phase,which decreased cell ratio in the S phase (P<0.01).Conclusion JPBSJDF has effect of antitumor and synergy. Tumor cell cycle inhibiting probably contributes to this effect.

      摘要:Objective To observe the effects of alcohol extract from Prismatomeris tetrandra (AEPT) on TGF-β1 expression and collagen I (COLI) and collagen III(COLⅢ)levels in the liver of tats with liver fibrosis induced by Carbon Tetrachlotide (CCl4).Methods Wistar rats were divided into 6 groups:normal group,model group,solvent group,AEPT high-dose group,AEPT medium-dose group,AEPT low-dose group. The model with livery fibrosis was induced by the multiple subcutaneous injections of 40% CCl4,3 mL/kg,twice a week for 8 weeks. The rats were sacrificed after the 8 weeks. The necrotic degree of liver tissue and deposition change of collagen fibre were observed after the HE and Masson stain. The expression of TGF-β1 ,COLI and COLⅢ were observed by immunohistochemistry.Results In the AEPT groups,the expression of COLI and COLⅢ were found in the portal regions,vascular wall and bile duct wall,the stain was less and lighter than that in the model group; TGF-β1 showed lower expression only in portal regions and central veins.Conclusion The alcohol extract from Prismatomeris tetrandra showed the protective effects for liver fibrosis and could alleviate the degree of degeneration and necrosis induced by CCl4.

      摘要:Objective To discusse the effect of Jingguishenqi Pills on apoptosis regulating gene expression of Corti of cochlea in guinea pig with cochlear deafness induced by gentamicin.Methods The guinea pig model of cochlear deafness was established by intramuscular injection with gentamicin 100 mg/(kg·d). Then the guinea pigs in the therapy group were treated daily with Jingguishenqi Pills. The guinea pigs were killed and cochlear Specimens were taken out. Immunohistochemical method was applied to detect the Bax and Bcl-2 expressions and histological changes were observed under the electron microscopy.Results The Bax expression in the model group was higher than that in the normal group and the treatment group (P<0.01); there was not statistically significant difference between the treatment group and the normal group in Bax protein expression. The normal group has a certain amount of Bcl-2 protein expression,Bcl-2 protein expression in the treatment group was higher than in the model group (P<0.05),and expression in these two groups were all reduced remarkably (P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion By inhibiting the expression of Bax,Jingguishenqi Pills regulates Bcl-2 protein expression and is resistant to guinea pig cochlea apoptosis caused by gentamicin.

      摘要:Objective To investigate the influence of Jiangtangmingmu Decoction on the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) in the retinas of diabetic mouse.Methods The mice were randomly divided into normal control group( group A),diabetes model group (group B) and Jiangtangmingmu Decoction treatment group(group C). The mouse model of diabetic was established by abdominal injection of streptozotocin. After 3 months,all mice were killed and the expression of VEGF and bFGF in the retina were detected by western blot.Results The expressions of VEGF and bFGF in the Jiangtangmingmu Decoction treatment group were lower than that in the diabetic model group,but higher than that in the normal control group,both with significant differences(P<0.05,P<0.05).Conclusions Jiangtangmingmu Decoction has the therapeutic effect on diabetic retinopathy,which may be related to inhibiting the expression of VEGF and bFGF in retinas of diabetic mouse. the expression of VEGF and bFGF in retinas of diabetic mouse.

      摘要:Objective To observe the effect of Xianting nasal spray on epileptic rats induced by penicillin and analyze the feasibility of treating epilepsy by nasal administration.Methods 40 Wistar rats were divided into 4 groups randomly (n=10):normal control group,epileptic model group,low dose treated group and high dose treated group. The experimental groups were assigned to receive low dose or high dose suspension of Xianting nasal spray by nasal administration. The normal control group and the epileptic model group were given equal volume of distilled water. 10 d later,the epileptic model group and the experimental groups were injected with penicillin intraperitoneally,and the normal control group was treated with equal volume of aqua for injection. The behavior,latent period of epilepsy seizure and level of epilepsy attack among 4 groups were observed and compared.Results Compared with epileptic model group,Xianting nasal spray treated groups showed a prolonged latent period and diminished level of epileptic behavior.Conclusions Xianting nasal spray had a conspicuous anti-epilepsy effect on epileptic rats induced by penicillin. It is feasible to treat epilepsy by way of nasal administration.

      摘要:Objective To extract ursolic acid and oleanolic acid from Ilex cornuta Lindl. ex Paxt. by supersonic technology and develop a RP-HPLC-PAD method to determine the content of ursolic acid and oleanolic acid simultaneously.Method Ursolic acid and oleanolic acid were separated and analyzed on Kromasil C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) using methanol-0.2% aqueous solution of phosphoric acid (88∶12) as mobile phase at flow rate of 0.8 mL/min. UV detection was at 210 nm and the column temperature was 30 ℃. The compounds were identified by retention time data and spectral characteristics and quantified by peak area.Results There were both good linear correlations between the concentrations and peak areas of the components with the correlation coefficients of 0.999 9. An average recovery of 99.12% was obtained with a RSD of 1.2%(n=6) in the range of 0.443~7.088 μg for ursolic acid,and an average recovery of 98.76% was obtained with a RSD of 1.7%(n=6) in the range of 0.247~3.952 μg for oleanolic acid.Conclusion RP-HPLC-PAD method was proved to be sensitive,fast and accurate. It can be used for the determination of ursolic acid and oleanolic acid in Ilex cornuta Lindl. ex Paxt.

      摘要:Objective To establish a RP-HPLC method for simultaneous determination of contents of gallic acid,corilagin and ellagic acid in Phyllanthus urinaria L.Methods The determination was carried out on a Diamonsil C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) column,a gradient elution of acetonitrile and 0.2 % acetic acid solution as the mobile phase at a flow rate 1.0 mL/min,and the detection wavelength was 270 nm,and the column temperature was at 30 ℃.Result The linear ranges of gallic acid,corilagin and ellagic acid were 0.2 μg~1.0 μg,0.8 μg~4.0 μg and 0.4 μg~3.2 μg,respectively,and the average recoveries of gallic acid,corilagin and ellagic acid were 100.76%,99.13% and 99.77%,respectively.Conclusion The method established is simple,accurate and reproducible. It can be used for simultaneously determinating the contents of gallic acid,corolagin and ellagic acid in Phyllanthus Urinaria L..

      摘要:Objective To study the chemical constituents of flavones in Lobelia chinensis Lour.Method The chemical constituents of flavones in Lobelia chinensis Lour were extracted with 70% ehtonal and isolated by various coloumn chromatography and recrystallization,and identified by various kinds of spectroscopic methods.Results 9 flavanoids were isolated and identified as apigenin(1),loteolin(2),Diosmetin(3),chrysoeriol(4),hesperidin(5),loteolin-7-O-β-D-glucoside(6),apigenin-7-O-β-D-glucoside(7),linarin(8)and diosmin(9).Conclusion All of these compouds were obtained from Lobelia chinensis Lour. for the first time.

      摘要:Objective To study the method for separating and purifying the total flavonoids in Crataegus pinnatifida Bge. (TFC) with macroporous adsorption resin FL-2.Methods According to the structural characteristic of flavone,the resin FL-2 was systematically studied for its adsorption capability. The technological conditions of the adsorption resin FL-2 for separation of TFC was selected. UV-Vis was used to measure the content of TFC.Results The macroporous adsorption resin FL-2 can be used to produce the TFC with high quality. The optimal technological conditions were:the flow velocity of adsorption,1 BV/h; the eluting reagent,60% ethanol; eluting velocity,2 BV/h. The purity and yield of the TFC were 68.71% and 4.78% with the technological conditions respectively.Conclusion It is a simple and efficient method to separate the total flavonoids from Crataegus pinnatifida Bge. by using FL-2 resin,and can be applied to manufacture.

      摘要:Objective To explore a new therapy of electro-acupuncture analgesia(EA)for labor,which uses choosing acupuncture points combination according to differentiation syndromes; to assess this new therapy versus other analgesic methods; and to investigate the factors associated with efficacy.Methods 391 precipitous women were randomized to four groups. The first group contained 92 cases who received labor analgesia using electro-acupuncture by choosing acupoints according to differentiation syndromes. The second group contained 114 cases that received TENS(transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation) analgesia. The third group contained 92 cases that used combined spinal-epidural analgesia,and the last group was a placebo-controlled group that contained 93 cases. The pain score and the change of plasma β-encephalin concentrations were measured during and after the delivery.Results The method of EA with acupoints according to differentiation syndromes had a much better effect. The mean VAS scores in the period of 30 min. to 2 hours after treatment were statistically significant lower ( P<0.05 ); and the maternal satisfaction was also elevated. But compared with the combined spinal-epidural analgesia,the effectiveness and the satisfaction in EA were distinctly lower (P<0.05).Conclusions Electro-acupuncture analgesia with acupoints according to differentiation syndromes is more effective in pain control and has higher maternal satisfaction than TENS. The optimal analgesia period was 30 min. to 1 hour,and the effect disappeared after the active phase. The therapeutic effects are different for different differentiation syndromes.

      摘要:Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Shengmaichenggu Capsules in treating patients with premature avascular necrosis of the femoral head(ANFH)after severe acute respiratory syndrome(SARS). Methods 17 patients with premature ANFH after SARS were treated with Shengmaichenggu Capsules. The therapeutic effect was evaluated by measuring the necrotic portion of MRI images (including measuring the index of the necrotic portion angle and area). Results The difference of the necrotic portion angle between after treatment and before treatment was significant (P<0.01); The difference of the index of necrotic portion area was significant (P<0.05);The hydrarthrosis and marrow dropsy were all improved after treatment,but there were no significant differences compared with those before treatment respectively (P>0.05). Conclusion Shengmaichenggu Capsules can diminish the necrotic portion,reduce hydrarthrosis and marrow dropsy.
