摘要:It is not enough to apply modern science and technology in the development of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) for the modernization of TCM.This is not only a medicine science problem,but also a philosophy problem.The breakthrough should be searched from philosophical category and mentality to solve the problem.Imaginal thinking and inspiration thinking were combed here included in systematic thinking and TCM holistic thinking.The difference between systematic thinking and TCM holistic thinking was expounded with systemic theory as its basic mode,which is the dialectical unity of reductionism and holism,and is different from instinctive thinking mode,such as imaginal thinking or inspiration thinking.Systematic thinking can replenish TCM holistic thinking and solve complexity questions,and offer the chance for the reform of TCM thinking mode and TCM development.

摘要:Cognition is a human’s recognition activity to the objective world.Diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) can be regarded as a complicated cognition process,in which physicians deal with the information from patients.The diagnostic methods of different physicians to the same patient are always not quite identical,because different physicians have different cognitions.The TCM diagnosis and treatment were explained in this paper from the view of cognition,and some characteristics of TCM diagnosis and treatment,such as initiative,integrity,routinization and dynamics,were analyzed emphatically based on cognition.The analysis not only embodied physician’ maximal activeness and flexibility,but also showed that physician liked a dynamic system,who accepted and absorbed new knowledge through his old knowledge structure.At the same time the construction of physician’s cognition was a process interrelated and interacted with social group thinking,which transformed recessive knowledge into dominant one at the level of mind.

摘要:With the rapid development of information technology,distance education for teaching of Chinese herbal drugs(CHD) will be an important development direction.The geometric modeling of CHD was obtained by applying the method of the construction of three-dimensional model based on virtual reality technology,which focused on the question of building of virtual Chinese medical materials in distance education of CHD.The surface texture images of Chinese medical materials were get through integrating image processing technology,and then the texture images were reflected on geometric modeling for realizing the construction of virtual Chinese medical materials.The outcomes of the study has opened a new thinking train for the construction of virtual Chinese medical materials in distance education of CHD.

摘要:The properties of 29 common exterior-releasing herbs,and the correlation between these herbs and their volatile constituents were analyzed because exterior-releasing herbs are rich in volatile constituents.The expressions of volatile constituents and exterior-releasing herbs containing these constituents were summed up in modern pharmacological effects.Three factors of "relieving exterior syndrome through sweating",and the effects of exterior-releasing herbs were put forward and scientific connotation of treatment of exterior syndrome with exterior-releasing herbs through sweating was explored initially.
摘要:Objective To discuss the mechanism of Kaiyuqingwei Granules(KG) for reliving insulin resistance in Ostuya long-Evans Tokushima fatty(OLETF) rats.Methods Female OLETF rats(32 weeks old) were randomly divided into 4 groups,including the model group,rosiglitazone group,KG group 1(with high dose of KG) and KG group 2(with low dose of KG).The normal control group was set up with Wistar rats(32 weeks old).After 4-week treatment respectively the levels of fasting blood glucose,insulin,glucagon,cortisol,motilin,insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1),and contents of serum triglyceride(TG) and cholesterol(CH) were detected in all groups after hyperglycemic clamp test.The histological changes were observed by HE staining of pancreas tissue section.Results KG had no obvious influences on the levels of fasting blood glucose,insulin,glucagons and motilin,but decreased the contents of serum cortisol,TG and CH,and increased IGF-1 level in OLETF rats.In the model group pancreas tissue showed fatty degeneration,inflammatory cell infiltration and fibrosis.In KG group 1 and KG group 2 the structures of pancreas tissue were much better than those in the model group.Conclusion The mechanism of KG for relieving insulin resistance in OLETF rats is related to that it can increase IGF-1 level,and decreased the contents of serum cortisol,TG and CH.KG can protect effectively the histomorphological structure of pancreas tissue in OLETF rats.

摘要:Objective To study the influence of methylglyoxal(MG) on hippocampal neural stem cells(NSCs) cultured in vitro and the intervention effect of Naokang Ⅱ in adult rats.Methods Hippocampal NSCs were cultured in vitro,and then intervened with MG(4 μmol) and medical serum of Naokang Ⅱ respectively for 48 hours.Hippocampal NSCs were stained by immunofluorescence of Nestin,β-Ⅲ-tubulin and DAPI,and the lengths of differentiated neuronal axons were calculated by Image J software.Results There was no significant difference among neuronal axons tagged by Nestin in different groups.In MG group positive hippocampal NSCs of β-Ⅲ-tubulin stain decreased significantly,and the lengths of neuronal axons were shorter significantly than those in other groups(P<0.05).The result of DAPI stain showed no karyorrhexis.Conclusion The accumulation of MG is related to the onset of cognitive impairment of diabetes through inhibiting the differentiation of NSCs.Naokang Ⅱ can antagonize the neurotoxicity of MG and promote the differentiation of NSCs.

摘要:Objective To investigate the influence of medical serum with effects of nourishing healthy qi and detoxication on the expression of phosphorylated 38 mitogen-activated protein kinases(P38MAPK) in human nicked-dyed bronchial epithelial(16HBE) cells,and explain the carcinogenic mechanism of nickel compound at the molecular level.Methods The expression of P38MAPK was observed by using Western blotting method after 16HBE cells were dealt with respectively the normal saline water,nickel sulfide(NiS) solution and different concentrations of solution combined NiS and medical serum with effects of nourishing healthy qi and detoxication(in high,medium and low doses).Afterwards the protein was extracted,given electrophoresis,transmembrane,locking,hybridization,development and elution.Results NiS solution activated significantly the expression of P38MAPK in 16HBE cells,and the higher the concentration of NiS sontution was,the larger the expression value of P38MAPK was,which showed a relationship of dose-effect.The medical serum inhibited significantly the expression of P38MAPK,especially in high and medium doses.The solution combined NiS and medical serum inhibited the expression of P38MAPK compared with NiS solution(P<0.01).Conclusion NiS can activate significantly the expression of P38MAPK in 16HBE cells,which may be the carcinogenic mechanism of nickel at the molecular level.The medical serum with effects of nourishing healthy qi and detoxicating can inhibit significantly the expression of P38MAPK in 16HBE cells,which is important to the prevention and treatment of cancer induced by nickel compound.

摘要:Objective To set up an analysis method of fingerprint chromatogram of Semen Cassiae by RP-HPLC,and lay a basis for the quality control of medical material of Semen Cassiae.Methods RP-HPLC was used on a chromatographic column of SunfireTM C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm),using acetonitrile-phosphoric acid water solution(0.1 %) as the gradient elution,and the mobile phase was at flow rate of 0.8 mL/min.The detection wavelength was at 280 nm and the analysis time was 120 minutes.HPLC fingerprint chromatograms of 10 batches of crude material of Semen Cassiae were analyzed.Results Under the above chromatographic conditions the characteristic peak of fingerprint chromatograms of crude material of Semen Cassiae was composed of 27 chromatographic peaks through similarity analysis.Conclusion The fingerprint chromatogram set up by RP-HPLC is stable and repeatable,which can be used for not only the quality control but also the research of effective principles of Semen Cassiae.
摘要:Objective To set up and compare the determination methods of fingerprint chromatograms of different decoction pieces of Rhubarb.Methods HPLC procedure was performed on a chromatographic column of kromasil C18.Methanol-glacial acetic acid water solution(1 %) was taken as the gradient elution,and the detection wavelength was at 280 nm and 430 nm.The mobile phase was at flow rate of 1.0 mL/min,and the temperature was 30 ℃.The similarity was calculated with fingerprint chromatogram software and the chromatograms were compared.Results The average similarity was over 0.9 in samples of different decoction pieces of Rhubarb of 10 batches.The HPLC fingerprint chromatograms of crude pieces,pieces roasted with millet wine and pieces roasted with vinegar were almost the same,while those of the prepared pieces and charring pieces were different from that of crude pieces of Rhubarb.Conclusion This method can be applied in the determination of fingerprint chromatograms of different decoction pieces of Rhubarb.The structure and quantitative ratio of prepared pieces and charring pieces were very different from those of crude pieces of Rhubarb.
摘要:Objective To establish a dual wavelength method of RP-HPLC for the quantitative determination of paeoniflorin and pentagalloylglucose in Paeonia lactiflora Pall.Methods The dual wavelength method of RP-HPLC was performed on a column of Hypersil ODS(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),using acetonitrile-phosphoric acid solution(0.05%,V/V) as the mobile phase in gradient elution.The flow rate was 10 mL/min,detection wavelength was 230 nm and 275 nm respectively,and the temperature was 25 ℃.Results Paeoniflorin showed a good linear relationship at range of 0.208 μg2.08 μg(r=0.999 9).The average recovery was 96.3 %.Pentagalloylglucose showed a good linear relationship at range of 0.04 μg0.4 μg(r=0.999 8).The average recovery was 98.9 %.Conclusion The method is simple,convenient,accurate and sensitive,which can be used for the quality control of Paeonia lactiflora Pall.
摘要:Objective To review the dissolution behavior of baicalin from Sanhuang Tablets of different batches produced by different producers in market.Method The content of baicalin was determined by using HPLC.The procedure of HPLC was performed on the chromatographic column of Dimansil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm).The mobile phase was CH3OH-0.1% H3PO4(51∶49),the detection wavelength was 280 nm and flow velocity was 1 mL/min.The determination conditions of dissolution were selected,accumulation dissolution curves were calculated,drawn and compared by similarity factor values(f2).Result The determination conditions of dissolution included paddle method with the rotating speed of 100 r/min and phosphate buffer(pH=7.2) as dissolution medium.The result of determination showed that the similarity factor values(f2) of baicalin dissolution curves of different batches of Sanhuang Tablets were all less than 50.Conclusion There was significant difference in baicalin dissolution among Sanhuang Tablets of different batches produced by different producers.
摘要:Objective To prepare oxymatrine(OMT) sustained-release pellets for twice-daily application.Methods The extrusion-spheronisation method was used to prepare the core of pellet,which then coated by bed coating technology.The single factor design was applied to review the amount of plasticizer,kinds and amount of porogenic agent,and the influence of coating weight on the dissolution of pellet.Results The formula of coating was optimized as follows: ethyl cellulose(EC) alcohol solution(5%),amount of plasticizer(DEP,20%),amount of porogenic agent(PVPK,2%),and coating weight(10%).The dissolutions in vitro of OMT sustained-release pellets at 1,4 and 8 hours were 30%33%,60%66% and above 80% respectively,which accorded with the requirement in 2005 edition of Chinese Pharmacopeias.Conclusion The preparation technique is stable with a good repeatability.
摘要:Objective To study the classification and diagnosis of TCM syndromes of lung cancer by using mathematical statistics of variable clustering analysis.Method The clinical materials,including symptoms,signs,and manifestations of tongue and pulse,were recorded in 350 patients with lung cancer by using epidemiological method,and then the materials were dealt with variable clustering analysis.Result The TCM syndromes in the patients were classified into 4 types,including the syndrome of turbid phlegm obstructing lung,syndrome of qi deficiency,syndrome of stagnated liver-qi transforming into fire,and syndrome of blood stasis blocking collaterals.The variable proportion was 71.58%,and main diagnostic points were determined for different syndromes initially.Conclusion The variable clustering analysis combined with expert`s opinion is helpful in the rational classification of TCM syndromes and initial research of main diagnostic points,which,meanwhile,provides theoretical foundation to a certain extent for the syndrome differentiation and treatment of lung cancer.
摘要:Objective To observe the influence of Wenshen’antai Decoction on pregnancy rate after re-transplant in the patients with the failure of in vitro fertilization-embryo transplant(IVF-ET).Method The patients(n=70) with one more time of IVF-ET failure were randomly divided into the treatment group(n=40) and control group(n=30).The treatment group was treated with Wenshen`antai Decoction on the basis of routine treatment after IVF-ET,and the control group was treated with Western medicine only.The pregnancy rates of two groups were calculated,and the influence of Wenshen`antai Decoction was observed on the pregnancy rate after re-transplant in the patients with multiple transplants faitures.Result The pregnancy rate after re-transplant in the treatment group was increased in the patents with multiple transplant failures(P<0.05),and the outcomes of the treatment group was better than those of the control group in improving pregnancy rate.Conclusion Wenshen`antai Decoction,with the effects of warming kidney,nourishing blood and activating blood circulation,can help the embryo implantation after combining with IVF-ET technology,and it is an effective method for treating sterility.

摘要:Objective To investigate the relationship between twirling reinforcement-reduction method and effect of reinforcement-reduction.Method Wistar male rats(n=50) were randomly divided into group A,B,C,D and E(each n=10).Besides group A the model of stress-induced hypertension was established by foot-shock and noise stimulation is other groups.Group A and B were assigned as the control group,group C was treated with acupuncture only,group D with twirling reinforcement method in left Taichong(LR3),and group E with twirling reduction method in left Taichong(LR3).The discharge of cervical sympathetic nerve in different groups was observed at a moment of needling.Result Before acupuncture the discharge frequency histograms and integrals in group B,C,D and E greatly increased compared with those in group A,which indicated that the discharge of cervical sympathetic nerve and blood pressure increased after the model establishment.After acupuncture there was a significant difference between group D and group B or group C(P<0.05),which indicated that at the moment of using twirling reinforcement method the discharge frequency of cervical sympathetic nerve and blood pressure increased.There was a great significant difference between group E and group B or group C(P<0.01),which indicated that at the moment of using twirling reduction method the discharge frequency of cervical sympathetic nerve and blood pressure decreased.Conclusion The twirling reinforcement-reduction method is effective and correlated to twirling reinforcement-reduction effect.
