发布时间：2021-05-20 - 摘要：Objective To investigate the intervene of Xinnaoshutong Capsules in brain microcirculation disorder in rats after cerebral ischemia and reperfusion.Methods The rat model of focal cerebral ischemia and reperfusion was established by using suture method.After 24 hours the rats were killed and the brain tissue was given HE staining.The pathomorphological changes and lesion in cortex were observed with the microscope,the levels of 6-Keto-prostaglandin F1α,（6-Keto-PGF1α） and thromboxane B2（TXB2） in injured cortex were detected by applying radioimmunoassay,and the level of fibrinogen（FIB） was determined by using thrombin method.Results In the model group there were obvious ischemia pathomorphological changes in injured cortex,such as edema of neurons and vascular endothelial cells,and microvessel lumen stenosis.The levels of 6-Keto-PGF1α and TXB2 increased abnormally（P<0.05,P<0.01）,and plasma FIB level increased significantly（P<0.01）.Xinnaoshutong Capsules alleviated the pathomorphological lesion significantly,decreased the level of TXB2 and reduced plasma FIB level（P<0.01,P<0.05）.Conclusion Xinnaoshutong Capsules alleviates cerebral lesion induced by ischemia and reperfusion and protects injured brain tissue significantly.The mechanism may be related to that Xinnaoshutong Capsules can adjust vascular activated substance,regulate the pathological changes of hemorrheology,and relieve microcirculatory disturbance.关键词：Xinnaoshutong Capsules;cerebral ischemia;reperfusion;microcirculation;rats

发布时间：2021-05-20 - 摘要：Objective To observe the influences of Tangluoning Oral Solution（TOS） on the content of serum insulin-like growth factor-1（IGF-1） and gene expression of liver IGF-1 in rats with diabetes induced by streptozotocin（STZ）.Methods The rat model of diabetes was established by the induction of STZ,and then all rats were randomly divided into the model group,Western drug（epalrestat） group and TOS group.After treatment for 12 weeks ELISA was used to detect the content of serum IGF-1 and RT-PCR was applied to determine the expression of liver IGF-1.Results In the model group the serum IGF-1 content decreased significantly and the expression of liver IGF-1 mRNA was down-regulated significantly compared with those in the normal group（P<0.01）.In Western drug group and TOS group serum IGF-1 content increased significantly compared with that in the model group respectively（P<0.01 or P<0.05）.There was a significant difference between TOS group and Western drug group（P<0.01）.In TOS group and Western drug group the expression of liver IGF-1 mRNA increased（P<0.01） compared with that in the model group.Conclusion TOS can increase serum IGF-1 level,up-regulate the expression of liver IGF-1 mRNA,which may be the mechanism of TOS for treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy.关键词：Tangluoning Oral Solution;rats with diabetes;insulin-like growth factor-1

发布时间：2021-05-20 - 摘要：Objective To observe the influence of Biejiajian Pills on cell proliferation in rats with renal interstitial fibrosis,and discuss the mechanism of Biejiajian Pills for antagonizing renal interstitial fibrosis.Method The model of renal obstruction was established by unilateral ureteral obstruction（UUO） in rats,and then the rats were randomly divided into Biejiajian Pills group,valsartan group and model group.The sham-operation group was established in addition.The protein and gene expressions of renal proliferating cell nuclear antigen（PCNA） were observed,and the proliferation,apoptosis and cell cycle of interstitial and tubular cells were detected.Result In the model group,Biejiajian Pills group and valsartan group the protein and mRNA expressions of PCNA,the positive cell rate and apoptosis rate of interstitial and tubular cells were higher significantly than those in the sham-operation group（P<0.05,P<0.01）.In Biejiajian Pills group and valsartan group the protein and mRNA expressions of PCNA were lower than those in the model group（P<0.05,P<0.01）.The ratio of apoptosis to proliferation was lower significantly in the model group than that in the sham-operation group（P<0.05）,but it was higher significantly in Biejiajian Pills group and valsartan group than that in the model group（P<0.05）.Compared with the sham-operation group,in the model group the proportion of S-phase fractions（SPF） increased significantly（P<0.01）,and the proportion of G0/G1-phase fractions（GPF） decreased significantly（P<0.01）.Compared with the model group,in Biejiajian Pills group and valsartan group the proportion of SPF decreased significantly（P<0.05）,that of GPF increased significantly（P<0.01）,and that of G2/M-phase fractions had no obvious change.Conclusion Biejiajian Pills can down-regulate the protein and mRNA expression of PCNA in renal interstitial cells,promote apoptosis and inhibit proliferation of interstitial cells,prevent interstitial cells going into S-phase from G0/G1-phase,and protect the kidney in rats with renal interstitial fibrosis.关键词：Biejiajian Pills;renal interstitial fibrosis;proliferating cell nuclear antigen;apoptosis;cell cycle;rats

发布时间：2021-05-20 - 摘要：Objective To investigate the correlation between the expression of toll-like receptor 2（TLR2） of intestinal mucosa and ulcerative colitis of spleen-deficiency type or ulcerative colitis of liver-stagnation and spleen-deficiency type.Methods The rat models of ulcerative colitis of spleen-deficiency type and liver-stagnation and spleen-deficiency type were established.The histomorphological changes were observed and the protein expressions of TLR2 in all groups were examined by using immunohistochemistry assay.Results The histomorphological changes in the model of ulcerative colitis of spleen-deficiency type were more significant than those in the model of ulcerative colitis of liver-stagnation and spleen-deficiency type,and the expression of TLR2 was higher in the model of ulcerative colitis than that in the model of ulcerative colitis of liver-stagnation and spleen-deficiency type.Conclusion A higher expression of TLR2 in ulcerative colitis may be one of objective indexes for ulcerative colitis of spleen-deficiency type or ulcerative colitis of liver-stagnation and spleen-deficiency type.关键词：ulcerative colitis;spleen-deficiency;liver-stagnation and spleen-deficiency;toll-like receptor 2;rats

发布时间：2021-05-20 - 摘要：Objective To observe the influence of combined treatment [Chinese herbal remedies（CHR） with the actions of activating blood circulation and removing stasis combined with hyperbaric oxygen（HBO）] on the expressions of platelet membrane glycoprotein and leukocyte adhesion molecules in mice after cerebral ischemia and reperfusion.Methods The model of cerebral ischemia and reperfusion was established by using temporary common carotid arteries occlusion（CCAO）.All mice were divided into 7 groups,including the sham-operation group,model group,HBO group,high-dose combined treatment group,mid-dose combined treatment group,low-dose combined treatment group and mid-dose CHR treatment group.The HBO group was treated with HBO after model establishment for one day,and all treatment groups were respectively given relevant drugs orally once a day 5 days before model establishment.After 1,3 and 5 days the mice were killed in all groups and the blood samples（1 mL） were collected from mouse orbital artery and vein.The changes of platelet membrane glycoprotein CD31,CD61 and CD62p,and leukocyte adnesion molecules CD11a/CD18,CD11b/CD18 and CD62L were observed at different time points in different groups by applying flow cytometry.Results ①CHR combined with HBO inhibited effectively the abnormal expressions of platelet membrane glycoprotein CD31,CD61 and CD62p,and leukocyte adhesion molecule CD11a/CD18,CD11b/CD18 and CD62L.The effect of mid-dose CHR combined with HBO was the best based on the effects of three doses on detective indexes.②Mid-dose CHR inhibited significantly the abnormal expressions of platelet membrane glycoprotein CD31,CD61 and CD62p,and leukocyte adhesion molecule CD11a/CD18,CD11b/CD18 and CD62L too.Conclusion CHR with the actions of activating blood circulation and removing stasis can prevent the brain lesion after cerebral ischemia and reperfusion.关键词：activating blood circulation and removing stasis;hyperbaric oxygen;lesion of cerebral ischemia and reperfusion;platelet membrane glycoprotein;leukocyte adhesion molecules;mice

发布时间：2021-05-20 - 摘要：Objective To observe the influence of Bushenshengjing Pills on the apoptosis of spermatogenic cells and its regulation to the apoptosis-related genes in rat model of spermatogenic cell lesion induced by adenine.Methods All SD rats（n=40） were divided into 4 groups,including the normal group（group 1）,model group（group 2）,Bushenshengjing Pills group（group 3） and Wuziyanzong Pills group（group 4）.The model of spermatogenic cell lesion of kidney-yang deficiency type was established by feeding adenine.The apoptosis of testicular spermatogenic cells was examined by using TUNEL method,and the expressions of Bcl-2,Bax,Fas and FasL were detected by using immunohistochemistry assay.Results Bushenshengjing Pills inhibited significantly the apoptosis of testicular spermatogenic cells,up-regulated the expression of apoptosis-suppressive gene-Bcl-2,and down-regulated the expressions of apoptosis-promoting genes—Bax,Fas and FasL.The result had a statistical significance（P<0.05）.Conclusion Bushenshengjing Pills has an inhibitory effect on the apoptosis of testicular spermatogenic cells in rat model of spermatogenic cell lesion induced by adenine,which may be related to that Bushenshengjing Pills can regulate the expressions of Bcl-2,Bax,Fas and FasL.关键词：Bushenshengjing Pills;apoptosis;Bcl-2;Bax;Fas;FasL;rats

发布时间：2021-05-20 - 摘要：Objective To observe the effect of Huiyangshengji Liposome Gel in promoting healing of chronic skin ulcer,and discuss its pharmacologic mechanism in the treatment of ulcer of yin-syndrome.Methods SD rats（n=80） were randomly divided into 4 groups,including the normal group,model group,treatment group of Huiyangshengji Plaster（traditional group） and treatment group of Huiyangshengji Liposome Gel（liposome group）.The rat model of chronic skin ulcer was established by applying complex factor superposition method of dehydrocortisone,skin defects and bacterial infection.The life behaviors were observed experimentally,and the serum contents of tumor necrosis factor-α（TNF-α） and interleukin-8（IL-8） were detected.The expressions of proliferating cell nuclear antigen（PCNA） and vascular endothelial growth factor（VEGF） in ulcer tissue were detected by immunohistochemistry assay and analyzed by imaging technique.Results In the model group the serum contents of TNF-α and IL-8 increased significantly,PCNA expression increased,and VEGF expression decreased in ulcer tissue（P<0.05） than those in the normal group.In the liposome group,compared with the model group,the serum contents of TNF-α and IL-8 trended to decrease（P<0.05 or P<0.01）,a lot of new capillaries aggregated around ulcer,VEGF expression was positive in vessel wall cytoplasm,many PCNA positive cells were seen in the corium,and the expression of brown granules were observed in new vascular endothelial cells.The expressions of PCNA and VEGF was different statistically between the liposome group and model group（P<0.05）.Conclusion Huiyangshengjigao Liposome Gel can promote the healing of chronic skin ulcer through improving the proliferation of ulcer cells,arousing VEGF involving vessel regeneration,and relieving the inflammatory reaction.关键词：Huiyangshengjigao Liposome Gel;chronic skin ulcer;tumor necrosis factor-α;interleukin-8;proliferating cell nuclear antigen;vascular endothelial growth factor;rats

发布时间：2021-05-20 - 摘要：Objective To study the contents and determination method of chlorogenic acid,forsythin and glycyrrhizic acid in Yinqiaojiedu Tablets.Methods The procedure of RP-HPLC was performed on a column of DiamonsilTM C18（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm） using acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid water solution as the mobile phase in gradient elution.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.λ1 was 326 nm,λ2 was 228 nm,and λ3 was 252 nm in three-wavelength detection.The column temperature was 30℃.Results The sample size of chlorogenic acid,forsythin and glycyrrhizic acid showed respectively a good linear relationship at range of 0.395 62.769 2 μg,0.592 84.149 6 μg and 0.558 33.908 0 μg（r=0.999 1,r=0.999 8 and r=0.999 9）.The average recovery（n=6） was 100.5%,97.1% and 99.6%（RSD=1.6%,2.1% and 1.2%） respectively.Conclusion The method is peculiar with a good reproducibility,which can be used for the qualitative evaluation of Yinqiaojiedu Tablets.关键词：Yinqiaojiedu Tablets;chlorogenic acid;forsythin;glycyrrhizic acid;RP-HPLC

发布时间：2021-05-20 - 摘要：Objective To select the best extract technique of valerian m-phenoxy benzaldehyde from Valeriana jatamansi Jones.Method The orthogonal design was applied to select the best extract technique taking the content of valerian m-phenoxy benzaldehyde as the index.Result The result showed that the best technique included the powdered medical material passing through 24 mesh screen,soaking in 12-fold 70% ethanol for 0.5 hour,extracting two times,each time for 3 hours.Conclusion The extract rate of valerian m-phenoxy benzaldehyde reached 89% or more by this optimized technique.There was higher content of valerian m-phenoxy benzaldehyde in extractive solution.The technique is reasonable and feasible.关键词：Valeriana jatamansi Jones.;valerian m-phenoxy benzaldehyde;orthogonal design

发布时间：2021-05-20 - 摘要：Objective To investigate the constitutional characteristics in patients with Parkinson’s disease and study the relation between constitutions and syndromes.Methods The Intracerebral Transplantation Score Chart（CAPIT）,Unified Parkinson’s Disease Rating Scale（UPDRS） and Hoehn-Yahr（H-Y） Grading Standard were applied to diagnose and review Parkinson’s disease.The structured questionnaire of TCM physician was used to investigate the symptoms and constitutions.The syndromes were diagnosed according to State Standard of the People’s Republic of China: Chinese Medicine Technical Terms for Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment-Chinese Medical Syndromes,and constitutions were analyzed and diagnosed based on WANG Qi’s Constitutional Classification.The correlation between constitution and syndrome was analyzed.Results Among 125 patients the patients of yin-deficiency constitution accounted for 52.8%,qi-deficiency constitution,18.4%,damp-heat constitution,12%,yang-deficiency,8.8%,and phlegm-damp constitution,8%.Yin-deficiency constitution was correlated significantly to yin deficiency syndrome of both liver and kidney（r=0.366,P<0.001） and yang deficiency syndrome of both spleen and kidney（r=-0.347,P<0.001）.Yang-deficiency constitution was correlated significantly to deficiency syndrome of both yin and yang（r=0.225,P<0.05）.Qi-deficiency constitution was correlated significantly to yang deficiency syndrome of both spleen and kidney（r=0.228,P<0.01）,syndrome of wind stirring induced by phlegm-heat（r=0.202,P<0.05）,and yin deficiency syndrome of both liver and kidney（r=-0.225,P<0.05）.Conclusion Yin-deficiency constitution and qi-deficiency constitution are common in the patients with Parkinson’s disease.Yin-deficiency constitution is correlated to yin deficiency syndrome of both liver and kidney,and qi-deficiency constitution is correlated to yang deficiency syndrome of both spleen and kidney and syndrome of wind stirring induced by phlegm-heat.关键词：Parkinson’s disease;constitution;syndromes;yin deficiency syndrome of both liver and kidney;yang deficiency syndrome of both spleen and kidney;disease cause and pathogenesis

发布时间：2021-05-20 - 摘要：Objective To study the relationship between chronic prostatitis（CP） and TCM constitutional types.Methods The epidemiological material was collected and analyzed by multiple dependent variable statistical analysis in 555 CP cases from 7 grade-III class-A hospitals in Beijing and surrounding regions after using WANG Qi’s Constitutional Questionnaire,questionnaire of Chronic Prostatitis Symptom Index（CPSI） and questionnaire of International Index of Erectile Function Exponentially-5（IIEF-5）.Results ①The distribution of CP constitutional characteristics showed that there were 76 cases with mild constitution（13.7%）,65 with qi-deficiency constitution（11.7%）,63 with yang-deficiency constitution（11.4%）,44 with yin-deficiency constitution（7.9%）,65 with phlegm-damp constitution（11.7%）,83 with damp-heat constitution（15.0%）,43 with blood-stasis constitution（8.0%）,78 with qi-stagnation constitution（14.0%） and 38 with special constitution（7.0%）.②There was a max-correlation between qi-stagnation constitution and severe CPSI.③There was a max-correlation between damp-heat constitution and mild erectile dysfunction（ED）,a max-correlation between yin-deficiency constitution and moderate ED,and a max-correlation between yang-deficiency constitution and severe ED.Conclusion The constitutional types of CP patients are mostly excessive constitution（phlegm-damp constitution,damp-heat constitution,blood-stasis constitution and qi-stagnation constitution）,which indicates that the pathological changes of CP demonstrates a mixture of deficiency and excess,primarily excess.The patients with qi-stagnation constitution have more serious clinical symptoms,and those with mild constitution have some preventive effects on CP.CP patient with mild ED mostly has excessive constitution,and that with deficient constitution is easy to suffer from moderate or severe ED after CP.关键词：chronic prostatitis;epidemiology;TCM constitution science

发布时间：2021-05-20 - 摘要：Objective To review the intervening result of the health education of Chinese and Western diabetic nutriology carried out in old people in a community.Method The old persons（n=312,over 60 years old） were chosen from a senile activity station of Yuetan Community,Xicheng District,Beijing,and given the health education and survey of nutriology knowledge,attitude and practice（KAP） related to diabetes.They were divided into the intervening group（n=154） and control group（n=158）.Result After the nutriology education for half year,the awareness rate of nutriology knowledge was higher significantly in the intervening group than that in the control group.The number of persons who hoped to know more nutriology knowledge increased in the intervening group.The improvement rate of dietary behavior was higher significantly in the intervening group than that in the control group.All differences were significant statistically.Conclusion The health education of diabetic nutriology in old people of communities is effective and practicable.关键词：diabetes;nutriology knowledge;nutriology attitude;nutriology practice
