      摘要:Academic thought of protecting stomach-qi in Shang Han Lun was studied systemically from the aspects of TCM four diagnostic methods,therapeutic principle,therapies,remedy administration and nursing.The academic thought of protecting stomach-qi in Shang Han Lun was reflected as follows: ① TCM four diagnostic methods were used to observe the excess or deficiency of stomach-qi through the examination of diet,pulse,abdomen,urine,stool,and symptoms.② Therapeutic methods and Chinese herbal remedies(CHR) for protecting stomach-qi included therapies of invigorating spleen and nourishing stomach,protecting spleen and stomach,warming stomach and eliminating cold,reducing warmingly phlegm and morbid fluid,regulating stomach and removing evil,promoting stomach,clearing stomach,replenishing yin and nourishing stomach,protecting stomach with diet,and protecting stomach with CHR.③ Different decocting and taking methods of CHR were used to protect stomach-qi.④ The outcome and prognosis of a disease were predicted through observing the state of stomach-qi.The academic thought of protecting stomach-qi was applied in the treatment of emaciation-thirst disease by the author,who proposed that spleen-deficiency was the crucial pathogenesis of emaciation-thirst disease,so the therapeutic principle of reinforcing spleen was important in the treatment of emaciation-thirst disease.

      摘要:The bring-up and foundation of Nei Jing discipline were reviewed,and its great value was explored.The general situation of research on Nei Jing discipline at resent 10 years was analyzed from 5 aspects,including theoretical study,multi-discipline study,clinical study,modern experiment study and scientific popularization study.There are some problems of research on Nei Jing discipline in the content,personnel,popularization and clinical guide.The suggestions on the prospect of Nei Jing discipline development were provided here,i.e.much attention should be paid to the discipline construction,personnel training,academic research,clinical guide and popular science work.

      摘要:The basic idea to apply latent structure models in TCM syndrome research is to first collect data on the occurrence of symptoms(but without TCM syndrome diagnosis) through epidemiological survey,and then perform multidimensional clustering analysis on the data using latent structure models.The objective is to provide an objective and quantitative basis for the standardization of TCM syndrome differentiation.In this paper,we systematically explain the conceptual advances on the underlying principles and potentials of the approach,and the technical advances on the interpretation of latent structure models.The exposition is in terms of a study on depression so as to provide an example of reference for future research.

      摘要:Objective To compare the influences of the therapies of clearing lung and dissolving phlegm,and replenishing qi and activating blood circulation on the expressions of transform growth factor-β1(TGF-β1) mRNA at different time points and in different phagocytes in rats with pulmonary fibrosis.Methods All male SPF Wistar rats(n=77) were randomly divided into 7 groups,including the sham-operation group(group 1),model group(group 2),group treated with the therapy of clearing lung and dissolving phlegm(group 3),group with the theapy of replenishing qi and activating blood circulation(group 4),group with combined therapy(group 5),group with combined therapy in different stages(group 6) and group with hydrocortisone(group 7).The model of alveolar macrophage(AM) and the model of interstitial macrophage(IM) were established.The expression of TGF-β1 mRNA was detected by using in situ hybridization,and the positive area of TGF-β1 mRNA was calculated by using integral optical density(IOD) method.Results The detective results of AM on 7th day and IM on 28th day showed that the positive cell rate and IOD of TGF-β1 mRNA increased in group 2 compared with those in group 1 with a great significant difference(P<0.01),while those in group 3,4,5 and 6 decreased compared with those in group 2 with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The therapies of clearing lung and dissolving phlegm,and tonifying qi and replenishing blood circulation can inhibit alveolitis and the development of pulmonary fibrosis through reducing the secretion of TGF-β1 in AM and IM.

      摘要:Objective To study the effects of Shouwuxianhai Tablets,having the actions of replenishing liver and kidney,on the activity of astrocyte and the growth of axon in rats with middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO).Methods All male Wistar rats(12 weeks old,n=40) were randomly divided into the sham-operation group(n=8),model group(n=16) and Shouwuxianhai Tablets group(ST group,n=16).The model of MCAO was established according to Tamura method in the model group and ST group,and the same craniotomy without MCAO was operated in the sham-operation group.After 6 days the ST group was given Shouwuxianhai Tablets(9 g/kg) intragastrically and other two groups were given equal quantity of normal saline solution.There were 8 rats killed in the sham-operation group after one week and 8 respectively in the ST group and model group after one and two weeks.The brain tissue were collected from all groups and stained by ABC staining method.The expressions of glial fibrillary acidic protein(GFAP) and neural growth-associated protein-43(GAP-43) were determined by using immunohistochemical assay.Results After one week GFAP expression was increased significantly in the ST group compared with that in the model group or sham-operation group(P<0.01).After two weeks GFAP expression was increased significantly in the ST group compared with that in the model group,sham-operation group or one-week ST group(P<0.01).The difference was very significant statistically.There was no statistical significance in the difference of GAP-43 positive signal density values between model group and sham-operation group.The expression of GAP-43 increased significantly in the ST group after two weeks compared with that in other two groups and the difference was very significant statistically(P<0.01).The correlation analysis showed that GFAP expression was correlated to the expression of GAP-43 in the ST group after two weeks(r=0.75,P=0.031 9),and the expression of GAP-43 went up along with the up-regulation of GFAP expression.Conclusion Shouwuxianhai Tablets can induce the remodeling of nerve function after ischemic stroke,which is related to that Shouwuxianhai Tablets can improve the activity of astrocyte and regeneration of axon.

      摘要:Objective To observe the quantity of influenza virus replication in mice inflected influenza A virus FM1,and study the effect of Yinqiaochaigui Decoction on influenza A virus in vivo.Method NIH mice were randomly divided into the normal control group,virus model group,ribavirin group and Yinqiaochaigui Decoction group.The influenza virus inflection model was established by nasal drip of influenza A virus FM1 dilution in all groups except the normal control group.The Yinqiaochaigui Decoction group and ribavirin group were given intragastrically Yinqiaochaigui Decoction and ribavirin one day before and 4 days after the virus infection respectively.After one day the mice were killed and dissected and the total RNA of lung tissue was extracted.The quantity of influenza virus replication in mouse lung tissue was detected by using real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR).Result The normal control group had no amplification curve(Ct>30) and the result of virus pathogen detection was negative.In the Yinqiaochaigui Decoction group,ribavirin group and virus model group Ct was 19.79±1.40,21.02±4.25 and 15.80±4.18 respectively.The result of virus pathogen detection was positive.The quantity of influenza virus replication decreased in the ribavirin group(33 327.29±19.56) compared with that in virus model group(128 973.40±18.14) and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The quantity of influenza virus replication in Yinqiaochaigui Decoction group decreased(79 104.28±2.52) compared with that in the virus model group and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The model is reliable.Yinqiaochaigui Decoction has significant inhibitory effect on the proliferation of influenza virus and it has anti-virus effect in infected mice.

      摘要:Objective To study the interventional effect of Wujiabugu Formula on the content changes of femur calcium(Ca) and other inorganic elements in rats after simulated weightlessness for 3 weeks,and observe the cooperation between the formula and exogenous calcium(oyster acetate hydrolysate).Method Male Wistar rats(n=30) were randomly divided into the blank group,model group and Wujiabugu Formula group.After adaptation for 1 week the tail-suspended simulated weightlessness was conducted in rats for 3 weeks.The contents of femur Ca,phosphorus(P),Magnesium(Mg),zinc(Zn) and strontium(Sr) were detected by using inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES) in all groups.Result The contents of femur Ca,P,Mg,Zn and Sr decreased very significantly in the model group compared with those in the blank group(P<0.001).In Wujiabugu Formula group the contents of some macroelements-Ca,P and Mg,decreased very significantly(P<0.001),and the contents of some microelements-Zn and Sr,decreased significantly(P<0.01 or P<0.05) but all of them were higher than those in the model group.The contents of femur Ca,Mg,Zn and Sr were improved significantly in Wujiabugu Formula group compared with those in the model group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The molar ratio of femur Ca to P(Ca/P) and molar ratio of femur Ca to Mg(Ca/Mg) had a downward trend in the model group,and Ca/P and Ca/Mg had an upward trend in Wujiabugu Formula group.Conclusion The simulated weightlessness for 3 weeks reduced significantly the contents of femur Ca and other inorganic elements in animal model,and Wujiabugu Formula can intervene this kind of change.The result indicated that simple calcium supplementation was not enough to antagonize the bone loss of weight-bearing bone induced by simulated weightlessness.The effect of mixture formula is better than that of oyster and mixture formula can improve the biological utilization of oyster.

      摘要:Objective To investigate the mechanism of iridoid from Valeriana jatamansi Jones.for treating irritable bowel syndrome.Method Male SD rats(n=89) were randomly divided into the blank group(n=14),model group(n=15),fluoxetine group(n=15) and iridoid groups in three doses(24.92 mg/kg,12.46 mg/kg,6.23 mg/kg,each n=15).The model was established by chronic stress and independent feeding.The influences of iridoid from Valeriana jatamansi Jones.on the threshold of abdominal withdraw reflection(AWR),and the contents of substance P(SP) and vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP) in the colon were observed in all groups.Result In the model group pain threshold and maximum tolerance pressure threshold reduced significantly(P<0.01).In three iridoid groups AWR threshold was improved significantly,especially in the groups with the dose of 24.92 mg/kg and 12.46 mg/kg,and the improvement was greatly significant(P<0.001).In the model group SP content tended to elevation and VIP content tended to reduction.In the iridoid groups SP content decreased especially in the group with the dose of 24.92 mg/kg(P<0.01),VIP content tended to elevation and the ratio of SP to VIP tended to reduction.Conclusion Iridoid from Valeriana jatamansi Jones.has a significant inhibitory effect on gastrointestinal hyperfunction.It can reduce the sensitivity of the internal organs,which indicates that it can relief the symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome.The mechanism may be related to that it can regulate the levels of gastrointestinal hormones(VIP and SP).

      摘要:Objective To observe the effects of principal constituents,including prim-o-glucosgl-cinmifugin,4′-o-β-gluco-syl-5-o-methtlvisamminol,cimifugin,sec-o-glucosylhamaudol,ligustilide,ferulic acid and imperatorin of Chuanxiongfangfengbaizhi Formula(CF),and their combination on the diastolic and systolic functions of rat isolated thoracic aorta rings.Methods The composition and ratio of combination sample of CF principal constituents were determined integrated the average content of CF principal constituents according to the decoction piece ratio of CF.The precontraction of rat isolated thoracic aorta rings was induced by 45 mmol/L kalium chloride(KCl) by applying the detecting technique of rat isolated artery ring tension.The effects of principal constituents of CF and their combination on isolated artery ring tension were observed by using accumulative increase method.Results After the precontraction by KCI all principal constituents of CF had diastolic effects on rat isolated thoracic aorta rings in varying degrees.E and G induced a complete diastole in systolic artery rings induced by KCl,and the median effective concentration(EC50) of G was the lowest and its effect was the highest(P<0.05).The combination sample of CF principal constituents could induce a complete diastole in systolic artery rings induced by KCl too.The work concentration of CF principal constituents in the principal constituent combination,except E,was lower than the work concentration of one principal constituent used alone.Conclusion The combination sample of CF principal constituents had a strong inhibitory effect on the systole of rat isolated artery rings,which was better than the effect of one principal constituent used alone.

      摘要:Objective To observe the influences of Yizhi Decoction on the ethology and the expressions of brain β-amyloid(Aβ) and amyloid precursor protein(APP) in APP695 transgenic mice,and to discuss the mechanism of Yizhi Decoction for treating Alzheimer’s disease(AD).Methods APP695 transgenic mice(3 months old) were randomly divided into the model group and Yizhi Decoction group,and mice of the same age and background with negative transgene were included into the normal group.The mice in Yizhi Decoction group were given intragastrically Yizhi Decoction(0.1 g/kg),and the model group and normal group were given equal quantity of distilled water.After 3 months the learning and memory ability of mice were examined by using electric maze test,and the expressions of Aβ and APP in mouse cerebral cortex and hippocampus were observed by applying immunohistochemical assay in all groups.Results The outcome of electric maze test showed that the learning and memory ability of the model group was lower than that of the normal group(P<0.05),while that of Yizhi Decoction group was improved(P<0.05).The result of immunohistochemical assay indicated that the expressions of Aβ and APP in the model group were higher than those in the normal group(P<0.01).The expressions of Aβ and APP were reduced significantly in Yizhi Decoction group compared with those in the model group(P<0.05).Conclusion APP695 transgenic mice can be taken as a good model for studying AD.Yizhi Decoction can improve learning and memory ability through down-regulating the expressions of Aβ and APP.

      摘要:Objective To study the influences of Zhizhukuanzhong Capsules(ZC) on the ethology,function of hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal(HPA) axis and content of monoamine neurotransmitters in hippocampus in rats with olfactory bulb lesion.Methods All rats were divided into the blank control group,sham-operation group,model group,fluoxetine group,high-dose ZC group,mid-dose ZC group and low-dose ZC group.The medications were administrated for 21 days respectively in relevant groups.The changes of rat ethology were observed by open-field test,the concentrations of corticotrophin releasing hormone(CRH),adrenocorticotropic hormone(ACTH) and corticosterone(CORT) were detected by using radioimmunoassay,and the contents of 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT),norepinephrine(NE) and dopamine(DA) in hippocampus were detected by using HPLC-electrochemical detection method.Results In the high-dose ZC group the open-field behaviors of rats were inhibited,and the contents of 5-HT(P<0.01) and NE(P<0.05) increased.The contents of serum CRH and ACTH decreased in all ZC groups,and CORT content increased in the high-dose and mid-dose ZC groups.Conclusion Zhizhukuanzhong Capsules has an anti-depressant effect and the mechanism may be related to that it inhibits the elimination of 5-HT in hippocampus,increases 5-HT content,and relieves the disorder of hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis induced by stress.

      摘要:Objective To set up an extraction method for rapid analysis on anthraquinones in Sanhuang Tablets.Method Under the condition of microwave power of 300 W,5 minutes of microwave time and 100∶1(mL/g) of liquid-solid ratio,the microwave extraction technique was applied to extract 5 kinds of free anthraquinones and the total anthraquinone from Sanhuang Tablets,and their contents in Sanhuang Tablets were determined by using HPLC taking 80% ethanol as solvent.Result Aloe-emodin,rhein,emodin,chrysophanol and physcione showed respectively a good linear relationship at range of 0.406-52.0 mg/L,0.781-50.0 mg/L,1.16-37.0 mg/L,1.72-110 mg/L and 0.781-100 mg/L(r≥0.999 2) with the average recovery from 98.4% to 101%(RSD=0.6%1.4%,n=3).Conclusion The microwave extraction-HPLC method set up here was easy and rapid,which can complete the extraction of anthraquinones within 5 minutes and shorten the pretreatment time of samples.The method is accurate and reliable with a higher repeatability,and can be used in the extraction and analysis of anthraquinones from Radix et Rhizoma Rhei and its preparations.

      摘要:Objective To establish a method for quantitative determination of forsythiaside A in Fructus Forsythiae by RP-HPLC.Methods The procedure of RP-HPLC was performed on the chromatographic column of Shimadzu VP-ODS(4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm),and the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.2% phosphoric acid solution(19∶81).The flow velocity was 1.0 mL/min and the detection wavelength was 280 nm.Results Forsythiaside A showed a good linear relationship at a range from 0.378 μg to 1.890 μg.The average recovery of forsythiaside A was 101.00%(RSD=1.69%,n=6).Conclusion The method was easy and accurate,which can be used in the quantitative determination of forsythiaside A in Fructus Forsythiae.There is difference in forsythiaside A quantity among different batches of Fructus Forsythiae.

      摘要:Objective To identify the plant origin of commercial Rhizoma Dryopteris Crassirhizoma applied in clinic at present.Method The samples of commercial Rhizoma Dryopteris Crassirhizoma were collected nationwide and then the trait identification and microscopic identification were conducted.The plant origin of commercial Rhizoma Dryopteris Crassirhizoma was determined according to the characters of basal potion of the leaf and stalk,as well as the microscopic features of sample transverse section,including the shape,number,distributive feature and secretion of vascular bundle.Result After the trait identification and microscopic identification on 23 samples collected from 18 provinces,cities and autonomous regions of China,there were 5 plant origins of commercial Rhizoma Dryopteris Crassirhizoma determined,i.e.Dryopteris crassirhizoma,D.peninsulae,Woodwardia japonica,W.unigemmata,Blechnum orientale,and all of them were of the Dryopteridaceae family and Dryopteris genera.Conclusion The commercial Rhizoma Dryopteris Crassirhizoma used in clinic at present is not the original plant—Dryopteris crassirhizoma,which was recorded in the National Pharmacopeia of People’s Republic of China,but pteridophyte from different families and generas being similar to Dryopteris crassirhizoma in morphological characters.The chemical principles and pharmacological activities of these different kinds of commercial Rhizoma Dryopteris Crassirhizoma should be studied further.

      摘要:Objective To observe the relationship between phlegm syndrome and serum inflammatory cytokines and neurologic impairment in patients with acute ischemic stroke.Methods The patients with acute ischemic stroke(n=138) tallied with the study standard were divided into phlegm syndrome group(n=91) and non-phlegm syndrome group(n=47) according to TCM syndrome differentiation.The levels of serum interleukin-6(IL-6),E-selectin,L-selectin,intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1) and matrix metalloproteinases-9(MMP-9) were detected.The National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale of USA(NIHSS),China Neurological Impairment Scale(CNS) and Barthel Index were applied to evaluate the neurological impairment and daily life ability in the patients.Results In the phlegm syndrome group the levels of serum IL-6,E-selectin,L-selectin,ICAM-1 and MMP-9 were higher significantly than those in the non-phlegm syndrome group(P<0.05,P<0.01).The scores of NIHSS and CNS were higher significantly in the phlegm syndrome group than those in the non-phlegm syndrome group(P<0.05,P<0.01),and the score of Barthel Index was lower significantly in the phlegm syndrome group than that in the non-phlegm syndrome group(P<0.01).The levels of serum IL-6 and MMP-9 was correlated to the scores of NIHSS and CNS significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion The patients with phlegm syndrome of acute ischemic stroke have higher levels of serum inflammatory cytokines and serious neurological impairment,and their life ability is falling.The phlegm syndrome is related closely to inflammatory cytokines because its characteristics.
