摘要:Objective To investigate the various factors of clinical competence model of famous and veteran physicians of Chinese medicine,and to mine effectively the clinical experience of modern famous and veteran physicians of Chinese medicine.Methods The clinical experiences of famous and veteran physicians of Chinese medicine were determined by applying the methods of philology,psychology and statistics.The clinical competence model of famous and veteran physicians of Chinese medicine was established and its reliability and validity were tested with the expert experience evaluation.Results The codes of various typical behaviors in 42 medical records showed a high consistency.There were six competence factors confirmed according to the typical behaviors.The clinical competence model of famous and veteran physicians of Chinese medicine was established.The test result indicated that the model had a higher validity.Conclusion A complete clinical competence model of famous and veteran physicians of Chinese medicine contains six competence factors,including the abilities of clinical communication,clinical information collection,clinical thinking,patient orientation,diagnosis and treatment,and research and innovation.The model also includes standard operational definition of every competence factor,and clinical typical behaviors and explanation reflecting the competence factors.

摘要:Objective To observe the influence of Chinese herbal remedies(CHR) with the actions of clearing away heat to remove toxin combined with Jugeng Decoction on the expression of lung toll-like receptor 4(TLR4) mRNA in rat model of acute lung injury(ALI) induced by endotoxin,and to discuss the synergy mechanism of Jugeng Decoction.Method All male SD rats were divided into the normal saline group,ALI model group,CHR group and CHR combined with Jugeng Decoction group according to the table of random number.The rat model of ALI was established with the femoral venous injection of lipopolysaccharide(LPS).The serum contents of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-a) and interleukin-10 (IL-10),the activity of lung myeloperoxidase(MPO) and the expression of TLR4 mRNA were detected in all groups.Result In the ALI model group the serum contents of TNF-αand IL-10 were higher significantly than those in the normal saline group(P<0.01 or P<0.05),and MPO activity and TLR4 mRNA expression were enhanced significantly compared with those in the normal saline group(P<0.01 or P<0.05).After the intervention of CHR the serum contents of TNF-αand IL-10,MPO activity and TLR4 mRNA expression decreased significantly(P<0.01 or P<0.05 ),and the curative effect of the CHR combined with Jugeng Decoction group was better than that of the CHR group(P<0.05).Conclusion Jugeng Decoction can improve the effect of CHR with the actions of clearing away heat to remove toxin in the reduction of serum contents of TNF-αand IL-10 and inhibition of MPO activity and TLR4 mRNA expression.

摘要:Objective To compare and observe the effects of acupotome dissolution therapy and electroacupuncture on central neurotransmitters of 5-hyproxytryptamines(5-HT) and catecholamine(CA) in rabbits with knee osteoarthritis.Method The content of 5-HT,5-hydroxyindole acetic acid(5-HIAA), noradrenaline(NA),homovanillic acid(HVA) and 3,4-dihydroxyphenylacetic acid(DOPAC) in the endbrain,hypothalamus,brain stem and spinal cord were determined by applying HPLC.Result There was no significant difference but a downward trend in the content of 5-HT in the endbrain,hypothalamus brain stem and spinal cord between the model group and normal group.There was no significant difference in the content of 5-HIAA in the hypothalamus and brain stem between the model group and normal group.The content of 5-HIAA in the endbrain and spinal cord decreased significantly in the model group compared with that in the normal group,increased significantly in the acupotome group compared with that in the model group,increased significantly in the endbrain in the electro-acupuncture group compared with that in the model group,and decreased significantly in the spinal cord in the electro-acupuncture group compared with that in the model group.The content of NA in the endbrain decreased significantly compared with that in the normal group,increased significantly in the acupotome group or electro-acupuncture group compared with that in the model group,increased significantly in the hypothalamus and brain stem in the model group compared with that in the normal group,and decreased significantly in the acupotome group or electro-acupuncture group.There was no significant difference in NA content in the spinal cord between the model group and normal group.The content of HVA in the endbrain decreased significantly in the model group compared with that in the normal group,and increased significantly in knife group or electro-acupuncture group.There was no significant difference in HVA content in the endbrain between the acupotome group and electro-acupuncture group.There was no significant difference in HVA content in the hypothalamus,brain stem or spinal cord between the model group and normal group.The content of DOPAC in the endbrain or spinal cord had no significant changes in the model group compared with that in the normal group,increased significantly in the hypothalamus or brain stem in the model group compared with that in the normal group,and decreased significantly in the acupotome group or electro-acupuncture group compared with that in the model group.Conclusion The acupotome dissolution therapy and electro-acupuncture can regulate the content of neurotransmitters of 5-HT and CA in the brain and spinal cord in rabbits with knee osteoarthritis,which indicates that the two therapies can relieve the injury to the articular cartilage,as well as abates joint pain and stops osteoarthritis development based on the regulation of the synthesis and metabolism of neurotransmitters in the central nervous system.
摘要:Objective To discuss the influences of effective fraction and active components of Jiangzhining on cholesterol metabolism of human hepatic cell strain Bel-7402.Methods Bel-7402 were cultured in vitro to 80%and then transferred to serum-free medium and hungered for 24 hours.The effective fraction and active components of Jiangzhining and atorvastatin were added into the medium respectively.The contents of cholesterol and bile acid in Bel-7402 were detected by applying HPLC and spectrophotometry,and the mRNA expressions of low density lipoprotein receptor(LDL-R),3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl coenzyme A reductase(HMG-CoAR) and cholesterol 7αhydroxylase(CYP7A1) were determined by using reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR).Results The content of cholesterol in Bel-7402 was decreased,the content of bile acid and mRNA expressions of LDL-R and CYP7A1 were increased by the effective fraction and active components of Jiangzhining and atorvastatin.The mRNA expression of HMG-CoAR was enhanced by high dose of effective fraction and active components of Jiangzhining.Conclusion The effective fraction and active components of Jiangzhining can inhibit the synthesis of cholesterol and improve the conversion of cholesterol by intervening the mRNA expressions of receptors and enzymes related to cell cholesterol metabolism.
摘要:Objective To investigate the possibility and mechanism of Dangguibuxue Decoction in early prevention of the development of atherosclerosis(AS) based on the study of the effect of Dangguibuxue Decoction on the signal transduction iter of nuclear transcription factor-kappa Bp65(NF-κBp65 ) in monocyte activated by oxidized low-density lipoprotein(ox-LDL) in RAW264.7 cells.Methods The rabbits were randomly divided into the control group and medicated serum group and then given respectively normal saline and Dangguibuxue Decoction orally for preparing the medicated serum.The suspension of RAW264.7 cells was vaccinated into culture flask and cultured for 24 hours,and then divided into the blank control group,ox-LDL group,inhibitor group and medicated serum group.Except the blank control group all other groups were given 100 mg/L ox-LDL to activate RAW264.7 cells.After incubation the cells were collected.The expression of NF-κBp65 was detected by using immunohistochemistry assay,and the quantity of activated protein in RAW264.7 cells was detected by using immunoblotting technique.Results In ox-LDL group there were a lot of brown-yellow positive granules observed in the cytochylema and nucleus of RAW264.7 cells,and less in the medicated serum group.The ratio of protein band gray scale was 1.288 3±0.013 9 in the ox-LDL group and 0.918 9±0.015 3 in the medicated serum group.There was a significant difference statistically between two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion Dangguibuxue Decoction can down-regulate the protein expression and activation of NF-κBp65 in RAW264.7 cells stimulated by ox-LDL.It may be one of the mechanisms of Dangguibuxue Decoction for antagonizing AS that the signal transduction iter of NF-κBp65 was blocked.
摘要:Objective To investigate the effect of Feixian Formula(with effects of activating blood circulation and resolving stasis),and mechanism of inhibiting lung vascular genesis and remodeling in rats with pulmonary interstitial fibrosis.Method The rat model of pulmonary interstitial fibrosis was established with intratracheal injection of bleomycin.On the 14th,28th and 45th day after the establishment of the model the serum levels of platelet-derived growth factor(PDGF),endothelin(ET) and thromboxane(TXB-2) were detected in the model group,sham-operation group,Feixian Formula group and prednisone group respectively.Result Feixian Formula decreased significantly the serum levels of PDGF,ET and TXB-2.Conclusion The mechanism of antifibrosis of Feixian Formula may be related to that it can inhibit the lung vascular genesis and remodeling in rats with pulmonary interstitial fibrosis.

摘要:Objective To observe the changes of osteoblast-like cells intervened by alcohol,and therapeutic effects of Chinese herbal remedies with replenishing-kidney action on these changes. Methods New Zealand rabbits(n=14) were randomly divided into the treatment group given Liuweidihuang Pills intragastrically(5.4 g dissolving in 10 mL warm normal saline solution) according to the conversion rate between rabbit and human,and blank control group given normal saline solution in the same quantity,once a day for 3 days repectively.The blood samples were collected from rabbits 2 hours after the last time administration of remedies(double quantity) to prepare the medicated serum.The serum then was mixed with RPMI1640 cell culture medium and made up the culture solution with the concentrations of 5%,10%and 20%respectively,in which osteoblast-like cells were cultured.The best concentration of medicated serum(containing Liuweidihuang Pills) was 10%through the observation on cell growth curve.The osteoblast- like cells OS-732 were divided into the alcohol intervened group, treatment group and blank control group.After cell culture and collection the total protein was extracted from RPMI 1640 cells in every group and separated by using dimensional gel electrophoresis technique,and the gel electrophoresis atlas of protein spots were obtained,which then were analyzed and the different protein spots were found out by computer image analysis software.Results After comparing among three groups there were 5 protein spots with significant difference(i.e.SSP1002,SSP1401,SSP1602,SSP8501 and SSP8504).The expressions of protein spots in the alcohol intervened group were lower than those in the blank control group.The above 5 protein spots were reversed in different extent when the treatment group was compared with the alcohol intervened group.Conclusion The Chinese herbal remedies with replenishing-kidney action may enhance the protein expression of injured osteoblast-like cells.

摘要:Objective To study experimentally the mechanism of Guasha therapy in curing diseases. Methods All Wistar rats(n = 40) were randomly divided into the normal group,group with 0.5 hour after Guasha(0.5 h group),group with 6 hours after Guasha(6 h group) and group with 12 hours after Guasha(12 h group).The arterial blood samples were collected and given blood routine examination. The levels of bilirubin,superoxide dismutase(SOD),interlukin-1(IL-1 ) and IL-6 were detected respectively.Results In the 6 h group the WBC count decreased significantly and the level of the total bilirubin increased significantly(P<0.05) compared with those in the normal group.The level of SOD decreased significantly in the 12 h group compared with that in the normal group(P<0.05 ). Conclusion The Guasha therapy can inhibit the inflammatory reaction of WBC and raise the level of the total bilirubin,which may be its one of the mechanisms for abating of fever and curing diseases.
摘要:Objective To set up a quantity determination method of atomic fluorescence spectrometry for detecting four elements in Radix Cynanchi Auriculati,including arsenic(As),hydrargyrum(Hg), cadmium(Cd) and plumbum(Pb).Methods The atomic fluorospectrophotometry was used to determine the contents of As,Hg,Cd and Pb in Radix Cynanchi Auriculati,and the determination method was studied by methodology.Results The results showed that the correlative coefficient of calibration curve was as r>0.999 3,the recovery was 99.4%- 102.3%and RSD<5%.The contents of the above four elements in Radix Cynanchi Auriculat accorded with the quantity limitation standard of the Pharmacopeia of the People’s Republic of China(edition 2005).Conclusion The method is easy, quick,accurate with a higher sensitivity,which can be used in the quantitative determination of heavy metal elements in Radix Cynanchi Auriculat with a satisfactory result.

摘要:Objective To set up a ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry for quantitative determination of the total saponins from Flos Hostae Plantagineae.Methods The ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry was used to detect the absorbance with the wavelength of 450 ran taking vanillin-glacial acetic acid-concentrated sulphuric acid as the color-developing agent and gitogenin as the control sample.The content of the total saponins in the samples was calculated by using standard curve.Results Gitogenin showed a good linear relationship at range of 14~70μg/ml(r = 0.999 2) with the average recovery of 96.8%(RSD =2.97%, n = 6).Conclusion The method is easy,accurate and sensitive with a higher repeatability,which can be used in the quantitative determination of the total saponins from Flos Hostae Plantagineae.
摘要:Objective To optimize the processes of water extraction and macroporous resin purification of flavonoids from Radix Pueraiae.Methods The orthogonal test was used to optimize the water extraction process and the monofactorial observation to optimize the macroporous resin purification process,with the extraction rates of puerarin and the total flavonoids as the indexes.Results The optimum water extraction process was as follows:9 times mount of water was used to extract pueraria for 3 times with 90 min each time.The extraction rate of the total flavonoids was 92.17%and that of puerarin,84.91%.The optimum macroporous resin purification process was as follows:macroporous resin HPD - 750 was used with the ratio of diameter to length as 1:6,the concentration of the sample solution was 1.5 g/mL,the maximum sample was 3 BV,the flowing rate was 1 mL/min,the eluant was 70%ethanol and the eluant volume was 5 BV.The extract yield was 4.47%after macroporous resin purification.The content of total flavonoids was 76.22%and that of puerarin,56.20%.Conclusion This optimum process is easy to operate,which can be applied in large - scale producution of the total flavonoids and puerarin.
摘要:Objective To establish the fingerprint of ester alkaloid fraction in slices of Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata prepared by pressurized steaming,and lay a scientific base for the evaluation of processing technique of Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata and qualitative control of the slices.Method In the HPLC procedure the chromatography column was ZORBAX Extend-C18 and the samples were extracted with a mixed solvent of aether-dichloromethare(1:4) in gradient elution.The detection wavelength was 240 nm.Result There were 11 general peaks assigned and the accuracy,repeatability and stability of the fingerprint all met the requirement.The similarity of the slice samples detected by the same optimized technique was over 0.978.Conclusion The method is reliable and can be used in the qualitative study of Chinese herbal remedies and the preparations containing aconitine.
摘要:Objection To study the intestinal absorptive features of salvianolic acid taking salvianic acid A sodium and protocatechuic aldehyde as the indexes.Methods The method of intestinal absorption was applied in vivo in rats for establishing a quantitative determination of salvianic acid A sodium and protocatechuic aldehyde.The influences of different absorptive segments of intestines,drug concentrations and pH conditions on the intestinal absorptive volume of salvianic acid A sodium and protocatechuic aldehyde were observed,and the parameter of absorptive dynamics was studied.Results There was no specified absorptive segments of intestines.The absorptive volume had a good linear relationship in the range of test concentration without saturation.The value of pH had no influence on intestinal absorption of salvianic acid A sodium,but had on protocatechuic aldehyde.The absorptive rate constant of salvianic acid A sodium(Ka) was 0.3996 h-1 and T1/2 was 1.734 h,and that of protocatechuic aldehyde,0.401 9 h-1 and T1/2,1.724 h.Conclusion Salvianolic acid can be absorbed well in the intestines,and the mechanism is that the absorption is in a passive diffusion way.

摘要:Objective To study the influences of different qigong practices on sleep quality in the patients with type 2 diabetes accompanied by insomnia.Methods The patients with type 2 diabetes accompanied by insomnia(n = 90) were randomly divided into the Baduanjin Qigong group(group 1), Liuzijue Qigong group(group 2 ) and control group(group 3,each n = 30 ).On the base of routine treatment group 1 was interfered by Baduanjin Qigong and Relaxation Qigong,group 2 by Liuzijue Qigong and Relaxation Qigong,and the control group was not interfered by Health Preserving Qigong.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI) was used to detect the sleep quality,and the actual time to fall asleep and actual sleep time were recorded in all patients before treatment and 2 months and 4 months after treatment respectively.The data obtained were analyzed statistically by SPSS statistical software. Results There were 78 patients enclosed in the analysis and the expulsion rate was 13.3%.After 4 months the comparison among groups showed that the total score of PSQI,factor of subjective sleep quality and factor of dyssomnia were higher significantly in group 1 than those in group 3(P<0.05). The comparison in difference among groups showed that the factor of subjective sleep quality was higher in group 1 and 2 than that in group 3(P<0.05),while the total score of PSQI and factor of dyssomnia were higher in group 1 than those in group 3(P<0.05).The comparison within a group showed that the total score of PSQI and other five factors,except the factor of sleep time,were promoted significantly in group 1(P<0.05).The total score of PSQI and other four factors,except the factor of sleep time and dyssomnia,were promoted significantly in group 2(P<0.05).The actual time to fall asleep and actual sleep time were improved significantly in group 1 and 2(P<0.05).Conclusion The Health Preserving Qigong of TCM can improve the sleep quality in the patients with type 2 diabetes accompanied by insomnia.Baduanjin Qigong is different from Liuzijue Qigong in practice methods,and their effects are different too after combined with Relaxation Qigong.
摘要:The cited papers published in Journal of Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from 2001 to 2008 were retrieved through the China National Knowledge Infrastructure-China Academic Document Network Publishing Database(CNKI-CAD) and CNKI-Chinese Citation Database.The quantity of published papers,cited papers and single paper,and major citing journals were analyzed statistically. The academic level of the papers published in Journal of Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and journal quality were reviewed from the aspect of document citation for laying a foundation for further improving the academic standard of Journal of Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
