      摘要:How many symptoms are there in Chinese medicine? This is a question which is difficult to be answered,because Chinese medicine has not set up a united standard for symptoms definition.On the base of medical record database of the past dynasties,the paper points out that the vital phenomenon consists of 5 basic factors,including observers,and observational tools,objects,angles and results. Whether the vital phenomenon becomes symptom or not depends on the differentiation of different morbid states.A symptom that does not depend on other symptoms and occurs in morbid states is called an independent symptom.A symptomatic unit is an independent symptom with the least location and nature intension.There are 462 symptomatic units screened with the characteristics of single intension and limit amount.

      摘要:The modern development of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) is reflected mainly in three aspects:teaching,research and clinical practice,and all of them depend on literature research.The content of TCM teaching at the past time was mostly originated from literature,and in the future the reform of TCM teaching will rely on the literature research.TCM research should be conducted on the base of the research of TCM literature,and the research thought cannot be deviated the theory of TCM. More research objectives will be figured out from TCM literature,so the literature research is important to the full-play of TCM advantages in disease treatment,broadening clinical thinking and improvement of TCM curative effect.

      摘要:Objective To observe dynamically the influence of external dryness on the local defend barrier in mouse airway,and study the pathogenic mechanism.Method Special pathogenic free(SPF) Kunming mice(n=120) were randomly divided into the normal-temperature and normal-dampness group (group A),normal-temperature and dryness group(group B),warm-dryness group(group C) and cool-dryness group(group D,each n=30).The mouse model was established by the synthetic stimulation of imitated external dryness of temperature-relevant humidity-wind in the intelligent artificial climate box. After 6,12 and 18 days,the histopathological changes of respiratory tract,and the content of total protein(P),mucopolysaccharide(MS) and secretory IgA(SIgA) in the fluid of respiratory tract were detected respectively.Result The histopathological changes in airway was not obvious in group B.In group C and D there were squamous metaplasia of airway epithelium and cilium function defect,and epithelial mucous metaplasia of 20%to 40%trachea serous gland accompanied by the infiltration of inflammatory cells from the 6th day to the 18th day,which were the most serious on the 12th day.The content of P decreased from the 12th day to the 18th day in group B,C and D,content of MS tended to increase in group B,and content of MS and SIgA decreased continuously in group C(P<0.05).The content of P decreased continuously in group D from the 12th day to the 18th day(P<0.05) and the content of MS decreased on the 12th day(P<0.05).Conclusion The result reconfirms TCM doctrine of warm-dryness inducing the impairment of lung,and the decrease of SIgA content aggravates the pathological changes.One of the basic pathogeneses of external dryness is related to the attenuation of cilium-mucous blanket and local defend barrier.The result also indicates that the obvious airway pathological changes on the 12th day provides a base of the best observation phase for the research on the pathogenesis of external dryness.

      摘要:Objective To discuss the hemorrheology mechanism of cerebral infarction induced by sudden rise of temperature in hypertensive rats based on TCM doctrine of correspondence between nature and human.Method The model of stroke-prone renovascular hypertension(RHRSP) was put into artificial circumstance of sudden rise of temperature for inducing cerebral infarction.The changes of hemorrheology indexes were detected before and after the sudden rise of temperature.Result The whole blood viscosity, erythrocyte aggregation index(EAI),erythrocyte electrophoresis index(EEI),hematocrit(Hct) and erythrocyte rigidity index(ERI)all increased when the temperature rose suddenly,especially in the model group.After the rise of temperature the whole blood viscosity decreased in the physical group and sham-operation group but tended to increased in the model group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The whole blood viscosity,EAI,EEI and ERI were all higher in the model group than those in the physical group and sham-operation group at the same time point(P<0.05 or P<0.01) after the rise of temperature. Conclusion The onset of cerebral infarction induced by sudden rise of temperature is not related to the increase of the whole blood viscosity and slowed blood flow.It depends on that a long-term pathological base with hypertension mainly destroys the self regulation of the body for adapting surrounding changes. The body cannot return to the normal physical state after the continuous increase of blood viscosity stimulated by a higher temperature.

      摘要:Objective To observe the preventive effect of extract of Ginkgo biloba(GBE50) on the lesion of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion(I/R) in vitro in rats,and discuss the evaluation functions of myocardial mechanics and hemodynamics information.Methods SD rats(n=55) were randomly divided into 6 groups including the model group,high-dose,mid-dose and low-dose GBE50 groups, Danshen(Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae) group and diltiazem group.All groups were given Langendorff heart perfusion in vitro for 15 minutes.The perfusion was stopped for 30 minutes to induce global ischemia and then reperfusion was given in all groups for 40 minute.The left ventricular pressure was recorded and the influences of different drugs on the changes of myocardial mechanics and hemodynamics were observed.Results After I/R the levels of heart rate(HR),mLVSP,developed pressure(DP) and±dp/dtmax were all lower than those before I/R,and the levels of mLVDP and t-dp/dtmax increaed significantly(P<0.05 to P<0.001).Along with the prolongation of reperfusion time all indexes tended to normal level.The levels of DP and±dp/dtmax were higher(P<0.05) and t-dp/dtmax and mLVDP were lower(P<0.05) significantly in the mid-dose GBE50 group,Danshen group and diltiazem group than those in the model group.Conclusion GBE50 has a significant preventive effect on heart function decline induced by the lesion of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion.The evaluation with myocardial mechanics and hemodynamics is stable and reliable.

      摘要:Objective To investigate the mechanism of Dangguibuxue Decoction in anti-atherosclerosis (AS).Methods The medicated serum of Dangguibuxue Decoction was prepared.The cell activity was detected by using trypanblue staining.The protein activities of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1) were detected by applying Western blotting method. Results After RAW264.7 cells were cultured for 3 days the cell activity with trypanblue staining was higher than 95%.The result of Western blotting method showed that protein activity of TNF-αwas promoted significantly after RAW264.7 cells were stimulated by oxidized low-density lipoprotein (ox-LDL).The comparison between the Dangguibuxue Decoction serum group and ox-LDL group showed a difference(P<0.05).The protein activity of ICAM-1 was promoted significantly after RAW264.7 cells were stimulated by ox-LDL.The comparison between the Dangguibuxue Decoction serum group and ox-LDL group showed a difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The medicated serum of Dangguibuxue Decoction can reduce the protein expressions of TNF-αand ICAM-1 to a certain degree,which may be one of the mechanisms of Dangguibuxue Decoction in anty-AS.

      摘要:Objective To observe the anti-tumor effect,anti-angiogenic effect and immune regulation of panax notoginsenosides(PNS) combined with low-dose cyclophosphamide(CTX) metronomic chemotherapy.Methods The model of B16-BL6 melanoma spontaneous metastasis was established by hypodermic injection of B16 cells in the palmula in mice.All mice were randomly divided into the model group,high-dose CTX group(MTD group),low-dose CTX group(metronomic group),PNS group and PNS combined with low-dose CTX group(combined group).The tumor-inhibition rate and organ indexes of thymus and spleen were observed.The content of interleukin-2(IL-2) was determined by ELISA, peripheral blood WBC was counted,and the tumor microvessel density(MVD) and the expressions of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and chemokine receptor-4(CXCR-4) were detected by applying immunohistochemical staining.The nodules of lung metastasis were counted.Results In the metronomic group,PNS group and combined group the tumor grew slowly and the tumor-inhibition effect was permanent and stable.The tumor-inhibition rate was 66.15%in the combined group with a better tumor-inhibition effect(P<0.01).The toxicity and side effects were decreased in the metronomic group compared with those in the MTD group.The all indexes of immunity were improved in the combined group with a significant difference(P<0.01) compared with those in the MTD group and reached the level in the model group.MVD and the expressions of VEGF and CRCX4 were decreased(P<0.05),and the nodules of lung metastasis were reduced in the combined group.Conclusion PNS combined with low-dose CTX shows a synergistic anti-angiogenic effect,inhibits tumor metastasis with a permanent tumor-inhibition effect and lower toxicity and side effects,and improves the whole body function and immune level.

      摘要:Objective To study the effect and regulation of Zuogui Decoction on the expressions of ovarian P450 aromatase(P450arom) and CYP19-mRNA in rats during perimenopausal period. Methods The rat model of perimenopausal period was respectively given Zuogui Decoction in high, middle and low dose orally for 8 weeks.The serum content of estradiol(E2) was detected by using radioimmunoassay(RIA),and the expressions of ovarian CYP19-mRNA and P450arom were detected by applying RT-PCR and immunohistochemistry.The granulocytes were collected and cultured from immature rats after injection of pregnant mare serum.The expression of CYP19-mRNA with different treatments was detected by using RT-PCR.Results The serum level of E2 and the expressions of P450arom and CYP19 were significantly lower in the perimenopausal period group than those in the young group(P<0.01),while those increased significantly(P<0.01) after the treatment with mid-dose and high-dose Zuogui Decoction.The outcomes of different treatments in cultured granulocytes showed that genistein,forskolin and extract of Zuogui Decoction improved the expression of CYP19-mRNA(P<0.05) compared with the control group.The extract of Zuogui Decoction combined with phorbol ester (PMA) or genistein improved further the expression of CYP19-mRNA(P<0.05) compared with extract of Zuogui Decoction.Conclusion The mid-dose and high-dose Zuogui Decoction can increase the serum content of E2 through up-regulating the expressions of CYP19 and P450arom,and it also can improve the expression of CYP19-mRNA through activating PKC pathway or promoting the action of genistein in rats during perimenopausal period.

      摘要:Objective To study the effect of allicin in the immunity of Toxoplasma gondii infection through the quantitative determination of mucous secretory IgA(SIgA) in mice infected by Toxoplasma gondii after the treatment with allicin.Methods All female mice were divided into the treatment group, infection group and control group.The mice were infected by tachyzoites of Toxoplasma gondii RH strain (5×104/each) through mouth and then treated with allicin once a day.On the 0th,2nd,4th,6th,8th, 10th and 12th day respectively after the treatment the mice were killed and irrigated in the upper and lower respiratory tract,intestines,vagina and endometrium.The content of SIgA was detected by using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results In the observation duration SIgA content was higher in the treatment group than that in the control group or infection group.The difference was significant(P<0.05) in 4,6 and 8 weeks after the treatment.Conclusion Allicin,used to treat the mice infected by tachyzoites of Toxoplasma gondii RH strain through mouth,can increase the content of SIgA in mucosa especially in digestive mucosa to protect the body from the infection of pathogen.

      摘要:Objective To investigate the mechanism of Bushentongluoshugan Formula’s effect in penile erection.Method All 40 adult male rats were randomly divided into the control group,castrated group, Bushentongluoshugan Formula group and sterandryl group.The rats of all groups,except the control group, were ablated bilateral testes.Bushentongluoshugan Formula group and sterandryl group were given the formula and sterandryl respectively.After 3 weeks the penile tissue was collected and the expression of transforming growth factor-β-mRNA(TGF-β-mRNA) was detected by using polymerase chain reaction (PCR) technique.Result The expression of TGF-β-mRNA in the castrated group was higher than that in other three groups,and among them the incremental order was the control group,sterandryl group and Bushentongluoshugan Formula group according to the decreasing performance of TGF-β-mRNA expression. The internal control of TGF-β-mRNA was less in the control group,sterandryl group and Bushentongluoshugan Formula group with a significant difference compared with that in the castrated group (P<0.01),and there was no significant difference between the sterandryl group and Bushentongluoshugan Formula group(P>0.05).Conclusion Bushentongluoshugan Formula plays an important role in penile erection through regulating the expression of TGF-β-mRNA.

      摘要:Objective To discuss the relevant mechanism of Sanqi Gel in the prevention of epidural adhesion.Method All male SD rats(n=72) were randomly divided into the normal saline water group,Zhanlianping group,carbopol gel group and Sanqi Gel group(each n=18).The model of laminectomy was established and observed at different time points after the laminectomy for 7,14 and 21 days respectively by applying immunohistochemistry method.The expressions of transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1) and cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2) were analysed during the healing period.Result The different treating methods had different effects on the expressions of TGF-β1 and COX-2 with different effective strength.The expression of COX-2 was higher significantly in the normal saline water group, carbopol gel group and Zhanlianping group than that in the Sanqi Gel group(P<0.05) 14 days after the operation.The expression of TGF-β1 was higher significantly in the normal saline water group,carbopol gel group and Zhanlianping group than that in the Sanqi Gel group(P<0.05) at 3 time points(7,14 and 21 days after the operation).Conclusion Sanqi Gel can prevent epidural adhesion through inhibiting the expressions of COX-2 and TGF-β1.

      摘要:Objective To study the chemical constituents of aerial parts of Dianbaizhu(Gaultheria leucocarpa var.crenulata).Methods The various techniques of column chromatograph were used in the course of isolation and purification.The chemical structure of the compounds was analysed and identified by using mass spectrography(MS) and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy(NMR).Results There were 7 compounds isolated and identified as①quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucuronide,②kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucuronide,③methyl gentisate,④methyl salicylate,⑤gaultherin,⑥gaultherins A and⑦gaultherins B. Conclusion The compounds of 1 to 3 are isolated from Dianbaizhu for the first time.

      摘要:Objective To investigate the pathogenesis of osteoarthritis and feasibility of acupotomy therapy through the observation on the influences of acupotomy therapy on ethology and morphology in rabbits with knee osteoarthritis.Methods The model of knee osteoarthritis was established by applying the fixed method of knee extension posture in rabbits.The therapy of electro-acupuncture and acupotomy therapy were used to treat the rabbits.After 3 weeks the knee joint function was observed and reviewed based on Lequesne algofunctional index.The light microscope was used to observe tibia tissue after HE staining.The transmission electron microscope(TEM) was used to observe the internal femoral condyle cartilage. Results Lequesne algofunctional index showed that in local reaction,gait reaction and joint motion there was a significant different between the electro-acupuncture group or acupotomy group and the normal group or model group(P<0.05),respectively,while there was no different between the electro-acupuncture group and acupotomy group(P>0.05).HE staining showed that the cartilage injury was relieved and tended to recovery in the electro-acupuncture group and acupotomy group.The result of TEM showed that the lesion of cartilage cells and disorder of collagen fibrils were relieved in the acupotomy group,which is similar to those in the electro-acupuncture group.Conclusion The acupotomy therapy has a good curative effect on knee osteoarthritis,which is proved at macroscopic and microscopic levels.

      摘要:<正>荨麻疹是一种常见的变态反应性皮肤病,多种病因可以导致本病的发生。一般以皮肤出现红色或苍白风团,时隐时现、瘙痒为特征。荨麻疹的中医古代病名主要有瘾疹,或隐疹、隐胗、隐轸;赤疹、白疹,或赤轸、白轸;风(疒咅)癗、(疒咅)癗、(疒咅)(疒畾);游风、赤白游风;
