摘要:How to establish an evaluation system of curative effect that can reflects the academic characteristics of Chinese medicine? Experts in the 368th Workshop of Xiangshan Scientific Conference stated that Western medicine originated from Western civilization,which is manifested by atomism,reductionism and opposite relationship between observer and subject,paid more attention to patient’s diseases and external interventions.Chinese medicine,rooted in eastern culture and characterized by the monism of qi,holistic concept and correspondence between nature and human being,focuses on diseased people and their self-regulation.The diagnostic and therapeutic characteristics of Chinese medicine are attaching importance to disease prevention,personalization and comprehensive intervention.The manifestations aquired by whole observation on natural condition are the most suitable evaluation indicators for curative effect of Chinese medicine in clinic.Synthetical evaluation directed by system science is the best method to evaluate the curative effect of Chinese medicine.

摘要:The paper thinks that sovereign fire includes activities of the mind,and ministerial fire includes functional activities of zang-fu organs.Sovereign fire exists upper place and dominates rest,on the contrary,ministerial fire exists lower place and dominates activity.Physically,sovereign fire is submissive to the nature and has reckless action,and ministerial fire acts appropriately and endlessly to replenish the body.Pathologically,sovereign fire can act recklessly because of pathogenic factors,and followed by ministerial fire;reckless action can develop unpredictable fire,suffer kidney-yin,and cause lots of deteriorated cases.The theory of "mutual induction of sovereign fire and ministerial fire" reveals human mind and the body’s overall control model on a high level of life,which was originated from LIU He-jian and ZHU Dan-xi in Jin and Yuan Dynasties,developed by ZHANG Jing-yue and ZHAO Xian-ke in the Ming Dynasty,and supplemented and improved continuously by doctors later.

摘要:Objective To observe the influence of the therapy of dredging large intestine on airway mucus hypersecretion in rat model of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD),and discuss the effective mechanism of treating COPD based on treating large intestine from the aspect of mucus hypersecretion.Methods The rat model of COPD was established using intratracheal injection of LPS combined with cigarette smoking.All rats were randomly divided into the normal group,model group,lung group,intestine group and lung-intestine group.The normal group and model group were given normal saline solution intragastrically and other groups were treated with corresponding medicinal for 14 days.The levels and expressions of aquaporin 5-mRNA(AQP5-mRNA) and MUC5AC-mRNA were detected by applying RT-PCR and immunohistochemistry assay.Results Compared with the normal group,in the model group the level and expression of AQP5-mRNA decreased,and level and expression of MUC5AC-mRNA increased(P<0.01).Compared with the model group,in the intestine group the level and expression of AQP5-mRNA increased,and level and expression of MUC5AC-mRNA decreased(P<0.01).Compared with the lung group,in the lung-intestine group the level and expression of AQP5-mRNA increased,and level and expression of MUC5AC-mRNA decreased(P<0.01).Conclusion The level and expression of MUC5AC-mRNA can be decreased and those of AQP5-mRNA can be increased,and airway mucus hypersecretion can be inhibited by the therapy of dredging large intestine,or dredging large intestine on the base of treating lung disease.It may be one effective joints of treating COPD based on treating large intestine.

摘要:Objective To analyse WANG Bing’s mistake in calculation model for annotating Yunqi(five circuits and six qi) based on Beijing meteorological data for 60 years.Methods The average value of Beijing meteorological data for 60 years were computered.On the base of calculating average daily temperature,vapour pressure,wind speed and total precipitation at 24 solar terms,two modes of Yunqi,mode of the first Yun starting at Beginning of Spring(Lichun mode) and mode of the first Yun starting at Great Cold(Dahan mode),were compared and analysed.Results The temperature of the first qi in Lichun mode was higher than that in Dahan mode(P<0.01).The average temperature and vapour pressure of the second qi in Lichun mode were higher than those in Dahan mode(P<0.05).The average vapour pressure and total precipitation of the third qi in Lichun mode were higher than those in Dahan mode.The average vapour pressure and total precipitation of the forth qi in Lichun mode were lower than those in Dahan mode(P<0.05).The average temperature and vapour pressure of the fifth qi in Lichun mode were significantly lower than those in Dahan mode(P<0.01).The average temperature of the final qi in Lichun mode was significantly lower than that in Dahan mode(P<0.05) and average wind speed in Lichun mode was significantly higher than that in Dahan mode(P<0.05).The comparison of other climate data between two modes had no statistical difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Beijing meteorological data for 60 years verifies that the first Yun starting at Beginning of Spring tallies with Beijing’s climate,which proves it is wrong that WANG Bing’s opinion of the first Yun starting at Great Cold,and provides a correct basis for further study on Yunqi theory of TCM.

摘要:Objective To study the absorption kinetics of microemulsion in rats taken andrographolide as study object.Methods The rat model of in situ perfusion was used and the absorption rates of andrographolide microemulsion were detected(the mass concentration of andrographolide was 1 g/L,2 g/L,4 g/L and 8 g/L;pH was 7.8,7.0,6.18 and 5.4,respectively),in rat stomach,duodenum,jejunum,ileum and colon.The best location for absorption of andrographolide microemulsion and the influences of concentration and pH values on absorption kinetics were studied,and the mechanism was discussed.Results The absorption rate of andrographolide microemulsion increased in stomach as pH decreased,and reached 40.3% when pH was 5.4.The changes of mass concentration had no influence on the absorption rate in stomach.The absorption rate increased in small intestine as pH decreased.The changes of mass concentration had significant influences on the absorption in the whole intestines.The absorption power in small intestine showed a descending order as follows: ileum,colon,jejunum,duodenum and rectum.Conclusion The absorption of microemulsion is greatly higher in stomach with pH reliability but without saturability,which is in a manner of passive transportation.The best absorption location centers in the mid-section and posterior section of small intestine with pH reliability and saturability.The absorption mechanism is complicated and there may be two or more absorption forms.

摘要:Objective To establish a method for determination of protein binding rates of epimedin C in human plasma samples and dog plasma samples.Method The protein binding rates of epimedin C in human plasma samples and dog plasma samples were determined by applying equilibrium dialysis combined with HPLC.The HPLC procedure was performed on Waters C18 column at 25 ℃,and the mobile phase was acetonitrile-water(30∶ 70) in the gradient elution.The flow velocity was 1 mL/min and the detection wavelength was 269 nm.Result Epimedin C had higher precision and recovery in different media.The protein binding rates of epimedin C were,respectively,(75.6±1.6)%,(72.5±1.3)% and(76.5±0.8)% in human plasma samples in the mass concentration of 100 mg/L,50 mg/L and 25 mg/L,while in dog plasma samples in the same mass concentration,the protein binding rates were,respectively,(70.0±1.7)%(72.4±2.2)% and(74.0±2.0)%.Conclusion Epimedin C has higher protein binding rates in human plasma samples and dog plasma samples in vitro without significant concentration dependence.
摘要:Objective To study the correlation between chronic heart failure(CHF) and level creatine(Cr) based on heart energy metabolism.Methods The rat model of CHF after myocardial infarction was established.The heart-qi deficiency syndrome and cerebral function were reviewed through some indexes like general condition,physiology and hemodynamics of rat model.The level of Cr(myocardial energy substance) was detected by applying nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum(1HNMR).The changes of Cr level were compared in all groups,and the correlation between heart-qi deficiency syndrome of CHF and Cr metabolism was studied.Results The rats of CHF model had significant symptoms of CHF and heart-qi deficiency syndrome.In the model group the rats had yellowish and dry hair,and were listless and inert.The respiratory rate(RR,P<0.01) and heart rate(HR,P<0.05,P<0.01) increased,exhausted swimming time(P<0.05,P<0.01) was shorter in the model group compared with those in the sham-operation group.The results of hemodynamics test showed that LVSP(P<0.05,P<0.01) and ±dP/dtmax(P<0.05,P<0.01) decreased significantly and LVEDP(P<0.05,P<0.01) increased significantly in the model group.The results of 1HNMR showed that Cr level decreased significantly in the model group(P<0.05,P<0.01).The outcomes of correlation analysis showed that the systolic function of left ventricle was correlated to Cr level.±dP/dtmax was correlated significantly to Cr level on the 6th,9th and 12th week,which meant that Cr level was correlated to the systolic and diastolic function of left ventricle.Conclusion The results of this study indicated that heart-qi deficiency syndrome of CHF was correlated to Cr level.

摘要:Objective To study the protective effect of Shenyuan Pellets postconditioning on myocardium injured by ischemia-reperfusion in rats,and try to investigate the mechanism.Methods All rats were randomly divided into the sham-operation group,ischemia-reperfusion group,ischemia postconditioning group,Shenyuan Pellets group 1(0.2 g/kg) and Shenyuan Pellets group 2(0.1 g/kg).The model of myocardium ischemia-reperfusion was established by ligaturing left anterior descending(LAD) of coronary artery(ischemia for 30 minutes and reperfusion for 180 minutes).At the same time of reperfusion the relevant medicinal were given to corresponding groups through duodenum clysis.ECG II lead was recorded routinely,and the onset times,duration and occurrence rate of ventricular tachycardia(VT) and ventricular fibrillation(VF) were recorded respectively.The proportion of myocardial infarction area was determined by using TTC staining.The activity of SOD and MDA content were detected by using chemical colorimetric analysis.The expression of proten kinase C mRNA(PKC-mRNA) was detected by using reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR).Results The administration of Shenyuan Pellets at the same time of reperfusion reduced the onset times of VT and VF,shortened the duration of VT and VF,decreased the occurrence rate of arrhythmia effectively(P<0.05),reduced myocardial infarction area,improved the activity of SOD,reduced MDA content and increased the expressions of PKCα-mRNA and PKCδ-mRNA.The result of Shenyuan Pellets group 1 had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Shenyuan Pellets postconditioning has an antagonizing effect on oxidative injury of ischemia-reperfusion.The mechanism may be related to the activation of signal transduction pathway mediated by PKC.
摘要:Objective To observe the preventive effect of alcohol extract of Qincaigen(root of Apium graveolens L.,Uygur medicinal) on the acute hepatic lesion induced by D-galactosamine(D-GalN) in rats.Methods Wistar rats were randomly divided into the normal group,model group,bifendate group,groups of high-dose and low-dose alcohol extract of Qincaigen(high-dose group and low-dose group).The medicinal groups were given intragastrically medicinal for 7 days and one hour after the last medicinal administration the rats in all groups,except the normal group,were injected intraperitoneally D-GalN for establishing the model of acute hepatic lesion.After 24 hours the samples of blood and liver tissue were collected and the activaties of AST and ALT,and SOD activity and MDA content were detected by using biochemical method and pathological changes of lever tissue were observed by microscope after HE staining and paraffin sectioning.Results The alcohol extract of Qincaigen decreased significantly the levels of serum AST and ALT and liver MDA(P<0.05 or P<0.01),and increased the activity of liver SOD(P<0.01).In the high-dose group,the pathological changes of liver cells were relieved with completed liver rope structure,dilated hepatic sinus and mild hyperemia.In the low-dose group,part of liver cells showed necrosis with obvious steatosis and some inflammatory cell infiltration,areosis-like change and cytoplasmic edema.Conclusion The alcohol extract of Qincaigen can inhibit the lipid peroxidation,relieve the pathological lesion of liver cells,and has a preventive effect on the acute hepatic lesion induced by D-GalN in rats.

摘要:Objiective To study the regulative effect of Xiaoyinjiedu Decoction on the secretion of IL-4 and IFN-γ by regulation lymphocytes in blood-heat syndrome of psoriasis.Methods The patients with bolld-heat syndrome of psoriasis and normal health cases were chosen based on randomized and controlling principle and the blood samples were collected.The peripheral lymphocytes were separated and given combined inoculation with human immortalized keratinocytes,and then cultured for 24 hours.The animal pathological serum with different volume fractions were added into grouped lymphocyte samples and cultured for 48 hours.The effect of Chinese medicinal on the proliferation of human immortalized keratinocytes was detected by using MTT,and the influence of Chinese medicinal on the secretion of IL-4 and IFN-γ by using double antibody sandwich method.Results Xiaoyinjiedu Decoction regulated the increase of IL-4(P<0.05) and decrease of IFN-γ(P<0.05) secreted by peripheral lymphocytes,so inhibited the activation and proliferation,and induced the apoptosis of human immortalized keratinocytes.The effect of Xiaoyinjiedu Decoction was better than that of single kind of Chinese medicinal.The medicinal with the action of cooling blood played the major role in improving lymphocytes to secret IL-4,and the medicinal with the action of detoxifying played the major role in inhibiting lymphocytes to secret IFN-γ.Conclusion Xiaoyinjiedu Decoction may inhibit the proliferation of keratinocytes through immuno-regulating IL-4 and IFN-γ secreted by peripheral lymphocytes in blood-heat syndrome of psoriasis.

摘要:Objective To study the chemical constituents of Fuling(Poria).Methods The chemical constituents of Fuling were extracted with dilute alcohol,and isolated and purified with various chromatographic columns including silica gel,reversed phase and gelatin chromatography,and crystallization methods.The structure was indentified by using different spectroscopic and chromatographic techniques including ultraviolet spectrum,nuclear magnetic resonance and mass spectrum.Results There were 10 chemical constituents isolated from Fuling,including acetyl eburicoic acid(1),ergosterol peroide(2),cerevisterol(3),ergosta-7-en-3β-ol(4),ergosta-7,22-dien-3β-ol(5),pachymic acid(6),dehydrotumulosic acid(7),3-epi-dehydrotumulosic acid(8),eburicoic acid(9) and dehydrotrametenolic acid(10).Conclusion The constituents 1,2,3 and 4 were isolated from Fuling for the first time.
摘要:Objective To establish a method for quantitative determination of galangin and kaempferide in Shudage-4(Mongolian medicinal formula) by RP-HPLC at the same time.Methods The RP-HPLC procedure was performed on the chromatographic column of Diamosil C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),and the mobile phase was acetonitrile(A)-0.5 % phosphoric acid solution in gradient elution(0-20 min,34% A to 37% A;20-60 min,37% A).The flow velocity was 1 mL/min,detection wavelength was 286 nm and temperature was 30 ℃.The added quantity of samples was 20 μL.Results The range of linear relationship of galangin and kaempferide was,respectively,at 0.04-0.40 μg(r=0.999 9),0.016 56-0.165 60 μg(r=0.999 9).The average recovery(n=6) was,respectively,98.21%(RSD=1.77%) and 98.93%(RSD=2.55%).Conclusion The method was accurate and simple with a higher repeatability,which can be used for the quality control of Shudage-4.
摘要:Objective To establish a method for quantitative determination of 4 major constituents,paeoniflorin,loganin,berberine and salvianolic acid B,in Shensongyangxin Capsules by RP-HPLC.Methods The procedure of RP-HPLC was performed on the chromatographic column of Agilent Extend C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm) at 35 ℃,and the mobile phase was 0.18% formic acid/methanol-0.30% formic acid/water in gradient elution.The flow velocity was 1.0 mL/min and the detection wavelength was 230 nm.Results Paeoniflorin,loganin,berberine and salvianolic acid B showed,respectively,good linear relationship at the range from 0.401 6-1.405 6 μg,0.161 6-0.565 6 μg,0.329 6-1.153 6 μg and 0.644 0-2.254 0 μg.The average recovery was,respectively,100.18%,102.92%,99.03% and 98.25%.RSD was,respectively,1.51%,1.61%,2.12% and 2.24%.Conclusion The determination results of 10 batches of samples proved that the method was simple and accurate,which can be used for the quantitative determination of 4 major constituents in Shensongyangxin Capsules.
摘要:Objective To establish a method for quantitative determination of 6 constituents,including naringin,hesperidin,neosperidin,saikosaponin b2,costus lactone and dehydrocostus lactone,in effective fraction of Weineng Formula by HPLC.Method The procedure of HPLC was performed on the chromatographic column of Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),and the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution in the gradient elution.The flow velocity was 1 mL/min and detection wavelength was 280 nm,254 nm and 225 nm.Result The average recovery of naringin was 103.45%(RSD=0.92%),hesperidin,98.48%(RSD=2.43%),neosperidin,103.60%(RSD=1.75%),saikosaponin b2,102.05%(RSD=1.06%),costus lactone,99.36 %(RSD=1.26%) and dehydrocostus lactone,99.02 %(RSD=2.24%,all n=5).Conclusion The results of 3 batches of samples showed that the method was simple and accurate,which can be used in the quantitative determination of 6 constituents in effective fraction of Weineng Formula.
摘要:Objective To observe the effectiveness and safety of the therapeutic plan based on syndrome differentiation and treatment and pharmacological research in the treatment of damp-heat blockage syndrome of rheumatoid arthritis.Methods The patients with damp-heat blockage syndrome of rheumatoid arthritis(n=64) were chosen and randomly divided into the treatment group and control group(each n=32).The control group was given loxoprofen sodium tablets and methotrexate tablets orally and the treatment group was given Chinese medicinal based on disease and syndrome treatment besides Western medicine treatment.The therapeutic course was 12 weeks.The criteria of the American College of Rheumatology(ACR) was taken as the criteria of total curative effect education.Results After 12 weeks,the improvement of all indexes in the patients of two groups had statistical difference(all P<0.01) compared with those in the same group before treatment.The results of pain scores(VAS scores),morning stiffness time,numbers and index of arthroncus,numbers and index of joint tenderness,grip strength,disease activity scores of 28 joints(DSA28 scores),health appraisal questionnaire(HAQ),patient’s evaluation and ESR were all much better in the treatment group than those in the control group with significant difference(all P<0.05).In the treatment group ACR20,ACR50 and ACR70 was,respectively,23.34%(7/30),40.00%(12/30) and 23.34%(7/30) and in the control group,40.63%(13/32),28.13%(9/32) and 9.38%(3/32).The difference between two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05).The occurrence rate of adverse reactions was higher in the control group than that in the treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion The therapy based on disease and syndrome treatment has obvious curative effect and can reduce the adverse reactions induced by Western medicinal in the treatment of damp-heat blockage syndrome of rheumatoid arthritis.
